His name is Paul Manafort. He says these accusations are simply absurd. Who takes the fall for cribbing Michelle Obamas speech in 2008 . Whos fault is that . Well, theres no cribbing of Michelle Obamas speech. These were common words and values, that she cares about her family, that things like that she was speaking in front of 35 Million People last night. She knew that. To think that she would be cribbing Michelle Obamas words is crazy. Its i mean, this is once again an example of when a woman threatened Hillary Clinton, how she seeks out to demean her and take her down. Its not going to work. All im saying is the language is strikingly similar. Im not making a big deal of it. I know everybodys talking about it this morning, but i dont think its an allegation. Its not some suggestion without proof. I think it happened. I dont understand why the campaign doesnt just own it and say, people borrow phrases, thats what happened and move on. Thats what ironically obama did in 2008 when clinton said he cribbed. He said, yeah, youre right, i did it. No. He did do it. That is correct. But in this particular case certainly theres no feeling on her part that she did it. You know, what she did was use words that are common words. To expect her to think that she would do Something Like that knowing how scrutinized her speech was going to be last night is just really absurd. We are covering all of this with our team of political reporters and experts. I want to begin with Phil Mattingly. What can you tell us . Carol, obviously the Trump Campaign not giving an inch at all, in fact going on the attack. But were already starting to see splits. Ive been talking to republicans all morning. Theyre all frustrated by this and frankly they all dont want to talk about it. Just a few minutes ago at breakfast Reince Priebus saying he would quote probably fire a speech write r who had any role in what happened with Melania Trumps speech last night. He went on the couch it by saying it kind of depends on the circumstances and how these things are written. But no question about it, the rnc chairman saying somebody should be fired for what happened last night. A night that was supposed to be a big launching moment is now problematic. The similarities are starting. You work hard for what you want in life. That you work hard for what you want in life. That your word is your bond, that you do what you say youre going to do. That your words is your bond and you do what you say and keep your promise. Melania trumps big moment on the National Stage overshadowed by an unexpected moment. Under a firestorm of criticism online, the Trump Campaign issuing this statement overnight, saying, quote, melanias team of writers took notes on her lifes inspirations and in some instances included fragments that reflected her own thinking. But the statement doesnt acknowledge the allegations of plagiarism, mention who helped mrs. Trump write her speech or explain where those fragments came from. In an interview shot before her big speech, melania seems to take most of the credit for the content of her remarks. I wrote it and with a little help as possible. Donald trumps apprenticelike entrance to introduce his wife on stage, yet another moment that has everyone talking about this unconventional convention. And carol, the campaign obviously publicly not giving my ground, but behind closed doors there appear to be some problems. Top Paul Manafort advisor rick gates is said to have over seen the entire process for Melania Trump. Thats according to sources familiar with the campaign telling me colleagues that. Theyre also saying donald trump is furious. While the campaign not backing down at all publicly, there are clearly some issues. I can vouch for that talking to source this is morning. There was a mad scramble after the speech was given last night as they tried to figure out their way forward here. There are clearly a lot of questions right now. The campaign is, at least internally, seeking answers. All right. Thanks so much. Joining me now on the phone barry bennett, a former Senior Advisor to the Trump Campaign. Good morning, sir. Hey, carol. So did Melania Trump were parts of her speech plagiarized . Well, you know, plagiarized is a tough word, but its hard to argue that there are entire phrases and sections that are almost identical to the 2008 speech. Do you believe that Melania Trump, like she told nbc, wrote most of this speech . Well, i think she probably feels like she did, but obviously there were Staff Writers who were putting this together who did her a great, great, great disservice. I thought it was a fabulous speech and a great introduction. And to have it tainted by horrific staff work is incredibly disappointing. We understand that the person overseeing Melania Trumps speech was rick gates, who was a top advisor to Paul Manafort or a top aide to Paul Manafort, rather. First of all, do you know that to be true . Im not physically involves, but sources have told me that, yes. So it was rick gates. So what should happen to rick gates . Should donald trump turn around and fire him or fire someone who might have been responsible for pulling these passages out of Michelle Obamas speech . Ive been a Campaign Manager to president ial campaigns before and if a staffer for me had done this, they wouldnt be there at the end of the day. So you would have fired that person . I mean, i think to embarrass a spouse in front of her First National audience, thats inexcusable. Why doesnt the Trump Campaign, mr. Trump in particular, come out and Say Something about this . I know we heard from Paul Manafort and he sort of denied the whole thing. But youre right, its difficult to deny that parts of Melania Trumps speech sound awfully familiar to parts of Michelle Obamas speech. Yeah. I mean, i people always try to deny that this happened, but if you look at the phrasing, just play the audio clips, i mean, there is not a deniable offense. So is this the time that donald trump should come out and say, look, im really sorry about what happened and i feel terrible about what its done to Melania Trump, who was very nervous before this speech. So i am going to fire whoever was responsible for writing parts of mrs. Trumps speech. Should he come out and say that . My guess is he will defend his wife very strongly. I have not you know, i dont talk to him on a daily basis. But the trump i know is not going to tolerate this. You know, we know that Melania Trump did not show up when mr. Trump announced his choice for the vp pick and we know that she had to be talked into giving this speech at the convention. Is there strife between the two over this run for president by donald trump . I think that she can be, i mean, a tremendous asset. She speaks six languages. Shes a very smart person. Shes not accustomed to, you know, speaking to 35 Million People on television every night. But she can be such a tremendous asset to the campaign. Didnt get off to a very good start. So should she come out and Say Something . Because, i dont know, if i was Melania Trump id be so angry about this. And id want to Say Something. Should she Say Something . Yeah. Theyre both in new york this morning and i am certain they are breakfast this morning was probably pretty tense. Yeah. You know, the other question i have is the trump surrogates and people who work for the Trump Campaign, they seem to be on different pages when it comes to this. Paul manafort said melania did not plagiarize. Chris christie said sure she plagiarized but just 7 of the speech. Then you heard what Phil Mattingly reported about Reince Priebus, he said, id fire the speech writer. Nobody is on the same page here apparently. Pncht yeah. It takes a while. But i think by the end of the day everyone will be on the same page with mr. Trump leading the charge. But the question is why arent they on the same page now . These allegations came out hours and hours ago. They came out last night. I mean, i actually saw some postings now that came out before her speech when they released a copy of her speech, people already these phrases that were identical to Michelle Obamas speech. Obviously there was really really really poor staff work. Poor staff work. So what does that say about the Trump Campaign . It sounds like they need better staff. This late in the game . Well, luckily its, you know, july, not november. The campaign that theyve run, you know has not been perfect by any stretch, but they are still in the hunt or, you know, in the margins of error of almost every poll. They can increase their game, make their game better. Hes going to win. But its incumbent on them to do that. Isnt this a time during the convention to showcase the candidate, to showcase unity among republicans, right . To show donald trump in a new light as a caring, warm person, whose only interest is in the country. And now were talking about how his wife plagiarized her speech. And not just lifted but lifts from Michelle Obama. Yeah, i mean, horrific, just horrific. Do you think this will have lasting consequences . No. No, i dont. But i mean, its a lost opportunity. I mean, joe biden went through this several years ago. It stuck with him for 20 years, but that was because he was running for president. Your general thoughts about what is going on here . I thought it was a terrific speech. I thought it was a phenomenal opportunity for Melania Trump to introduce herself, to taught her husband. And thats exactly what she did. Did she use some common phrases, m my gosh, wouldnt we like our children to have more influence you dont think she plagiarized . No, i dont think she plagiarized. She used very common phrases. The two guys on either side of you are kind of chuckling. Shes beautiful and smart and speeches six languages. I dont think anyones saying shes not smart or she didnt deliver the speech well. I just think some are accusing her of not her per se or whoever helped her with the speech of lifting these passages from Michelle Obamas speech. I dont think that she did. She probably read and researched on her own. These are common phrases. Does it sound similar . Yes. This is one of those situations where just admit i feel bad for melania, i really do. I dont think she wrote these words. I think these words are from someone who was helping her with her speech and they put them in there and it was amateur hour it was bush league and its a jv team and you should fire them. It takes you off message. This is the problem that the Trump Campaign has had. You have to come in here and own every day and have a messaging every day. Were spending hours this morning talking about something that should have never been something we were speaking about. The campaign should not be defending this. They should say someone screwed her over really badly, we have fired this person and theyre no longer in the campaign. I feel bad that you have to come out and act like this wasnt plagiarism. And it is plagiarism. Its not her fault. I think someone put these words in her. When you take them exactly and then you act like you didnt, it takes away from what she was trying to do. Isnt it telling, larry, that donald trump has not come forward with anything, mr. Tweet every second . He should have. He should have corrected it in the middle of the night. He normally is up tweeting. Carol, im a college professor. Ive taught for 40 years. Ive had 20,000 students. Ive had many many student goes to the Honor Committee for plagiarism. This is not minor plagiarism. This is major plagiarism and anyone guilty of it would be out of our university in 24 hours. It is an outrage. Whoever did it should have been identified within ten minutes and fired immediately. And its not in your interest to carrying th carry Something Like this on. Trump has a message every day that hes supposed to be communicating. This will eat up an entire day for him. You pay for your sins. A Convention Day is ten days in my opinion in media focus. Now hes lost an entire day. I feel awful for her. Because i think she did a great job. She didnt want to do that. I feel bad any time family gets taken out of context or misconstrued on a campaign. She did it to support her husband. This is a speech writer. This is an amateur speech writer who should be fired for this and we should know his name. Supposedly this rick gates had something to do with it. Hes not an amateur. When it comes to speech writing he is, because if you have to plagiarize Michelle Obama in this way. I would love to be talking about the mother whose son was killed and why Hillary Clinton is responsible and what Hillary Clinton has done. But unfortunately we are talking about this, because words are very similar. Were losing the message. We are talking about it because were not hearing from donald trump himself. Its the fact that youre actually saying it wasnt plagiarism which keeps the story going. Thats the part i dont understand. I dont understand that logic. With all due respect to the professor, as an attorney and chief legal officer of this state, we fully appreciate writing briefs and cite. Its important that we listen to the message of Melania Trump and not get distracted by this. But when you have folks with the never trump movement, they might as well be working for Hillary Clinton. Im slighted youre an english major. But as an english major you should know that one of the cardinal sins in your field is plagiarism, particularly of this sort. I understand. But however these are common phrases. Oh, please. Out of Michelle Obamas speech. Are you crazy . To me, it drives me crazy. I want donald trump to win. I want him to beat Hillary Clinton. But if you sit here and say this Paul Manafort phrase of its a common phrase. No, its not when you take it verbatim word for word. I would have not been able to graduate. You say it was wrong and this persons fired and you move on with the news cycle. Now every time someone defends what i would call the indefensible it keeps it going. Pause for just a second. Because a while back donald trump sat down with a radio talk show host and talked about joe biden and his plagiarism. This is what donald trump had to say about that just a few months ago. We dont have any sound. Youre killing me. Let me just shorthand it. Okay we have it. Yay. I want our viewers to hear it for themselves. I think id match up great. Im a job producer. Ive had a great record. I havent been involved in plagiarism. I think i would match up very well against biden. In light of what donald trump said, doesnt that isnt that a bit of irony . No. Again, i think that melania had an incredible message talking about donald trump as a husband, talking about donald trump as a leader. Today thats what we should be talking about. Today were going to be talking about how were putting america back to work. Thats what my speech tonight is going to be focused on. Thats what we need to be talking about as opposed to talking about whether or not some common phrases that we all use in arkansas i tell people i was raised right. Now, i doubt anyone is going to say im stealing that line from Michelle Obama or Hillary Clinton or anyone else. I used the word yall and raised right, but thats not plagiarism. Taking from a speech at the same type of convention, we shouldnt even be debating this. We should be interahonest with American People. If you say this to everyone who has an intellectual ability to process and you tell them what theyre seeing is not what theyre seeing, it hurts your campaign. Should this have been caught before Melania Trump hit the stage. It shouldnt have been done. Dont put the emphasis on the process and the fact checking. Just be real here. This is what it seems to be, its a straightup cut and paste with an edit to make it slightly fit Melania Trump better. Youre a professional speech writer. Tell us how this process is supposed to work. You sit down with the prin principal and your hear their stories and then you write a speech that expresses the interior life of the principal. In this case, the goal clearly should have been, look, donald trump is not well understood by the American People, they know him from the apprentice, from a vicious primary. You need to talk about him as a husband, as a father. The second is this is just a straight up cut and paes wiste a mild edit. Thats a firing offense. Who did it and why wasnt it caught . The real scandal also compounding it is the Trump Campaigns impulse to lie about it. So margaret, Melania Trump said she wrote most of the speech herself. She said that to nbc news. Yeah. Do you think she did . It is entirely conceivable, one can imagine that you are going to go out and give a speech, youre going to study the speeches of previous future first ladies. Its easy to imagine her seeing that phrase or that sequence, liking it and incorporating it into her comments. Now whether she did or didnt thats what the Trump Campaign has to answer and frankly somebody ought to be fired for this. And even if melania did it, any guess is somebody will be fired for this because somebody should have caught it. He should play to his brand. Hes the guy who says, youre fired. Just own it and move on. This is not a tragditional campaign. Prior to last night melania told us she had worked five weeks on this speech herself. I think she possibly did her research. I think she was inspired by Michelle Obama. Those are common themes. Theres also a thought that she put in never gonna let you down song. Theres a line from there. I have to wonder, though, yes its a little bit of a controversy. She speaks three languages. I agree, somebody needs to be fired. Its the person who probably read over her speech. I think weve got to give her credit for possibly writing this on her own and not just staffing it off to people. Thats the big question. We havent heard from trump. He hasnt tweeted about this. He is said to be furious about this privately but he hasnt come out plublicly. If this happened to one of us in college, we would get in a lot of trouble. Joe biden. We would be fired. Thats right. With that said, i think we should all be sympathetic to Melania Trump. She did seem to pull it off except for some of these words. Thats how this becomes a metaphor for the state of this campaign. She did have what was a strong night. She performed well. Yet they step all over their message with these unforced errors. It really is just a reflection of the campaign writ large. Lets not try to spin or diminish this, though. Its significant that the Republican Party were all about characterizing Michelle Obama, questioning whether she loved america, someone whos now proven to be enormously effective has been plagiarize fwed by the republican nominee. They were criticizing michelle for not crossing her hand over her heart. This happens in politics all the time. This is why people tune out politics. Its going back to your original point. She was supposed to be talking about her husband. Im going to ask you because your husband is sitting right beside you, couldnt you find one example of something that john did that was warm and fuzzy . You can think back to previous future first ladies or women who have been in that position. Cindy mccain, laura bush. Anne romney gave testimonials how in high school she met mitt and waited on him while he went on a mission. Thats not her brand. Thats not their marriage. Instead its coming out that she supposedly pulled passages from another first ladys speech. Then you have to think about the speech in its entirety and if it was completely sincere. I dont think we need to sit there and judge what their marriage is like. All those women you mentioned are traditional politicians wives. Theyve been on the campaign trail. This isnt a policy speech where the words have enormous meaning. Obviously they do, were talking. This is about speaking from the heart and thats supposed to be something that people do authentically on the spur of the moment. Who are you to say this isnt her heart . Lets see her do interviews and talk about this. She said we can trust him. A lot of snarky speech on twitter said hes in his third marriage. There was a lot of that snark during this speech. The solution to this would be for her to talk about this and come out. The remember the story about mitt romney how he shut down the capital to find a partners daughter when she went missing in boston . Those are stories that exist in every family and every relationship. Why not highlight those . You know what, theyre actually being honest right now. Thats how their marriage possibly is. [ overlapping speakers ] our former boss, Rudy Giuliani said donald trump helped people at the time when i was mayor, privately, anonymously helping firefighters. That was only the character reference. He was not specific. He said that but we didnt hear that from theres so many times hes actually opened his heart and been generous. The ice skating rink he actually finished with his own funds. The trumps dont go out there and brag. Not when it comes to their private charity things that most people would not know any of these stories if he was not running for president. This is not a public family. She married a celebrity, not a politician. Lets give her some grace, folks. Were all agreeing it was a missed opportunity. There was an opportunity for her to talk from her heart more personally and let us inside trump tower. We dont know what the family is like. We could have found out last night. Lets bring in cnn special correspondent. What did he say . As always, he is very loyal to donald trump and maybe no surprise, he does not think this is plagiarism. But we started by asking him about these striking similarities. Lets take a listen. 93 of the speech is absolutely words that were different than Michelle Obamas speech eight years ago. And of the ones that were similar, these were not Ground Breaking thoughts, that people were raised in this country to work hard, to go for what they want, to make sure their kids reach their dreams. I just dont see it. Its unfortunately the kind of malady of the first night of a convention. You and the delegates were building up to the first night and people want something to talk about. If were talking about 7 of a speech that was really universally considered to be a good performance by mellianiame. I know her. Theres no way Melania Trump was plagiarizing Michelle Obamas speech. They are strikingly similar. Youre talking about much broader than what we saw last night of people who are copying and lifting from speeches. One, i know her. I dont believe she would do that. And i dont believe that last night sounded like anything other than Melania Trump. I wasnt sitting there saying, wow, that sounds like Michelle Obama to me. She had help with the speech and people go to lots of different sources for things. Do you think by accident thoughts, phrases got left behind in putting it together . Who knows, first off. If it was by accident, then were not talking about plagiarism. Plagiarism is an intentional act of stealing someone elses work and passing it off as your own. If certain thoughts were passed off accidentally, then its an accident. But i dont believe thats what happened. I think theres certain common thoughts and phrases. If you go back in all first lady speeches or special first lady speeches that you hear them say, and i think thats what that was last night. The rest of the speech to me sounded very much like the Melania Trump ive gotten to know over the last 14 years. She loves her husband. She loves her country. I think she put that across very well last night. Paul manafort said its ridiculous, that these are common words and values. He then went onto blame Hillary Clinton. He said, this is once again an example of when a woman threatened Hillary Clinton, how she tries, seek es out to demea her and take her down. Its not going to work. Really really, is this Hillary Clintons fault . Ill let paul speak for himself. There is this sense that whether its donald trump or the campaign, no one is ever willing to admit they made a mistake. Isnt that a little silly . Well, first of all, i dont think thats the case. I think over time theyve done a number of things to admit that the campaign needed to move in a different direction, whether its you see donald now giving many more speeches from te teleprompter that you saw earlier in the campaign. He wanted to have a more disciplined message. Youve seen personnel changes over time. All of those things are tacit admissions of a need for a change. And so everybody does that a little bit differently. Donald certainly is not one of these mea culpa folks, right, pounding his chest and forgive me. Thats not his style. I think the American People have had enough of that over the last eight years and they want a strong president thats willing to stand by the decisions he makes. Understatement of the year, donald trump is not one of these mea culpa guys. Let me just clarify one thing. Plagiarism is plagiarism whether it is accidental or intentional. It may only be a small perce percentage of lines but when you look at them i think the phrase strikingly similar is certainly fair to say. Its a tough job to go in front of the nation when youre criticized about what you wear, what shoes you have, what lipstick you wear, knowing that youre going to go into a world of criticism about everything you do, no, i thought it was a great speech. While that resonates, do you think that attracts moderates who might lean right or other voters who are undecided . What i thought last night about who spoke, a lot of it is blue collar america. You have marcus latrell, just blue color people. I think there is cause for concern. Is it fixable . Absolutely. We still live in the best country that has ever been if you listen to all the speeches last night, it appeared nothing was fixable, or at least fixable quickly because america is dangerous getting breaking news. Are we going to that now . Sorry, congressman . Paul manna fort man fort it talks about her love of the country and how it developed and the love of her husband and how it developed and family, and the family values. These are themes that are personal to her, but personal to a lot of people depending on the stories of their lives. Obviously Michelle Obama feels very much similar sentiments towards her family. The fact ha the speech itself is bk being focused on, 50 wards and that includes ands and thes and things like that is totally ig forth the facts of the speech itself. The speech was a poignant speech well received by the American People. We dont believe theres anything in that speech that doesnt reflect her thinking and we dont think that she says were comfortable that the words that she used are words that were personal to her. The fact that there are things like care and respect and compassion, those are not extraordinary words and certainly when you talk about family, theyre normal words. I would note that she did know she was speaking before 40 Million People yesterday and that her speech would be noticed by a lot of people. To think she would be doing anything that would be unnoticed is absurd. She knew people were going to be paying attention to her words, and the American People did focus on what her message was and some folks trying to disturb that message in some respects. Again, theres a political take to this whole issue. Its certainly note thad the clinton camp is the first to get it out there, in trying to say there was something untoward about the speech that Melania Trump gave. When Hillary Clinton is threatened by a female, the first thing she does is try to destroy the person. As politics, we recognize it and were going to move on. Were focusing on the message that Melania Trump gave last night, the American People are focusing on it and were very pleased about it. Any other questions on different topics . Instead the campaign is dealing with this headache this morning, not likely to go away any time soon. Baton rouge police are releasing a chilling timeline of sundays attack showing how the shooter specifically targeted police, killing three officers and wounding three hours. Right now investigators are trying to piece together what they can of the timeline, not just of what happened early sunday morning, but also what happened in the hours and days before. They told us theyre going through the shooters phone and computer to try to find the digital fingerprint to reveal who he may have been communicating with, what he may have been looking at in the days before the attack. Were also getting glimpse of the surveillance footage, what investigators say is the sheer brutality in the way the shooter carried out this attack, the way he prepared his weapons, the way he moved in the shooting area, the way that he stalked these Police Officers. It reveals not only that he had extensive military training but his motivation was simply to target and assassinate Police Officers when they were simply going out for coffee, unsuspecting, at their weakest moments is when he went after them. Were hearing about these acts of heroism, brave moments by police, not only the moment that the shooter was actually taken down, a kill shot that came from more than 100 yards away with an ob strulkted view that finally took him down before he could cause more damage, but one specific instance of a deputy that was killed, brad garafola, apparently at one point he was coming under a hail of bullets and able to get cover behind a dumpster. He had his weapon drawn, and even though he found cover, he came out of cover and went directly at the shooter even as he was being fired out, tending to an officer that had been wounded on the ground. From what we understand, he was trying to help the officer as the suspect was targeting him and he kept exchanging gunfire with the shooter all the way to the end, standing up to pure evil even at his weakest moments. Aside from that, we saw two visuals last night, hundreds of people coming out, what first started as a vigil for Matthew Gerald became a vigil for all the officers involved in this deadly attack. Truly a moment for the community to gather and show support for so many laum w enforcement officials. Boris sanchez reporting live from baton rouge this morning. In the wake of the Police Shootings in baton rouge and dallas, donald trump is lashing out at black lives matter intimating that protesters are in part to blame for the deaths of those officers. Theres bad apples amongst police. We have to say theres got to be some kind of intelligent conversation in the joining between figuring out the intervention between authority and the community. Do you wish those bad apples would shut up . You wish a lot of bad apples would shut up. The coverage on any situation that happens to call for change, always is covering the worst and not the best. So the best outnumber the few bad apples by far. So why is the coverage lopsided . To see whats happening this week at the Republican National convention. One of the things . Black lives matter is being painted as this anarchy group, several speakers called out black lives matter. You could see it coming. They grab for the lowest hanging fruit and want to make that their platform just to rile up. Theyve been riling up most of the people in this country for the longest period of time on something that lacks data and research for what the reality actually is. This is the charge republicans make, that barack obama has widened the racial divide, that hes done nothing to heal tension in america between africanamericans and white people. He sits in the seat of the president of the United States and a government that outnumbers him. So he does what he can do. The government all got to Work Together and got to figure out how to close the divide on real people doing real things. You cant have the perception override the reality and often it is. I think whatever happened with the writing is unfortunate. She gave a great speech. She has a great story to tell. I dont want all the unity of this convention to be overshadowed by attention to that. Were focused on the future, on winning the election in november, the presidency, the house, the senate. I think three if not four Supreme Court justices will be determined by the next president. This is a very consequential year. I think its an election about the difference, either change or more of the same. Lets talk about elements of the platform. Many gay republicans were very upset with the language because they say it removed rights that they want to have. Young republicans are all for full rights for gay americans. How is a more conservative platform when it comes to bringing young republicans to the party. No one should be surprised this this platform reflects the grassroots foolgs of republicans across the country. This was a democratic process, they came and voted. This reflects what the Republican Voters are thinking. This is about our vision, our values for the future. Young republicans would say weve been left out of this. The platform says make states make the decisions. On education, no National School board. On health care, let states make the decision rather than washington. There are huge things people are focused and united about in terms of getting americans back to work and the economy. Security, last night, make america safe again. Security is not just wore der security, its energy security, economic security. Thats what unites us as a party. Democrats would say last night was all about fear, all about saying how america is not so great, but that republicans speaking last night didnt offer solutions to any of the problems they talked about. Why didnt they . Hillary clinton has been wrong with regard to russia, with regard to iran, syria. I talked to some republicans yesterday in a cleveland neighborhood bordering the convention site. They said i want solutions now and im frustrated im not hearing solutions.
