there would be some movement in that direction. because this conduct, by the way, is arguably the most egregious conduct of his presidency. it didn't involve ukraine, it involved trying to weaponize the justice department, which is supposed to be neutral, and to overturn an election. and the current justice department, full of career people, obviously led by a politically appointed process, has made the determination that these notes were to be turned over to the house and senate committees, which means they've made a determination that this conduct was extraordinary, shouldn't be protected under executive privilege, and was in his capacity as a candidate, not as president. and i think that the conduct was
