We were wondering about that because he wasnt armed and he was running away. We have all sorts of debate whether thats okay. You are saying when its a dangerous fugitive it is okay. Article 35 allows you to use deadly force to stop a felon who is charged of a felon. The Police Officer was spot on. A cop killer and escaped convict. We are not going to have too many people fighting for his cause. However, therefore a lot of people fighting for his life. That is important to have him alive. Humanity aside, they need him. The corrections officials are going to want to debrief him. I think that went back to 2013 when he was employed in the tailor shop with joyce mitchell. The inspector general, the Corrections Department failed to take proper action. They could have nipped that in the bud back then. With eric rudolph, it was a rookie Police Officer who showed up at a trash dumpster. That was the end of rudolphs fiveyear run. There are other imsimilarities as well. What do we know about their life on the run . We know a lot. We are learning more each day and hopefully well learn more from him. We learned they had to break into cabins and steal food. They are not as much of a survivalist as we thought. They need to make sure that they are keeping dry and not drinking bad water and all the things that are the creature comforts in your house or your place that you dont have in the wilderness. They find out the hard way and end up with a lot of problems. This fugitive is in Critical Condition. Investigators need him to stay alive because he can connect the dots in terms of how they broke out, who helped them. One of the things we take away from it is we have people that man these institutions. They were going to have problems. Why would they be arrested and given that level of criminal scrutiny for using this powder . Reporter its because people are trying to figure out exactly what went wrong here. This powder has been used at events in the past and there has been no problem at all. They are trying to get to the bottom of whether or not they knew it could happen it could cause such major damage and injuries. We have seen it in two of them throwing the powder at each other as part of the fun. This has never happened. What we are told by fire investigators is when the powder reaches the high density levels we were seeing when the organizers were actually shooting it on the crowd, thats when it caught on fire. They are looking into what caused the ignition if it was faulty wiring if it was the lighting or someone smoking that caused all of this.
