airborne. i don't understand why you don't want transparency? >> we do want transparency, embedded if conflict, first of all there is no reason for this to become a conflict, number one. number two, the troops we have we're sending to europe are very small numbers. they're not engaged if conflict, combat. they're doing training, reassurance exercises and reassurance initiatives with our allies. it's a small number. so again, we're going to keep looking at this, washington, we honestly understand the obligations to be truthful, to be honesting to be transparent and to provide as much access as possible. again, these are tough decisions. we're trying to make them in real time while there is a diplomatic effort ongoing. >> my recommendation, let the journalists cover it. i'm sure you saw the investigation in "the situation room" into the bombing in kabul
