talking about this morning, if passengers incur expenses while they are waiting for their delayed flight or their rescheduled flight, airlines have got to meet those costs. if, this is the biggest problem people have, if you decide you are going to re—route yourself on another airline, you are perfectly entitled to do that and so people have got to be able to rely on the airlines to pay up promptly. you can imagine with events this week, there's a tsunami of claims. so the notion that those are going to be claimed within a week or even a fortnight i think it's probably a little optimistic. but no, i would be the first to say the obligation of airlines and tour operators are quite clear and they have got to be met. i think the arguments, if i can put the other point of view, the arguments of the airlines and tour operators, this was a nats problem,
