Delayed out of concerns for cohens family. In a statement, their attorney writes in part, quote, due to ongoing threats against his family from President Trump and mr. Giuliani, mr. Cohens appearance will be postponed to a later date. Lets start at the white house with our correspondent abbi phillip. Lets start with the pelosi versus trump here. We have six days to go until what was supposed to be the president s state of the the union. He now says in response to the speaker im not surprised. Its a shame. Democrats dont seem to care about crime and violence across the border. Reporter thats right. He says that hes not surprised. Thats in part because one of the strategies the white house had at the beginning of this day was to force Nancy Pelosis hand. Make her decide if shes going to allow the president to give his speech in the capitol or is she not. I think the white house realized pretty quickly that the ball had to be really left in her court. But now that that speech has been cancelled, its historic event. The president of the United States typically gives a speech in the capitol, whether its state of the Union Address or joint address to congress, at the beginning of the year. Pretty much every year. Thats been an indisturbed tradition in washington for quite some time. It will be really extraordinary if it doesnt happen, just like this shutdown has been extraordinary. 33 days and counting. I just want to highlight one thing that President Trump added at the end of his comments to pelosi. He suggested this could be going on for some time. Brock theres no sense that theres any plan to end this shutdown. Well get some dualing votes in the house and senate tomorrow. Neither are expected to go anywhere. This gamesmanship over the state of the union is a side show to the main event, which is that the Government Shutdown is still ongoing. Neither side are even talking to each other. The white house really doesnt have much of an expectation that had will end any time soon. Now the kwquestion is what will President Trump do next week. Thats still open to really deliberation here in the white house. They have been. Thinking about some plan b strategies, perhaps give iing a speech at another venue, but. The sense among people we talked to in the white house is that none of those plan bs are great for them. They dont want to do a campaign rally, although thats being considered because they want this speech to be elevated. They want it to be a state of the Union Address. Now we know it officially wont be. The question is what will President Trump do instead. Who knows so far. Thank you so much. Just to highlight her point. The president , again, referring to the shutdown saying this will go on for awhile. David is up loif with us now. What are you thinking . This is the reality show presidency on display here. I think donald trump has learned a lesson that he probably has been learning for the last few weeks, which is that theres a new world order in washington. This is not the same washington he had for the first two years of his presidency. And nancy pelosi is making that known to him. Shes asserting her power as speaker of the house in the Opposition Party and is not looking in any way whatsoever to budge off her position or get rolled by the president here. So he now is going to deal with the repercussions. Hes not going to get that platform, that huge audience, that ability to capture americas attention to lay out his agenda. Instead, well wait to hear how he does intend to use tuesday night or how he wants to continue to message why he supports the wall and why he believes its worth keeping the Government Shutdown to achieve that goal. But its not going to be with the trappings afforded to the presidency by the congress for a traditional state of the Union Address. At least not while the government is close d. Of the plan b options, as we have been running through them, we played the clip from congressman gowdy saying, dont hold a rally. Dont do that. Going to the boarder floated as an option, doing it from the white house, although he wasnt thrilled when he gave that speech a couple weeks ago on the border. What is from a white house perspective the best worst Case Scenario . We know that he has been. Given invitations by some state legislatures and some states that he won in 2016 that are in republican control, so unlike the scenario in washington a republican state House Speaker can control what happens in that chamber in some states. And as you noted, yeah, he said he wasnt expecting the needle to move with his speech from the oval office or his trip to the border, but he continues to make the border situation. So perhaps he may want to be back down there and reemphasized. Heres the reality. You have seen all the polling over the last hes losing the pr battle. Theres nothing hes done in this entire battle thats well over a month now thats been about successfully winning over a majority of the American People. I dont think thats where his messaging is. When he told Chuck Schumer and nancy pelosi et he would own the shutdown, that was a play to his supporters and he had hasnt stopped simply just playing to his support, make sure thats fortified and start broadening out and trying to convince the American People hes doing the right thing. Hes failed at that test right now. And now i think that hes in a position where he is that much harder without the platform of the traditional state of the Union Address. David, thank you so much. We have dana bash and Gloria Borger sitting next to me. Dana, to you first. You blink the last time we were on tv. Well, the latest volley from Speaker Pelosi her daring him to not come or to disinvite and now here we have it that challenge accepted. She did just that. David said it perfectly. She is in a position of power. Shes in a position of supreme power. Even though she and the democrats only control onehalf of one branch of government. But it happens to be when youre talking about state of the union, the actual chamber where he delivers it. Kind of a big deal. And more importantly, look, you definitely hear the president and republicans saying over and over, really trying to stick to the message that they are being take b over by radicals on the left. They dont care about your security. Those messages, republicans, particularly those in trump world, are still convinced will resinate with the independents that he and republicans lost a couple months ago. But its really unclear how long thats going to last when they are saying, okay, maybe thats true, but you got to figure this out and get the government reopened. And make a deal. Its not helping him. It isnt. And also he may be losing part of his base. Hes having conservatives into the white house today to talk about this. You saw that ann coulter, who may have gotten him into this in the first place, tweeted when he proposed his most recent socalled compromise, she said we voted for donald trump and we got jeb bush. So they are not happy about even what he has put on the table. His worry now in meeting with conservatives is that by putting anything on the table, hes losing them also. So hes kind of stuck. I do think we should keep our eye on the executive action ball. Because conservatives, my understanding, are pushing him to revisit that even though he was urged not to do it. Ladies, thank you. Thank you for rolling with me through this. If congress cant do their jobs and fix this shutdown crisis, then they shouldnt get paid. And the twist is they are members of congress. Joining me now is kurt shrader of oregon and ralph norman of south carolina. Gentlemen, welcome. Good to be here. You all along with about 100 colleagues are asking for your pay to be withheld and well get to that and how you all agree when it comes to your paycheck in a minute. But first, this back and forth between Speaker Pelosi and President Trump. He says the state of the union is on. She says its off. And now hes calling democrat cans radicalized and says he will respond later. This has become an even spectacle. Do you approve of Speaker Pelosis actions . Ralph and i are rank and file members. Thats at a level of engagement way bo our pay grade. Were interested in getting this shutdown over with. Thats something republicans and the democrats wagree with. We may disagree about elements and whats important, but were hopeful people will sit town and start talking. But we do agree you shouldnt get paid in congress if youre shutdown the government. I got to jump in. I promise well get to that. But i have to get you on the record commenting on this spectacle. The fact that the president of the United States will not be going and speaking in front of you all next tuesday night is a significant development. Im not a big fan of the state of the union stuff any way. Im not a pomp and circumstance guy. It doesnt really affect me personally. The president , im sure, can make a statement wherever he wants. Thats his right. His constitutional privilege. Doesnt have to do it here in the halls of congress. Not in congress. He has an opportunity in the constitution to make a statement o to congress at a time and place of his choosing. Historically its been here in the speakers house of representatives chamber. But it can be anywhere frankly. If he and speaker are are squabbling, he has a right to have that statement anywhere he wants. How, sir, do you see, congressman norman, how do you see your fellow congressman as the radical left as is the president characterize d it . Do you see him as someone who doesnt care about violence and folks who shouldnt be coming into america . I think what we all agree on is that we dont like the shutdown. We think going into day 34, but as far as it can be over pretty quick if we can agree on the wall funding. I do agree with that. I think the president is making the right call. On the fact of being able not to deliver in the capitol, i was telling kurt, i heard that right before we came on the air. Its sad that it gets to that point. I will tell you the address will go on. It will be at another venue. And so the country will get to hear the address. It just wont be here. Where would you like it to be . Ill let the president decide that. He can go wherever he wants to go. He can go to the senate, if they agree, which i understand they would. But i think he will pick a place that will be suitable. To what you two agree on, its appreciated why you two gentlemen dont want to collect this paycheck as members of congress in solidarity of the federal workers. But what about the other members of congress who arent jumping on board with you all . To both of you, what is their reasoning . What have they told you . Thats their right. Kurt and i are from the private sector. We believe, as well as a lot of others, if you dont go to work, you dont get paid. Thats the american way in our min minds. So how and why other people do or dont do it, its up to them to decide. Theres a lot of people that are not wealthy here. We were just talking a lot of members with younger families and they maybe have a mortgage back home and have a mortgage here. It gets complicated pretty quick. But the idea behind this is to put pressure on all of us so we actually have to get down to the table and start negotiating and come up with a deal at the end of the day. Thats what were trying to do with the constitutional amendment. Lastly, when you hear the president say this Government Shutdown will go on for awhile, to that you say what . I think hes prepared to. I think were in a log jam. It will be until the wall gets funded. I know that a lot of people dont agree with that, but a majority will. But if the wall is not funded, well be here indefinitely. I dont know about the wall itself. Some physical barriers my be in play. We have done that before. Certainly need to talk about the real problem at hand, which is the faems at the border. Ralph and i both visited down that way. The facilities are inadequate. Theres not enough judges, in the enough lawyers to process these people in a timely manner. I think theres a deal to be had. Were not there yet. Immigration has been a thorny issue in this country for as long as we have been here, frankly. But i think we can get it done once people decide to get past the talking points and sit down and negotiate. Appreciate both of you joining me from both parties standing side by side on capitol hill. We need more of that. Gentlemen, thank you very much. Our pleasure. Thank you. Plr breaking news. Michael cohen, President Trumps former attorney is postponing his testimony to congress in a statement his attorney writes in part due to ongoing et threats against his family from President Trump and giuliani, cohens appearance will be postponed to a later da date. Congressman cummings, the chairman of the house Oversight Committee to whom he was set to testify, said while he understands cohens safety concerns, quote, when our committees began discussions with cohens attorney, not appearing before congress was p tactics prevent congress from fulfilling our constitutionally mandated oversight responsibilities. This will not stop us from getting to the truth. And moments ago, this was the president s response to this news. I would say hes been threatened by the truth. Hes only been threatened by the truth. He doesnt want to do that probably for me or other of his clients. With me now, the former federal prosecutor and defense attorney sarah azari. If threats are being made to cohens family, not just cohen, but his fatherinlaw, wife, thats even a bigger deal. This is where potentially theres an issue. We dont know the extent of whether cohens family has received specific and direct threats. I mean, that would be something that federal prosecutors would probably be investigate iing ore fbi at least to see how serious those threats are. I mean, the whole issue of cohen coming before congress and as we saw a little bit in the the letter yesterday with the republicans sending a note saying that they were told by cohens lawyer that a lot of things would be off limits, like the crimes he pleaded guilty to and whenever he spoke to hem the special counsels office about. It left a lot to be desired about what cohen would be talking about. You can be sure that republicans would have dug dug into some of past. They were both involved in the tax business. But there are questions about Michael Cohen as it relates to that, including he pled guilty to five counts of tax fraud and those all relate to his business. Last summer when cohen did plead guilty, friends of his told us that cohen pled guilty because he wanted to protect his family and that prosecutors were threatening to go after charges that could have implicated his wife. Cohen has always wanted to protect his family. Thats one reason why he didnt cooperate with prosecutors fully because he would have had to admit to crimes he was aware of. Hes trying to protect his family. Trump has now added this into the broader debate and it is a real question of are there threating coming in against his family. We dont know which threats specifically, but there are a couple examples that involve tweets from cohen from the president in addition i was handed this from the trump interview. One of the more recent int interviews with fox. He said, did he make a deal to keep his wife who supposedly make a deal to keep his wife out of trouble and then there was this. Lets roll it from Rudy Giuliani talking to jake over the weekend. He can have ties to organized crime. They can is have bank fraud. Thats fine. When somebody testifies against your client, you go out and you look at whats wrong with them. Why are they doing it if they are not telling the truth . Hes doing it because hes afraid to testify against his fatherinlaw because the re. Purr cushions will be that will be worse. Now he gets to new york where the crazy antitrumpers applaud for him. So sarah and then joe, might this be examples of witness tampering and intimidation . Absolutely. This is classic witness intimidation. Threatening to prosecute a witnesss family members or have them investigated for crimes is intimidating the witness so they dont testify. Uhuh think in that respect, the president and Rudy Giuliani have succeeded. Between his tweets and the interview with jake tapper, this message was heard loud and clear by Michael Cohen. It had the effect they wanted it to have. Its also maybe a way for davis to get his client out of testifying. Because although Michael Cohen wanted to go out to the world and tell the truth about donald trump, this was so many limitations placed on his testimony by mueller that essential ly hed go with in th optics of i cant answer this or that. So this could be a way to try to get him out of this situation. But as we know from the statement from the representatives, its not going to work. Hes going to have to testify. We expect him to appear. Nonappearance is a nonoption. Joe, how do you see it . When it comes to the president s history of tweeting about the special counsel and Michael Cohen and i have to use the word inappropriate. Im going to retire that word. I dont think that comes close to capturing where we are. What does instead . Its so grossly improper to mention a persons family members, a persons truthfulness, especially by. The president of the United States. So, look, we can debate about whether congress should have cohen testify, but the fact is congress has that right. It has that obligation to conduct oversight. No one, least of all the president of the the United States, has a right to interfere with a witness. So President Trump is going to walk himself into an obstruction case and will have no one to blame but himself. Also if i may, theres a difference between threat of violence, we dont have report of that threat. Versus im going to have your family investigated and prosecuted. Its enough for witness intimidation, but is is it that compelling that congress would say, were going to make sure youre safe and your family is safe. And i think they made it clear that hes going to have to testify. Also just quickly to button this up. We heard from manu who was reporting from a Senior Member he expects there will be a subpoena overwhelming consensus among Panel Members that cohen should be subpoenaed to testify. Thank you all so much. Well have more on that news regarding Michael Cohen in a bit. But first, what will it take to end the longest shutdown in u. S. History. Heres the new piece of breaking news. The embattled president of vens way la says hes ending diplomatic relationship with the United States. This comes after President Trump recognized an Opposition Leader as the legitimate president of venezuela and it comes after days of violent protests in the country. Lets begin in cora cass. Can you give us a little bit of context as to why he would have said this and where would these diplomats go . Reporter its exactly we are seeing history in front of our eyes. Earlier today, the president of the National Assembly here, the president of parliament swore himself in as an interim president with the support of the United States of america and of many other countries around the world including canada. These trigger an escalating reaction and he has announced just minutes ago hes ending all political and diplomatic relationships with the u. S. And is giving them 72 hours for the consulate staff to leave. The situation etscalating dramatically. We have seen a clash of words played in front of our eyes for the past two weeks. The Vice President of the United States mike pence spoke with the president of the venezuelaen National Assembly here to reiterate his support to say the United States are on the side of the opposition here. And now were seeing the reaction from nicholas, who quite literally said, get out of venezuela. Boris, to you. The white houses position supporting the opposition. Why . Hey, brooke. Theres a number of reasons why the white house has laid out rhetoric escalation over the past several days indicating that this move might be made today and the president took the steps shortly after National Assembly leader swore himself in as the legitimate president of venezuela. He now has some 30 to 45 days to start new elections in that country. The white house was expect iing that several other countries normally latin american countries, but european nations would also recognize him as the legitimate leader. The big question now with breaking off relations with the United States is what happens specifically at the pump with oil. These two nations for years have tossed back and forth grenades at each other, but maintained a relationship when it come s s t the trade of gasoline and other related products. They considered a ban on oil. They ultimately backed away from it because of the potential economic ramifications for the United States oil market. Clearly, if that step is taken by maduro, it would mean americans would feel the pain at the pump. We should point out the white house held a call with some officials and were told on background by one of them that the white house is, quote, barely scratched the surface of what the United States can do to inflict pain upon maduro economically. What that means from here, we dont know yet. Wit recee reached out to the wh house. They have yet to get back to me. And the diplomats, michelle kosinski, if they have 72 hours to get out, how . Where do they go . Whats the story there . They are going to have to leave. This reaction came swiftly and harshly, as we might expect from maduro after the u. S. Declared him not the legitimate leader of venezuel venezuela. So we have seen these kinds of expulsions before. We saw them with u. S. And russia and your diplomats need to leave by friday and your diplomats need to do the same thing. But those could be replaced. But mahmoud duh ro ending political and diplomatic relations with the United States. Heres what he said during his speech just this afternoon. The imperial government of the United States is leading a coup attempt against us in order to install a puppet presidency they can control in venezuela. I have decided to break all political and diplomatic relations with the u. S. Get out, leave vens ezuela. We have our dignity, damn it. What were waiting for now is to hear from the state department on their response to this and also logistically during the shutdown how they are going to get everybody out in a hurry. And what the next steps are. As you heard others say, today on this call, the white house insists that this is just the begin. Ing of the pressure that they can put on maduro, but hes clearly wasted no time in exacting some of his revenge on the United States. Michelle, thank you. Boris, thank you. On whats happening with venezuela and the u. S. In the meantime, more breaking news involving President Trumps former Campaign ChairmanPaul Manafort. We have the very latest. A busy day here in washington, brooke. We finally have this filing from Paul Manaforts legal team. They filed it under seal and portions of it have now been released. Their response to the accusations from the special counsels office that Paul Manafort lied to them in the propositions and meetings before a grand jury. And essentially, obviously, its what we would expect here. They are defending Paul Manafort. They are saying that prosecutors here had they placed this in the proper context, much of the evidence presented by the special counsels office merely demonstrates a lack of consistency in manaforts recollection of certain facts and events, is what they write in their legal briefing. Now specifically to a lot of what many have been interested is the interaction between paulmPaul Manafort and the russian intelligence operative that the special counsel raised concerns with in that Paul Manafort had given him polling data. Theres a portion here where some of it is redacted, but manaforts attorney described that interaction with this man. They essentially argue that it was just manaforts recollections about some of the meetings, that he didnt remember some of it. It wasnt that he was lying and trying to somehow hide his interactions with this russian operative, but simply, its just things he did not recall. Essentially, as we said, they are arguing he didnt remember things. The prosecutors now from the special counsels office have an opportunity to respond. They are supposed to respond by tomorrow. And then all of this would get litigated in court on friday when everyone will appear. There are parts of this that are redacted. We still need to go through there. It seems at least in this filing that the Defense Attorneys here properly redacted the information so we cant see whats under it. And well see what happens on friday when everyone appears in court. I do not recall. I have been hearing that a lot from folks in washington. Thank you very reading that. Thank you. Everyone, standby. President trump has called white house reporters into the room. We are following breaking news from florida. Police say a suspect has surrendered after a shooting and hostage situation at a sun trust bank. Lets go to Victor Blackwell for more details. Victor, what happened . We have confirmed from the Highland County commissioner that multiple people have been shot after this hostage situation at the sun tres bank in sebring, florida. Its in South Central florida, southeast of tampa. Were told that the fbi out of miami is enroute. We dont know how many people have been shot or the verity of their injuries, but we know that this suspect has surrendered and is in custody. Heres what we know from the Sebring Police department. It started around 12 30 this afternoon when the suspect called police and said that he fired shots inside the bank. They showed up as well as a team from the Highlands CountySheriffs Office and created a perimeter to try to negotiate with the hostage taker to end the situation. When those did not work, were told that a team from the s. W. A. T. Team went into the bank and eventually this person surrendered. We dont know how many people were shot or the severity of injuries, but we know the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is involved. The governor has been broefed by the sheriff there as well as statewide officials. There was a School Daycare nearby that placed itself on lockdown. Several schools in the area across the county have been placed on high alert. And u. S. 27, which is important through that part of the state, has been shut down as this investigation continues. Were told the family members, coworkers are all at a nearby hotel. The front desk manager is saying people who were near the bank or at the bank are now going to be reunited with their families and Suntrust Corporate Office responding saying they are working closely with officials to take care of everyone affected. Were expecting to get the very latest from Law Enforcement in about 45 minutes to an hour. And a planned news conference. But you see some of the aerials, an indication of the threat potentially now ended to that area as they say there is no danger to the surrounding area. The investigation continuing. Were hoping to get information about the injuries soon. Well look for your reporting. Victor, thank you so much on the situation there in sebring, florida. If you have been watching, its been a busy wednesday afternoon. Multiple breaking stories right now. Especially there in washington. A major power play by the House Speaker nancy pelosi pulling the plug on President Trumps state of the Union Address, which was set for next tuesday. The president is expected to react to this again moments from now. Standby. What do you have there . P3 its meat, cheese and nuts. I keep my protein interesting. Oh yea, me too. I have cheese and uh these herbs. P3 snacks. The more interesting way to get your protein. Welcome back to breaking news. Lets take you back to the white house where we are standing by with news on what was supposed to be state of the union next tuesday. What has the president said . Thats right. President trump just allowed reporters into a room with a meeting with conservative leaders saying in response to nancy pelosi that she doesnt want to hear the truth. He called it also a very negative part of history. He is in many ways right about the historic nature of this. It will be a pretty historic occasion. He also nodded to the idea that we have been talking about for several days now that there are alternative options. Hang on, here is the president. We are doing a great job at the border considering we dont have the tools. We have to have a wall. We have to have a barricade of some kind, a steel barricade. It is already designed. We are building a lot of wall as we speak, a tremendous amount and we are renovating a lot of other wall with whats coming up because of the Strong Economy that we have, we havent had an economy like this in over 50 years, would you say thats correct, steve . Because of that we are stopping them and its a lot of work. We have incredible people at the border. You have to thank all of the Border Patrol agents. They dont want ice. The radical democrats dont want ice there because they are too good. They are doing too good a job. I talk about long island. Thats one of the hot beds for the ms13 gangs. I can see this morning where the radical democrats dont want them there. They dont want them to do anything to disturb ms13. They say it is one of the most violent any where in the world. We are sending them out by the thousands out of our country. So we think its too bad, but i would say this, that the state of the union speech has been cancelled by nancy pelosi because she doesnt want to hear the truth. She doesnt want the American Public to hear whats going on. She is afraid of the truth and the super left democrats, the radical democrats, whats going on in that party is shocking. I know many people that were democrats and they are switching over right now. They are switching over quickly. I hope they know what they are doing for their party. So far they havent. If you know i won the senate meeting. We won the senate all together. We get no credit for that. I didnt have any chance to other than a couple of people from kentucky where i went in campaign for andy bar and some others but i couldnt campaign too much. Too many people but we did a great job with the senate. People dont want to talk about it. I will say that the American People want to hear the truth. They have to hear the truth and the truth is all about and said i think and i hope well we were planning on doing a really very important speech in front of the house and the senate and the Supreme Court and everybody else that is there. It is in the state of the union and in the constitution. We are supposed to be doing it and now nancy pelosi or nancy, as i call her, she doesnt want to hear the truth and she doesnt want to hear more importantly for the American People to hear the truth. We found out she cancelled it. I think its a great blotch on the incredible country that we all love. Its a great great horrible mark. I dont believe its ever happened before and its always good to be part of history but this is a very negative part of history. This is where people are afraid to open up and say whats going on. It is a very very negative part of history. I would like to start today, we are talk about shutdown and talking about conservative values. These are the great conservative leaders of our country. Okay. So that was the president there commenting again on what he is referring to as radical democrat and how pelosi cancelled his state of the union. This is all amid the shutdown on day 33 or 34 they have not fit for duty while others are simply resigning. One flew to washington to tell senators how vital it is to reopen the government. Trish, thank you so much for coming on. You know, you were an air Traffic Controller for 21 years. Even when you get a paycheck as an air Traffic Controller how stressful is your job . It is a job you have to be focused 100 . You give clearance for aircrafts to climb below and below to prevent them from hitting. Thats the kind of work we do. We prevent airplanes from hitting each other. The last thing we need the drivers so they can pay their bills or being more fatigued and stressed out because they are worried about how to meelt their financial obligations and take care of their family. It is absolutely heartbreak. The shutdown has to stop. Talk to me more about the air Traffic Controllers trying to make ends meet that might be driving uber, what are you hearing about their stress levels, their exhaustion . You name it from beginning to end, single mothers taking care of their families. They are trying to do that. It has been they are about to see a second paycheck with nothing in it even though they have been working nights and weekends and holidays to keep america moving, to keep planes flying cargo passengers, military flights, life flights with critical patients. These people are actual patriots, heros trying to provide for the American Public and being treated like they are irrelevant. They need to call their senators and tell them that the senators need to open up the government with that vote. And listening to the president im sure you have been following this back and forth. I will get you in on that. The president earlier had said we will be in this for a while. What is we are going to be in this far while mean for the people youre talking about . It means understasustainable. We have critical component to safety that is not there. We have training not taking place. Distraction in the workplace. We have controllers actually reporting to us they making mistakes, when they giving clearances, clearing planes in places they shouldnt be clearing them in conflict with other airplanes because they are stressed out about how they will take care of their family. This cannot go on for months and years. Its not sustainable. That is so incredibly alarming and heart wrenching for these employees. Thank you so much for the perspective from folk wlos as w making the calls. Thank you for that perspective. Thank you for being with me on the ride we have been on for the last two hours. Special coverage continues. The lead with jake tapper starts right now. The state of our union is a complete mess. Breaking news President Trump looking for some place else to give his state of the Union Address after pelosi said he was no longer welcomed in the house. As the hardball in d. C.
