The latest developments with super tuesday and the coronavirus, but i want to begin with a tragic day in nashville and really across the state of tennessee. Look at this. At least 22 people have lost their lives after this horrifying series of tornados and Severe Weather in sefveral counties. The fatalities are concentrated in the central part of the state. The highest number 16 in putnam county. Officials fear there may be people trapped inside damaged homes and buildings. Urban search and rescue teams are being called in right now. Multiple homes have been destroyed, lots of damage in that area to power lines, trees down. Some of the roads are impassable. We have started a door to door process now of going house to house on each one of these streets that we know that has damage to make sure that theres no one trapped in the homes that we can locate the people that live there. When you talk to people in nashville or the surrounding area theyre describing the utter and complete devastation. President trump says he will visit friday, and all of this is happening as folks in tennessee are casting their votes today. Super tuesday. With me now the mayor of nashville, tennessee, john cooper. Thank you so much for taking a minute with me. I love nashville, and im just im gutted by whats happened in this beautiful city. So i just want to run these numbers past you, sir, and you tell me if they hold. I have 22 fatalities this hour. The state department of health says the number of injuries are unknown. Are those the numbers you have or has it already can changed . Well, brooke, i think thats right. Here in Davidson County weve only had two fatalities but across the state its a much bigger number. And we probably had 150 people that weve had to transport to medical facilities. Comparatively weve been lucky, lots of Property Damage here in nashville. Comparatively many more fatalities elsewhere in the state. I know one huge worry is that folks were in their homes, in buildings that have been left damaged, right, and First Responders are just working their way through. Can you talk to me about those efforts . Well, they are, and theyre doing an incredible job. We do have 48 collapsed stru structures so obviously with the collapsed structure youve got to go through that and make sure nobody was left behind. Right now theyre working through that process. The community has responded beautifully. Its a great city. Its a resilient city. We had a flood here about ten years ago that i think has trained us a little bit for an emergency responding and were being up to it today. When you talk about those damaged buildings, though, do you think thats why . I remember at some point this morning there were nine fatalities overall reported and then, bang, it rose to 22. Does the death toll rise because of these rescue efforts and that people are just being found . Yes, and it happened last night, its dark. The worst time. 50,000 people still without power in nashville alone. It was just hard to know the problems that you were dealing with. In the day now you can go through and be careful about it, and i do believe thats why the number jumped overnight is the tragedy had already taken place. So many people were in bed asleep when these tornados came through, so its my understanding that folks in East Nashville had six minutes of lead time, folks in West Nashville had three minutes. Just for people watching and wondering why so little time between presumably, you know, the sirens and the tornados . Well, the sirens worked as the system that we have, these storms can worsen and then also theyre touch down. Frankly, this tornado kind of skipped across Davidson County, touching down, touching down, touching down, very unpredictable where that happens. Theres a string of touches that are devastating in the concentrated areas that it does touch, but its going to be hard to predict. The system in terms of preparedness, people were saved because they did get up and get into their bathrooms, get into a safer part of their house, and also, frankly, we were lucky. Schools were out. It hit devastatingly a commercial district, but fewer homes than perhaps might have other been expected. What is just wrapping this up, what is your biggest need, and also have you spoken to the white house . Ive talked to fema. Ive been in touch with the white house. Were in close touch with the state. Everybody here is working very well together. I think the biggest need is for people to understand how great our First Responders are and to support them. People are bringing coffee, sandwiches, doughnuts to everybody out in the Community Working right now, and food to our shelters. Were going to have displaced families for a period of time. Food in our shelters is a great thing. The city is a resilient city. Weve come back from this before, and were going to be stronger than ever. Theres a local phrase here, we believe in nashville, and boy, this is really true today. I mean, in the midst of disaster right, Southern Hospitality at its best. Mayor john cooper, i appreciate your perspective and feeling that youre lucky, but still our condolences obviously to all those lives lost and those families in tennessee. Were watching that, thank you, sir. Were also watching all the latest developments in this coronavirus outbreak as the number of cases continues to rise here in the United States. A second case has now been confirmed in new york. Georgia has confirmed two new cases of the virus, and there are now more than 100 coronavirus cases in the United States spread across about a dozen states. All six deaths in the United States have been in Washington State where more than a dozen schools have closed as a precaution. The new cases of coronavirus come as u. S. Health officials are changing the rules to allow for expanded testing. Some Public Officials now warning the public against attending large public events, and how about this . The nba is advising its players to avoid high fives with fans and signing autographs just to avoid spreading the virus. In terms of the markets, the Federal Reserve is also making changes amid the coronavirus outbreak cutting the Interest Rate by half a point, an emergency move to thwart the Economic Impact of the coronavirus. It is the first unscheduled cut since the 2008 financial crisis, a move the president has been pressing the fed to make, and today President Trump pressed the reserve even more demanding, quote, more easing and cutting. The dow jumped right after the announcement but then started falling again down 900 points. Richard quest is with me, cnn Business Editor at large and host of quest means business. Why are the markets reacting the way they are . The first thing to know is were now at the lowest point of the day, down 930, and over the course of the afternoon, the selling has accelerated down 3. 5 . Were about to potentially wipe out all the gains that we saw yesterday, and those gains were just what we call a dead cat bounce. There was no real justification for them. The feds move today was the ultimate insurance policy. Yes, theyve still got more they can still cut, but they cut to ensure the stability. What did they actually say . The coronavirus poses evolving risks, in light of these risks and to support the achievement of maximum, et cetera, et cetera. So this was an emergency measure designed as an insurance policy. Well, the market is telling us is its not enough. The reason i say that, the market had been dying for Interest Rate cuts. Theyve been looking forward to possibly add a single 25 basis points, now theyve got half a point off and theyre still falling sharply. This is because they dont believe this is over by any means. United airlines is down 4. 25 today, carnival cruises down similarly. The economic the economic dislocation as a result of all of this is getting wider by the moment. Okay. Richard quest, thank you very much for that. By the way, new yorks second confirm case of coronavirus is raising fears that the deadly virus may have been spread through the community, britain g Brynn Gingras is with me now. New york citys mayor bill de blasio learning about this 50yearold man in new york city. Weve learned he is a lawyer who worked in midtown, manhattan. The mayor says he was showing symptoms on and off for the past month, but those symptoms became more serious just within the last week or so. Thats when last week he was admitted to the hospital, and it became even more serious. Hes been transferred to a hospital here in new york city where he currently is in serious condition. A couple things to point out, this man worked in midtown manhattan. Certainly took public transportation. Also, he has two children. One of those kids attended a private school untin the bronx. That School Canceled classes today. That kid was not showing any symptoms. However, this man also has a second child that weve learned who attendances a local univers and is symptomatic. Now, Health Officials are on the ground at the university. They are not naming that school as of yet, but of course working through the process of this notifying officials, working with officials tr here on that camp campus. The other thing to note, this man did not travel to any high risk countries as of late. According to the mayor he went to israel, which we know is not high risk, and also miami. So this may be it appears to be the First Community spread case here in new york city. Brooke. Well come back to all of that. Well talk to the governor as well. Thank you. The number of coronavirus cases as i mentioned is on the rise largely because u. S. Health officials are allowing state and local facilities to test for the virus. Faulty test kits led to delays and inconclusive results. 15,000 new kits are now being shipped to state and local Health Facilities across the country. By expanding who can test for the disease, the fda is hoping a Million People across the country will be tested for coronavirus by the end of the week. A world Health Policy expert is a science journalist and the author of the book the coming plague. So lori, nice to have you on. Thank you so much. When we talk about the tests, and theyre hoping to test a Million People by the end of this week, you refer to these tests as a sad joke. Tell me why. Unfortunately something went wrong in making the cdcs test, and theyre very evasive about what went wrong, but it didnt work, and they were shipped out to the states and the states said this isnt working. Meanwhile, weve had a huge delay in getting testing rolled out across the country, and were only now beginning to try and get commercial test kits in place, allow states to develop their own tests, and get some answers. Meanwhile, covideo is out ther because of this inadequate test issue, did that allow for coronavirus to spread many. Yes, i think so. What we know, the hutchinson lab in seattle think based on the gene sequences of the viruses found in people in the state of washington, it has been there since midjanuary, perhaps even early january, and its a strain that originated in central china. So this is very bad, and weve paid a huge price for slashing and cutting the centers for disease control. You say we, meaning this white house . Im meaning the nation, the people of america. Weve paid the price because the states dont have what they need. They dont have a tool kit. If you dont know whos infected, you cant stop an epidemic. To think its possible this could have gone on as many weeks as youre saying as it has in Washington State. Wow. Were also learning that the cdc appeared to have removed the number of americans who have been tested from their website. Why do you think they would do that . Well, right now were in a cumbersome period here because theyre rolling out their test kit to the state labs, but meanwhile there are commercial suppliers putting tests out, and theyre not all the same. They dont have all the same specificity, sensitivity. Its going to be very chaotic for a while until this gets sorted out, and its very difficult for the cdc to figure out what should we be reporting as a confirmed case. How quickly can this sorted . Maybe thats the impossible question to answer. Thats all i can wonder . Look, the way i rook at this, brooke, we knew this was coming. China bought us time by locking down to varying degrees 100 million human beings, carrying out the most massive epidemic control in the history of our species, and they bought us time. We knew this was there in january. And yet. And yet here we are, and the most basic fundamental tool of epidemic control, a test that can say is brooke infected or no, we dont have it. Youre angry. I am. I think this is a gross malfeasance, and its you know, you cant blame the scientists at the lab level when they dont have any money, when theyre been working around the clock understaffed. Weve been slashing and slashing cdc, and even now they plan to slash it even more. I dont understand how you expect to protect america if you take the whole bench, you know, the entire Baseball Team and say, you know what . Were just going to have a catcher and a pitcher and the rest of you can go home. Im just going to sit with that, laurie garrett, i appreciate your passion. Thank you for coming on and saying that. Thank you. To super tuesday now, the biggest day yet of the 2020 race is underway. Joe biden is riding a huge wave of momentum, but is it enough to overtake senator Bernie Sanders . Democrats who have been waiting for weeks to make their voices heard in the 2020 primary are finally getting their chance to do exactly that. Super tuesday is now in full swing. Just over 1,300 delegates are up for grabs today, a significant chunk of the number needed to clinch the partys nomination, and the high stakes are setting up an epic showdown between the moderate and progressive wings of the party after joe biden got a series of endorsements from former rivals. Im delighted to endorse and support joe biden for president. We have someone who, in fact, is the antithesis of donald trump, joe biden is decent. Hes kind. Hes caring. Hes empathetic. What i want all of you to do is vote for joe. There is a massive effort trying to stop Bernie Sanders. Thats not a secret to anybody in this room. The corporate establishment is coming together. The political establishment is coming together, and they will do everything. They are really getting nervous that working people are standing up. No matter how many washington insiders tell you to support him, nominating fellow washington insider will not meet this moment. To chris lizza we go our cnn politics reporter. This is the biggest single day of voting so far because theres some huge prizes. Go through the numbers for us. We often call things super or big, but this one actually merits it. Its nationwide and so many delegates. First number, 30 plus percent of all the delegates available in the entire process are available today. 70 of what you need to get to 1991, 1991 to win, right, 70 of them no ones going to win 70 , but 70 person available in just one day. Its a lot, but i want to flag something, california 415 delegates available today, by far the largest number. Whats really important about california is this. We expect we dont know, but polling suggests Bernie Sanders is going to win. Thats important but not as important as this. Does anyone else and do several other people get 15 of the vote or more statewide . If they do because of democrat delegate rules, they will get delegates, sanders will get less. If they dont, the nomination could well be won by Bernie Sanders in california because he will have a delegate lead nationally that may not be able to be overcome. Thats the state im keeping an eye on, not just because it has the most delegates but because of the way sanders is running and his opponents are running. Brooke. All right, chris, thank you for all of the delegate math. The final number they need 1991. Cnn is at polling locations all across the country getting the pulse of voters. Up first, the state of colorado where 67 delegates are at stake. That is where we find lucy kaf. This is where ballots are going to be counted once those polls close at 7 00 p. M. Local time. Across the state of colorado, more than 1. 3 million ballots cast so far. Thats 38 of all registered voters here. Thats interesting because folks have had their ballots since early february. A lot of people are waiting until the last minute until today to finally make their decision. We know that senator sanders won the state in 2016, two polls released last week have shown him in a doubledigit lead. Its going to be quite some time before we have any kind of indication of results for this years vote, but whats interesting and exciting about this year, this is colorados first primary in 20 years. Up until now, its been a caucus process. This is also the first time that unaffiliated voters can participate in the primaries. All of these changes, brooke, aimed at getting more people out, more people turned out to participate in the political process. Brooke. Lucy, thank you in denver. Lets go to alabama now, a state where any registered voter no matter his or her party can vote today. What are voters telling you . Reporter brooke, were seeing that there is a steady flow here at precinct 2010, overwhelmingly democratic precinct, and on the issue of crossover votedining theres no lot of that expected. Theres a marquee race for each party. The democrats have their primary for the president , but the republicans have that Senate Primary where Jeff Sessions, former attorney general is trying to win back his seat. Lets start with the democrats. The Biden Campaign very optimistic about alabama. Let me tell you why. In 2016, 54 of all democratic primary voters were africanamerican. We saw his strength in South Carolina with africanamerican voters. They hope to replicate that strength here. For the senate race, Jeff Sessions is in a pretty tight, two, maybe threeway race to reclaim his seat. To give you an idea of how his fortune has changed here, in 2014 his last election to the senate, he ran unopposed in both the primary and the general, and now hes fighting to get that seat back. Its a very tight race. Brooke. Victor, thank you. Alabama, one day, 14 primaries, today is the most important test for the president ial candidates yet. No one brings it to you quite like we do here at cnn. Our special live coverage kicks off 4 00 eastern right here. The president moments ago saying he is considering cutting off travel to countries where the coronavirus is hitting hard. We have that for you next. We need to have more stringent containment measures to stop the virus from spreading. Were now looking at other countries that have been badly affected and were thinking about doing something. We dont want to do that, but were looking at other countries and were being very stringent. Like the European Union countries . Im going, ill be back and ill see you all over there. Go ahead. Were not looking at that at all, no. Theres only one hot spot, and thats also pretty much in a very in a home, as you know, in a nursing home. Down playing the virus . No, not at all. Were doing a fantastic job. The professionals are doing a great job. Were really happy with the job theyre doing. They have been just ahead of it, and were ahead of it by having stopped so much earlier than nobody wanted us to cut off access to our country, and i did it early. By doing that, that was a big step, otherwise many more people would be infected. [ inaudible question ] when did they announce that . A little while ago . Yes. Thats a tough move, no, im not prepared for that. Let them do what they want to do. Im hearing more and more about that. I dont think it would be necessary, no. What other countries, sir . Thats too bad, jeff, go ahead, question. Cutting off travel to and from were watching italy very closely, south korea very closely, even japan very closely, and well make the right determination at the right time. Weve cut it off, as you know, with numerous other countries. Say it. Any other countries youre considering cutting off . They are the hot spots right now. Mr. President President Trump there just speaking on the coronavirus saying that he is considering cutting off travel to coronavirus hot spots, as we learned from the cdc today that the u. S. May be seeing, quote, the beginning of what is happening abroad in terms of an outbreak. Much more on this ahead. But on this super tuesday, joe biden is making a big play for supporters of his former fellow candidates turned endorsers, Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar, beto orourke. Hes also getting support from more unlikely sources, conservative republican matt lewis tweeting he is casting a primary vote for joe biden adding to fellow republicans saying you should too. This isnt operation chaos, its operation normalcy. This virginia conservative republican is riding with biden. Matt lewis is with me now. As a conservative republican, have you held your nose and voted democrat today, matt . Yes, i have. I voted this afternoon. How did it feel . It felt surprisingly good. It was weird. Ive never voted in a democratic primary before. First time for everything, but it felt good because im confident that this was the right move. As a conservative it was the right move. Why did you do it . Look, i think that the worst possible scenario is we get to november, and you have donald trump whos a right wing nationalist against Bernie Sanders a socialist, and those are your two choices, a nationalist versus a socialist. I cant stop donald trump now. Hes not, you know, you cant beat him in a primary. We tried that four years ago, but what you can do is stop Bernie Sanders. There is a guy named joe biden who i think is by far the most conservative who has a chance to win. Theres a thing called the buckley rule that bill buckley used to tell people to do. It was for a general election admittedly, vote for the most conservative candidate who had a chance to win. I actually think that today the most conservative candidate with a chance to win is joe biden. So is this just your warmup in voting democrat . For the people watching, theyre wondering what are you doing in november . Yeah, thats a very good question, brooke, and i tell you its probably an unsatisfying answer for democrats who are liking me today. I probably wont vote at all, and the reason is i actually view primaries differently, and some people will say this is inconsistent, but in my mind, what i did today was a vote of conscience to stop Bernie Sanders, a guy who has been an apologist for, you know, communist, socialist regimes, that committed atrocities, that had gu logs who committed human rights abuses. Im helping stop Bernie Sanders today. Thats different than voting in november for a democrat who would advocate things that i dont agree with. It is totally inconsistent. Explain how youre able to put aside your Republican Values today, like right to life and vote for a democrat in a primary, but somehow thats okay with you on super tuesday, but you cant do that in the general election. Its a tough one, brooke, admittedly. This is something i wrestled with. I really went back and forth. Ethically is this the right thing for me to do . Am i meddling in their campaign, and if i vote in the primary, am i then compelled to vote in the general . I think today is about stopping Bernie Sanders, someone that i can sleep well tonight knowing that i tried to do that. In november i dont view that as a lesser of two evils binary choice. I view my vote in november as an endorsement of somebody, and as somebody whos prolife, i dont think im going to feel comfortable in november voting for joe biden, someone Whose Administration would pursue an agenda that i dont agree with. Given all of the articles, i just have to push you on this. All of the times weve talked on tv about how much you have criticized donald trump, if you sit out in november and let the other guys, you know, sit at home and hope for the best, how do you how can you still exercise your vote to just or your voice in speaking up and criticizing the president if you dont vote . Well, luckily for me i have a column. I have twitter, i have my cnn appearances. I get it, most people dont have that luxury. Privilege to have that outlet. Its a little bit unfair for me to say that good for me but not for thee. Look, this is just a really, really tough choice. I think that voting in november is more of an endorsement. I did not vote in 2016, and i continued to criticize donald trump when he deserved it for the last four years. That was a tough decision i made, but i decie decided i cou vote for hillary based on ideology, based on the fact that i profoundly disagree with her agenda philosophically, but i couldnt vote for trump because of character and a lot of other stuff. Congratulations today, i say that in jest. Matt lewis, its a totally interesting position youre in. It was weird. Im sure it was, matt lewis, always appreciate hearing your perspective and your side of things. Thank you very much. I do want to pivot back to the breaking news on the coronavirus. Officials in Washington State are now confirming the death toll has risen to eight people. The total number of cases in the state also jumping to 21. It comes as the cdc warns that we are likely to see a spike in domestic cases. California is also reporting a new case today bringing the number of confirmed cases there to 20. This is happening as voters head to crowded polling stations and touch heavily used voting machines. Its important to remember solano county, california, is the first case of coronavirus Community Spread in the u. S. Meaning the patient did not have relevant travel history or exposure to another known patient. Thats why i wanted to talk to john gardner today, the assistant registrar in californias solano county, 50 miles north and east of san francisco. So john, thank you for coming on, and i know you all are breaking out all of the measures, precautionary measures for voters in your county to stay healthy, but also exercise that First Amendment right to vote. Walk me through all those measures in place. Sure, so for solano county, about 80 of our voters already vote by mail, so a lot of voters already have ballots in their hands at their home. We provided additional options for voters to drop off those ballots a tt places where they dont have to be in a public space. We always have curbside dropoffs outside our building, but weve added an additional location in the vacaville area, its another one of our major cities where voters can stay in their car. They hand the ballot out the window to a poll worker and will drop it in the ballot box for them. Thats probably the biggest measure weve taken. Weve also reminded our poll places that those also serve as a curbside dropoff. We have a phone, the voters can call a phone number and the voters can bring a ballot out to them. Wow, call a number. Its almost like drive through voting just to stay safe. I hear you on the 80 mailin voting so that, you know, im sure it eases a lot of concerns for folks. For the people who are physically voting today, how concerned are you that they may stay home out of fear, and what would your message be to them, john . Well, currently we dont have any calls from voters or coworkers saying theyre concerned. We have provided Hand Sanitizer to all of our polling places, additional wipes to wipe down the machines, disinfecting wipes, and gloves to our poll workers as well. Were following cdc recommendations for good hygiene around these public spaces and encouraging wiping off voting equipment as much as possible. We understand things seem business as usual for us and voters are turning out like normal without concerns about any incidents. Listen, no news is good news. I hope you get no phone calls and all is smooth sailing today, john gardner in solano county, california. Thank you so much for the update there. We are getting some news just in, Senate Democrats emerging from a briefing with the Vice President and his task force and as lawmakers say the United States is not ready for an outbreak. Stand by for that news. New York Magazine writer sarah jones says it bluntly today, it is time for Elizabeth Warren to drop out and sarah jones is with me now. So welcome. Thank you. Why do you think she should bounce . The main reason is that the math just isnt there right now, and i think its still possible for her to really exceed expectations tonight and maybe do a little bit better than the polls sort of indicate that she is. But even if that happens, i think shes so far behind in the delegate count, its really hard to make the case shes a viable candidate. And you know what im about to say, but the Elizabeth Warren supporters will say, you know, slow your roll, elizabeth, because she has been fierce in recent debates, really taking on billionaire Mike Bloomberg, that shes the woman that truly has a plan for that, that she has spent hours and hours shaking hands and taking selfies with so many people in the crowds. If she financially can keep the lights on, why not hang in there . There is a lot for progressives to admire about warren and the campaign shes run. She has been fantastic in the debates, but she hasnt really shown the potential to expand her base outside White College educated voters, and i think thats really been a problem for her. You think back to 2016 and senator Bernie Sanders was the one who stayed in perhaps a tad bit longer than Hillary Clinton would have liked. At the time were you in favor of him staying in . You know, i think the math is a little bit different this time around with so many candidates in the race. I dont think it was ever realistic that sanders was going to potentially cost Hillary Clinton the nomination of the democratic party. But if you were a progressive right now, you do face a more difficult choice, and we do see the math sort of changing where moderates are coalescing around biden in this way, and he is surging so if you are a progressive and thats your agen agenda, and you have causes that you care about, you face a really difficult decision right now. Your final point is that shershe should get out and make a difference. Sanders performs poorly with the White College educated voters that make up the bulk of warrens base. If she can make the case for sanders, she will help build a progressive front against moneyed and well organized moderate force. The time to do so is now. Will warrens base go to sanders if she does this . I dont think its necessarily that a warren voter is going to magically become a sanders voter, but warren is a persuasive communicator and i think she can make the case to her supporters, if you want medicare for all, if you want big structural change, then your interests are aligned with the working Class Coalition that has formed around sanders and not the coalition thats formed around biden. Sarah jones, thank you. Thank you. New headlines in the coronavirus outbreak. The president says he is considering cutting off travel to hot spot countries. Just in to cnn, this Fiery Exchange between a member of the house ways and Means Committee and the white house, and its all over President Trumps tax returns. This is just the latest battle in a months long war over those documents with te Committee Chairman requested last april. Treasury secretary Steve Mnuchin refused and the Justice Department later agreed with him despite a subpoena. In december, the supupreme cour agreed to take up the case, but today this was the scene on capitol hill between secretary mnuchin and new jersey Democrat Bill pas cell. By refusing to turn over Donald Trumps personal and business tax returns that this committee, i think youre breaking law. You had no legitimate legal rationale. Weve learned recently that simultaneously have been offering documents to the loyal opposition, but two republican senators asked you for the private Financial Information of joe bidens family, your department practically tripped over themselves to provide it. You sent it over to them so fast, wonder if you stuffed it in a Federal Express envelope, so you refused to turn over the president s tax returns to us, which is required by law. It says shall, it doesnt say might. Ill give you the citation. Again, and youre familiar with this section, i know you are. Its right on the screen. There it is. Thats the law. Your stated reasons for stonewalling our request, you never cite any superseding legal basis. The only thing you suffer is smug rhetoric and staggering lies. I told you what the law is, word for word. Its right there. Tell me the specific statute that allows you to overrule 26 usc 6103 f 1 a at your whim. Tell me what statute. Please. So first of all, let me just comment i asked a question, mr. Te secretary. I find it offense i that youre telling me im breaking the law and staggering lies. I asked you to tell me why youre not breaking the law. Theres the law right there. Just to be clear, theres a third branch of government, and there are courts that interpret things. This is in the courts and the courts will deal with it. So thats your interpretation of the law. Im relying upon Legal Counsel on what is our interpretation of the law, so in all due respect, i am not breaking the law. You have a different interpretation. Youre not a judge, and this will be determined by a neither are you. So there you go. And the Supreme Court is expected to issue a ruling on the president s taxes by june. This is cnn breaking news
