We had cops from agencies all over new england. You think that you would find dzhokhar pretty quickly . But they couldnt find him. Right around six oclock, the shelter in place order is lifted. People are free to move around. We are asking the public to remain vigilant. There is still a very, very dangerous individual at large. My heart sank. Because i believe that they would find him and that we would feel secure again. And when they didnt it was devastating. So the people in that neighborhood slowly get back to normal.
