Of course she is. Biden harris administration. Master class in terms of performance. Bipartisan deals on infrastructure, bipartisan deals on guns, and debt ceiling, on the chips. She is the best choice . I mean, by definition, if i think this, administration in the last two and a half years has been running the most Outstanding Administration since the last few decades. She is a member of that administration. She deserves credit, she can lay a lot of credit to that success. Absolutely. Another issue is abortion. You have probably heard more and more republicans, including donald trump, who just over the weekend accused democrats of supporting Abortion Rights up to and after birth. What does that mean . After Birth Abortion . Its made up. Its a political thing. Can you just be clear about what limits on abortion there should be. Its a political thing, people are not seeking abortion at the end of a cycle. The policy, whats the policy . The policy is not up to donald trump or me, its up to you. To women. That have to bear that responsibility, its unique distinctively, the reality, is its a political fight. Its a total b s, its exactly where they need to go. They know theyre going too far on the other side. There has to be some kind, let me just, let me talk about your state of california as you well know, there is a law in the books that preceded you that says that you can have an abortion up until viability which is about 24 weeks. Thats right. Is that something that you support personally . That is the state of california. That said, there was a constitutional amendment that we place on the ballot that has some nuance in it and so that is an area that has been adjudicated in public opinion. And likely will ultimately be adjudicated in the court. Is it the governments, roanoke said its up to women, there should be nothing on the books . This is a false flag. This is where they need to go in order to get out of the mess they have created. Because they dont believe in fundamental choice and freedom for women. They dont, period full stop. And this whole issue is a political issue and so with respect im not surprised that donald trump is saying this is exactly what you hear every single one of them say next week. Down at the reagan library. At the end of the day those examples are so extreme, and so rare, when you have literally viability issues that are deeply personal and painful. Others have said it more eloquently than i have, picking up the name of a baby, youre forced to make this terrible decision, at the end of a term. And to exploit that for political purpose, its awful. I want to be clear, because people are going to be listening very carefully to what youre saying. You do not believe it is the role of government, nationally or state government. To have any limits on the books, legally, state of california has long believed in liability, i longley validity. That is not what the government, Democratic Party, or my personal position is. And for whoever the parent, family, priest, believes its the right thing to do and beyond that, with all due respect, i call bs on the whole debate, it is purely a political cannot. On abortion, i just think its so notable, given how what we have heard from donald trump lately, what weve heard from these other republicans. Democrats think this on abortion, democrats think that. And they didnt have arguments, for the general election, for why they thought their position on abortion was okay. It was so special to go home to alabama to where sherman is from, to talk to him, to talk to his family about his story, and to see how he is now pouring back into his two community to get back what he hoped he had growing up.
