agreement, which is a pretty routine thing with developers but in this case they said that instead of having the board he in charge of a lots of responsibilities and oversight and having approval over expansion and development, that disney would have that authority. they pass another series of proposals or agreements, that basically those agreements said there would be restrictions on the board, the existing board, or any subsequent board as to what they could do. they couldn't tell disney how high the buildings instead it bills would have to be, they couldn't have land use controls. things like that. so, they tied the boards hands in a way thatjust blindsided the new board when they came in. the blindsided the new board when they came in. . , , ,
