In most states as you know, states have limited gatherings to more than 10 or 15 or 20 people but now, obviously, were hearing about lot more gatherings. There are concerns from Public Health perspective when we saw those protests over the last couple of weeks people not physically distancing, people obviously being in close proximity for periods of time. Real concern. Now additional concern about this rally thats taking place. Let me explain why. If people are gathering, obviously the safest way to do it is virtually. The highest risk is if youre doing it indoors, lots of people close together, no physical disthe the answering. They are there for a long duration, longer than ten or 15 minutes and masks arent mandatory, people shouting, a carnivallike atmosphere putting virus in the air. The virus gets suspended in that environment. People could become infected. Thats real concern. Even then how do you contekx contextualize that risk. At this rally 20,000 people roughly predictions are if you look at the prevalence of the virus in the environment about 100 people will arrive at that rally already infected. They may not know it, they may be totally asymptomatic. About 20 of people will spread the virus to the 80 to 99 thats left over. If you have 20 , thats 20 people and they are spreading in an environment like that, with though risk factors each person could spread it to 40 or 50 other people. Now when you tart doing the math that means 800 to 1,000 people might become infected at an event like that. A lot of numbers. 20,000 people show up, an additional 1,000 people become infected they then go home and potentially infect others. Thats the concern. Thats the potential anna to m tomy of an outbreak. People with symptoms should stay home. Wear a mask. Makes a big difference. Attorney is nominated by the president confirmed by the senate. But the president didnt do that for berman or several u. S. Attorneys around the country. So then the law says its up to the judges. So because of that, theres a way to look at the law that says keon lie be replaced by a fully confirmed u. S. Attorney which will take weeks or months. Theres another way to look at a different section of the law that says the president still has the authority to remove usa attorney any time. We could see a legal battle over this. When we talk about what berman has overseen so far, the investigations of Michael Cohen and Rudy Giuliani. Rudy Giuliani Investigation he still its still green lighted. The pedal is still being pushed on that one at this point. We know that there had been conversations about whether they will look into any investigations particularly of President Trump once he leaves office. Do you get the sense that this may be a way for the president to try to protect himself . 100 . Start with the investigation of Rudy Giuliani and the prosecution of the indicted partisan even if the president isnt a named party in those cases, you never know where a case will go.
