Hello, everyone. Im kate bolduan. And im john berman. We begin with new denials and raw outrage over the deflategate scandal that has rocked the nfl. Just moments ago, we heard from the new England Patriots owner, robert kraft. And, man, oh, man, he did not mince words, slamming the nfl for upholding the fourgame suspension of star quarterback tom brady. Once again, i want to apologize to the fans of the new England Patriots and tom brady. I was wrong to put my faith in the league. Given the facts, evidence and laws of science that underscore this entire situation, it is completely incomprehensible to me that the league continues to take steps to disparage one of its alltime great players and a man for whom i have the utmost respect. Thats going to leave a mark. You dont hear people talk about the nfl like that very much. Kraft says he will not speak about the matter again. Head coach Bill Belichick is refusing to say anything. But brady himself is speaking out. He posted on facebook that he did nothing wrong and no one in the Patriots Organization did either. Deflategate took a stunning turn yesterday when nfl commissioner Roger Goodell accused brady of actively trying to hide evidence of his participation in a scheme to alter the inflation levels of football. Goodell says brady had his assistant destroy his cell phone and sim card. But brady addresses that accusation directly saying this in his Facebook Post most importantly, i have never written, texted, emailed to anybody at any time anything related to football air pressure before this issue was raised at the afc championship game in january. To suggest that i destroyed a phone and to avoid giving the nfl information it requested is completely wrong. Lets bring in cnn sports anchor, rachel nichols. I feel again like we need a flowchart to understand exactly how we got to where we are. But it is amazing that when bob kraft came out slammed the league and saying he unequivocally supports brady. The story gets more crazy every hour and tom brady coming out with his extensive statement this morning was interesting. But the headline today is now robert kraft. This is the most powerful owner in the nfl. Gq said in an extensive article interviewing more than 100 people calling robert kraft the assistant commissioner, going through how he basically saved Roger Goodell during the ray rice scandal. And for robert kraft to come out and basically say he made a huge mistake putting his faith in the league and saying essentially that he was duped. What he was referring to about what happened in may is that he accepted the nfls punishment. Tom brady went on to appeal. But robert kraft said, im going to take the bullet for the good of the league, i will accept the highest financial penalty ever assessed on a team and i will accept this statement that we did wrong even though they published that whole website saying, we didnt really do anything wrong. But well take the punishment because were good soldiers. What he said explicitly today is that he thought he was basically making a deal. Ill take the punishment and he expected for tom brady in his words to be exonerated but at least for the suspension to be reduced. Hes basically saying that he feels the nfl and Roger Goodell welched on him, that they went back on the deal. Well have to see weeks from now, months from now, years from now, does this go down that one day one owner was very angry and time heals all wounds or does this go down as the beginning of a seismic split and civil war in the nfl . Where are we today because yesterday there was all sorts of yelling and screaming he destroyed the phone, the cell phone was broken and thrown away. Today tom brady gives his response to why that is and why it may not be as much as it was yesterday. And today, were likely to get a federal suit from bradys camp. The nflpa came out after the statement from the nfl yesterday saying they thought this whole cell phone issue was, quote, a smoke screen. They said yesterday they thought the nfl making this the issue was, quote, a new low, even for them. They pointed out even the nfl in that 20page ruling noted that tom brady did volunteer to pull his own phone records and hand them to the nfl which he is not legally required to do. Why did goodell come out and say it yesterday the phone records say that numbers that he texted and when, which is how we get to the 10,000 Text Messages which by the way, tom brady, 10,000 Text Messages in four months either a High School Student or thats amazing. Thats during the nfl season. Thats a side issue. But come on anyway, thats how they know how many Text Messages because they saw all the phone numbers. But it doesnt contain what the information was in the text. It doesnt contain what he was saying. The nfl is going on the offensive and theyre trying to win the p. R. Battle. They landed a huge punch yesterday. No matter what actually happened, tom brady destroying his cell phone, no matter what the reason, if there was nothing nefarious behind it, it doesnt look good. When will we find out in hes playing in september . It could be a while. One has already filed a court case. The nflpa is looking to file a case. The next step for them is to try to get an injunction while this is all being adjudicated. If they can, tom brady will be on the field and then the hammer could come down toward the end of the season. He could be suspended at the end of the season instead of at the beginning of the season. And by the way, Training Camp starts today. Wow. Okay. Thats amazing. Rachel, stand by. Thanks so much. Thank you. This morning, donald trump is ripping the attorney who accused him of calling her disgusting because she needed to take a break in a deposition to pump, as she said a 3monthold baby at home. Earlier on cnn, Elizabeth Beck described her encounter with trump in the 2007 when he was being sued over a real estate deal in florida. He had an absolute meltdown. When i said that i needed the break and it was for breast pumping purposes, he got up, his face got red. He shook his finger at me and he screamed, youre disgusting, youre disgusting. And he ran out of there. And we were not able to conclude his deposition that day. Guess what . Donald trump didnt like that interview. He responded on twitter a short time after saying, cnn did not say that lawyer, beck, lost the case and i got legal fees. Also she wanted to breast pump in front of me at deposition. Why is somebody, beck, i beat so soundly all of a sudden an expert on donald trump all over television . She knows nothing about me. There you have it. Here to talk about trump, the pump and how this could all play on the stump, joined by our political reporter, sarah murray that was great. Cnn anchor don lemon did you write that . We have a staff of thousands preparing lines like that. Sarah, let me start with you. This deposition, this New York Times report that first unveiled what happened with this lawyer there, this is the thing, this is all under oath. This was part of a deposition. So its out there. Yeah. Its definitely out there. It was clear that they were in kind of a heated exchange, beck, the lawyer, wanted to take a break. Donald trump didnt. His lawyer says Donald Trumps lawyer says he did not call her disgusting because she was going to breast pump. He said she was disgusting because she took the pump out in front of them. And they believe she was using this as a way to delay the deposition and come up with other questions. But obviously it kind of gives you a window into how donald trump can react when hes annoyed or flustered or frustrated. Don, you talked to trump last night about some of the other controversies that are surrounding his campaign right now. But if this seems to be par for the course with what were looking at with donald trump on a few things. There are these accusations by the way, when i first saw it, i was here on new day. I sort of thought, why is she it sounds like sour grapes. I wasnt in the room. I dont know whats going on. But to me, it sounds like sour grapes if i lost to donald trump, i would not be on television talking about it because he won. It would seem like sour grapes to me. If he did call her disgusting simply because she needed a break to pump, he has real problems. Yeah. Hell have a real problem with women now if hes asking them to support him. But we dont know at this moment they dont dispute there was an argument over pumping. They dispute what motivated it. Im not denying if he said whatever if he said it, thats fine. I understand that. But if youre an attorney and you have an issue in a deposition, you leave it there. If we have an argument at journalists, we leave it at the table. We dont go in public and talk about it. Thats how i feel. But devils advocate, this is what happens when youre not only running for president but when youre a frontrunner, you are going to be under the glare of a spotlight youve never seen before. And now doesnt he just need to know, this is what its like to run . Its all fair game. He says, this is why people he said, this is why people dont want to run for president , people that are successful, because people try to take you down, the media takes half truths. I wanted to get to the issue. Next week, im going to be watching theres a debate next week. And i wanted to know how he was preparing for this. Does he have a debate coach, whats he doing . Heres what he said. I have to be myself, don. And if its not good enough, thats okay. Ill go on to other things. Ill ride into the sunset and do some more buildings and create some more jobs and thats okay. Im doing this because i want to make America Great again and thats why im doing it. Lowering expectations . Very smart just a little. And by a little, i mean a lot. I ask innocently. You know, my thing is donald trump is not used to being corralled. Even during an interview when you try to jump in, hes like, excuse me, excuse me thats his personality. So you cant be offended by that. Thats why it was not shocking to me that the New York Times said that he is aggressive and hes thats Donald Trumps personality. What do you expect . But this was sounding like a politician. When you set expectations low, you sound like a politician. But the ride off into the sunset thing i came back and said, donald, are you tired, its a long slog. And he said, no, i feel energized. I would love to see that man on a horse. Don, sarah, thank you. Sarah, sit on that one. Well talk about it tomorrow. It made jimmy kimmel choke up. One of africas most famous lion killed in a hunt. Minutes ago, federal authorities announced a man has been arrested and charged in a terrorrelated case. They say 42yearold arafat naji was planning to join isis. Thanks to Law Enforcement and the alert community, the suspect was arrested, charged with attempting to provide Material Support to a terrorist organization and now faces 15 years in prison. Also new this morning, the Afghan Government is checking reports that taliban leader mullah omar is dead. He provided safe harbor to Osama Bin Laden in afghanistan and the u. S. Has offered a 10 million reward for any information on him. The taliban recently released several messages purportedly from mullah omar, the fugitive leader. Lets bring in the host of Cnns Fareed Zakaria gps, mr. Fareed zakaria himself. There have been rumors for quite some time about the demise of mullah omar. But remind us of the significance of this man, especially in helping hide Osama Bin Laden. Hes hugely significant. He invited Osama Bin Laden into afghanistan to set up his base camp. Remember, the 9 11 attacks were not carried out by a single afghan. This was sort of an arab army that was encamped within afghanistan but given safe harbor by the taliban. Right after 9 11, the United States made an offer to the taliban, said, hand over Osama Bin Laden and we will go away because we want to bring the perpetrators of 9 11 to justice. There was a debate within the High Councils of the taliban. Mullah omar was against giving Osama Bin Laden up. There were others who were in favor. He was the guy who withstood the full brunt of the american attack, eventually toppling the regime. And hes been the one apparently most resistant to making any deals with the Afghan Government or talking to the Afghan Government. So if hes dead, this is really good news because it suggests that we could do some kind of political deal which would allow american troops to start drawing down in the numbers that wed like them to. This is ten years ago. If this was 2005 instead of 2015, i think this would be a huge deal. People talking about mullah omar potentially being dead. If Osama Bin Laden was public enemy number one, in some ways, mullah omar was public enemy number two. But in this day and age, how much did he control in terms of the taliban and perhaps influence beyond afghanistan . We dont know for sure. Influence beyond afghanistan, very little. The thing to remember about the taliban is it is not a global terrorist orgs. It has limited ambitions which have always been to rule afghanistan. They represent 50 of afghanistan. And they argue that the Afghan Government doesnt properly represent them and theyre much more islamic. So its a limited ideologically extreme organization. And the answer to your question is, we dont know. Its a bit of a black box. This is one of the great challenges Richard Holbrooke had when he was trying to begin negotiations with the taliban. As he told me privately a couple of times, theres no one to negotiate with. You keep trying and nobody knows who speaks for the organization. But symbolically he clearly was the number one guy. It is a setback. As i say, he seemed to represent the hardline faction within the taliban. If one can talk about as they did in the old soviet union, the stalinists and the liberals, maybe this allows for some of the more liberal islamic extremists to emerge. The iran deal is under the spotlight on capitol hill, big important hearing before the Senate Armed Services committee. Maybe most important here will be the views of the joint chiefs chairman, martin dempsey. Hes not spoken out publicly very much about the iran deal. When he has, hes been really concerned about the Ballistic Missile capabilities, the u. N. Arms embargo and that being lifted. What does how important are his views, do you think, in where this deal is going to go . Hes the president s chief military adviser. They are very important. The thing to remember about all these embargoes is theyve only been effective because other countries have joined in. Weve never sold iran any arms anyway. This is the russians maintaining an embargo and the chinese maintaining an embargo. Those countries joined the embargo only because of Irans Nuclear capacity. They fear that iran was moving toward a breakout capacity. From their point of view, as long as they can be sure that iran is not going down a Nuclear Weapons path, theyre going to want to get rid of the embargo. Theyve always sold iran weapons and such. What we have to understand is that just takes us back to where we always were. Iran has always been a difficult regional actor doing things that are against american interests and were going to have to counter them and deal with that actively. What we were able to do was to get an International Coalition together on this one issue, the nuclear issue. The nuclear deal, if it blocks the path to iran for a bomb, then we are going to have to give up on the sanctions that were in place specifically for that reason. New this morning, outrage growing against the american dentist who killed a beloved lion while trophy hunting in zimbabwe. Walter palmer from minnesota says that he deeply regrets his actions. He says that he didnt know that cecil was a famous resident and that he was relying on local guides for their expertise as they hunted. People are now flooding palmers dental practice the yelp page for his dental practice with bad reviews and even celebrities are tweeting at him angrily and its also spurring renewed calls to ban trophy hunting. Cecil was a major tourist draw. The african lion was wearing a gps collar as part of a study. Palmer allegedly paid more than 50,000 for the hunt. He used a bow and arrow to shoot the lion. The lion survived another 40 hours until the hunters tracked him down, shot him, decapitateddecapitate decapitateddecapitated him and skinned him. Trophy hunting and poaching are two different things. Explain the difference to us and why that may or may not be a good thing. Whenever hunters hunt for a trophy, they always want the biggest, most beautiful lions they can take. That decimates the entire rest of the pride when they do that. When it comes to trophy hunting, theres an argument the advocates of it make the argument that big game hunting with this high price that weve laid out that palmer paid and sometimes the price tag is even higher, hundreds of thousands of dollars for certain types of animals, they say it helps the endangered species, helps Fund Conservation efforts. Do you see that evidence . Where do you see that . No, its only an excuse that people make in order to justify killing these magnificent animals. Its less than 3 of that hunting fee ends up in the local economy. In this case, there seems to be some issue about whether it was really legal trophy hunting. There seems to be a case that these guys may have lured the lion out of the boundaries where it was protected, dragging the lion out and shooting it when it was out of the protected territory. Ifs that in fact the case, that would be tantamount to poaching. At least 30 of the animals who are shot on legal hunting grounds have been lured out of the illegal areas where these animals live. They cant determine where that lion is. The animals dont know where theyre safe and if food is involved, theyre going to go to an easy meal. So the whole idea of trophy hunting is just wrong, whether its poaching or not. This dentist, hes put out a couple of statements and one of them we read it in part. He says, i deeply regret that my pursuit of an activity that i love and practice responsibly and legally results in the taking of this lion. He said he had no idea that this was a lion that they were hunting. What do you think is the appropriate punishment . What do you say to the doctor . I just shudder that anybody could point a bow and arrow or a gun at a beautiful animal like cecil and take that animals life and try to justify it by saying that theyre operating ethically or that it was a mistake that they did that. I think he should face the zimbabwe courts and be held responsible for his actions. And i think the public has every right to be absolutely outraged that this happened. But the bigger thing is, this is happening every day. Cecil was just very well known. And im glad that his awful, awful plight has made this so well known. Right now, as it stands, trophy hunting continues to be legal in zimbabwe. The conversation obviously thats being renewed right now. Carol, thanks so much. Thank you. Together, were building a better california. The father of colorado theater shooter james holmes was on the stand for a second day pleading for his sons life. The jury could be in deliberation on holmes sentence as early as tomorrow. Yesterday the father described his sons social awkwardness and isolation but says they never had a clue he was having such violent thoughts. He called him an excellent kid. Didnt have any idea he was having these disturbing images in his head . No, had no idea he was having intrusive thoughts, disturbing thoughts or anything like that. All right. Do you still love him . Yes, i do. Why . Well, hes my son. We always got along pretty well. He was actually an excellent kid. Robert holmes says his family has a history of Mental Illness but that he never knew his son was suffering from it. Hln legal analyst joey jackson is joining us with the impact of these personal stories. Holmes has been convicted on all counts. The father is taking the stand saying he had no idea he never thought his son was mentally ill but saying hes an excellent kid, as you heard there. What do you think when you look at the case and you look at the list of people he killed, whats the impact of these personal stories . Its tough. It shows in your question. Hard stuff to talk about when you talk about killing 12 people and injuring 70. Theres no question the defense has an uphill battle here. The stories are just so riveting and the nature of what he did is so inhumane. So you put the dad on, of course. That serves the purpose of humanizing him. He was a person, he was loved by a family, he was a normal kid. He played soccer. He is loved. He is loved. He was a normal child, smart child. They doted on him. He just did everything and of course the father did everything a father could do. He couldnt prevent it, why . Because of this Mental Illness. And of course what you have is the prosecution attempting to establish the father was simply disconnected and too engaged with his own life to Pay Attention to his child. They obviously found him guilty, not legally insane or not guilty by reason of insanity. But theres a difference between insanity and Mental Illness. Big difference. Now in sentencing, you have the father talking emotionally about what this kid may or may not have been going through. This is where perhaps youre selling Mental Illness as its own thing. I think you have to. Obviously to your point, big difference between being mentally ill and being insane as thats defined under the law. Did you know right from wrong . And when you heard the expert testimony, whether it was the experts that testified for the prosecution or the two that testified for the defense a prosecution witness has been on the stand talking about, yes, this guy was mentally ill. And the doctors agree he had some schizophrenia about it him. And you can use that as a mitigating factor. But its a Death Penalty case. We should talk about also, its in 40 years, colorado executed one person. It happened in 1997. Certainly the person deserved it. Rape and shooting a person 14 times. That was in 1997. Hasnt happened since that time. And the governor has indicated that he would make it very difficult to do it here. Although the thing moves forward, theres mitigation, you show baby pictures and family and teachers family photos and then the next thing is that his mother is going to take the stand. Shes described as the disciplinarian, the one involved in the daytoday lives of the children. The father was the statistician, working hard. The prosecution saying hes disconnected. The mother is involved in his day to day. Interesting to see what the dynamic would be and how he evolved from this person who is so loving and such a beautiful child and loved sports and was normal to this person who he became, which is a convicted mass murderer. Unbelievably hard for the families of the victims to listen and try to humanize the person who did this. Thanks, joey. Coming up for us, shocking confessions from a prison worker. New this morning, a stunning confession from the woman who helped two killers break out of prison in upstate new york. A tearful Joyce Mitchell pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal and is now waiting for her sentencing. She told investigators once they realized she was involved in graphic detail about her relationship with the inmates richard matt and david sweat. She admits to sending david sweat nude pictures of herself though she also made it very clear in this confession that the sexual relationship she had was with richard matt. She described that in graphic detail, too. According to mitchell, it was matt who plotted to kill her husband, lyle. She was supposed to give him pills to knock him out. Despite the confession, mitchells husband says he still loves her. Are you standing by her . 100 . Why . I love her. And you guys are just publishing lies. What kind of lies . I have nothing to say to you. What kind of lies do you think we printed . Do you think the plea was a good idea . Joining us now, sheila eisenburg. Joyce mitchell says, i was caught up in the fantasy, i enjoyed the attention, the feeling both of them gave me and the thought of a different life. What do you think about that . This happens all the time. Its extremely common, especially in her situation, she worked in the prison. She was exposed to prisoners all the time. And it was sort of inevitable if she was the type of woman who was given to this type of relationship that it would happen. I would have to know more about her background. My research showed me that most of the women who get involved in these relationships have had abused pasts. And i thought one thing that Joyce Mitchell is quoted as saying was really very interesting to me in terms of that she said, he treated me with respect, he was nice to me, as if that was extraordinary, as if that was unusual. So that leads me to believe that she is one of those women who had been abused at some point in her life in the past. Interesting insight. When talking specifically about the sexual relationship that she developed with one of the inmates, richard matt, i spoke with her attorney yesterday after the plea deal was announced. And he said to me that he thought it fit into a category of, she could not stop it, making it seem as if she didnt want it to happen, she just couldnt stop it from happening. Listen to this, sheila. I think the things that youre referring to are situations where she was intimidated and in a way forced to do that. It was not a situation that she did voluntarily. And that would have been the defense that would have been raised. But once again, by the plea offer that was made, we sidestepped those issues. Is that something youve heard before . Is that something that makes sense to you . Do you believe it . Yes. It totally makes sense. But i disagree with what he said in the way he said it. Shes quoted as saying, i didnt really feel i could stop. What happens in this situation is her psychology compels her and forces her to do what she does to act the way she acts. She really is forced but not in the sense that the lawyer was saying she was forced. The inmate, the prisoner didnt say to her, you have to do this or else. She was forced by her own psychology, her own fantasy, her own compulsion. Her own psychological need to have this happen. All of the women i interviewed said the same thing i couldnt help myself. Its as if i fell off the edge of the earth. I fell in love, i couldnt stop, i had to do it. Whatever it was. So i do believe she was forced but, again, i dont believe she was forced by him. She was forced by her own mind. You say fell off the face of the earth. But something at the end caused her to hold on, to cling to reality, to not pick these men up in her car and drive away after they broke out. Anything you can sense in what she has now written and revealed that explains to you in the end what stopped her . Well, probably a little bit of reality peeked its way through. Everything up until then was on target with what we see with women who love men who kill. The fantasy, the excitement, the romance, the thrill. In her case it was so thrilling. There were two prisoners, it was a planned escape. Everything was absolutely thrilling and exciting compared to her ordinary humdrum dreary life, marriage, working in the prison, family, going along from day to day. I think what may have stopped her at the end perhaps was just a momentary vision of reality and that gave her a panic attack which, as you know, is a physiological reaction which took over Everything Else and she was out of control, basically. Sheila eisenberg, thanks so much for being us with. Its amazing when you read that confession. If she had gone through with the plan they laid out, how absolutely different would we be talking about . I think shed be dead. Thats what he attorney thinks, too. 51 minutes after the hour. A rift in the republican larank as one lawmakers tries to outjohn boehner. Does he have enough votes to do it. Ill speak to a congressman who said, yeah, hed back the motion, he wants boehner out. Next. No students ever done the full hand raise in ap calc. But your stellar notebook gives you the gumption to reach for the sky. Thats that new gear feeling. All hp ink, buy one get one 50 off. Office depot officemax. Gear up for school. Gear up for great. Wonderful, crazy mornings. We figure you probably dont have time to wait on hold. Thats why at xfinity were hard at work, building new apps like this one that lets you choose a time for us to call you. So instead of waiting on hold, well call you when things are just as wonderful. [phone rings] but a little less crazy. Were doing everything we can to give you the best experience possible. Because we should fit into your life. Not the other way around. Happening now, something that hasnt happened since 1910 when William Howard taft was in the white house. A request has been filed to oust the House Speaker. Republican congressman mark meadows of North Carolina wants john boehner to vacate the chair. Meadows voted against boehners reelection to speakership earlier this year. Now, he later felt the fallout for that as he lost his chairmanship of a house subcommittee. Meadows was able to get that seat back, but that kind of lays out for you, folks, theyre not exactly friends. So North Carolina republican congressman walter jones, he is with us now from capitol hill. Congressman, thanks so much for joining us. You have been you are often a critic of Speaker Boehner. You have voted against him. You have wanted him out in the past. Why do you want him out now . Well, kate and john, let me tell you that we are sent here to represent the people of our districts. Our first allegiance should be to the people we represent, not to the speaker of the house. And too many times he has used that position to intimidate and coerce. A recent vote on the trade promotion authority, tpa, and we had members including myself that voted against the rule to bring the tpa to the floor for a debate and he removed three of those who voted for the rule from positions that they had in the whip organization. Were not here to be puppets of the sploeaker of the house, we here to represent our districts. You get the sense from congressman meadows that maybe this is payback for meadows losing his subcommittee chairmanship at least for a time. Well, john, let me say this i dont think anyone should be intimidated because they vote their conscience. If you cant vote your conscience, then you dont need to be here for the people back home. If youre supposed to be here to vote the will of the speaker and not the will of the people then you dont need to be here. And this speaker in my opinion has used too much force to intimidate, and thiss wrong. Intimidation and coercion. Those are major allegations against those are major statements against the speaker of the house. Were waiting to hear from Speaker Boehner we where well have the opportunity to address this when he holds a weekly briefing. According to politico, meadows hadnt even asked for a meeting with boehner or other Top Republicans to air his concerns for making this move. Other conservatives said they were caught by surprise by this move. Well, im sorry that they were caught by surprise. Ive known this for three weeks. So therefore in a situation like this you dont know who you can trust and not trust and when youve got a problem like we have with the speaker of the house being so coercive than we feed to do what is necessary for the good of the people and the good of this country. Congressman, you know, the American People put republicans back in power after the democrats controlled the house for four years and the senate for more than that. Now you have control of both houses of congress, people think that they Want Congress to help get things done. Somehow this helping get things done . Well, you know, ive said many times in my district, john, quite frankly that too many times the policy decisions here in washington and this could be both parties are made by the influence of money. The policies should be made by the influence of the people and their representatives, not money people, but those of us who represent the people. One point very quickly, a few months ago mr. Boehners special interest excuse me, leadership pac ran ads against the republicans that were against the immigration issue. It seems like it will be a big battle to pull together the votes to pull this off. Is this more symbolic than you think its going to work . Kate, the way i look at this is that we go home for the summer break, i hope that the American People who in my district dont have a lot of respect for the speaker of the house, they dont think hes a good leader. Hes probably a good person, ill give him that. But no, no. I think this thing has got legged to it. I dont know how long those legs are but i think it has legs. We will see. Congressman, thank you very much for your time. Im very much looking forward to hearing from Speaker Boehner in his reaction to this and whats going on in his conference as hes set to speak later today. Thank you so much congressman and thank you all for joining us at this hour. Legal view starts right now. Hello, everyone, im randi kaye in for ashleigh banfield. Welcome to legal view.
