hinckley has been allowed 17 day periods of off campus visits to his mother's home. he carries a gps equipped cell phone and sometimes followed by secret service agents. in august of 2014 that former press secretary james brady died at age 73. his death was ruled a homicide. but in january of this year, the united states attorney for the district of columbia released a statement saying they will not be pursuing murder charges against john hinckley for the death of james brady. so how likely is it he's going to go free and does he deserve that? you're going to hear the legal view next.
