I have a positive and optimistic view of what we can do together. The slogan of my campaign is stronger together. If we Work Together and overcome the divisiveness that sometimes sets americans against one another and instead we make big goals and i set forth big goals getting the economy to work and not just those at the top. Making sure we have the best education from preschool through college and making it affordable and so much else. If we set the goals and go to try to achieve them, there is nothing, in my opinion, america cant do. I hope we will come in this campaign. Obviously im hoping to earn your vote and be elected in november and i can promise you i will work with every american. I began this campaign because i was so tired of seeing such foolish things happen to our country. This is a great country. This is a great land. When i watch the deals being made and watch whats happening with horrible things like obamacare where your Health Insurance and health care are going up astronomically. 59 , 71 . We made them a strong country from a weak country three years ago. When i look at all of the things that i see and all of the potential that our country has, we have tremendous potential. You know, with prior republican nominees for president , i disagreed with them on politics, policies and principals, but i never quiet their fitness to serve. Donald trump is different. I said starting back in june that he was not fit to be president and commander in chief. Many republicans and independents said the same thing. What we all saw and heard on friday was donald talking about women, what he thinks about women, what he does to women, and he has said that the video didnt represent who he is. But i think its clear to anyone who heard it, that had represents exactly who he is. We have seen this throughout the campaign. We have seen him insult women. We have seen him rate women on their appearance, ranking them from one to ten and embarrass women on and twitter. We saw him after the first debate on a former Miss Universe on the hear harshest most personal terms. This is who donald trump is. Its not only women and this women that raises questions about his fitness to be our president. Because he has also targeted immigrants, africanamericans, latinos, people with disabilities, pows, muslims and so many others. We all should, to every boy and girl and to the entire world. That america already is great, but we are great because we are good. I said it before and i will repeat it. That was a mistake and i take responsibility for using a partial email account. I am not making excuses and it was a mistake. I am very sorry about that, but its important to point out where there are some misleading accusations from critics and others. After a year long investigation, there is no evidence that anyone hacked the server i was using and there is no evidence that anyone can point to at all, anyone who says otherwise has no basis that any classified materials ended up in the wrong hands. I take the color very seriously and always have. I was privy tow a lot of classified material. As secretary of state i had the most important secrets that we possess such as going after bin laden. I am very committed to taking classified information seriously and as i said, there is no evidence that any classified information ended up in the wrong hands. Affordable care act known as obamacare, it is not affordable. Premiums have gone up, deductibles have gone up, copays has gone up and the coverage has gone down. What will you do to bring the cost down and make coverage better. That are first goes to secretary clinton. You started out the last to the audience. Go ahead, donald. Im a gentlemen, hillary. Go on. I think donald was about to say he would solve it by repealing it. Im going to fix it. I guy with you. Premiums have gotten too high and deductible and costs and i laid out a series of actions we can take. When the Affordable Care act passed, it wasnt that 20 Million People got insurance that didnt have it before. I meet theme peas all the time and they tell me what a difference it meant. The 170 million of us who get Health Insurance through our employers got big benefits. Number one, Insurance Companies cant deny you coverage because of a preexisting condition. Number two, no time limits which is a big deal if you have Serious Health problems. Number three, women cant be charged more than men for Health Insurance which is the way it used to be before the Affordable Care act. If you are under 26 and your parents have a policy, you can be on that policy until age 26 that didnt happen before. I want very much to save what works and is good about the Affordable Care act. We have to get cost down and provide additional help to Small Businesses so they can afford to provide Health Insurance. If we repeal it as donald has proposed and start over again, all of those benefits i mentioned are lost to everybody. Not just people who get Health Insurance on the exchange. Then we would have to start all over again. Right now we are at 90 Health Insurance coverage. Thats the highest we have ever been. I want to get to 100 and get cost down and quality up. You have two minutes mr. Trump. It is such a great question and maybe the question i get more than anything else. Outside of defense. Obamacare is a disaster. You know it and we know it. Its going up at numbers we have never seen. Nobody has seen numbers like this. Its getting worse. It implodes by itself. Their method of fixing it is asking for more money. Obamacare will never work. Its very bad insurance and not only expensive for the person who has it, but for our country. One of the biggest line items shortly. We have to repeal it and replace it with something absolutely much less expensive. Something that works. Your plan can be tailored. We have to get rid of the lines around the state and we have to stop Insurance Companies from coming in and competing. They wanted president obama and whoever was working on it, they want to leave the lines. That gives the Insurance Companies monopolies. We want comp in addition. You will have the finest health care plan. That would be a disaster. Somewhat similar to canada. If you noticed canadians when they need a big operation, they come into the United States. Because their system is so slow its catastrophic in certain ways. The government basically rules everything. Hillary clinton has been after this for years. Obamacare was the sister set up and obamacare is a disaster and not only are the rates going up by numbers nobody believed, but the deductibles are going up. Unless you get hit by a truck, you will never be able to use it. Its a disastrous planned and has to be repeal and replaced. We are in a situation where if we were to start all over again, we might come up with a different system. We have an employerbased system where the vast majority of people get their health care. The Affordable Care act is meant to fill the gap between people who are too poor and clinton put together many resources and namely people on medicate. Medicare which is a single payer system that takes care of our elderly and does a great job doing it, by the way, and all the people who were employed and people who were working and didnt have the money to afford insurance or anyone else to help em them. That was the swat that the obamacare approach was to take. Like i say, 20 Million People have Health Insurance. If we rip it up and throw it away, what donald is not telling you is we turn it back to the Insurance Companies the way it used to be. They get to do whatever they want including saying look, im sorry, you have diabetes and you had cancer and your child had asthma and you may not be able to have insurance because you cant afford it. Lets fix whats broken about it, but not throw it away and give it back to the Insurance Companies. Thats not going to work. I want to one thing. Everything is broken about it. Everything. Bernie sanders said Hillary Clinton has bad judgment. This is a perfect example of it. You said you want to end obamacare and make coverage accessible for people with preexisting conditions. How do you do that if you are not mandating that. I have a plan. What does that mean. You have plans that are so good because we will have so much competition when we break out the lines that allow the competition to come. You going to mandate that americans have to have Health Insurance . President obama by keeping the lines around each thing and it was almost done until just towards the end of the passage of obamacare. Which by the way was a fraud. You know that. You look at orlando and you look at San Bernardino and the world trade center. Go outside and you look at paris and that horrible thing. Part of our homeland security. Thats what i want to see. Its also important, i intend to defeat isis and do so in a coalition with majority muslim nations. A lot of nose nations are hearing what donald says and wondering why should we cooperate with americans. This is a gift to isis and the terrorists. Violent jihadist terrorists. I believe in building safe zones and having other people pay for them who are not carrying their weight and they have nothing but money and take care of people. There are children suffering in this catastrophic war largely i believe because of russian aggression. We need to do our part. We by no means are carrying anywhere near the low that europe and others are. We will have vetting that is as tough as it needs to be from our professionals and Intelligence Experts and others. It is important for us as a policy not to say as donald has said, we will ban people based on a religion. How do do you that . We are a country founded on religious freedom and liberty. How do we do what he advocated without causing distress within our own country. Do we have religious tests when people fly in and how do we expect to be able to implement those . I think our targeting of Al Qaeda Leaders and i was involved in highly classified ones made a difference. I think that could help. I would consider arming the kurds. The kurds have been our best partners in syria as well as iraq. I know there is a lot of concern about that in some circles, but they should have the equipment they need so that kurdish and fair fighters on the ground is the way we take out of iraq. What would you prioritize size the most important aspect of selecting a Supreme Court justice. Secretary clinton. Thank you. You are right. This is one of the most important issues in this election. I want to appoint Supreme Court justices who understand the way the world really works and have real Life Experience and have not just been in a big law firm or clerk for a judge and gotten on the bench, but maybe they tried more cases and actually understand what people are up against. I think the Current Court has gone in the wrong direction. I would want to see the Supreme Court reverse Citizens United and get dark unaccountable money out of our politics. Donald doesnt agree with that. I would like the court to understand that Voting Rights are a big problem in many parts of the country. We dont do everything we can to make it possible for people of color and older people and young people to be able to exercise their franchise. I want a supreme Supreme Court that will stick with row v wade and a Supreme Court that will stick with marriage equality. Donald put forth of the names of people he would consider. Among the ones he sugd would reverse row v wade and marriage equality. That would be a terrible mistake and take us backwards. I want a court that understands because you are wealthy you can give more money to something didnt mean you have or should have any more rights than anything else. I have clear views about what i want to see to change the balance on the Supreme Court and i regreet deeply that the senate has not done its job and not permitted a vote on the person that president obama, a highly qualified person, they have not given him a vote to have the full compliment of nine Supreme Court justices. That was a dereliction of duty. I hope they will see their way to doing it, but if i am so fortunate as to be president , i will immediately move to make sure that we fill that. Secretary clinton. Such a great question because energy is under siege by the obama administration. Under absolute siege. The epa is killing these Energy Companies. Foreign companies are buying so many of our different plants and taking care of their oil. We are killing, absolutely killing our Energy Business in this country. I am all for alternative energy including wind and solar, etc. We need much more than wind and solar. We look at the minors. Hillary clinton wants to put the miners out of business. There is a thing called clean coal. Coal lasts for 1,000 years in this country. We have natural gas and other things because of technology. We have found over the last seven years, we found tre moendous wealmoen mendous wealth. I will bring our Energy Companies back and they will be able to compete and make money and pay off our National Debt and budget deficits that are tremendous. We are putting our Energy Companies out of business. We have to bring back our workers. You take a look at whats happening to steel and the cost of steel and china dumping vast amounts steel all over the United States which is killing our steelworkers and steel companies. We have to guard our energy ku678s and make it possible. The epa is so restrictive that they are putting our Energy Companies out of business. All you have to do is go to West Virginia or places like ohio which is phenomenal or places like pennsylvania and you see what they are doing. Miners and others in the Energy Business. And donald trump is buying it to put american steelworkers out of business. We are not dependent on the mideast, but they control a lot of prices. The price of oil has been way down and that has a damaging effect on the oil companies. We are producing a lot of natural gas that serves as a bridge to more Renewable Fuels and thats an important transition. We have got to remain energy independent. It gives us much more power and freedom than to be worried about what goes on in the mideast. We have enough worried over there without having to worry about that. I have a comprehensive Energy Policy, but it really does include fighting Climate Change because that is a serious problem. I support moving towards more Clean Renewable Energy as quickly as we can. I think we can be the 21st century super power and create millions of new jobs and businesses. I want to be sure that we dont leave people behind. Im the only candidate from the very beginning of this campaign who had a plan to help us revitalize coal country. Those coal miners and their fathers and grandfathers they dug that coal out, a lot of them lost their lives. They were injured. They turn the lights on and powered our factories.
