Was an event held with four of the accusers where he called them courageous, and when he asked if he touches women without consent, one of the accusers paula jones responded with this. [ inaudible ]. Nbc has confirmed that the four women will be in the debate hall tonight. And also leaked friday are many of the Hillary Clinton wall street speeches where the democratic nominee contradicts some of the positions on trade and the public and private s sector. Tonight many of the questions will come from undecided voters and tonight the debate is in the form of a town hall meeting, and half from attendees and half from the social media. It will be moderated by Anderson Cooper and martha raddatz. There sis a question and then a 2 00 rebuttal. And has there ever been a moment in modern political history where there is this kind of drama leading up to a debate like this one . There hasnt. In fact, the debate era in president ial politics is 40 yearold and we havent seen anything near so raw and personal as this. The drama is not just for the two candidate os on stage, and Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party, because donald trump has triggered a split in the Republican Party over the last couple of days with the release of this tape, and the more he causes other republicans to el peel away from him if he is very nasty tonight with Hillary Clinton, the more discord and the greater the threat to the house and Senate Republican majorities. Can we expect, michelle n the meantime, any focus on the policy as all of this is happening . Well, we may get to the poli policy, but it is not what people are waiting for. And he is talking about the drama within the Republican Party and im also curious about bill clinton who i see in the audience, because one thing for certain that the before this thing starts is his legacy is in at theer tatters, and he was the man who presided over a booming economy and now he passed a trade bill that everybody hates nafta, and now prison sentencing reforms and the right is calling him a rapist tonight to be blunt and it is very tough. And just let me say that bill clintons ratings within the Democratic Party are very strong. He had a very positive effect on barack obama for example during the 2012 convention, and so he is certainly a target for the republicans and not so much for the democrats. I would say that is then and this is now. And we take you to Anderson Cooper of cnn and martha raddatz. Welcome to the second president ial debate between Hillary Clinton and donald trump sponsored by the commission on president ial debates. Tonights debate is a town hall f format which gives the voters the chance to directly ask the candidates questions. Martha and i will ask the followup question, but the night belong ts to the people i this room and the people across the country who have submit ted questions online. The people on the stage were chosen by the Gallop Organization and all from are the st. Louis area, and told gallop that they have not committed to a candidate. Each of them came here with questions that they want to ask, ab nd we saw the questions fore first time this morning. Anderson and i and the team from abc and cnn are the only ones who have seen them. Each candidate has 2 00 to answer the audience and online questions. And we hope to get to as many questions as we can, and we have asked the audience here not the slow it down with any applause except for now. Ladies and gentlemen, the republican nominee for president donald j. Trump and the democratic nominee for president Hillary Clinton. [ applause ] thank you very much for being here, and we will begin with a question from one of the members in our town hall. Each of you will have two minutes to respond to the questio question, and secretary clinton you won the coin toss and you will go first, and the first question comes from patrice broth. Thank you and good evening. The last president ial debate could have been rated as m. A. , mature audiences or parental guidelines and know ing thing t educators are assigning the president ial debates for student homeworks are you modeling appropriate and positive behavior for todays youth. Thank you. Are you a teacher . Yes. I think that thats a very good question, because i have heard from lots of teachers and parents about some of their concerns about some of the things that are being said and done in this campaign. And i think that it is very important for us to make clear to our children that our country really is great because we are good. And we are going to be respecting one another, and lift each other up, and we are going to be looking for ways to celebrate our diversity and we are going to try to reach out to every boy and girl as well as every adult. To bring them in to working on behalf of our country. I have a very positive and optimistic view about what we can do together. That is why the slogan of my campaign is stronger together, because i think that if we work together, and overcome the devie zi nenes nesness divisiveness americans against one another, and instead, make big goals and i have set forth some big goals to get the economy to work for everyone, and not just those at the top, and making shure that e have the best Education System from preschool through college and making it affordable, and so much else. If we set those goals and we go together to try to achieve them, there is nothing in my opinion that america cant do. So that is why i hope that we will come together in this campaign. Obviously, i am hoping to earn your vote. I am hoping to be elected in november and i can promise you, i will work with every american. I want to be the president for all americans. Regardless of your political beliefs where you come from, what you look like, your religion. I want us to heal the country and bring it together, because that is what u think is the best way for us to get the future that our children and grandchildren deserve. Thank you, mrs. Clinton and mr. Trump, you have two minutes. Well, i agree with that and everything that she said, and i began this campaign because i was so tired of seeing such foolish things happy to the country, and this is a great countr country, and this is a great land. I have gotten to know the people of the country over the last year and a half that i have been doing this as a politician. I can not believe i am saying that about myself, but i have been a politician. And my whole concept was to make America Great again. When i watch the deals being made and when i watch is happening with some of the horrible things like obama care where your Health Insurance and health care is going up by numbers that are astronomical and 68 , and 59 and 71 . When i look at the iran deal and how bad of a deal it is and a onesided transaction where we are giving back 150 billion to a tr error state, and really the number one terror state, and we have made them a strong country from a really weak country three years ago, and when i look at all of the things they see and all of the potential that the country has, we have tremendous potential whether it is in business and trade where we are doing so badly, and last year we had an almost 800 billion trade deficit. In other words, trading with other kcountries and we had an 800 billion deficit. Inconceivable. You say who is making these deals . We will have a great trade deals and Strong Border and bring back law and order, and yesterday, a policeman was shot and two kill and this is happening on the weekly basis. We have to bring back respect to law enforcement. At at the same time we have to take care of people on all sides, and we need justice, but i want to do things that have not been done including fixing and making our inner cities better for the africanamerican citizens that are so great, and for the latinos and the hispanics and i look forward to doing that. And it is called make America Great again. Thank you, mr. Trump. The question is you modeling positive and appropriate behaviors for the youth, and we have been receiving a lot of questions about the tape received friday and you called what you said locker room banter and you said grabbing women and grabbing their genitals and that is Sexual Assault and you have bragged that you sexually assault women. No, i dont think that i said that at all. This is locker room talk. I am not proud of it. I apologized to my family, and i apologized to the american people, and certainly i am not proud of it. This is locker room talk, and you know, when we have a world where you have isis chopping off heads and where you have frankly drowning people in steel cages and where you have wars and horrible, horrible sites all over, and where you have so many bad things happening, this is like the Medieval Times and we havent seen anything like this the carnage all over the world and they look and see, and can you imagine the people that are frankly doing so well against us with isis, and they look at our country, and they see what is going on and yes, i am embarrassed by it, and i hate it, but it is locker room talk, and it is one of those things. I will knock the hell out of isis and we will defeat isis and isis happened a number of years ago in a vacuum that was left because of bad judgment, and i will tell you, i will take care of isis and we should get on to much more important things, and much bigger things. Just for the record though, are you saying that what you said on that bus 11 years ago that you did not actually kiss women without consent or grope women without consent . I have Great Respect for women, and nobody has more respect for for the record, you never said that. You hear these things that i sa said, and i was embarrassed by it, but i have tremendous respect for them and women have respect for me you ever done it . No, i have not. I will the tell you that i will make the country safe and have borders in the country which we dont have now and people are pouring into our country and from the middle east and other places, and we will make america safe and great again and make America Great again and wealthy again. Because if you dont do that, it just, it sounds harsh to say, but we have to build up thewell of the nation. And now, other nations are taking our jobs and ourwell. Thank you, mr. Trump. Mrs. Clinton, do you want to respond . Well, like everyone else, i have been thinking over the last 48 hours about what we heard and saw. And you know, with the prior republican nominees for president , i disa agreed with them on politics and policies and principles, but i never questioned their fitness to serve. Donald trump is different. I said starting back in june that he was not fit to be president and commander in chief. And many republicans and independents have said the same thing. What we all saw and heard on friday was donald talking about women, what he thinks about women, what he does to women, and he has said that the video doesnt represent who he is. But, i think that it is clear to anyone who heard it that it represents exactly who he is. Because we have seen it through theout the campaign, and we have seen him insult women. We have seen him rate women on their appearance and ranking them from one to ten, and we have seen him embarrass women on tv and on twitter. We saw him after the first debate spend nearly a wek denigrating a former Miss Universe this the harshest and most personal terms, and so, yes, this is who donald trump is. But it is not only women, and it is not only this video that the raises questions about his fitness to be our president , because he has also targeted immigrants, african americans, latinos, people with disabilities, p. O. W. S, muslims and so many others. So this is who donald trump is and the question for us, the question our kun tru must answer is that this is not who we are. That is why to go back to your question. I want to send a message and we all should to every boy and girl, and indeed to the entire world that america already is great, but we are great because we are good. And we will respect one another, and we will work with one another, and we will celebrate our diversity. These are very important values to me, because this is the america that i know and love. And i can pledge to you tonight that this is the america that i will serve if i am so fortunate enough to become your president. And we want to get to some questions well, i would like to respond to that . I assume that the i am. Yes, you can respond to that. And it is just words, and it is just words folks. And those words i have been hearing them for many years, and i heard them when they were running for the senate in new york where hillary was going the bring back jobs to upstate new york, and she failed. I have heard them where hillary is constantly talking about the inner cities of our country, which are a disaster. Educationwise, jobwise, safetywise and in every way possible. I am going to help the africanamericans and help the latinos and the hispanics and help the inner cities and she has done a terrible job for the africanamericans, and she wants their vote, and she does nothing and comes back four years later. We saw it firsthand when she was the United States senator. She campaigned where where the prime mr. Trump, i want to get to the audience questions and online questions. And so she is allowed to d that and i am not. You will be able to respond right now. That sounds fair. And this tape is becoming the most singlemost talked about story in the entire 2016 topic on facebook with millions and millions of people discussing it on the social network and as we said we want to bring in question questions from the voters around the country, and via social media and jeff from ohio from facebook. Trumpp says that the campaign has changed him and when did that happen . Mr. Trump, let me add to that when you walked off of that bus at 59, were you a different man or did that behavior continue until just recently . And you have two minutes for this. And as i told you, that was locker room talk, and im not proud of it, and i am a person who has Great Respect for people, for my family for the people of this kcountry. And certainly, im not proud of it, but that is something that happened. If you are looking at bill clinton, far worse, minor words and his was actions and what he has done the women and nobody in the history of politics in this nation that has been so abusive to women, and so you can say anyway you want to say it, but bill clinton was abusive to women, and Hillary Clinton attacked those same women. And attacked them viciously and four of them here tonight. And one of the women who is a wonderful woman at 12 years old was raped at 12. Her client she represented got him off and she was seen laughing on two separate occasions laughing a at the girl raped, and kathy shelton, that young woman is here with us tonight. So dont tell me about words. I am absolutely, i apologize for those words. But it is things that people say. What president clinton did, and he was impeached and lost his license to practice law, and had to pay an 850,000 fine to one of the women. Paula jones who is also here tonight, and i will tell you that when hi ri brings up a point like that and talks about the words that i said 11 years ago, i think it is disgraceful and she should be ashamed of herself if you want to know the truth. [ applause ] can we please hold the applause. Secretary clinton, you have two minutes. Well, first, let me start by saying that so much of what he just said is not right, but he gets to run his campaign anyway he chooses. He gets to decide what he wants to talk about, and instead of answering peoples questions, and talking about our agenda, and laying out the plans that we have that we think can make a better life and a better country that is his choice. When i hear Something Like that, i am reminded of what my friend Michelle Obama advised us all. When they go low, you go high. And look, if this were just about one video, maybe what he is saying tonight would be understandable. But everyone can draw their own conclusions at this point about whether or not man in the individual dwroer man on the stage respects women. But he never apologizes for anything to anyone. He never a apologized to mr. And mrs. Khan the gold star family whose son captain khan died in the line of duty in iraq, and donald insulted and attacked them for weeks over their religion. He never apologized to the distinguished federal judge who was born in indiana, but donald said that he could not be trust ed to be a judge, because his parents were quote mexican. He never apologize nod the reporter that he mimicked and mocked on National Television and our children were watching. And he never apologized for the racist lie that president obama was not born in the United States. Of america. He owes the president an apology, and he owes our country an apology, and he needs to take responsibility for his actions and his words. Well, you owe the president an apology, because as you know very well, your campaign Sidney Blumenthal, and he is another real winner that you have and he is the one that got this started along with your cap pain manager and they were on Television Just two weeks ago, she was saying that exactly that. So you really owe him an apology, and you are the one who sent the pictures around your campaign and sent the pictures around with president obama in a certain garb and that is long before i was ever involve and so you owe the apology, and number two, Michelle Obama, and i have gotten to see the commercials that they did on you, and i have gotten to see some of the most vicious commercials that i have ever seen of Michelle Obama talking about you hillary, and so is you talk about friend, and go back and take a look at those commercials, and a race where you lost, and fair and square on unlike the Bernie Sanders race where you won but not fair and square in my opinion. And all you have to do so take a look at wikileaks and see what they said about Bernie Sanders and see what Debbie Wassermann schultz had in mind, because Bernie Sanders between super delegates and Debbie Wassermann schultz never had a chance. But talking about the devil. And the one that you should be apologizing for and the thing that you should be apologizing are the 33,000 emails that you deleted and acid washed and then the two boxes of emails and other things last week that were take en from an office and are now missing. And i will tell you what, i didnt think that id say this, but i am a going to say this and i hate to say it, but if i win, and i am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation. Because there has never been so many lies, so much deception, and there has never been anything like it, and we are going to have a special prosecutor, and when i speak i go out to speak, and the the people of this country are furious. In my opinion, the people that are long term workers at the fbi are furious, and there has never been anything like this where emails and you will get a subpoena, and you will get a subpoena and after getting the subpoena, you delete 33,000 emails. And then you acid wash them or the bleach them as you would say and very expensive process, so we will get a special prosecutor and we are going to look into it, because people have been, and their lives have been destroyed for doing 1 5 of what you have done and it is a disgrace and honestly, you should be ashamed of yourself. And mad dam secretary, i want to follow up on that. And everything that he just said is false, and im not surprised and this the first debate the audience needs to calm down here. And i told people that it would be impossible to be factchecking donald all of the time and i would not be able to talk about anything that i want to do and how we are going to be making lives better for people, and once again, go to hillaryclinton. Com, and we have trump and you can fact check him in real time and last time at the first debate, we had millions of people Fact Checking and i expect millions more Fact Checking, because you know, it is, it is just awfully good that someone with the temperament of donald trump is not in charge of the law in our country. Because you would be in jail. Secretary clinton we want to remind the audience to please not talk out loud and please do not applaud, because you are wasting time. And secretary clinton, i want to follow up on the emails because you have said that the handling of the emails is a mistake and you have is disagreed with the fbi director james comey the handling of the information as quote extremely careless and the fbi said 110 classified Emails Exchange and eight of which were top secret and that it was possible, hostile actors did gain access to the emails and you dont call that extremely careless . Well, martha, and i have said it before and i want to repeat it because i want everybody to hear it. It is a mistake and i take responsibility for using a personal email account. Obviously, if i were to do it over again i would not. And i am not making any excuses, and it was a mistake, and i am very sorry about that, but i think that it is also important to point out where are there are some misleading accusations from critics and others, and after a year long investigation, there is no evidence that anyone hacked the server that i was using, and there is no evidence that anyone can point to at all, anyone who says otherwise has no basis that any classified material ended up in the wrong hands. And i take classified material very seriously and a always have when i was on the Senate Armed Services committee and i was privy to a lot of the classified material, and obviously, as secretary of state i had some of the most important secrets that we possess such as going after bin laden, and so i am very committed to taking classified information seriously and as i said, there is no evidence that any classified information ended up in the wrong hands. Okay. We will move on. And yet, she didnt know the word, the letter c on a document. Right . She didnt even know what that letter meant. And you know, it is amazing, because i am watching hillary going over the facts and going after fact and fact and lying again, because she said that she, you know, what she did with the emails was fine and you think it is fine to delete 33,000 emails and i dont think so and she said that 33,000 emails had to do with her daughters wedding and yoga class and maybe we will give 3 or 4 or 5, but 33,000 emails deleted and now she is saying nothing wrong and more import t importantly that is after getting a subpoena, and that is not before, but it is after. And she got it from the United States congress and i will be honest, that i am so disappointed congressmen, including the republicans for allowing this to happen, and our Justice Department where her husband goes on to the back of an airplane for 39 minutes and talks to the attorney general days before a ruling is going to be made in her case, and for you the say that there is nothing wrong with you deleting 39,000 emails, again, you should be ashamed of yourself and this is after getting a subpoena from the United States congress. We have to move on. Secretary clinton, you can respond and we want to give the audience a chance here. And let alone after getting a subpoena from the United States congress. And we have to move on to the audience questions. And look, it is not true. You did not delete them . And the personal emails. And over 33,000 . Well, we turned over 35,000. Oh, yes. And what about the other 15,000 . And allow her to are respond, and she did not talk while you were talking. And that is true because you dont have anything to say. I did innocent the first debate, and i want to get to the questions that the people would like to talk about. And get off of this question. Okay. Donald, i know that you are into the big diversion and anything to avoid talking about your campaign and the way it is exploding and the way that republicans are leaving you. And lets see what happens. And lets get to the issues that the people care about. And we have a question here from ken, a question about health care. I would like to know, anderson, why are you not bringing up the emails . We have brought it up. No, you havent, and it has not been finished at all. And ken, a question. Nice, one on three. Thank you. Affordable care act known as obama care, and it is not aff d affordable. Premiums have gone up, and deductibles have gone up, and the copays have gone up, and the prescriptions is gone up, and the coverage has gone down. What will you do to bring the costs down and make coverage better . That is the first one to s secretary clinton. You started out the last one to the audience. He want ts to start, he can start. Go ahead, hillary. And go ahead, donald. No, im a gentleman, go ahead. Well, i think they donald was going to say that he is going to it by repealing it, and getting rid of the affordable act, and im going the fix it. Because i agree with you. Premiums have gotten too high, and the copay ss and the deductibles and the prescription costs and i have laid out a series of actions that we can take to try to get those costs down, but here is what i dont want people to forget when we are talking about reining in the costs which has to be the highest priority of the next president , when the Affordable Care act passed it is not that just 20 Million People got insurance that didnt have it before, but that in and of itself is a good thing and u meet the people all of the time and they tell me what a difference having that insurance meant to them and their families. But everybody else, the 170 million of us who get Health Insurance through our employers got big benefits. And number one, the Insurance Companies cannot deny you coverage because of a preexisting condition. Two, no lifetime limits which is a big deal if you have Serious Health problems and number three, women cant be charged more than men for a Health Insurance which is the way it used to be before the Affordable Care act, and number four, if you are under 26 and your parents have a policy, you can be on that policy until the age of 26, and something that didnt happen before. So i u want to save what is working and good about the Affordable Health care act, and we will have to get the costs down, and provide some additional help to Small Businesses so they can afford the provide Health Insurance, and if we repeal it as donald has proposed and start over again, all of those benefits that i just mention ed are lost to everybody. Not just people who get their Health Insurance on the exchange. And then we would have to start all over again. Right now, we are at 90 Health Insurance coverage, and that is the highest we have ever been in our country. And secretary clinton, your time is up. I want to get to 100 and get the costs down and quality up. Mr. Trump, two minutes. It is a great question and maybe the question that i get more than anything else outside of the defense. Obama care is a disaster. You know it, we all know it. It is going up at numbers that nobody has ever seen worldwide, and nobody has seen numbers like this for health care. It is only getting worse, and in 17, it implodes by itself, and their method of fixing it is to go back to ask congress for more money, and more and more money, and we have almost 20 trillion in debt, and obamacare will never work. It is very bad, very bad Health Insurance, and far too, pensive and not only expensive for the person who has it, but unbelievably expensive for our country. And it has to be one of the biggest line items very shortly. We have to repeal it. And replace it with something absolute ly much less expensive and something that works. Where your plan can be tailored. We have to get rid of the artificial lines where we stop the Insurance Companies from coming in to compete, and they wanted president obama and whoever was working on it, they want to leave the line, because it will give the Insurance Companies essentially monopolies and we want competition. You will have the finest Health Care Plan there is and she wants to go to the single payer plan which is a disaster and similar to canada and notice that the canadians when they want a big operation or something happens they come into the United States in many cases, because their system is so slow, and it is catastrophic in certain ways. But she wants to go to single payer which means that the government basically rules everything. Hillary clinton has been after this for years, and obama care was the first step, and obama is a total disaster, and not only are you rates going up by numbers that nobody has ever believed but the deductibles are going up so that unless you are hit by a truck, you are never going to be able to use it. It is a disastrous plan that has to be repeal and replaced. Secretary clinton, let me follow up, because your husband called obamacare is the craziest thing in the world, and that the single premium coverage is cut in half and was he mistaken or simply telling the truth . No, he clarified what he meant and it is very clear. Look, we are in a situation in our country where if we were to start all over again, we might come up with a different system. But we have an employerbased system where the vast majority of the people get their health care, and the Affordable Care act was meant to try to fill the gap between people who were too poor and couldnt put together any resources to afford health care and namely people on med k5id, and obviously, medicare which is a singlepayer system which takes care of the elderly and does a great job doing it by the way, and then all of the people who were employed and then people who were working and didnt have the money to afford insurance and didnt have anybody, and employer or anybody else to help them, and that is the spot that the obama care approach was to take. And like i said, 20 Million People now have Health Insurance. So, if we just rip it up and throw it away, and what donald is not telling you is that we turn it back to the Insurance Companies the way it used to be, and that means the Insurance Companies get to do pretty much whatever they want including saying, look, sorry, you have diabetes, and you had cancer, and your child has asthma, and you may not be able to have insurance, because you cant afford it. So lets fix what is broken about it, but lets not throw it away and give it back to the Insurance Companies. And let me follow up. And mr. Trump, let me follow up . Just one thing, and first of all, hillary, everything is broken about it. And number two, Bernie Sanders said that Hillary Clinton has very bad judgment, and this is a perfect example of it. And trying to save obamacare which is and you said that you wanted to end obamacare and you have also said that you want to make the coverage accessible for people with preexisting conditions, and how do you force the Insurance Companies to do that if you are not mandating you can what does that mean . Well,ly tell you what it means. You will have plans that are so good, because we have so much competition in the Insurance Industry once we break out, and once we break out the lines that ale lou the competition to come, and are you going to be finding anderson, excuse me. President obama by keeping those lines, the boundary lines around each state, and it was almost gone until just very much toward the end of the passage of the obamacare, and which by the way was a fraud and you know that because jonathan grouper, the architect of obama care said that, that, and he said that it was a great lie and big lie and president obama said you keep your doctor and the plan and it is a fraud and it does not work, but when we get rid of the lines, you will have competitio competition, and we will be able to keep preexisting, and we will be able to help the people who cant, and dont have money, because we are ogoing to have people protected and the republicans feel this way, and believe it or not, and strongly this way, we are going to be bloc grant into the states, and bloc state into the medicaid into the states so that we will be able to take care of people without the necessary funds to take care of themselves. Thank you, mr. Trump. We go to gorba, and a question for each candidate. There are 3. 3 muslims in the United States and im one of them. You have mentioned with working with muslim nations, but with islam phobia on the rise how do you teal with people like me who are looked at as a threat to the nation. Mr. Trump, you are first. Well, you are right about islamophobia and that is a shame. We have to admit that there a problem and whether we like it or not and we can be politically correct and whether we like it or not, but we have to make sure that the muslims when they come in and they see something, they have to report it. And when they see the hatred, they have to report. Many people saw the bombs all over the apartment of the two people who killed 14 and wounded many, many people, and horribly wounded them and never will be the same, and muslims have to report the problems when they see them. And, you know, there is always a reason for everything. If they dont do that, it is a very difficult situation for our country. Because you look at orlando, and you look at San Bernardino and the World Trade Center or go outside to look at paris, and look at that horrible, and these are the radical islamic terrorists and she wont mention the term, and neither will she, radical islam iist terrorists a to solve the problem, you have to state what the problem is or at least say the name. And she wont say the name, and president obama wont say the name, and the name is there. It is radical islamic terror and before you solve it, you have to say the name. Secretary clinton . Well, thank you for asking your question, and i have heard this question from a lot of Muslim Americans across our country. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of very divisive dark things said about muslims, and even someone like captain khan, the young man who sacrificed himself defending himself in our United States army has been subject to attack by donald. First a couple of things, we have had muslims in america since george washington, and we have had many successful muslims and we just lost a particularly with well known one with mohamed ali. My vision of america is an america where everyone has a place if you are willing to work hard and you do your part, and you contribute to the community, that is what america is, and this is what we want america to be for our children and grandchildren, and it is already very shortsided and even dangerous to be engaging in the dem gojic rhetoric that donald has about muslims. We need the american muslims to be part of the u eyes and ear s on the front lines. I have worked with a lot of muslim groups around america, and i have met with a lot of them and i have heard how important it is for them to feel that they are wanted and included and part of our country, and part of the homeland security, and that is what i want to see. It is also important they intend to defeat isis with a majority muslim nations right now, a lot of the nations are hearing what donald says and wondering, why should we cooperate with the americans, and this is a gift to isis and the terrorists, violent jihadist terrorists, and we are not at war with islam, and it is a mistake and it plays into the hands of the terrorists to act as though we are. So i want a country where citizens like you and your family are just as welcomed as anyone else. Thank you, secretary clinton. Mr. Trump, in december you said this, donald j. Trump is calling for the total and complete shutdown of muslims entering the United States until our countrys representatives can figure out what the hell is going on. We have no choice, we have no choice. Y r running mate said this week the muslim ban is no longer your position, and if that is correct, and if it was, was it a mistake to have a religious test. First of all, captain khan is an American Hero and if i were president at that time, he would be alive today because unlike her who voted for the war without knowing what she was doing, i would not have had our people in iraq. Iraq was a disaster. So he would have been alive today. The muslim ban is something that in some form has morphfed into a extreme vetting from certain areas of the world. Hillary clinton wants to allow hundreds of and why did it morph into that and no, answer the question, and do you still believe d you interrupt her, as you are interrupting me all of the time. Will you please explain why the muslim ban still stands . It is called extreme vetting, and we are going to areas like syria where they are coming in by the tens of thousands because of barack obama and Hillary Clinton wants to allow a 550 increase over obama. A and people are come into country, and we have no idea who they are, where they are from, what their feelings about our country is and she wants 50 more. This is going to be the great trojan horse of all time. And we have enough problems in the country, a ad i believe in building safestones and having other people pay for them for example the gulf states who are not carrying their weight, but have nothing but money and take care of people, but i dont want to have with all of the problems that the country has and all of the problems that you can see going on, hundreds of thousands of people coming in from syria when we know nothing about them, and we know nothing about their values and we know nothing about their love for our country. And secretary clinton, let me ask you about that, because you have asked for the increase from 10 to 65,000 syrian refugees. We know that you want to have tou tougher vetting, and that is not a perfect system, and so why take the risk of having those refugees come into the country . Well, first of all, i will not let anyone into our country that i think poses a risk to us. But there are a lot of refugees, women and children, and think of that picture that we all saw of the 4yearold boy with the blood on his forehead because he had been bombed by the russians and syrian air forces. There are children suffering in this catastrophic war, largely i believe because of the russian aggression and we need to do our part. We by no means are carrying anywhere near the load that the europe and others r but we will have vetting that is as tough as it needs to be from the professionals and our Intelligence Experts and others. But it is important for us as a policy, and you know, not to say as donald has said that we are going to ban people based on the religion. How do you do that . We are a country founded on religion freedom and liberty. How do we do what he has advocated without causing great distress within our own country, and are we going to have religious tests when people fly into our country . How do we expect to be able to implement those. And so, i thought that what he said was extremely unwise and even dangerous, and indeed, you can look at the propaganda on a lot of the terrorists sites and what donald trump says about muslims is used to recruit fighters. Because they want to create a war between us. And the final thing that i would say, this is the 10th or the 12th time that he has denied being for the war on iraq, and the entire press corps has look adt it and it is debunct, and it has not beenp stopping him it has not been debuncted you can go to Hillary Clinton. Com and you can see it. It is not debunct and you voted for it and it has. There is a lot of Fact Checking about that, and i would like to move on to a she went 25 seconds over her time, and can i respond to in. Yes, go ahead. Hillary clinton in terms of people coming into our country, and we have many krim cal illegal aliens and when we want to send them back to our country, they say that we dont want them, and they are murders and drug lords and drug problems and we dont want them, and when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state and she said, we cannot force them back into their country, and hi will. Because they are murders and very bad people, and i will tell you very strongly when Bernie Sanders said that she had bad judgment, she has really bad judgment, and we are letting people into the country that are going to be causing problems and crime like you have never seen, and letting the drugs pour through the southern border at a record clip. We have never in the history of our country been in a situation where an adversary, a foreign power is working so hard to influence the outcome of the election, and believe me, they are not doing it to get me elected. They are doing it to try to influence the election for donald trump, and now maybe because he has praised putin, and maybe he has says that he agrees with a lot of what putin wants to do and maybe he wants to do business in moscow, and i dont know the reasons, but we deserve answers, and we should demand that donald release all of his tax returns s so that people can see what are the en danglements and the relationships we will get to that and secretary clinton, you are out of time. I should respond because it is ridiculous. And look, she got caught in the total lie, and the papers with went out to all of her friends at the banks and Goldman Sachs and everything elseness and said things to wikileaks that just came out, and she lie and now she is blaming the lie on the late great Abraham Lincoln and that is one that i have not heard. My question is what specific tax provisions will you change to ensure the wealthiest americans pay their fair share in taxes. Mr. Trump, two minutes. One thing, get rid of the carried interests, and so for people like me to be honest with u, you and i give up a lot when i run, because i knock out the tax code and she could have done this years ago and she was a United States senator, and she complains that donald trump took advantage of the tax code, and why didnt she change it, and why didnt you change it when you were a senator, and the reason is because your friends take the same advantage that i do, and i do. And there are provisions in the tax code that we could change, and you wouldnt change it, because all of the people give you the money so that you can take the negative ads on donald trump, but, and i say that about at lot of things and i have heard hillary complaining about so many things over to the years and i wish that we had tone this or that but you have been there for 30 years and she never will change. And we are getting rid of the carried interest provision, and lowering the taxes, because i think it is important for the corporations, because we have corporations leaving and massive and little one, and little ones cant form, and we are getting rid of the regulations that goes hand in hand with the lowering of the taxes, but bringing the tax rate down from 35 to 15 , and we are cutting the taxes for the middleclass and i will tell you that we are cutting them big league for the middle class and i will tell you that Hillary Clinton is raising your taxes and you can look at me, and raising them really high, and what that is going to do is to be a disaster for the country, but she is raising your taxes and i am lowering your taxes, and that in itself is a big difference. We are going to be thriving again and we have no growth in the country. If if china has the gdp of 7 it is like a National Catastrophe and we are down to 1 , and that is like no growth. We are going lower in my opinion. And a lot of it has to do with the fact that our taxes are so high. And just about the highest in the world. And im going to be bringing them down to one of the lower in the world. And i think that it is so important, and one of the most important things that we can do, but she is raising everybodys taxes massively. And mrs. Clinton you have two minutes, and what is your plan to change the taxes so that the wealthiest americans pay their fair chair. Everything that you heard from donald is not true, and i am sorry are that i have to keep saying that, because it is living in a alternative reality, and for somebody who has not paid taxes in 20 years is telling you what to do. But his plan is going to give the wealthy and the corporations the biggest tax cuts they have ever had, and more than the bush tax cuts by at least a factor of two. And donald always takes care of donald and people like donald and this the would be a massive gift. And indeed, the way that he talks about his tax cuts would end up raising taxes on middleclass families, and millions of middle class families and now, here is what i want to do, and i have said that nobody who makes less than 250,000 a year and that is a vast majority of americans as you know, will have their taxes raised, because i think that we have got to go where the money is and the money is with the people who have taken advantage of every single break in the tax code and yes, when it was a senator, i did vote to close the corporate loopholes and i voted to close one of, i think, the loopholes that he took advantage of when he claimed the billion loss to avoid him from paying taxes, and i want to have a tax on people who are making 1 m l million called the buffett rule, and yes, Warren Buffett is the one who said that somebody like him should not be paying a lower tax rate than his secretary. I want to have a surcharge on incomes above 500 million and we have to make up for lost time, because i want to invest in you, and hardworking families and i think it has been unfortunate, but it happened that since the great recession, the gains have all gone to the t top, and we need to reverse it. People like donald who paid zero in tax, and zero for the vets, and zero for the military and zero for the health and the education is wrong, and we are going to make sure that nobody, no corporation, no individual can get away without paying his fair share to support our cup ri. And mr. Trump, i want to give you a chance to respond, and what she is referring to is that the taxes were the number one issues on faceback for the first time in the campaign, and the New York Post published that you could have avoided paying personal income for years and you said that you pay real estate taxes, and property taxes, and other tax, and did you use that 960,000 loss to avoid paying personal taxes. Of course i do. Of course i do. And so do her donors and most of her donors. I know most of the donor and they took massive tax write offs. A lot of the write off was depreciation and things that hillary allowed and she will always allow because the people who give her money want. And i understand it more than anybody else that has run. Hillary clinton has friends who want the provisions, and including the carried interest provision which is important to wall street people, but they really want the carried interest provision which i believe hillary is leaving, and interesting why she is leaving the carried interest, but i will tell you that number onings, i pay tremendous number of taxes and i absolutely used it and so did Warren Buffett and george soros and so did many of the other people that hillary is getting money from. And now, i wont mention their names, because they are rich, but they are not famous, so we wont make them famous. Can you say how many years you have avoided paying federal income taxes . No, but i a pay tax and federal tax, too, and i have a write off and a lot of it is depreciation and it is a wonderful charge, and i love it. She has given it to us. And hey, if she had a problem, for 30 years she has been doing this, and i say it all of the tirnlgs and she talks about health care and why not do something about, and taxes, why didnt she do anything about it . She doesnt do anything about anything other than talk. With her, it is all talk and no action. And again, Bernie Sanders, it is really bad judgment, and she has made bad judgment not only on the taxes, but she has made bad judgment on libya, on syria, on iraq, and i mean, her and obama whether you like it or not, the way they got out of iraq, the vacuum they have left, and that is why isis formed in the first place, and they started from that little area, and now they are in 32 different nations, hillary. Congratulations. Great job. And i want you to respond, secretary clinton. Well, here we go again, and i have been in favor of getting rid of carried interest for years and starting when i was a senator in new york, and that is not the point here. Why didnt you do it . Allow her to respond. Because it was a senator with a republican senator. And you could have done it. And if you were an effective senator you could have done it. And if you were an effective senator you could have done it. And allow her to respond, and she did not interrupt you. And under the constitution, the president s have something called veto power. Look, he has now said repeatedly 30 years this, and 30 years that and so let me talk about my 30 years in Public Service, and im very glad to do so. 8 my yon kids every year have Health Insurance because when i was first lady i worked with with the democrats and republicans to create the childrens Health Insurance program. And hundreds of thousands of kids now have a chance to be adopted because i worked to change our adoption and foster care system, and after 9 11 i went to work with republican mayor, governor and president to rebuild new york and to get health care for the First Responders who were suffering because they had run toward danger and gotten sickened by it, and hundreds of thousands of National Guard and reserve members have health care because of the work i did, and children have Safer Medicines because i was able to pass a law that are quired the dosing to be more carefully done. When i was secretary of state, i went around the world, and advocating for our country, but also advocatinging for womens rights, to make sure that women had a decent chance to have a better life and negotiated a treaty with russia to lower the nuclear weapons. 400 pieces of legislation have my name on it as a sponsor or cosponsor as a senator for eight years. S. Waited too long before we h helped . Secretary clinton, we will begin with your two minutes. Well, the situation in syria is catastrophic, and everyday that goes by, we see the results of the regime, and by assad in parterer inship with the iranians on the ground and the russians in the air, and bombarding places and in particular aleppo where there are hundreds of thousands of people, and probably 250,000 still left, and there is a determined effort by the Russian Air Force to destroy aleppo in order to eliminate the last of the Syrian Rebels who are really holding out against the assad regime. Russia has not paid any attention to isis. They are interest ed in keeping assad in power, so i when i was secretary of state advocated and i advocate today a nofly zone, and safe zones, and with need some leverage with the russians. Because they are not going to come to the negotiating table for a diplomatic resolution unless there is some leverage over them, and we have to work more closely with our partners and allies on the ground. But i want to emphasize that what is at stake here is the ambitions and the aggressiveness of russia. Russia has decided that it is all in, in soar ya. And they have also decided who they want to see become president of the United States, too, and it is not me. I have stood up to russia, and i have taken on putin and others, and i would do that as president. I think that wherever we can cooperate with russia, that is fine, and i did as secretary of state, and that is how we got a treaty reducing nuclear weapons, and how we got the sanctions on iran that put a lid on the ir Iranian Nuclear program without firing a single shot, so i would go to the negotiating table with more leverage than we have now, but i support the effort to investigate for crimes, and war crimes committed by the syrians and the russians and try to hold them accountable. Our government should not have allowed that to happen. Russia is new and in terms of the nuclear, and we are old o. We are tired and exhausted in terms of the nuclear. A very bad thing, and she talks tough, and really tough against putin, and against assad, and she talks in favor of the rebels and she doesnt know who the rebels are, and every time we take the rebels, whether it is in iraq or anywhere else, we are arming people, and you know what happens . They end up being worse than the people. Look at what she did in libya with khadafy. He is out and it is a mess. And by the way, isis has a good chunk of the oil and you have heard that. And it was a disaster. Because the fact is that almost everything that she has done in Foreign Policy has been a mistake and it has been a disaster, but if you are looking at russia and take a look at russia and look at what they did this week where i agree she was not there and possibly she has consulted, and we have signed a peace treaty and everybody is all excited, but what russia did with assad and by the way, iran who you made powerful with the dumbest deal i have ever seen with the history of dealmaking with iran with the 1. 7 billion in cash which is enough cash to fill up this room, but look at that deal, and the iran now, and russia are now against us. And so she wants to fight, and she wants to fight the rebel, and there is only one problem, you dont know who the rebels a are. So what is purpose . Your two minutes is up. And i dont like assad at all, but assad is killing isis, and russia is killing isis, and iran is killing isis, and those three have now lined up because of the weak Foreign Policy. Mr. Trump, let me repeat the question. If you were president [ laughter ] what would you do about syria and the humanitarian crisis in aleppo and i want to remind you what your running mate said. He said provocations by russia need to be met with american strength and that if russia continue s continues to be involved in air strikes along with the syrian government, forces of assault, the United States of america should be prepared to use military force to strike the military targets of the assad regime. He and i have not spoken and i disagree. You disagree with the running mate. And to knock out isis. And we have people who want to fight both at the same time, but syria is no longer syria, and it is rush sharks and iran who she made strong, and kerry and obama made into a powerful nation, and rich nation very, very quickly, and very, very quickly. I believe that we have to get isis, and we have to worry about isis before we can get too much more involved. She had a chance to do something in this a area and this is the line. What is going to happen if aleppo falls. It is a disaster humanitarian wise. What will happen the if it falls. It has basically fallen, and let me tell you something, you look at mosul and the biggest problem that i have with the stupidity of the Foreign Policy and we have mosul and they think that a lot of of the eisis leaders are in mosul and so we have announcements coming out of washington and iraq, and we will be attacking mosul in three or four weeks and all of the bad lead leaders from isis are leaving mosul and why cant they do it quietly and do the attack and make it a sneak attack, and after the attack is made, inform the American Public that we have knocked out the leaders and we have a tremendous success. People leave. Why do they have to say that we are going to be attacking mosul within the next four the six weeks which is what they are saying, and how stupid is our country . Around there are sometimes that the military does it, and psychological warfare. I cant think of any. And maybe it is the to get civilians out. I have 200 generals and admirals who endorse me, and 21 congressional medal of honor res recipients who endorsed me and we talk about it all of the time, and they understand why cant they do something secretively and they go in and knock out the leadership. How, why would these people stay there . I have been reading for weeks. Tell me what your strategy is . And i have been reading that it is the harbor of between raqqah and mosulle and this is where they think that the isis leaders are, and why would they be they are not staying there anymore, and they are gone, because everybody is talking about how iraq, which is us, with our leadership goes in to fight mosulle and now with the 200 admirals and generals, they cant believe it. All i say is general george patton, general Douglas Mcarthur are spinning in the grave at the stupidity of what we are doing in the middle east. I want to go to secretary clinton and you wanted assad to go and you advocated arming rebels, but it may be too late for alep e poe, and you talk about diplomatic efforts and those have failed. Ceasefires have failed. Would you introduce the threat of u. S. Military force beyond a nofly zone against the assad regime to backup diplomacy . I would not use american Ground Forces in syria. I think that would be a very serious mistake. I dont believe that american troops should be Holding Territory as an Occupying Force and that is not a smart strategy. I do think that the use of special forces which we are using, the use of enablers and trainers and in iraq which has had some positive effect are very much in the interests and so i do support what is happening, but let me just what would you do differently than what president obama is doing . Martha, i hope that everything. And i hope that by the time i am president that we will have pushed isis out of iraq. I do think that there is a good chance that we can take mosul, and donald thinks that he knows more about isis than the generals, and no, he doesnt. There are a lot of very important planning going on and some of it is to signal to the sunnis in the area, and the peshmerga fighterers in the area to plan. And i would specifically target baghdadi, because the targeting of Al Qaeda Leaders and i was involved with a lot of those operations and highly classified ones made a difference and that could help. I and i would consider arming the kurds. They have been our best parters in syria as well as iraq, and i know that theres a lot of concern about that, and some circles, but i think that they should have the equipment that they need so that the kurdish and the arab fighters are on the ground to be the principle way to take iraq ka after pushing isis out of iraq. I will be a president for all of our people, and i will be a president that will turn our inner cities around, and give strength to people, and give economics to people, and bring jobs back because nafta signed by her husband is the greatest perhaps disaster trade deal in the history of the world and not this country, but it stripped us of the manufacturing jobs, and we lost our jobs, and with lost our money, and we lost our plants, and it is a di ssaster, and now she wants to sign tpp and now she ist not for it, and she called it the Gold Standard and last debate, she did lie and it was the Gold Standard and they actually said that she lied. Okay. And she lied, but she has lied about a lot of things, and i would be a president for all of the people, and africanamericans, the inner cities and devastating what is happening to our inner cities and she has been talking about it for years, and as usual she talks about it and nothing happens and she does not get it done. Same with the latino americans. The hispanic americans, and the same exact thing. They talk, they dont get it done. You go into the inner cities and you will see that it is 45 poverty, and africanamericans and now 45 poverty in the inner cities, and the education is a disaster. Jobs are essentially nonexistent, and i mean, you no, i have been saying that at big speeches where i have 20,000 and 30,000 people, and what do you have to lose . It cant get any worse and she has been talking about the inner cities for 25 years, and nothing is going to ever happen. And let me tell you if she is president of the United States, nothing is going to be happening and it is all talk and all of the friends and the taxes that we were talking about, and i would just get by osmosis, and she is not doing me any favors but by doing the others favors she is doing me a favor, but i will tell you that she is all talk and it does not get done and all you have to do to take a look at the senate run, and upstate new york. And mr. Carter, and i have tried my entire life to do what i can to support children and families. You know, right out of law school, i went to work for the Childrens Defense Fund and donald talk about the 30 years i have been in Public Service and im proud of that. I started out as a young lawyer working against discriminationb and working gaiagainst africanamerican children in the schools and the criminal justice system, and i worked to make sure that kids with disabilities could get a Public Education and something that i care very much about. And i have worked with latinos and one of my first jobs in politics was down in south texas registering latino citizens to be able to vote. So i have a deep devotion to use your absolutely correct word. To making sure that every american feels like he or she has a place in our country. And i think that when you are looking at the letters that i get, a lot of people are worried that maybe they would not have a place in Donald Trumps america. They write me and one woman wrote me about her son felix that she adopted from ethiopia as aoddler, and she says that he hears donald on tv, and he asks if he is going to be sent back to ethiopia if donald is elected. And so there is a lot of fears and in fact, teachers and parents are calling it the trump effect. Bullying is up, and people are uneasy and kids are expressing the concerns and so first and foremo foremost, i will do everything that i can to reach out to everybody, democrats, republicans and independents and people across the country. If you dont vote for me, i still want to be your president , and be the best president i can be for every american. Trump said to you, and a comment last month that you said that his supporters are deplorables and so my question is how can you unite a country when you have written off hundreds of thousands of americans . Well, i said within hours that i was sorry that i said that, because my argument is not with his supporters, but him, and the hate fful and Divisive Campaign that he has run and the inciting of violence at his ral rallies and the brutal kind of comments about not just women, but all americans, all kinds of americans. And what he has said about africanamericans and latinos and about muslims and about pows and about immigrants and about people with disabilities, and he has never apologized for. And so, i do think that a lot of the tone and the tenor that he has said, and im proud of the campaign that Bernie Sanders and i ran, and we ran a Campaign Based on issues and not insults, and he is supporting me 100 , because we talked about what we wanted to do. And maybe we had differences and we had a lot of debates thank you and we believed that we could make the country et better and i was proud of that. And i will give you a minute. We have a divided nation. We have a very divided nation, and you look at charlotte, baltimore, and you look at the violence that is taking place in the inner cities, chicago, and you take to a look at washington, d. C. We have a increase in murder within inner cities and the biggest in 45er years. We have a divided nation, because people like her, and believe me, she has tremendous hate in her heart, and when she said deplorables she meant it, and when she said ir are redeemable, and they are irredeemab irredeemable, and you didnt mention that, but when she said irredeemable that is maybe wors worse. And she has tremendous hatred and this country cannot take another four years of barack obama and that is what you are getting with her. And mr. Trump n 2008, you wrote in one of the books that the most characteristic of a good leader is discipline and if a leader does not have it, quote, he or she wont be with one for very long and in the days after of the first debate, you sent out a series of tweets from 3 00 a. M. To 5 00 a. M. , and including someone to take out a sex tape. And it is not to look at that and it is to take a look at the person who is a wonderful girl scout who is no girl scout and when she said 3 00 in the morning, take a look at benghazi, she said, who s gois g to be answering the call at 3 00 in the morning, and guess what, she did not answer, because when ambassador stevens and the question is and 600 times she said that she was awake at 3 00 in the morning and she sent one out at 3 00 in the morning and i wont say that, and the famous thing, who is going to be answering the call at 3 00, and guess what, ambassador stevens sent 600 requests for help. And the only one she talked to was sudny blumenthal who is her friend, and Sidney Blumenthal who is her friend and not a good guy by the way, and now she should not be talking about. And tweeting is a modern day form of communication and you can happy to like it or not, and between facebook and twitter i have almost 25 Million People, and it is an effective way of communication and you can put it down, but it is a very effective form of communication and im not unproud of it to be honest. And mrs. Clinton, does mr. Trump have the discipline to be a good leader . I achl shock ed ed to hear t well, it is not my opinion, but it is the opinion of many other, and National Security experts, republicans, former republican members of congress, but it is in part because those of us who have had the great privilege of seeing the job up close and now ow ho difficult it is and it is not just because i watched my husband take a 300 billion deficit and turn it into a 200 billion surplus, and 23 million new jobs were create and incomes went up for everybody, and africanamerican incomes went up 33 , and it is not just because i worked with george w. Bush after 9 11, and i was very proud that when i told him what the city needed, what we needed to recover, and he said, you got it and he never wavered and he stuck with me. I stuck by president barack obam obama, and he inherited the worst depression since the great depressi depression, and we have to move on. And Family Wealth was wiped out, and we are back on the right track, and he would send us back into recession with his tax plans secretary clinton, we are moving to the audience question. Good evening, perhaps the most important aspect of this election is the Supreme Court justice, and what would you prioritize of the most important aspect to select the Supreme Court justice. We begin with you, mrs. Clinton. You right, it is one of the most important issues in the electi election. I want to appoint Supreme Court justices who know how the world works and who have real Life Experience and have not been in the real big law firm and clerked for a judge and gotten the on the bench, but maybe they tried more cases, and they actually understand what people are up against, because the Current Court has ghoen the wrong direction and so i with would want to see the Supreme Court reverse Citizens United and get dark unaccountable money out of the politics. Donald does not agree with that. I would like the Supreme Court to understand that Voting Rights are a big problem in many parts of the country, and we dont always do everything that we can to make it possible for people of color, and older people and young people to be able to exercise their franchise. I want to have a Supreme Court that will stick with roe v. Wade and a womans right to choose and a Supreme Court to stick with marriage equality. And donald has put forth the names of people he would consider, and among the ones that he has suggested are people who would reverse roe v. Wade and reverse marriage equality, and that is a terrible mistake. And it would take us backwards. I want a Supreme Court that doesnt always side with corporate interests. I want to have a Supreme Court that understands that because you are wealthy and you can give more money to something doesnt mean that you have anymore rights or should have any more rights than anybody else, so i have clear views about what i want to see to change the balance on the Supreme Court, and i regret deeply that the senate has not done its job and they have not permitted a vote on the person that president obama, a highly qualified person, and they have not given him a vote to be able to have the full compliment of nine Supreme Court justices. I think that it is a der lek shun of duty. I hope that they will see their way to doing it, but if i am so fortunate enough as to be president , i will immediately move to make sure that we fill that, and we have nine justices thank you, and you are out of time. Mr. Trump. Justice scalia, and great judge died recently. And we have a vacancy, and i am looking to appoint judges very much in the mold of justice scalia. I am looking for judges that i have actually picked 20 of them. So that people would see, highly respected, highly thought of and actually very beautifully reviewed by just about everybody. But, people will respect the constitution of the United States. And i think that this is so important and also the Second Amendment which is totally under siege by people like Hillary Clinton and they will respect the Second Amendment and what it stands for and represents. So important to me, and now, hillary mentioned something about contributions and just so you understand, so that i will have in my race more than 100 million put in of my money, meaning that i am not taking all of this big money from all of the different corporations like she is, and what i ask is this, i am putting in more and by the time it is finished more than 100 million invested, and pretty much selffunding and raising the money for the Republican Party and we are doing tremendously on the small donations, 61 average or so, and i asked hillary why she has made 250 million by being in office, and she used the power of her office to make at lot of money, and why isnt she funding not for 1,100 million, and put 10 or 20 or 35 million into your own campaign and it is 30 million less for special interests that will tell you exactly what to do, and it would re really be a nice sign to the American Public, and why arent you putting some money in, and you have made a lot of it, because of the fact that you have been in office. And made a lot of it while you were secretary of state actually, and so why arent you putting the money into your own campaign, i am curious . Very much. We will get on the one more question. And the question is about the Supreme Court, and i want to quickly say quickly. I respect the Second Amendment, but i believe that there should be comprehensive background checks and close the gun show loophole, and close the online loophole. And we have one more question, mrs. Clinton. And we have one more question from ken bone about Energy Policy. Ken. What steps will your Energy Policy take to meet our energy needs while at the same time remaining environmentally friendly, and minimizing the job loss for fossil power plant workers . Mr. Trump. That is a great question, because energy is under siege by the obama administration, and under absolute siege. The epa, the Environmental Protection agency is killing the Energy Companies and Foreign Companies are now coming in and buying our, buying so many of our different plants and then rej rejiggering the plant to take care of their oil. We are killing, absolutely killing our Energy Business in this country. And now im all for alternative forms of energy, including wind, and including solar and, et cetera, but we need much more than wind and solar. And you look at the miners and Hillary Clinton wants to put all of the miners out of business. There is a thing called clean coal. Coal will last for 1,000 years in this country, and now we have natural gas and so many other thing, because of the technology that we have unbelievable, and we have found over the last seven years, we have found tremendous wealth under our feet. So good, when you have 20 trillion in debt. I will bring our Energy Companies back, and they will be able to compete, and they will make money, and they will pay off the national debt, and pay off our tremendous budget deficits which are tremendous, but we are putting our Energy Companies out of
