there has been very good holding by some of the conservative environmental groups on this and there is a big gap between constituency mps and their understanding of how people feel and how they actually feel in the most important thing for the conservatives... they are irrational? it came from very activist members, 12 years ago, and it was to do with the broader political ideology debate. climate was dragged into that. the public is so much more sensible and balanced sometimes _ than politicians or maybe the media think. - they would happily have lots of onshore wind? we had a big push in leicester with solar power on the roofs of the skills and people see it and their children are really into it. they really are. they are the eco warriors.
