there were about 25 people they allowed in the actual chairs, they have an overflow there. with me is a former u.s. attorney for the southern district of florida marcos jimenez who has more experience than almost anyone on what it is actually like inside there right now. since there aren't cameras in there, tell us what is happening. you've prosecuted a lot of cases inside that very courthouse behind us. what's going on with the former president right now? >> well, he's first being processed which is the equivalent of being booked in state court so he's going to the probation office and he's being fingerprinted. he is then going to be a perfunctory appearance, basically he's going to be read his charges not in detail but told what his charges are, the conditions of his release are going to be set, those are very interesting, and he's going to either plead guilty or not guilty and of course he's going to plead not guilty. as crazy as it is out here and as momentous it is because of the individual involved, this is a very routine, almost nonevent in court. >> we know he will get
