the mannequin with the dowling. they weren't allowed to get it. the defense attorney showing them what the m.e. had to say. that's a demonstrative piece of evidence. it is not entered into evidence. juries are only allowed to take actual real entries back there. they actually disputed this for a while. the judge came up on the bench and said, do you have some case law? it is up to y'all if you both agree. the dowling and dummies didn't go back into the jury room. this many hours, i don't think it bodes well in terms of the trial. i think this possibly could be a hung jury. certainly, there is a lot of discussion going on. >> we'll see. ashleigh banfield, many thanks. we'll be right back.
