thank you for answering that. guy, i just want to ask you about morrison. it was on the july 25th call, he testified that he didn't think there was anything discussed that illegal. that's his opinion. is he right? was there any crime committed here? >> well, remember, impeachment is like we just said, is not about a crime. but, yeah. he violated the campaign finance act because you can't -- it says very clearly, you can't invite any foreigner to help in an election. and here he is shaking down the president of ukraine looking for dirt on his political opponent in a u.s. election. so, yeah, he violated the constitution in the sense of abuse of power and he violated a law in the sense of campaign finance. >> republicans are seizing on this part, right? on this, but from an impeachment standpoint, michael, does it matter if the president committed a crime or not? i mean, guy is saying -- >> not at all.
