and as a coach his job is to teach the 14-year-old about how to throw a helmet or not to throw a helmet. now to turn around and say because the kid throws his hat in the air on a home run he's going to be sued or more specifically his parents may be liable is absolutely ridiculous. i think the courts will throw this out. >> here's the deal -- at first i thought it was nuts, just nuts he would do this. on the other side of the coin, he's a volunteer parent. he's got this horrible medical issue. >> that's -- you know -- that's why we have the lawsuits. you know why we have all the lawsuit, the concept everybody is a victim. everybody has the right to be compensated for every bad thing that happens in life. life is tough sometimes. by the way the coach was assuming they had a homeowner's insurance policy and some insurance company would pay. they don't have a policy.
