Correspondent and bob baer, former cia operative. First, i want to start with Atika Shubert. What can you tell us . Reporter weve been seeing different raids across the city. This is the latest one. You can see that building behind me there, what residents are telling us is that they heard at least one explosion, possibly two, and they saw heavily armed and masked policemen going in with body armor, also with specialized equipment to jam mob bi ile phones. It presents mobile phones being used as detonation devices. We dont know exactly what is going on in there and how it links to the investigation but weve been to several of these sites in the last two days. One of them is an apartment in the city center. We were just there earlier today again. We saw armed police going in and yesterday, two suburban homes where we understand one of them being the last known address of salman abedi. Hes the attacker, as identified by manchester police. The investigation seems to be expanding. They dont believe this is the work of just one man now. They believe this is a network and they are trying to trace down every part of it. All right. Atika, thank you so much. I want to get to barbara now. Tell us about the bomber, salman abedi, traveling to libya before the attack for a few weeks. What have you found out . U. S. Military officials are telling us that the intelligence that u. S. And britain had been sharing indicates that the attacker did travel to libya for three weeks, returning to the uk only two or three or a few days before the attack in manchester. There is some reporting that other family members may have traveled with him. But whats happening behind the scenes now, brianna, the u. S. Military which has contacts in libya, plus u. S. Intelligence and british intelligence, are pinging all those contacts inside libya. Government officials, militia members looking to see what they can learn about where the attacker may have traveled, who he met with, was he only there on Family Business or was he really there for three weeks possibly meeting with other militant groups, possibly getting training and support for some future attack. There is a lot of reporting out there that he was potentially affiliated with isis but theyre also looking at other organizations. He could have potentially also been affiliated or directed by the al qaeda element there known as al qaeda in the islamic maghreb. They are very active there. Intelligence is still tracking down all of these leads but able to confirm that he traveled to libya for three weeks, returning to manchester only a couple of days before the attack. And bob baer, his brother is under arrest in libya, were told for plotting his own attack there. Some observers are saying this is reminiscent of the boston bombers, the involvement of brothers. What do you know about this right now and what does it tell you . Well, first of all, the return to libya for three weeks, i look at this attack as fairly well organized, getting the explosives to the site, the optimal place where people are pouring out of the stadium, using shrapnel, making sure the de detonator works. And what happens is once one of these guys are selfrecruited, they go back to one of these countries where theres a civil war going on and they get additional training and make sure that they are going to go through with this. Theyre interrogated, questioned, see a senior cleric, the Islamic State is all over libya. And this is very worrying for the europeans. This is a refugee, essentially, because hes gone back home, refugees that came across in the 80s, his mother and father. Hes the son of refugees, right . Yes. Im sorry. Hes the son of refugees. Its still important. I used to live with the libyans, the Muslim Brotherhood back in the 80s. It was an extremist group. Why britain took so many of these radicals, i cant say. But its what you call blowback and they are very worried about this bigger cell because the bombs are so easy to make. British shorts dont know how many people are lined up. Bob, what you said before, that the complexity of this device, that spoke to you of something beyond just a lone wolf attacker. Thats in line with what were hearing from british officials, right . That he was known to Intel Services and they are saying that he had, quote, proven links to isis . Yes. Its a sophistication. I could show you how to make one but wed have to go out and practice a lot before you felt comfortable making one. He probably went back, got help in manchester itself making this device. They dont always go off and you get one chance in a case like this. And this is what has the british worried. Its a wider plot. And these things are so hard to determine whether people are just interested and fascinated by the Islamic State or when theyre ready to passover to the act. Its very hard to tell. What can you say about the british saying that another attack may be imminent. Theyve increased their threat level higher than weve seen in a decade. The question really, though, is this precaution or based on intelligence that tells them there is Something Really going on . Is that the case or is it based on the idea that this happened so there seems to be a likelihood that Something Else could happen. No, its based on their decision that it wasnt a lone wolf. Once they identify the suicide bomber, theyd get into his telephones, his landlines, cell phones, internet connections, whether he had an app or he had secure communications. That will all figure into their decision to decide if hes part of a bigger cell and they like to make multiple attacks, not just a oneoff. So they have very good reason to be worried. Thank you very much. Barbara starr and atika, thank you. I want to turn to u. S. Politics and a major sign that donald trump is gearing up for a long and protracted fight. Hes hired an attorney to represent him and the president is going to bring in Marc Kasowitz who has been trumps lawyer for more than 15 years now. Hes handled a number of cases that you may have heard of as well. Joining me now to talk about this is the anchor of the lead and state of the union, jake tapper, also cnns chief washington correspondent. So when you talk to lawyers, they say, of course hes doing this. Yeah. And then other just folks in washington will say, good, because now it means the white house can clear the plate and they can focus on the other things that the president should be focusing on and it clears up space for them. Its good politics and good policy. Exactly. But what do we know about this guy . We know that hes a litigation attorney and hes handled all sorts of cases, as you mentioned. He has represented President Trump in cases having to do with trumps divorce records and the allegation of fraud against Trump University and real estate transactions. Hes part of the trump world. The president trusts him. This will enable sean spicer and whoever at the white house that gets asked about this to say that is not a question for the white house. In is a question for the president s private attorney and we should note its not that odd for a president in a situation like this where theres a probe, president clinton used outside counsel during some of his trouble gls troubles. Do you think hes going with a lawyer that is loyal to him for years but theres a difference between suing someone because they undervalued, according to trump, his network, and thats a case he actually lost, and then dealing with Something Like this. These are two different species. It depends on what the probe is. We have the house and Senate Intelligence committee probes. Those are intelligence probes. And then we have the former fbi director robert mueller, the general counsel, who independent counsel who is investigating and its essentially a criminal probe. And kasowitz is somebody through litigation who deals with criminal matters. I dont know that its any other honor that it would be. The president hasnt been accused of wrongdoing himself personally. So i think this is about making sure that his house is in order. And its someone he trusts. Weve been hearing that the search for the fbi director is going to happen quickly. In the fbi and other officials s around washington who have said this is something that you should take your time on. We now know that the Trump Administration seems to be slowing down that process. Yes. And Joe Liebermans name has been taken out of the process. A lot of people familiar with the decisionmaking process because he didnt have a background in Law Enforcement and so that was a strike against him to a degree. As you know, this is a decision that is not about this is not about firing dee shid dnyder. This is president obama, when he was alerted by robert mueller, then the head of the fbi, that he was going to be retiring, it took president obama two years to pick james comey to be the replacement. So the idea that this was going to be done quickly, that was a deadline of its own creation. There really was no need for it. Can you imagine giving two years notice . Can you imagine that . Jake tapper, thank you so much. Well tune in shortly at 4 00 p. M. Jake has an exclusive interview with Caroline Kennedy honoring the 100th anniversary of her fathers birth. And staying with the russians, the question is being asked after john brennan said this before the Senate Intelligence committee. Frequently, individuals who go along a treasonous path do not realize that they are along that path until its too late and thats why, again, my radar goes up early when i see certain things that i know what the russians are trying to do and i dont know whether or not the targets of their efforts are as mindful of the russian intentions as they need to be. Im going to turn now to someone who worked for the cia for 30 years specializing in russia. Hes now a spy novelist a and adjunct lecturer. Gene, how would this work, when you hear john brennan say this idea that someone may not know that they are doing something treasonous. Have you seen Something Like that . No one doesnt know that they are committing treason. And i have to say this. I have such a low opinion of john brennan, he having been known as the greatest sycophant in the history of the cia and a supporter of Hillary Clinton before the election. I find it hard to put any real credence in anything that the man says. But to your question specifically, no one doesnt realize that they are not giving away classified information. Everyone i ever recruited, including people from that part of the world, they knew exactly what was going on and what they were doing. Can i ask you about that . Because as we hear John Brennans testimony from yesterday, its obviously very important to have the former cia director talking about this. We have people on this show who were saying that hes someone who is a straight shooter, has a long career, he worked in the administration at a high level of intelligence for the george h. W. Bush administration but thats not thats not how you see this. You see this as someone who is maybe has a partisan bent. I do. Several weeks before the election last fall, director brennan made public statements making it very clear that he was supportive of the idea of Hillary Clinton becoming the president. That is considered a real nono. Every director of the cia has allegedly stayed above and out of politics. One mans opinion. Okay. Your opinion, he hasnt been you feel he has not been a political as you would like him to be. Correct. Id like to ask you about a former Trump Campaign adviser, carter page, who is going to testify before the house Intelligence Committee. Hes done many interviews there this investigation. What do you expect from him as he goes forward in this setting . I could pretend to give you a very good answer but ive paid little attention to carter page so i wont try and fake it. Okay. Youre not going to fake it. Fair enough. Move on to another question and i can probably you give a more intelligent answer. Okay. Can i tell you something about Vladimir Putin . Go ahead. He is portrayed as being this ultimate manipulative, master spy with the background in the kgb. I had talked to a former kgb officer a few years into his first tour of office in russia commenting on how hes done well for himself and the fellow pointed out that he had only been given one assignment abroad and that was to ease germany and the fellow added that they didnt send their brightest to anywhere but east germany. So i hear what youre saying. Let us not attribute mr. Putin as being this can i ask you one obviously theres a russian intelligence apparatus. And i want to ask you one question before we go. Were running out of time. This idea, though, that some people with contacts in russia may not have known that they were intel officials, something that could have been a slippery slope on, you dismissed that thats a possibility. Russian diplomats have the task, as do every country, to meet people and try to influence them. How you know whether someone is truly a russian diplomat, how do they know that they are an intel officer undercover, hard to know until the fellow got down to perhaps offering you money. Or maybe influence. That might the question here. Gene coil, thank you so much. Police raids under way in england. Neighbors telling cnn they hear explosions. Thats what were hearing right now. The Manchester Bombing investigation is intensifying. Were monitoring this as we get new details. Also this, the brother of the manchester bomber arrested while plotting an attack of his own. What officials are saying hes admitting. Were back in a moment. We know how it feels to be treated like a trophy. Waxed and shined. We have seen the glory come, go, and come again. But a cadillac is no trophy. What you see is our future, and it will inspire every car that follows. Gave us the power to turn this enemy into an ally . Microsoft and its partners are using smart traps to capture mosquitoes and sequence their dna to fight disease. There are over 100 million pieces of dna in every sample. With the microsoft cloud, we can analyze the data faster than ever before. If we can detect new viruses before they spread, we may someday prevent outbreaks before they begin. Can the president be trusted with classified intelligence . This is a question that is gaining some International Concern after President Trump reportedly shared confidential information with russias foreign minister two weeks ago. Sources tell cnn that that intelligence was from israel and possibly endangered the life of an israeli agent. The defense minister says they have made a, quote, pointed correction to bolster intelligence cooperation and in the investigation into the Manchester Bombing, the uks home secretary says shes irritated, that is a quote, with the u. S. After u. S. Officials leaked the identity of the manchester bomber hours before british police. I want to talk more about this now with former u. S. Ambassador and former director of National Intelligence john negraponte. The idea that he would relay information to the russians that was not the u. S. to share and then the information gets leaked out in the source in the process of an investigation, some people have said dont confuse those as exactly the same thing. But to this point of donald trump revealing information certainly to the russians, do you worry that he has Hurt National Security or is it more just an issue of, he needs to be more careful . So i think its the latter. I think he does need to be more careful and loose lips can sink ships, as they say. Why hasnt there been damage, in your estimation . What was said to the russians in the oval office, he would have to demonstrate that he jeopardized sources and methods and its not clear to me that that happened. I dont have any information to me to suggest that that did happen. If he was just talking about what he knew as opposed to how he got it and by what means and who the source was, i think were okay. But youve got to be careful talking about intelligence as a general proposition. And we have this reporting that an israeli agent could have been endangered by this. Its conceivable but i think that may be a stretch. I think somebody is refusing to act to the situation. I heard a deputy minister of diplomacy from israel saying the other day that the intelligence sharing relationship is excellent and that he was not complaining about any potential damage. President trump also mentioned to the philippines about nuclear subs near north korea. How is this going to change the information that is shared with the u. S. . I mean, this is currency to the u. S. Intel community, right . Right. But an element of our diplomacy, also, is to reassure allies by telling them that help is nearby. So in that particular case, he had a diplomatic message that he was sending to the filipinos but at the same time he wasnt giving away the coordinates and they are not that easy to find. They are not. Thats kind of the point, right . When sisrael is talking about this house intel sharing, do you see that more as a warning shot or something that could actually negatively affect how the u. S. Fights isis . I think its a bit of a warning shot and a slight rack on the knuckles. Lets not forget, iz srael is o of the countries with whom we have the best possible intelligence sharing cooperation and im sure thats going to continue. We need each other. They certainly need our intelligence capabilities in support of their defense. You were the former dni. Yes. So a point of view that very few people have had, you have observed this report that the current dni was approached by donald trump with another Intelligence Leader with a request. Can you say that there is no collusion. When you heard that report and what you have heard about that, what was your reaction to that . Im not absolutely certain that that is what took place. I think its hearsay but i did sort of it raised my eyebrows. I would have hoped that i would never i was never asked to do Something Like that. Nothing like that ever happened . No. And why . Because theres protocols in place or lines you dont cross . There are and there is sort of a distance, i think, that is kept between your Law Enforcement intelligence agencies on the one hand and leadership of the country on the other. You have to try to maintain that line to the greatest extent possible. You want professional, objective advice and information from your intelligence and your Law Enforcement services. So in your as youre looking at this, knowing what you can from your position, does it seem that President Trump doesnt know where that line is . Well, if that was done, i think he may have pushed it a bit too hard and, as you have seen, people are already reminiscing about what president nixon did during his time when he was under political duress. Yeah, i think hes got to find where the lines are. Ambassador, thank you so much. We really appreciate you being with us with a very unique perspective. Thank you for having me. President trumps former National Security adviser Michael Flynn is in a tugofwar with both the senate and house Intelligence Committees investigating possible collusion between the Trump Campaign and russian officials. Flynn announced that he was taking the fifth on monday refusing to provide documents to lawmakers that they say are critical to their investigations. The Senate IntelligenceCommittee Leaders issued two new subpoenas to a pair of businesses that flynn ran. Those businesses dont have the same protection and they are trying to get some of the information that way. The chairman, richard burr, is leaving open the possibility at the end of that option is a contempt charge and ive said that everything is on the table. Thats not our preference today. We would like to hear from general flynn. Wed like to see his documents. We would like him to tell his story because he publicly said ive got a story to tell. Were allowing him the opportunity. Republican congressman Chris Stewart sits on the House Permanent Select Committee and hes joining me now from capitol hill. Sir, i want to talk to you from Michael Flynn. First i want to ask you about something were hearing from sources and that is that carter page, a Foreign Policy adviser to the Trump Campaign, is going to be testifying before the house Intelligence Committee. Can you confirm that for us . Yeah. I dont know if i can confirm that. I can tell you that the witness list is fairly extensive. Its probably close to two dozen people. It probably wont surprise a lot of people if hes a confirmed witness but the actual confirmation and the timing, i really cant comment on that. Either way, we would look forward to hearing from him. Okay. We are hearing from sources and were seeing other reports as well. I understand well wait for the official guidance on that. Back to Michael Flynn, so he is refusing to cooperate personally. Hes refusing to go along with subpoenas for documents. Whats the next move in the house . Yeah. You know, i would never fault anyone for taking or pleading the fifth. We recognize thats a constitutional right to protect themselves and weve seen other people do that as well. I will take issue if he doesnt provide documents. I agree with senator burr its probably and prop pree ate to subpoena those doults. We want to complete this investigation. We want the American People to know what happened there. Whatever the outcomes will be for individuals, the American People need to know that and i would completely support that. Understanding how mr. Flynn might take a personal exception, take the fifth and we will let he and his attorneys decide if thats the appropriate thing to do. We know he had contact with the russians as part of the Trump Campaign. He was fired by President Trump for being dishonest for what he talked to the Russian Ambassador about, the issue of sanctions before President Trump was in fact in the white house. So if flynn has something to tell, which it seems like he does, would your committee consider granting him immunity in order to hear that . Thats a very technical legal issue and it would depend on the legal jeopardy he is facing but we want him to talk to us and to tell his story. This is a tragedy in a way because mr. Flynn served his country so admirably so many years and with such integrity and like you said theres allegations of collusion but no evidence of that. What we have is him not being honest with the Vice President , which is a very Different Things that colluding with the russians and we would hope hed be able to tell his story. Whether we grant amnesty or immunity from that, i dont know. The lawyers would have to determine that. As a member of the community, we hope to learn it as quickly as we can. Very good point. I want to ask you about something a little different. We know that President Trump revealed information that came to the u. S. From the israelis. He revealed this to the russians. Obviously an adversary of the u. S. He talked about two Nuclear Submarines with the president of the philippines also last month. Its been said that the president needs to be careful, that this is not the right kind of behave kbrior when it comes this information. The president does need to be careful, especially in his public comments. Now, he has the authority to reveal whatever information he feels is appropriate, as did president obama, and we know he had some very tightly held secrets and classified information was revealed in certain circumstances because he felt that was appropriate. I wouldnt take that ability away from any president and, in some cases, too, here we are talking about leaks. Its like every day. It wouldnt surprise anyone to know that we have Nuclear CapableNuclear Submarines in different parts of the world. The atlantic, the pacific. If it got more detailed than that, it would be classified. The Intelligence Committee is aware of the information thats been shared. Our partnership with them is so strong and the intelligence sharing between the two of us is so persuasive and beneficial and, finally, lets remember, mr. Tillerson, other who is were there, they were adamant in saying nothing inappropriate was revealed. They said sources and methods were not discussed, which certainly that wasnt the issue that was brought up. I do want to ask you Something Real quick. You said that the president has the discretion to reveal something if its deemed appropriate. From the descriptions were getting of how thes things wee e revealed, it doesnt seem like thats part of the calculation. He was, in a way, inadvertently revealing this information. Are you concerned with the n nonchalance the president has dealt with this information . In fairness, i have to be honest about that. As a member of the Intelligence Committee, im so careful. Im in the back of my mind saying, be careful what you say, be careful. I think the president owes that same type of discretion. Again, in fairness to him, we dont know for sure the context or the details but if there was stuff said, as he said fairly nonchalantly, thats something that endeared him to people, so honest, so abrupt in some cases and just speaking from the heart but youve got to draw that line as well when it comes to very sensitive information. You have to put a fence around that and maybe filter that in a way that you dont have to filter when youre talking about politics or other maybe domestic policy. It is a major responsibility knowing that information. Congressman stewart, thank you so much for lending your insight joining us from capitol hill. You bet. Good to be with you. Thank you. Great to have you. And breaking now, new police raids in manchester as the Investigation Continues into the concert bombing. Residents are reporting that they hear explosions. We have breaking news on that deadly pop concert bombing in manchester, england. The father of the concert bomber reportedly took both of his sons to libya about a month ago trying to keep them out of trouble in manchester. A family friend is telling cnn that the brothers were causing problems in manchester. They were seeking revenge for a friend who had been killed by a gang. That is from a family friend telling cnn that. The brother of the concert bomber is now accused of planning his own attack in libya. Back in the uk, five people are in custody in connection with the bombing. The level of threat is at critical. That means more attacks could be imminent. I want to bring in Atika Shubert who is live for us. You are near the sites of the raids. What can you tell us . Reporter this is the most recent raid, a little more than an hour ago, residents here heard an explosion. A lot of them came out to see what was going on. What eyewitnesss are telling us is that they saw a large number of armed and masked policemen moving into that building. They also have specialized equipment for mobile phone jamming. This is the same pattern weve seen in three other locations where police come in and often theres an explosion to gain access into the area to try and do a search and bring the specialized equipment to shut down mobile phone service in this limited area. That prevents detonation and also service in general. We dont know yet if this location, how it is linked, if it is linked to the ongoing terror investigation but it does fit that pattern. What we also know is that in total now, four people in the uk have been arrested. Three of them yesterday and also an extra person picked up in wigan. Its clear now that its not just one man that carried out the attack but a network. All right. A network. Atika reporting for us there in manchester, england. President trump has already arrived in brussels for the next leg of his international trip. The first lady has been along for the ride. She hasnt spoken publicly yet and yet Melania Trump is making all kinds of statements. We will discuss that next. Melania trumps sense of style is no secret. After all, she was a successful model. But all eyes are on her fashion sense now that shes first lady. She wore a modest black coat dress by dulce cobano coupled with a black laced veil. In brussels, a little more color with this michael kors dress. Joining me is kate bennett and founder of glam for good. She knows Melania Trump personally. Kate, i want to start with you. Weve heard people say, why are you talking about clothes . These are not just clothes. This is a communication of statement. Tell us a little bit about what Melania Trump has been communicating and what shes i mean, shes packed a bag for each stop on the trip. These arent just clothes but messages she owes sending. Knew when she got off in the black flowing Stella Mccartney and similar to the robes that traditional muslim women wear. She accented with that gold belt, so right away, although she wasnt wearing a headscarf show was still nodding towards the protocol that have country. Mary alice, thats a fascinating point that kate is making, that this is a way of obviously not wearing an abaya but sort of paying some respect to that. Does Melania Trump have a stylist in the how involved is she in these choices . Melania is very involved. She loves and knows style. She has been in the fashion world for a long time, so shes very strongminded and picks what she wants to wear. She does have a stylist. His name is herve pierre and he was the creative director at Carolina Herrera but most of the clothes shes wearing on this trip are off the rack and only two have been custom made, the Dolce Gabbana look and any herve pierre dresses that shes been looking. Shes shopping off the rack, but she does work with a team, and shes strategically picking every single thing shes wearing to make a statement. Well, look at what she wore in israel. Tell us about this, kate. This is a michael kors that was again purchased off the rack. Israel she wore several allwhite outfits, israeli flag, their colors are blue and white, again, not a mistake, very calculated, covered up. This is, again, an example of her using her style to sort of, you know, send a message. And look at this next we have a picture of this. She wore this dress. Tell us about this. Again, this is another white choice in israel, a raksanda and show wore that when she gave that at the convention, the puffy sleeve dress. It was beautiful. She didnt cover her shoulders visiting the holocaust memorial, a sundress but still appropriate. Mary alice, take a look at this because you mentioned that dolce and gabbana outfit, the Dolce Gabbana coat dress. What is your take, what shes communicating and a much more conservative look in the fact that shes paying homage to a designer who has been good to her. Absolutely. Shes wearing one of the most, you know, talented and famous design duos Dolce Gabbana, custom made for her. Shes being culturally respectful. This entire trip shes making a very big statement showing she wants to represent and represent well with style, that, you know, melania is a strong woman that understands fashion. She understands being in front of the cameras and the messaging that it that it gives forward to the world. So i think she although they are loosening up things fashionwise at the vatican, she really wanted to be culturally respectful and wear the right thing and do the right thing. I would be remiss if i did not ask you both about the and swat seen round the world, witnessed there in israel. Okay. Mary alice. Youre friends. You know melania personally so my read on this, and you tell me if youre wrong, kind of getting edged out there on the welcome carpet. Maybe it also wasnt appropriate to be Holding Hands at this moment. What is your take knowing her about what happened here . You know, melania is an incredible human being. Shes a very kind person. She is standing by her husband, and she will always do the right thing. I think she was just taking her time. Shes very reserved, and i know shes so honored to be the first lady, and i think that was just a funny little moment between a husband and a wife, and its hard to walk in those high heels. She might need a helping and. She hats upper and at all times, she has the upper and. This is the arrival in rome, i believe, kate. Thats right. So here this one, i honestly think she didnt see him. Moving her hair out of her face here. I dont think this is as deliberate as perhaps the and swat was. Again its just a moment, she is stairs are high. Shes in the teeter tottering high heels. I dont think we should read too much into this, but, you know. Can we generally sorry, go on, mary alice. I think whats going on is the lack of facial conformity. Melania is not like michelle obama. Melania is not always smiling, not always appearing to be outwardly joyful but that doesnt moan shes not. Shes one of the kindest and happiest people that i know. Shes been modeling for years. She doesnt outwardly show this kind of joy. If she was smiling and happy, we might not be having this conversation, but because shes more stern andy will served, people are asking questions. Thats a very good point. Mary Alice Stephenson and kate bennett, great conversation, really appreciate it. Next were going to talk about our breaking news. The brother of the Manchester Concert bomber who has been arrested. Hes accused of planning a separate terror attack. Well be live from the uk with breaking details. Peeled because any time now were expecting a Congressional Budget Office to release its Controversial Health care bill thats passed the house. Its hit a 2 billion savings goal or it has to hit that goal or its dead in the water in the senate. The estimate will also give us a sense of how many people will lose coverage if the bill were to become law. Were going to bring you the critical numbers as soon as we get them. Also a quick programming note. Do not miss cnns special report, white house in crisis. Were going to take you through all of the twists and the turns of the russia investigation. Thats tonight at 11 00 only here on cnn. And the lead with jake tapper starts right now. Thanks, brianna. President trump about to lawyer up. The lead starts right now.
