that's a lawful recreational activity. the problem is that if you use the same guns, guns which should never have been brought on the set in the first place because they are capable of shooting live ammo, that's where you get in trouble. >> anyone who has ever handled firearms, and i include myself in this, knows that there are just basic safety protocols when it comes to guns. always assume it's loaded. never have your finger on the trigger. never point it at -- in any direction you're not ready to fire on. but it's hard to square just like these very basic safety protocols with what we're hearing about the set. >> that's correct. and we don't say -- assume that it's loaded because assume gets you into the realm of make believe. act as if. all guns are always loaded. so there's no mistake. unless you personally pick up a firearm, open it, look inside it and verify yourself that the gun
