and a lot of it is not holding water. this strikes me as water gate in reverse. during water gate we had a year and a half of congressional and fbi investigations. leading to the smoking gun tape. where everybody saw nixon was interfering in the fbi trying to block the investigation into the water gate burglary. this is in reverse because we started with the smoking gun. the transcript itself. showed the president's own words he was asking zelensky to do him a favor of investigating his political rival joe biden. there it was in many ways that's the most serious evidence we have gotten yet of an abuse of power. the question is, as you have been discussing does it add up to grounds for removal of office. and on that ground i think it's a political judgment.
