Manchester united had to respond. A bit of a tugofwar. A lot of love for klopp. Its the reunion that fans of the sitcom friends have been waiting more than 15 years for. Last night, members of the cast posted this picture, with the caption its happening, to confirm that they will be getting back together for a one off special. A p pa re ntly apparently it is a one off special ofa apparently it is a one off special of a different kind. Lets get reaction from robyn bahr, a tv critic for the hollywood reporter. Is this the one where the story continues . No, unfortunately not. It is pretty disappointing actually. This is going to be effectively a documentary rather than part of the sitcom . From what i understand it is going to be unscripted. They are going to be unscripted. They are going to be filming some kind of interview special, happening on the lot, stage 24 where the show was a field. Lets be clear about what this is all about, it is all about hbo launching a streaming channel . Thats right. Will this be enough to satisfy those millions of fans who still watch and stream it and have been desperate for a new episode . This is going to delight or disappoint them . My guess is probably going to be that it is disappointing for them. A few may sign upfor disappointing for them. A few may sign up for the service hoping to get the final epilogue to the serious and then they will see it is glorified clip show, interview, so it seems a little bit disingenuous but they are making money out of it. Serious money, Something Like 2 Million Dollars plus for each cast member. It has this remarkable and during appeal, as much in the uk as it does i know in the us. How do you account for that . I think friend was one of the first shows to normalise the idea that our friends are our family. You have your six characters who moved to the city and they are living by themselves and their family are not really a part of their lives and that started a new wave of programmes that have continued for the last 25 years where it is almost more normal to see friends hanging out with each other rather than a traditional family show. Thank you very much for talking to us. Because of friends getting back together. But not in the way you might think. That was a clip from the first episode. My teenage kids love it. I think it is a bit old fashioned. It doesnt have the diversity or the danger of some modern sitcoms but it is still hugely popular. Oh, well, once they have the interview maybe they will have the interview maybe they will have an episode after that. What is happening with the weather . I have the full forecast notjust the highlights. Not as stormy as the past weekend but do not be fooled. Gusty out there, gail is in places. As temperatures drop, increasing chance of snow. Scotland was the will see some blizzards. Fairly cloudy and a few spots of rain but some dry moments out there. Across the board, a blustery day. Further south, while we hold on a shield of cloud, some brightness around but staying blustery. You will notice that if you are heading off to cardiff to watch wales against france. Quite a mild day across southern areas although it will be tempered by the window. Temperatures struggling to get above freezing in the north. Showers continuing through tonight, isnt there is turning frosty but much of england, wales and ireland, the rain is back through the night. Some heavy through the night. Some heavy through parts of the midlands, wales and the southern portion of the pennant. Every drop of rain unwelcome. Pennines. Another windy day on the southern coast. Cloudy and damp throughout. Across england and wales, things will gradually brighten through the day. Some wintry showers in scotland, nowhere near as many as we have seen it through today and it will be fine and to the day on sunday, away from the cloud and damp conditions. Into sunday night, frost will develop, temperatures will drop and this next potent storm, big story to begin with across parts of scotland and if the northern reaches of the pennines. A covering of snow even through the central belt but that clears, rain moving southwards following by sunshine. As we finish monday, across Northern England Northern Ireland and scotland, we could see disruptive wind. Touching 75 miles an hour. Some problems on the way for monday but overall, not as stormy this weekend. That is something, i guess. Thank you very much indeed. I have an update, someone wants your mars bar. Neil says the flight that is bringing the evacuees from the coronavirus back to the uk is currently over a Russian National park. I wasnt sure if it was that one or the next one. Someone who will be keeping a close eye on the skies and the weather over the next few days is speedo mick. He is due to get to lands end later this afternoon but he has had a hell of a few weeks. It has been fun following his journey. Do you know, it would make a good movie. By the rights, write the story. Buy the rights. Now its time for the film review. Hello and a very warm welcome to the film review on bbc news. To take us through this weeks cinema releases is mark kermode, as ever. Hello, mark, what have you been watching . We have greed the devil is in the retail. Littlejoe a sci fi thriller, or is it . Is it all in the mind . And like a boss, a comedy that needs to be a lot funnier than it actually is. The devil is in the retail. So steve coogan stars as richard greedy mccready who is kind of a loathesome british retail mogul who has recently been holed up in front of a bunch of mps to account for himself. This is fictional. But it will obviously it will ring certain bells for newsletters. He sunning himself on a greek island, building a coliseum at which he is going to lord over all his toga clad friends at a party which is meant to be some huge roman spectacular, including wild animals. However, people are dropping out left, right and centre, so theyre having to turn to not real celebrities, but look alikes. Heres a clip. Hi, richard. Simon cowell, hes very good. Who are you . Adele. Whos the guy with the bandanna . Hes rod stewart. Looks like rod stewarts bitter older brother . Whos that . Kylie. Is that George Michael . Hes amazing. George michael is bleep dead. Lots of very cheesy jokes, but they did make me laugh. So steve coogan, who im a big fan of, directed by michael winterbottom. On the one hand, this revels in the grotesquerie of the millionaire life. On the other hand, its aiming at a wider target, which is how is it that all this wealth is produced . Thats very important for his part of the story. Sacha baron cohen was earmarked to play the central character, and you can imagine him playing it a lot more grotesquely. The thing i like about Steve Coogans portrayal is that hes very good at playing characters who are essentially utterly kind of creepy and unlovable, but playing them in a way which actually makes their company bearable for the course of the movie. So for me, i think steve coogan was pretty good. I think sometimes theres a disparity between the very Broad Strokes comedy of the film itself and the attempts to deal with more serious subject matter, such as refugees, such as worker exploitation. I was wondering how that would work, because you could say lots of very serious things about the fashion industry, but putting the two together is quite a challenge. Hes interested in those issues, and it wouldnt be a film without them, so i dont think they mesh together perfectly. You wouldnt want the comedy without them, because it would kind of take the heart out of the film. So i enjoyed it while i was watching it. I dont think its particularly the most savagely insightful film, but it does have something serious at its heart. Whether or not it completely manages to make that more dramatic, thats still up for debate, although there is a very interesting intertwining of the modern retail story with kind of archetypal greek myth, which does tie together well as the drama moves on. I enjoyed it, i think more than some critics did. Little joe. I dont even know how to begin to describe this, but it is curious and fascinating goodness. I loved it. This is a brilliantly low key psychological thriller, and it is about a plant that has been invented by emily beecham, designed to make the owner happy. It produces oxytocin. You will love this plant like you will love your own child. But the question is, is the plant infecting people around it . Is it changing them to its own ends . Carrie fox thinks her dog is no longer her dog. Which is obviously very body snatchers. Emily beechams character thinks that possibly her son is a stranger to her. But at a certain age hes changing, hes becoming a different person. What i loved about it was there is a way of reading this film which is pretty much all in the mind. Our central character is torn between home life and work and theres a suggestion by a psychotherapist, that everything shes feeling is projecting guilt because theyve even called the plant littlejoe, named after her. Ive seen it a couple of times now. Each time i saw it, it looks different. The second time, i thought it was another. Its chilling and icy and beautifully designed. What did you think . Visually i loved it. All those wide shots, of the plants, the banks of the plants cultivated, i thought it was brilliant. I went into it quite nervous. Were you going in thinking it was like a horror inflicted thing . I thought there would be a little bit of horror. I was a little nervous, but i wouldnt describe it as horror. Its a chiller. It sort of burrows into your brain and youre not sure whats going on, but in good way. I really, really like it. You genuinely come out of it questioning. Was something happening, wasnt it happening, was it all in my mind . I think its really well played. I think the cast did great. Every use of green and yellow and red is all very particularly put together. I thought it was great. I think its not for everybody, but i thought it was really terrific. Yes, i would agree with that. I have not seen todays third choice. I wouldnt argue that you should rush to see it. This is a comedy. Its about lifelong friends who have started a cosmetic company. The setup is that, essentially, in comes this beauty mogul who says i am going to invest in a company because i thinks the company is fabulous. But she has to sign a contract saying she gets control of the company if they fall out. I need you to be fierce yourself so you can inspire the ugly people to buy themselves into gorgeousness listen to the word fierced. What is it saying to you . I hear fear, then st. I do too. Fierced feel it inside you fierced jarring, unexpected, exhilarating. Thats fierced. Can you be fierced . Yes, yes, we can certainly try. I dont want her as my boss. What a great performance though. Three really great performances, and the setup is really interesting, so why is it that the laughs stop about ten minutes in . This is a perfect example of the script being the problem. The script is nothing as inventive or clever or intimate or intriguing or interesting as it could be. Youve essentially got the first act, which is heres the setup, theyre friends, she kind of wants to split them apart, because thats what she does. And this is going where, and that got all cranked up and its a real shame because i did think, for the first five or ten minutes, ok, yup, its going somewhere. And then, oh, no, its just that other film. Its a real shame because there are a few things more disheartening than watching really great screen talent get wasted. I think this is a perfect example of that. Its a shame. Very disappointed. And best out therefore is still. Parasite is still in cinemas, it is still drawing audiences, and again, how brilliant that a Foreign Language film won the oscar for best picture. I know that some high ranking politicians think thats a bad thing, that we should all be watching gone with the wind. But actually, some of us are watching a challenging, strange movie by bong joon ho. I cant wait to see it again, i cant wait to see the black and white version. This to me is what cinema is about. I liked it a lot. Its hugely intelligent, sometimes unexpectedly funny. Every time i laugh, i thought i didnt think i would be laughing at all in this film, and it takes you through a lot of different emotions. The genius is sometimes youre laughing and recoiling at the same time because it is, and funny enough, i think this is a connection to littlejoe, because i think it has a similar quality to it. I love films in which there is an ambiguity at the heart of it, which is what i love about parasite and what i love about littlejoe as well. But yes, its terrific. Whats on dvd this week . Honeyland, about a subject i know very little about its wild beekeeping. It begins as a straightforward documentary as beekeeping, but then it becomes so much else. It becomes is a story of mothers and daughters and neighbours and changing worlds and how a way of life is starting to disappear. It does all of this in a way thats almost imperceptible, that you almost dont notice its shifting from one tone from it the other. And again, this is one of these films that i knew nothing about going in other than the title, and one of the great joys of cinema is it can take you somewhere where you absolutely didnt expect, and thats what honeyland did for me. I love the big sweeping planes and some of it was really tough. I dont think that is a bad thing, exactly. No, absolutely. Challenging cinema is what makes cinema important, although some people just want gone with the wind. Obviously you will be doing that this week. See you next time. Enjoy your cinema going, whatever you choose to see. See you soon, bye bye. Hello, this is breakfast with jon kay and Rachel Burden. Good morning, heres a summary of todays main stories from bbc news. On their way home the britons quarantined on a cruise ship at the cente of a coranavirus outbreak have finally left japan. When Deontay Wilder an tyson fury met at the press conference on wednesday, this happened. That resulted in a ban for a face off in the way in. The chiselled champion taunted by tyson fury supporters throughout. No face off but it did square off, albeit at a distance. Both refusing to give ground. This is only going to slow him down and holding the weight on me, i am a rock. Let him bring it on. Iam not worried about his weight. I like telling him, dont blink. Las vegas is my country, the fans have turned out to see that she was sinking. All my fans are here a dramatic draw last time, this rematch is divided opinion even among some of the grades in the sport. I cannot say. Give me one game. Last time i went with the boxer, the puncher one. This time if i go with the puncher, the boxer might wind. Tyson fury is a better boxes. Do you think Deontay Wilder doesnt know that . But he knows he has a 12 rounds to get him out. Willoughby another highlight or will the self proclaimed gypsy king become the heavyweight king . We will find out in the next few hours. If that wasnt enough for you. The six nations returns today in what could be a defining weekend in the championship. England host unbeaten ireland tomorrow but the big game today is in cardiff, as wales host the Standout Team so far in france. A team who now have one of their own in their ranks in the shape of shaun edwards, who is the former wales defence coach but is now doing the same job with the french. I have a great support from the Welsh Country and they accepted me as one of their own and the support i got from that was fantastic and to be honest, some of the friends and relationships i have in wales, they go beyond the game of rugby, if i am honest. It is definitely a home away from home. As for scotland, theyre in rome to play italy. Neither side has won a game at this years championship the scots losing to england last time out. Huge pressure then on head coach Gregor Townsend and his team, who are entering must win territory if their campaign is to be seen as anthing close to successful. Six games in the premier league today, and in the early kick Offjose Mourinho heads back to Stamford Bridge with current club tottenham, where he won three premier league titles. Hes in a battle for a top 4 finish with his former side who they trail by a point. Hes missing some firepower with star names harry kane and son heung min both out. But hes still seeing the funny side. Reporter it was good to see harry on wednesday. He looked quite mobile. Laughter. Is that encouraging . Laughter how is dele alli. No, my god. He certainly has more than a few injuries problems but he is smiling. That isjose mourinho. Wayne rooneys still proving he can cut it in front of goal marking his 500th appearance in English League football with a touch of class. Have a look at this penalty for derby against fulham. Another striker, fulhams Aleksandar Mitrovic cancelled his effort out. A draw enough to move them into the top half of the table, fulham stay third. And an athlete wearing nikes controversial vaporfly shoe has smashed the womens world record for the half marathon. Ethiopias Ababel Yeshaneh took 20 seconds off the previous record at a race in the united arab emirates. The success of the shoe prompted world athletics to tighten the rules on technology ahead of this years olympics. I feel bad when you caveat everything by saying they were wearing the shoes because you bring the athlete down. It is more or less proven that x number of seconds is due to the show. She might have broken the record already. She cannot do it in a pair of wellies. The great levelling but not great for sponsorship. You could put a tad too on your feet. As weve been hearing its being billed as the most anticipated heavyweight bout in almost 20 years. In the early hours of tomorrow morning, Britains Tyson fury will take on the american fighter, Deontay Wilder, in their long awaited rematch. Lets talk to tyson furys promoter, frank warren. Good morning. Evening to you. How is your man feeling and how are you feeling . I am a bit knackered at the moment but it has been quite an exciting day, with the way in and so on. This is the biggest heavyweight fight in the last 20 years. Weigh in. Tyson is the consummate boxer and he has not taken the least amount of punches. Two undefeated fighters, number one and numbertwo in the world. The winner will be the best heavyweight in the planet and you can watch it on bt spot box office. Never miss an opportunity to promote. Wilder has weighed in at the heaviest in his career, how much ofa the heaviest in his career, how much of a different will it make . The heaviest in his career, how much of a different will it make . |j the heaviest in his career, how much of a different will it make . I was a bit shocked. I thought he was gonna be lighter. Not going to outbox tyson and i was quite shocked about that and it is what it is. Theyre in mind they both weighed in with their Training Shoes on and so forth. At this stage of the game, it does not matter, nobody reads too much into it. Tyson is really on the money and this is about a boxer fighting a big puncher and, money and this is about a boxer fighting a big puncherand, in my book, the boxer will beat the big puncher. It was extraordinary that last match, tyson going down and then the controversial result. Is there any way this one can live up to that . Do you think they will be a fairer outcome for tyson in vegas . |j hope fairer outcome for tyson in vegas . hope so. Having said that, all the officials are american, the three judges and referees are all americans but tyson is so confident, that he understands and feels confident about his ability that he does not have a problem with that. It isa does not have a problem with that. It is a funny thing, the last fight which he won, he could have been the the champion. He is going out and he will try and stop Deontay Wilder and beat him at his own game. Away from thejudges, it seems beat him at his own game. Away from the judges, it seems the us as a country and vegas in particular has really ta ke n country and vegas in particular has really ta ken tyson fury to country and vegas in particular has really taken tyson fury to heart. The reception he has been getting is remarkable. They almost see him as an american. He has a bigger profile than Deontay Wilder he was a very exciting fighter but i do not think he has been promoted that well. Tyson had a couple of fights on the biggest sports channel in the well, certainly in the states, and it has improved his profile. There is a Great British contingency out here. This is a big fight in the heavyweight field. Prediction . Tyson will stop him in the later rounds. In the background, you can hear the banks, that is tyson fury. A big puncher and tyson will meet him at the centre arena and it will be bombs away. Were forward to it. Thank you very much indeed, frank. He isa thank you very much indeed, frank. He is a remarkable controversial comments. He has made comments about women, transgender, very controversial and also had his problems with Mental Illness and drug abuse. By the way, i should mention, if you want a postmatch analysis, the best will be on the bbc sounds. Lets see what the weather is going to do. Not as stormy as the past weekend, but it is all relative, because today will be a pretty blowy day across the country. They will be plenty of showers around. Across england and wales, the showers will start to become a little less numerous through the day, mainly rain. The cloud breaking up, some brightness but still staying fairly cloudy. The northern half of the country, those showers keep on going and it becomes increasingly wintry across scotland. Blizzards over the hills, icy conditions and wind gusts of 50 or 60 mph if not a little bit more across the northern half of the country. Even touching gale force in the south where there will be some dry and brighter weather through the afternoon. Showers will come and go, some of them never too far away from cardiff, for instance, and for wales against france it will be a blowy afternoon. Temperature is about 10 degrees, where they should be for the time of year. 13 or 14 for a time in the south east corner compared to just three or four as the showers go through across parts of scotland. It stays wintry especially across the highlands as we go through tonight. Eastern areas of frost develops. After an initial dipfor of frost develops. After an initial dip for england, wales and Northern Ireland, they will rise later, south westerly winds returning, and more rain, heavy and persistent into tomorrow morning across parts of wales, the south pennines and parts of north west england in particular. All areas where the last thing we need is more rain and that weather system will slowly put its way eastwards, dragging its heels a little bit slower than we thought this time yesterday. Could be quite a wet start for england and wales, brightening up quite quickly for Northern Ireland. Sunshine developing through the northern half of england and wales, staying fairly cloudy in the south with light rain and drizzle at times. Winds easing down on the south but staying blowy across parts of scotland. We continue to see a few showers, fewer compared to today, and tomorrow afternoon most places will be dry and bright, temperatures around the levels they should be. Frost to develop through the first half of sunday night, amid temperatures dropping, and this next weather system, quite a potent low putting infor system, quite a potent low putting in for monday. All highs and parts of scotla nd in for monday. All highs and parts of scotland and Northern England, because there is the potential for some disruptive snowfall through the central belt of scotland for the muqqy central belt of scotland for the muggy morning rush hour. The whole weather system moves its way northwards as you go through the day. Outbreaks of rain in the morning turning to sunshine and showers for england, wales and Northern Ireland through the afternoon, but we will find that winds continue to strengthen doing the second half of monday. So particular for Northern England, scotla nd particular for Northern England, scotland and Northern Ireland, the potential for some disruptive snow in the morning, the potentialfor the journey home from work for some stormy conditions as far as wind strength is concerned. Winds could top 60 or 70 mph, maybe a little bit more. One to watch as we go into next week. Not quite as stormy as it was last weekend, but still plenty for us to keep our highs on. Back to you both. It is still swirling, isnt it, in technical terms. It doesnt look good, really. This week, click has been finding out how to make Drinking Water from thin air, and what Artificial Intelligence could mean for the future of fashion. Lets take a look. Over the next few decades, the stress on that most essential of resources, water, is likely to become one of the biggest issues that many people around the world will face. Already, 2 billion dont have access to clean Drinking Water. And for half of them, it would take at least 30 minutes to reach any. So nick kwek has been finding out how that safe water could be created out of thin air, literally. Access to clean water is a human right, yet over half a billion people die each year from drinking contaminated water. According to the World Health Organization, in only five years time, half of us will live in a water stressed area. Thirsty for answers . Ive come to South Yorkshire to see a start up with a novel solution. Hogen systems is harvesting waterfrom thin air. Water is extracted from the bottom of the evaporator, collected in the tray and pumped out for use for drinking. Thats water in the tray there . Thats water in the tray there, yes. Thats come from thin air . Thats come from thin air. Ok, its a giant dehumidifier, but the game changer here is the artificially intelligent devices adaptability. Sensors all over the process that will detect, what is the real temperature, what is the real pressure, the real humidity, the control system will further refine its control to make that the best way to operate. Keeping costs down is crucial, so using the least amount of energy possible is key. So the way this works is, air comes down through here, gets sucked in through the evaporator which pulls moisture out of the air. The water then drips down into this water tray and the byproduct, which is cold air, gets sucked through there which could be used for air conditioning in the summer. And another byproduct is heat generated through the condenser, which could be used to heat homes in the winter or wherever it may be used. Brill, shall we give it a taste . Well, why not . There we are, water from thin air. It does have essence of machine about it. It may do. It does have a somewhat metallic. I mean, if i were to lick that machine, i kind of feel like thats what that tastes like. Yum, yum. But im assured after few gallons circulate in the machine, it tastes much better and makes a banging brew. As well as large scale units, hogen has also developed a more mobile version targeted for the military. So the more compact version has actually got two systems built in for redundancy, so if one goes there is a backup option. We know of some customers in the middle east who are shipping Drinking Water by helicopter. The cost of shipping Drinking Water by helicopter is 35 per litre. But dereks units of course come with a pricetag. 5,000 up to 100,000, depending on the size and type of machine. They can usually recoup it within two years. For over 30 years, London Fashion week has brought the latest trends and streetwear and couture to the capital. Whether spring or fall collections, it follows the same format. Catwalk shows from designers popping up all over the city. But in the near future, the catwalk could look completely different. The idea of gathering together to look at seasonal trends could be obsolete. Like many other industries, Artificial Intelligence is shaping the future of fashion. The designs, models and even the location of fashion week could one day be created by a computer programme. It is possible to generate these kind of captions with al algorithm. A new course at the London College of fashion is looking in detail detail at these issues, preparing future designers and merchandisers with the tools to work on this new world, influencing everything from pattern cutting to design. So if you know this type of algorithm, you canjust mine all over your database. These images were dreamt up by an algorithm fed by tens of thousands of photos. So this is a computer that is designing these dresses . Yeah, so this is a Generative Adversarial Network that has been fed many thousands of images so it begins to learn what a dress looks like. Its incredible. And then design its own. So every single one of these is Computer Generated. Slightly terrifying. And similarly, this is taking thousands of catwalk images from mens fashion week and beginning to understand what catwalk looks like, what a model looks like, what the clothes they are wearing looks like, and generating its own catwalk images. Are these real models . These are Computer Generated. Oh, wow. So this person doesnt exist . No. It begins to question what we even think a catwalk show could be. Could we get to the point in the future where a Computer Generated catwalk becomes as popular or as interesting as a physical catwalk . What do you think . Its not beyond the realms of impossibility. Indeed, the ideas and projects the students are working on would once have seemed impossible, but they are certain the whole industry will soon change and having a background in al will be essential to their success. In all the industries right now, its really important to be able to cross collaborate, to be interdisciplinary and so i think this is really important to have a knowledge of everything that is coming up and how we can use that in fashion. So with al, we will have much more ways and options. Like, instead of, i dont know, sketching ten ideas, we could have thousands of them, you can just select quickly what we find beneficial for our project. But others worry about losing originality in this process. I think theres a danger of it stripping out creativity, because theres always that argument that designers create something from their brain, theres newness thats not been done before but a looks at everything thats been done before and creates something new so i think theres this, like, paradox. Does it mean that we will end up repeating the same things over and over, or does it mean we will be given new ways to create . In fact, the a may end up being more creative than humans because it can process so many more images than we are capable of seeing. The course is also preparing students for job losses in their industry to Artificial Intelligence, especially in areas like pattern cutting and other repetitive work. This really is something we cant deny. It is coming and we need to be prepared for it. Maybe these people can be educated in some sort of position where they will be using this a to do this job, but if it is something repetitive, if it can be automatised, it will be automised. The next experiment will be feeding this algorithm photos from architecture as well as the clothing, to see what fashion designs it comes up with. An exciting time for those able to adapt, but with implications for workers around the world, perhaps a need to think quickly about the direction of this important industry. People love playing video games, but making them is a different matter. The art of creation used to require quite a few skills, not least the ability to code. But over the past few years, content Creation Tools have become a lot easier for those who are creatively minded to be able to make their own games. Guildford based developer media molecule enjoyed huge success with its user generated little big planet games. The titles allowed the player to create their own mini games and levels. Its an idea we have seen revisited most recently with nintendo with mario maker 2. For the past few years, media molecule has been working on something which it hopes could take that user generated effort up a level. Marc cieslaks been finding out more. You can make a lot of different stuff in dreams. Stuff like this, and this. And even this. All that stuff was made using the same software. Its an ambitious idea, give everybody the tools to make a videogame or a film or even a 3d sculpture, all made using a games console. Dreams is a Playstation Game which allows anyone to create, whether its a game or a movie. I think of it as the worlds interactive sketchbook. Folks at home have been able to tinker with a version of dreams for quite some time, so the online catalogue of content created using the kit is already packed with stuff made by the public. Jamie breeze was one of those early access content creators. His work impressed the team at media molecule so much, they gave him a job. I pinch myself almost daily, its the most incredible thing ever. Because i used to teach, which is a lot of hard work. And then coming into here, it feels like i can do my hobby for a living now. It is the best thing ever, i love it so much. But dreams main event is making stuff, and could these tools ultimately end up being a source of inspiration for a new generation of games designers, filmmakers and artists . Have you thought about collaborating with educational establishments . With schools, universities, game design courses . Yeah, education and outreach to different groups is huge because i think dreams is a tool for educating people about storytelling, game making, programming. Its brilliant, i have a little story. I saw a kid at a show playing dreams and his mother said to me, i dont really understand what he is doing, and i said, well, hes basically doing a level electronics, then and there on the screen. He was a young kid and i said, seriously, dont worry about it. This is a great mechanism. If he can do that in dreams now, he will sail through whatever he wants to do later. But i was saying that to her and at the same time, a penny dropped in my head, that yeah, this is teaching stuff, kids dont even know they are learning, they are just enjoying it and that is wonderful. Well, thats it for the short version of the show. As ever the full length version can be found on bbc iplayer. Throughout the week you can keep track of what the team are up to on youtube, instagram, facebook, and twitter at bbcclick. Thanks for watching. If the pilot is successful, it could soon be rolled out to other parts of the uk. Home testing will be carried out by nhs staff, like nurses or paramedics. This approach is best for you as an individual, for yourfamilies, people you know and people you meet and for the nhs it is the best way to contingent the services. In the next few hours, 32 british and european passengers from coronavirus hit diamond princess cruise ship, will land in the uk. Theyll then spend two weeks in quarantine. It mustve been such a relief to get off that boat as a starting point. Someone who knows what that is like isjeff siddle. He and his wife and daughter spent two weeks in arrowe Park Hospital after returning from wuhan. Lets speak to him now. Delighted to see you back at home. How does it feel to be back . Tremendous. The relief to get back to normal life. Just go outside when you want, go for a walk, the simple things you take for granted before, they feel really wonderful. things you take for granted before, they feel really wonderful. I know all of you were totally appreciative of the reasons you had to be in quarantine, you did not particularly resist that and you feel you were well looked after. People are concerned about the next couple of weeks, what can you tell them . concerned about the next couple of weeks, what can you tell them . I can vouch for the fact that the staff put all stocks out within the restrictions of the quarantine area, to make life as easy as possible. They could not do enough for you. Anything you asked for within reason they would try to do and make life as bearable as possible. They really did a tremendousjob. As bearable as possible. They really did a tremendous job. There were moments of course of boredom and monotony, particularly for your ten year old daughter, i am sure. Yes, for a child it is really difficult. She just wanted to go outside and play, she missed her friends terribly. It was difficult for her. She became obviously board. This dashboard. The days do sort of become watching daytime tv, bored. We got hooked watching the 24 hour news channel because we still have family in wuhan. You had been over there with your wife to see herfamily been over there with your wife to see her family for chinese new year. What are they telling you about the way things are progressing, and in particular in wuhan, is there a sense authorities are beginning to get on top of this . They actually leave in a village a couple of hundred miles outside of wuhan and they are not getting the actual wuhan status but the village, they are tightening checks more than loosening them. The controls are tightening not relaxing. And despite your daughter, i know she spent her 10th daughter in quarantine, how did you manage to get that special for her . Yes, when we were arriving 14 days ahead and she realised she was going to be in quarantine, she burst into tea rs. To be in quarantine, she burst into tears. On the morning of her birthday, before she knew anything was going to happen, she said, dad, this is going to be the worse birthday ever. But the staff actually did a greatjob. They put an appeal out and the local people did a greatjob. Someone made a kick, someone donated decorations, balloons, the people of the wirral sentin balloons, the people of the wirral sent in presence, birthday cards, sent in presence, birthday cards, sent those in, so we had a little party within the complex. The staff and the few people that were there with us, we had a little party for her, and she got presence and a kick. And by the end she said, actually, it is the best birthday. Thats lovely. And just finally, you say that you are appreciating the very simple things in life now. Has this whole experience had quite a profound effect on all of you, then . It has, actually. It makes you realise the things you have got, and things that you just do without really thinking about it. Just to hear the birds sing outside orjust to be able to go and go into your garden and have fresh air. Things that seem mundane, actually, you feel really appreciative of those types of simple things. Well, i am delighted you are all able to be back at home and enjoy all of that. Thank you for talking to us and passing your advice and experience onto other people who are going to go through this as well. Thanks for your time. Thank you. It might be useful for some your time. Thank you. It might be usefulfor some of your time. Thank you. It might be useful for some of the people who have already been through it to sort of brief the people who are about to go through it. They are the only people on the planet who will ever know, wont they . Lets get the weekend weather, with matt. Very good morning to you. A little bit of good morning to you. A little bit of good news, it wont be as stormy this weekend as last weekend, but it is still relative. It is going to be a pretty blowy, windy day out there. The showers will turn wintry across northern areas, and we are not even done yet with the wind and rain. Notice this river of cloud stretches all the way out to the east coast of the united states. It is all coming our way. This little bump here will bring some heavy rain tonight across the southern half of the country, and at the moment we do have some cloud across england and wales. Some showers mainly of rain at the moment. The cloud. The thin and brake, 80 sunshine coming through. The better chance of sunshine in scotla nd the better chance of sunshine in scotland and Northern Ireland, but here the showers come thick and fast, some heavy with hail and thunder, and turning increasingly wintry across scotland as well. To lower level some snow at times, lizards across the grampians at highlands, that is because we will see the strong winds continue, touching 50, 60 or 70 mph and further south the wind gusts still well in excess of gale force, many blowing to the east of the pennines. But compared with this morning, the better chance of brightness breaking through. So you might see that in cardiff, cant rule out one or two showers if you are heading out to watch wales later. Highs of about ten, about where it should be for the time of year. Could hit 13 or 14 for a time the time of year. Could hit 13 or 14 fora time in the time of year. Could hit 13 or 14 for a time in the far south east, compared to further north. Four or five celsius, and those will drop away as those snow showers come through. They will continue overnight across the highlands of scotla nd overnight across the highlands of scotland stop icy conditions remain in place there. After an initial dipping temperature this evening, it will rise. That cloud pushes its way m, will rise. That cloud pushes its way in, lots of rain to come in Northern Ireland but mainly across parts of Northern England, the midlands and wales. Now, that is going to be falling onto already saturated ground. The weather system that is with us only slowly pushing its way eastwards through sunday morning. A little bit slower than we were expecting this time yesterday, so it will be a wet start for many. Not a sweat across southern areas but we will see rain or drizzle at times through the day, particularly through the day, particularly through the day, particularly through the afternoon. Gales around the English Channel coast through the English Channel coast through the morning. But steadily brightening up process taking place through the day. The afternoon better than the morning for many. Wintry showers across scotland, but fewer than today, so temperature is a little bit higher as those winds eased down. Around levels they should be for the time of year. After an initial dip should be for the time of year. Afteran initialdip in should be for the time of year. After an initial dip in temperature to ta ke after an initial dip in temperature to take us into sunday night, when monday morning comes, this next stormy low pressure system pushes its way in. That could be preceded by some gusty snow on sunday morning. Your morning rush hour on monday could be a problem and the evening rush hour could be. The snow may have cleared but the winds will be strengthening later. Another windy day across the board, the wind strengthening throughout monday. Sunshine and showers for many during the afternoon, but as we go into the evening rush hour across parts of scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England, this is where we could see some disruptive gusts again. 75 mph or maybe more across the central belt of scotland. There is still more wild weather to watch out the central belt of scotland. There is still more wild weather to watch out for. Itjust is still more wild weather to watch out for. It just feels like there is no let up at the moment, at all. I was asking simon king when i bumped into him yesterday when we came off air, isaidjust into him yesterday when we came off air, i said just give us some hope, next week. And he kind of. Ray of sunshine, he said no, not really. At least there is not an official named storm this week, but as matt was saying, it is not good. There is lots of good rugby to watch this week. Some of englands top Rugby Union Clubs are backing a new scheme being rolled out to help young boys to spot the signs of Mental Health problems. Just yesterday, former international Danny Cipriani spoke about his own struggles with depression in a video he posted following the death of his ex girlfriend Caroline Flack. This report from frankie mccamley. A man who is used to hard tackles, but yesterday, Danny Cipriani tackled a very hard subject, the death of his former girlfriend Caroline Flack. I was so vulnerable with her in one moment, when we first met, that i told her everything about me, because i felt safe with her. So i told her all the things that i was embarrassed and shameful about. She made me feel ok. And ultimately, it was embarrassment and shame that killed her. So im telling everyone now what my most embarrassing and shameful moments are, because i know she knew i had the strength to do this. His emotional video was praised by the Mens Health Charity movember, who are encouraging young rugby players all over the country to talk. are encouraging young rugby players all over the country to talk. I have seen a couple of players look quite down and i go over to them and try and pick them back up. You make a mistake, you think i have missed it allup and mistake, you think i have missed it all up and everyone is going to get angry with me. Sometimes our match is played online and sometimes they can be mean comments coming towards you. The initiative has the support of top rugby players and stars including harlequins danny care, who is encouraging Young Players to open up is encouraging Young Players to open up in what is often seen as a macho sport. Here on the rugby pitch, it is physical, it is tough, it can be brutal at times. Every mistake these young lads making a match can be right in front of hundreds of people. Not always good for the Mental Health, so thats why, here at this rugby club, they are taking time to talk. Off the pitch, away from scrutiny, where there is a place to reflect. For me, i think the mental side of the game isjust as important as the physical side of the game. The Movember Charity is teaming up with rugby clubs across england to deliver Mental Health workshops to more than 8000 boys aged between 12 and 18. And as young boys, what we think about that . What do think about, like, a man coming and talking to you about Mental Health . If a person like tyson fury can get through it, it makes you think that much anyone can get through it. In a setting they feel co mforta ble through it. In a setting they feel comfortable in, the programme aims to help boys spot signs of depression and anxiety in team mates, and where to go if anybody needs help. How do you deal with the game mentally if you feel quite bad, or the process treating you badly after it . One week you play really well, your team wins, you may be score a try, deborah thinks youre the best player in the world. A week later, you throw and intercept in twickenham in front of 80,000 people, like i did. It is onlyjust a game. There is more important things in life. I got great family, great friends around me that can take my mind off rugby, and itjust me that can take my mind off rugby, and it just gave me that can take my mind off rugby, and itjust gave me more motivation and itjust gave me more motivation and determination to come back stronger, fitter, faster. The sports psychologists who develop the programme believe it can help prevent male suicide. If itjust affects one of them, if one of them may be things maybe i am struggling a little bit, i will speak to one of my mates, i will pull him aside until i am struggling, or go to a coach or a teacher or a parent. Suicide remains one of the biggest killers of men under 50 in the uk. We need to change those statistics, and we need to do something about that at an stage. So this programme is all about prevention and early intervention, and supporting boys as they go through into adult life, to be more resilient and have coping mechanisms. The programme has been welcomed by players on this pitch, but there much more to do for those who dont have a team around them. And, for men in particular, Mental Health remains an uncomfortable subject to talk about. And we will talk more about that extraordinary video that Danny Cipriani posted a little bit later on, and obviously the torment that he has been going through following what happened last weekend. He has been going through following what happened last weekendm he has been going through following what happened last weekend. It is a timely campaign, isnt it, with the by timely campaign, isnt it, with the rugby this weekend and Danny Ciprianis video. Somebody else who has been very open about his own experience of Mental Health issues, and the fact he has been doing something very positive and productive to try and get through it, is a man we have got to know quite well on the programme over the last few weeks, a man who is known as speedo mick. speedo mick will reach the end of his charity walk from john o groats to lands end. He has making a big impression in just a pair of smalls swimming trunks, to be precise. Yesterday he smashed his target of £250,000. Here he was celebrating at a laundrette in truro. All right, everybody. We are still in truro. Weve got everybody dancing. Weve just reached the target the thing is, if thats what he was like yesterday, imagine what hes going to be like tonight. I seriously want to party with speedo mick. Seriously want to party with speedo mick. I seriously want to party with speedo mick. I really do. Seriously want to party with speedo mick. I really do. Well, someone has a prime position to party with speedo mick. Breakfasts john maguire is with mick this morning before he sets off on his final leg. John, you are not in your speedos. No, my budgie smugglers are locked away, i can tell you. Here is team mick. But where is mick himself . How do we identify mick . There he is. Resplendent in his speedos, just finishing up, getting his last brea kfast finishing up, getting his last breakfast on the route. Are you all right . Have you got everything you need, all of your proteins . Everything that will sustain you . just want to get everything that is on offer here, basically. It is like a last meal, isnt it . On offer here, basically. It is like a last meal, isnt it . Just get a couple of more items, we willjust remind people of what you have done. Obviously mick has walked top of scotland, we are now into cornwall, and the last leg of the journey, finishing off this afternoon, more than 1000 miles. More than 70 days, but crucially, as we saw from the launderette in truro just up the road, £250,000 raised for the causes. How are you feeling this morning . That is a classic question, but how are you feeling . Well, i am absolutely shattered, to be honest, emotionally, physically. Just sit down. I can see you have got your right leg strapped up a bit. down. I can see you have got your right leg strapped up a bit. I have, yes. Is that your only ailment . Well, ive got a little bit. Pretty much. Not really, i got loads of stuff. I got my back, my neck, my elbows, i got loads of stuff happening, but thats the only thing thats strapped up at the moment. Why do this in the winter . Well, thats the challenge, know what i mean . I have set myselfjust to be a challenge, i want to put my challenges out of reach, notjust a little, but way out of reach. Thats why in the winter. And why did you ta ke why in the winter. And why did you take on this particular challenge of the first place . And tell us a bit about the good because you are raising money for. Well, i took this challenge on because my wife wouldnt let me walk to africa. Reasonable, reasonable. Thats the next one. So. Sorry, what with the question again . Now ive got to remember the question. The question was why you did it in the first place, and also where is the money going to go . Ok, so we are fundraising for underprivileged children. The pair go head to head in vegas tomorrow morning with fury desperate to get the victory he felt he deserved first time round. Hell have to contain the punching power of the american whos at his heaviest weight for any professional bout in his career. Ade adedoyin is in las vegas. When Deontay Wilder an tyson fury met at the press conference on wednesday, this happened. That resulted in a ban for a face off in the weigh in. Both looked confident on the scales. The chiselled champion taunted by tyson fury supporters throughout. No face off but it did square off, albeit at a distance. More verbal blows exchange. Both refusing to give ground. I have always had to fight bigger quys i have always had to fight bigger guys than that. This is only going to slow him down and holding the weight on me, i am holding the weight on me, iama holding the weight on me, i am a rock. Let him bring it on. Iam not let him bring it on. The number one and number two in the world. The winner will be the best heavyweight on the planet. The six nations returns today in what could be a defining weekend in the championship. England host unbeaten ireland tomorrow but the big games in cardiff today. Wales up against france, a team who now have one of their own in their ranks in shaun edwards, who is the former wales defence coach but is now doing the same job for the french. I had a great support from the welsh public, and they accepted me as one of their own and the support i had from them was fantastic and to be honest, some of the friends and relationships i have in wales, they go beyond the game of rugby, if i am honest. People still up to me. People still come up to me. It is definitely a home away from home for me. Scotland are in rome to play italy both yet to win a game the scots losing to england last time out. Huge pressure then on head coach Gregor Townsend and his team, who are entering must win territory if their campaigns to be seen as anthing close to successful. Six games in the premier league today. Chelsea against tottenham one of the more fascinating, with Frank Lampard coming up against former manager jose mouirnho. They won the premier league twice together when he was a player, now both managers he says their relationship hasnt changed that much. Our relationship after working together, i was a player and he a manager, obviously. It has not changed in any way. We are very amicable and respectful of each other. Of course, we want our teams to win. Wayne rooneys still proving he can cut it in front of goal marking his 500th appearance in English League football with a touch of class. Sporting an incredible bed as well. I like it. Have a look at this penalty for derby against fulham. Another striker, fulhams Aleksandar Mitrovic cancelled his effort out. A draw enough to move them into the top half of the table, fulham stay third. A draw if you take the bed into consideration what do you make of this, Raheem Sterling posing with a real madrid shirt, the two clubs due to meet in the champions league. He has done an interview saying that madrid is a fantastic love. Hes saying happy at Manchester City but that make potentially they could be banned from playing in europe in the next two seasons. Facing each other and their champions league. Pep guardiola saying it is fine. Players can talk about their future. It will be interesting to see, if the ban goes ahead whether they will lose players. You are right, one of them floating a little bit with real madrid. That is your bed and sport for the moment. Yours is still a winner in my book. Thank you very much indeed. Lets go back to a story we mentioned earlier. Almost £250,000 has been raised as part of a campaign to send a Young Australian boy to disneyland, after a video of him crying at being bullied went viral. The reason the video went viral is deeply upsetting. Bullied to his face as well as on line. We will not suffer in silence anymore. My heart goes out to those parents who have lost their children to bullying. The whole short statute people of the world have come together. Celebrities including the Actor Hugh Jackman have spoken out, to support the family. You are stronger than you know, made and, no matter what, you have a friend in me so everyone lets please be kind to each other, bullying is not ok, period. Life is ha rd bullying is not ok, period. Life is hard enough. Lets just bullying is not ok, period. Life is hard enough. Letsjust remember, every person in front of us is facing some kind of battle so let be kind. Be kind, that is a message we have heard quite a lot. Lets speak to abc News Reporter Catherine Murphy who is in melbourne. It is very uncomfortable to watch and some people feel the mother should not have shown it but ultimately it has generated this conversation about bullying. Ultimately it has generated this conversation about bullyingm ultimately it has generated this conversation about bullying. It has indeed but it was cut wrenching and heartbreaking to watch. I do not know anyone who has made it through the whole video. Like you said, the outcome of that video going viral has been really positive and what we have seen is social media can be kind, it can really have a good impact because we know that over the past week, there has been so much talk about how Everyone Needs to be kinda on social media and it also shows the power of sport. The indigenous all stars play the new zealand maori in just indigenous all stars play the new zealand maori injust an hours time and if they were quick to respond, posting a video and Latrell Mitchell inviting the little boy to lead them out on the field. No doubt that would be incredibly emotionalfor eve ryo ne would be incredibly emotionalfor everyone on the gold coast in the stadium. It is a true example of how sport can be powerful in a positive way and we saw it here during the australian bushfire. Tennis players, curious pledge some of his money pledging his money and whistle a load of other athletes, from aussie rules, rugby union, supporting this little boy. Nick kyrgios. Rules, rugby union, supporting this little boy. Nick kyrgios. It is an awful lot for this little boy to deal with from something that happened in the playground. How have his family and he going to deal with it . They are dealing with an incredibly well because i completely agree with you, he has obviously had one of the worst days of his life when his mother filled one of the worst days of his life when his motherfilled the one of the worst days of his life when his mother filled the video. One of the worst days of his life when his motherfilled the video. It has turned into one of the best days because of the office he has had. The spotlight thrust upon him, essentially he is globally famous. Bradley williams, an american comedian, started the fundraising pageant he has earned already almost a quarter of 1 million but his name is now globally famous and that is a lot for a nine year old to cope with, it truly is. He has done an interview on camera, saying he hopes other children can see this example and stand up for themselves but you do think about him because it is a lot for him to take in. It must be incredibly overwhelming. Thank you very much indeed. That story one that i know would have touched many people but hes off to disneyland as well as other things. Heres matt with a look at this mornings weather. Very good morning to you. The good news, no named storm this weekend. But it is still going to be a pretty windy day out there today. Wintry across the northern half of the country, and look away now if you dont want to see the satellite imagery. Look what is still ahead, piling across the atlantic and fired off bya piling across the atlantic and fired off by a strong jetstream once again. More cloud and rain. This next bubble will bring some heavy rain as you go into tonight. Quite a lot of cloud across england and wales at the moment, but it is thinning. You will see some hazy sunshine and some rain showers putting their way southward and eastwards through the day. Dry weather and bright weather developing as well. Further north, showers fast and frequent across the northern parts of england, Northern Ireland and scotland, falling to snow even as lower levels. Winds gusting 50, 60 or 70 mph. Snow even as lower levels. Winds gusting 50, 60 or70 mph. Icy conditions on some of the higher roots. There will be some sunshine in between through this afternoon. Crowding over again for Northern Ireland, and the sunshine we see across england and wales a little bit on the hazy side. Even here it will be quite windy. When is getting close to gale force encarta through the day. Bear that in mind if are heading to cardiff or wales against france in the six nations, the chance of an odd shower, but temperatures a few degrees above where it should be for the time of year. Just four or five celsius on the north, feeling much colder in the north, feeling much colder in the wind and temperatures dropping as those snow showers go through. They will still be therethrough tonight in the highlands. Elsewhere, after an initial dip tonight in the highlands. Elsewhere, afteran initialdip in tonight in the highlands. Elsewhere, after an initial dip in temperature, the temperatures rise. Mild air putting on but more rain. Heaviest and most persistent in parts of Northern England, the midlands and wales overnight and into the morning, all areas which do not need more rain. The weather system responsible going to pushing its way eastwards, a little bit slower to clear than we anticipated this time yesterday so you may be waking up to quite a wet start tomorrow across england and wales. Some minor flooding around as well. Some southern counties of england will stay fairly cloudy and damp throughout, but for most, it shouldnt be a bad afternoon at all, with some sunny spells and just the odd shower. Temperatures a little bit higher than today across scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England, at around 6 8d. Then those temperatures take a dip. Frost developing for the first part of tonight but as our next stormy low status to push its way in, the atla ntic low status to push its way in, the atlantic really doesnt want to leave us alone at the moment, that could be preceded by some significant snow. Could be some problems for the monday morning rush hour across scotland and the hills of Northern England. The snow may ease but the weather double whammy for the north of england, because while the snow eases, the wind will pick up later and by the end of the afternoon and into the evening rush hour, especially through the central belt of scotland, we could see damaging gusts of wind of around 75 mph or even more. The exact details on that and the snow on monday morning could change but worth keeping an eye on the forecast over the next few days. Back to you both. Thank you very much, doing a greatjob as are all of our weather team. If you want to know what is going on, join us again tomorrow morning and on monday as well. Now its time for newswatch. Hello and welcome to newswatch, with me, samira ahmed. If Caroline Flack was the subject of the media intrusion and social media abuse over the last few months, has bbc news reported her death with suitable sensitivity and restraint . And was it responsible to report the way in which the presenter took her own life . Weve seen before on this programme how news stories about celebrities can divide audiences straight down the middle, often on generational lines. One persons television or social media idol can be completely unknown to others. Some people cant get enough detail, while others cant wait for broadcasters to move on to what they consider more important topics. So it was last saturday when news broke of the death of the tv presenter Caroline Flack, just weeks before she was due to stand trial for assaulting her boyfriend, a charge she denied. In court in december it was clear she was deeply distressed. Today, she was found dead at her flat. Her lawyer said shed ta ken her own life. Friends and colleagues have spoken of their shock and heartbreak at the news. Love island is a show that thrives on its impact on social media, and tonight, thousands were expressing their grief and sympathy. And Caroline Flacks death stayed in the News Headlines for the next few days. On monday, the last photograph of her before she died was posted on a friends Instagram Account and picked up by broadcasters, including the bbc, prompting this reaction from joanna hicks. It showed caroline at home adjusting her tv set, with her hair piled on top of her head, and just wearing a nightie. It looked to be a very personalm private moment, and not one she would have wanted to be shared. The news item didnt really add any more detail to what had happened to caroline, and so i feel the inclusion of the image was there just for viewers intrigue, so we could all see the final moments of her life. I cant believe the bbc would be so insensitive as to use this image. It seems to me, just two days after her death, the media have learnt nothing about how it can have a negative impact on peoples lives. Nicola thompson had wider concerns about the bbcs reporting over the past week. Here are her views. And the last few days, the bbc have shown film clips on almost continual loop. We had interviews with tv pundits who never even met her. Weve had a reporter, for some reason, stand on the steps of the Magistrates Court that caroline attended recently. And none of this is actually news. Caroline was a celebrity, and as such, i fully accept that her death needed to be reported. But beyond that, were straying into the territory of nosiness, of rubbernecking, and im not comfortable with it at all. She was a celebrity, but she was also a human being, and she was one in great distress. Please, lets show some restraint, for her and for her friends and family. On wednesday, the inquest into her death opened, and one of the details that emerged from it and was reported by the bbc was the means by which Caroline Flack took her own life. And that concerned this caller to our phone line. Im a Mental Health practitioner, i used to work for samaritans, and we strongly advise against posting about suicide, because Vulnerable People might actually take that method and use it themselves. Im not sure whether you have to publish that, or whether you can leave that detail out. With me now to talk about all of this is thea fairley, who is the Deputy Editor of the bbcs news at six, and the 10 00pm news as well. A number of viewers, to go with the specific concerns first, were worried about why the bbc reported how she died. Was it responsible to broadcast that detail . I think that detail, we thought long and hard about the language we use about whether to report that detail or not. It had come out of the coroners court, and there was a huge amount of detail in that. But we decided to broadcast only the very bare essentials of how shed died. Our meetings, our thoughts, were very much informed by as your reporter mentioned the samaritans guidelines of reporting on suicide, which suggests that you can report very much that the headline of what happened, but not the detail. That is absolutely what we did. We certainly didnt put any of that detail in headlines, unlike other media outlets. We mentioned it very briefly in an introduction, and not in the piece at all, so we really carefully considered how we reported that fact. I think there is an issue around there was a lot of speculation around her death. And we felt that on balance, and it is a balance, and it was a judgement, we felt was important to make clear the very bare essentials of what happened. The supposed last photograph of her, which we havent shown, but a lot of people will have seen it on the news, posted on instagram, it was widely used in headlines and was used in reports in the tv bulletins on monday. Viewers say it was too intrusive. Do you think its possible you did cross a line with that one . I think the thing about that photo was that it was released by a friend, and so Caroline Flacks friends and family had released very small amount of picture and information. Obviously her family released a photograph of her on wednesday, as well, and also a statement that she was going to make on instagram. So i think the judgement was that that was a photo taken by a friend. I think it might have been in her own house. Exactly, and that, you know, that wasnt something that had been taken off social media post without someones permission. It was released. The sheer volume of coverage, with what for the first day of so is mostly speculation, was there not a case to have just reported the actual facts in bulletins, and left it at that until more information emerged . I think i mean, i would say that we really did stick to the facts that we knew. I think the only there was obviously a lot of speculation more widely, particularly on social media. I think what we looked at is, we know that with suicide, theres very rarely one reason, one cause, and that there area number of issues that have been raised, including by her own management company, for example, around her Upcoming Court appearance. So we spoke to a barrister about the pressures facing people, and also how the Crown Prosecution Service come to the conclusions that they did in terms of prosecuting. So, when we did speak to individuals, it was very much about an issue related to some of the pressures that she might have been facing. Caroline flack was clearly distraught at the national meda coverage of the prosecution case that had been launched against her. I wonder how far you mentioned talking to people, to barristers, but how fardid you bear in mind that in how you covered her death . We really bore it in mind. This was a kind of story that we really apply a huge amount of editorial scrutiny to. We had a you know, theres a lot of editorial meetings that go into presenting this kind of story. A lot of the issues around this story are very much in the public interest, you know, and Even Public Health issues around Mental Health, around social media. You know, and weve got a real track record on the bulletins at six and ten in looking at issues of Mental Health, and suicide much more broadly. Only last week, we also had a piece about regulation of online harm, where we talked to a family who are not celebrities who had faced similar issues. So i think it was those issues are always really carefully considered. In the end, there are two different audiences watching bbc. There are many who really admired Caroline Flack, who want to share their grief, and others who feel the whole focus on her is feeding a kind of celebrity frenzy which is ultimately harmful. How do you balance those . Yeah, it is a balance, and she was clearly a public figure. You know, whether you watched love island or not, shes won strictly come dancing on the bbc and was a very popular broadcaster. So i think it would have been odd not to cover her death in some way. I think there is a balance. And i think, as ive said, we look at the issues surrounding suicide quite regularly and very responsibly, and we talk to people and families who arent celebrities at all. So i dont think that her celebrity was the only reason that we were looking at the story. We try to cover some of the broader issues around press intrusion, social media, Mental Health in the criminaljustice system. Thea fairley, thank you very much. Finally, deep social is a platform for publishing content across social media. And this week they posted a video produced showing some strongly felt the video produced some strongly felt views on twitter, with jasonwithaj writing. But a user called emlyns shoes thought it had some value for the trans and nonbinary community. Thank you for all your comments this week. If you want to share your opinions about what you see or hear on bbc news, including its social media and online output, e mail, or you can find us on twitter. You can call us. Prince harry and meghan agree not to use the word royal as a brand name. Iam i am trying to say it is ok to be vulnerable. I am trying to say it does not matter what people say about you. The former England Rugby player Danny Cipriani is praised for his courage after talking about his Mental Health after the death of his ex girlfriend Caroline Flack. Its almost time for the talking to stop, as tyson fury and Deontay Wilder weigh in ahead of their world heavyweight title rematch in las vegas early tomorrow morning. And the weather might not be quite a stormy out there this weekend, but we will still see some blustery winds, for some, heavy rain, and we will throw a bit of snow in the mix, too. Ill have the details here on breakfast. Its saturday, february the 22nd. Our top story. 32 british and european passengers whove been quarantined on a cruise ship injapan for more than two weeks after an outbreak of coronavirus are on their way home to the uk. It comes as the World Health Organisation warns that the opportunity to contain the virus is narrowing. The number of confirmed cases in south korea has doubled overnight to more than 300. Charlotte gallagher reports. The long wait finally over. After more than two weeks trapped on the diamond princess cruise liner, 32 british and european passengers were taken off the ship to begin theirjourney home. The group has tested negative for coronavirus, but more than 630 of their fellow passengers and crew have fallen ill. After landing at an mod base in wiltshire, they will be taken to arrowe Park Hospital on the wirral, where they will be quarantined for a further two weeks. The four british people who have coronavirus are being treated in japanese hospitals. The World Health Organisation says the window of opportunity to contain the outbreak is narrowing. Two more people have died in iran, while a 78 year old man has become the first person to die from the virus in europe. We still have a chance to contain it. But while doing that, we have to prepare at the same time for any eventualities. Because this outbreak could go any direction, it could even be messy. South korea has the third highest number of coronavirus cases after china and the cruise ship. Here, workers disinfect a seoul subway station, a transport system used by millions in the city. Governments across the world are trying to stop the spread, but the who is calling on countries to invest more resources to tackle the virus. Charlotte gallagher, bbc news. Lets talk to our correspondent jenny hill, whos in yokohama. And luxmy gopal whos outside boscombe down military base, where the flight is due to land later. The flight departed from there, can you give an idea of how the final moments when tan did it go according to plan . It was a lowkey moment in the end. We watched as three bus loads of british passengers came past. The curtains were shut but you could glimpse inside at people wearing face masks. A few people gave us a wave, clearly relieved the ordeal was over. There were people from more than 50 countries and regions on board the ship and they had been confined to their cabins for 24 hours a day for more than two weeks. The british passengers were among pretty much the last cohort to leave last night and their departure was long delayed, so i think great relief all round. The japanese government save the charity passengers have now disembarked the ship. The only people left, we understand, are 1000 crew members and several hundred passengers, people who may have tested negative, but perhaps shared a cabin with someone who tested positive. Therefore they have to continue in quarantine. We understand they will be taken off the ship in the coming days. We do not know if any british people are among the number. We understand there may be british people among the crew. For those british passengers back to britain, a long ordeal has come to an end and they will look forward to touching down on british soil, and then they face two weeks of quarantine themselves. Luxmy gopal is waiting for the flight to land. What is the timescale . We think it is likely to land here sometime late morning and definitely by lunchtime. A few moments ago the flight was between russia and finland. Earlier this morning there were five coaches that arrived ready for those passengers and i saw an ambulance Incident Support unit, so preparation is here ready to receive the flight of 32 british and european nationals along with government officials and medical workers. None of those passengers has tested positive, they have all tested negative, but it does not mean they are free to go home when they arrived. They will be taken to hospital on the wirral on those coaches and will be taken there for a period of two weeks. That is the site where previous groups of passengers from china were taken for quarantine. This group will be there which means by the end of it it will bea which means by the end of it it will be a month of quarantine. We heard earlierfrom some of be a month of quarantine. We heard earlier from some of the british people who came back from china a few weeks ago and talking about their experiences in the hospital. We can check on the state of the flight. flight. The flight is just over finland. It is expecting to land in wiltshire a little bit later this morning. It is flight little bit later this morning. It is flight number plm 8471. They have had a long journey. They will be glad, iam had a long journey. They will be glad, i am sure, to get back to the uk. This morning has been good for our geography. The nhs has started testing people for coronavirus in their own homes in london to minimise the risk of spreading the infection. If the pilot is successful, it could soon be rolled out to other parts of the uk. Home testing will be carried out by nhs staff, such as nurses or paramedics. The duke and duchess of sussex will no longer use the word royal when they begin their new life outside of the monarchy. The couple had been in discussions with aides and senior royals about using the brand sussex royal. Applications to trademark that name have been withdrawn. A man is due in court later in connection with a stabbing at London Central mosque. Daniel horton, whos 29, is charged with causing grievous bodily harm and with possession of a weapon. He is due to appear before westminster magistrates today. Raafat maglad, whos in his 70s, was treated in hospital for stab wounds, following the incident on thursday. Blue british passports will be issued for the first time in almost 30 years from next month. The new passports will be made by a french firm, but the home office says photographs and personal details will be added in the uk, so no personal data is sent abroad. Fans of the tv series friends are celebrating, after news of the reunion more than 15 years is finally happening. All six of the cast posted this picture last night with the caption its happening, confirming they will all return for a one off unscripted special. It will be a kind of documentary, review, lets get back together, lets talk about it, we think. You could call it the one that is not really a n could call it the one that is not really an episode of friends. But maybe it will lead to an episode. There is a lot of excitement still. They are being paid 2. 5 million each to take part. To talk about what they used to do . That is a days work thank you for joining us. The former England Rugby player Danny Cipriani has been widely praised for his courage after talking about the death of his ex girlfriend, Caroline Flack, and his own struggles with his Mental Health. In an emotional video he posted on instagram, he talked about his battles with depression, and called on people to be kind to each other. It isa it is a phrase we have heard so much in the past week. Heres some of what he said. So someone that i loved as a person, very dearly, someone im very close to has decided to take her own life, as everyone knows. Id been speaking to her the last three orfour months. Weve always been in contact since we were together, since we werent, and its always been loving friendship been a loving friendship and i was so vulnerable with her in my moments, when we first met. I told her everything about me. Because i felt safe with her. I told her all the things that i was embarrassed and shameful about. She made me feel ok. And, ultimately, it was embarrassment and shame that killed her. Im trying to say its ok to be vulnerable. Im trying to say that it doesnt matter what people say about you. Ive worried my whole life what people say about me. I dont care any more, because its their opinion, its their projection, it is their thing. I hate the fact that its taken someone so kind and so beautiful. And had just as many faults as me and you, but never malicious. She was kind, she was loving, she was. If i played. The voice note she sent me when she was broken. She spent the last 20 seconds asking how i am and how is rugby and how is this . And what im trying to say is we all have vulnerable moments and we all have moments of weakness. Talk. Ive heard that said. Ive heard that said before. 100 times. But i truly understand it now. Here with us is psychologist sarah parry. And from our london newsroom is hope virgo, a Mental Health campaigner. I have watched the whole 18 minutes he posted on instagram and it is incredibly moving. He is clearly a young man troubled by what has happened and he is processing an awful lot about himself and his friendship with Caroline Flack. What did you make of it . I agree. I do not know danny or caroline personally but this video brought the whole thing to life even more so. For me, ifound it difficult to watch in places. It reminded me of things i have been through but reminded me there are so many people every day struggling with their own things going on. I also think a big things going on. I also think a big thing was round the fact he chose to share it towards the end of this week. My fear, after last weekend, and after the tragedy happened, that we would only talk about this a couple of days, but it is amazing he has come forward and started sharing more about it. The fact that he is male, i think that will help and help resonate with many other people. There was a moment that stood out. He talks about a particular rock bottom he experienced in his life, but he went on to tell his team mates about this and about his Mental Health experiences and the reaction from them. He said. He has always been a controversial character in rugby, and the love and support he has heard from them, which has meant a huge amount, but that is a big step, to sit in a rugby dressing room and talk with a bunch of blokes you are used to being on the pitch with. Talk with a bunch of blokes you are used to being on the pitch withm isa used to being on the pitch withm is a testament. If we share things it is ok. I work in schools and i say to schoolkids if we start talking, it will resonate with other people, and he has shown that through the video and given everyone evidence it is ok to talk and if we do, people will not walk away and think we are weird, but it will bring people closer together. Sarah, five, ten years ago, he might have written an article for the paper. Now it is a video, speaking to the camera direct. What evidence is there about the significance of that shift and whether it is more or less powerful . We are seeing the general trend that young people especially are going to Online Platforms much more to find other people who might be experiencing similar things, to hear stories of other people. We know that sharing stories about overcoming struggle and describing struggles people have had helps people feel less alone. It is great that this has been shared and hopefully it opens up more conversations. Away from the world of celebrity, this is becoming increasingly common, people who are not famous, but doing this kind of thing, opening themselves up and telling their stories on video. Absolutely and while there is always something to be said around making sure you are looking after yourself and putting up information you are happy to be out in the public domain, and to a supportive community, so you do not leave yourself open to perhaps anything that might be more distressing, we know that process of sharing stories, hearing about shared experiences, Human Connection is the safety net for Mental Health. We spoke about a story in australia about a little boy, quaden. He was bullied at school. He has dwarfism. His mum filmed him in tears and posted it. In some ways it is a lovely story because people have been supportive and given him money, but there is a downside to putting your life on social media. Danny cipriani is one thing but regular people opening themselves up perhaps to more hurt in the future. people opening themselves up perhaps to more hurt in the future. I think thatis to more hurt in the future. I think that is something where perhaps there is a way to go in terms of providing more guidance around how to stay safe online. There is information about how young people can use social media to keep themselves safe in terms of practicalities and not sharing an address or date of birth. There is also perhaps a way to go in terms of how much of yourself do you feel safe being out there. How much of yourinner safe being out there. How much of your inner thoughts and feelings are your inner thoughts and feelings are you happy to share with the masses. I think that is something where perhaps there is a lot of support and guidance that still needs to go into place to make sure it is safe. Social media is not always the safe st of social media is not always the safest of platforms for these things. Tapping into the idea of kindness and compassion, that is where it comes from. That is the good and bad of social media. It can bea good and bad of social media. It can be a wonderful opportunity to find people with shared experiences, but it can be exposing for people who are vulnerable. I share a lot on social media and there is a fear that you are opening yourself up to judgment from people you do not know, who may be do not understand where you are coming from. There needs to be more education into safer ways to do that. I think the positive is that, as has been said, it builds a Strong Community online. If used in the right way, it can be powerful. But we need to push the message and also a big thing at the moment is making sure we are pushing that healthy content, whether through recovery, signposting people to the right directions, but doing it in that safe way. It is there. It is something we have to learn to assimilate and use responsibly. Thank you. If you or someone you know has been affected by the issues raised this morning, you can find help and support on the bbcs actionline website. You may have heard the wind again last night. Iam last night. I am sorry about that heres matt with a look at this mornings weather. More strong wind and more rain. I can show you rainfall totals in the past 24 hour is to this morning across western scotland and the cumbrian fells and across the yorkshire dales. They are the highest values we have seen but it represents around another month of rain in the yorkshire dales, on the hills. And similar rises on the hills. And similar rises on the hills around, as well, i suspect. It is not great news when i show you the satellite image. Cloud stretching from the united states. That is coming towards us on a strong jet stream and this next bubble will bring more heavy rain tonight. At the moment, fairly thin cloud cover. Showers across england and wales and rain showers but sunshine between the showers but the showers turning wintry. In scotland, mostly sleet and snow showers. Blizzards over the hills. The wind is strong throughout the day, touching gale force. 60 70 mph in the far north of scotland and gusty in southern scotland and north east england. In the afternoon, fewer showers in many parts of england and wales and a greater chance of brightness. Only one or two pushing through cardiff for the rugby later. Temperatures here 10 degrees. Higher than they should be for the time of year. Maybe 13 14 in parts of kent and london. That will be tempered by the wind. Temperatures drop dramatically. The snow showers continue in the highlands of scotland. Elsewhere, after a dip in the temperature, the cloud pushes its way in and lifts temperatures but more heavy and persistent rain. Wales, parts of Northern England, into the midlands. They look to see some of the highest rainfall totals. Slowly moving away sunday morning. Lingering longer than we thought this time yesterday, but a wet start in much of england and wales. Brightening up in the north and west. Lighter rain across southern counties. The strongest winds here in the morning. The afternoon tomorrow not looking too bad. Dry and sunny and some showers, chiefly across scotland. Not as cold as this afternoon. And just when you think things have calmed down, the next low pressure system pushes in on monday morning. This will bump into cold air. A double whammy especially for those in scotland. The morning rush hour, snow can be an issue even in the central belt. 15 centimetres on hills further north. The snow may ease for the majority but the wins get stronger in the second half of the day. Through monday evening rush hour, this is when we could see damaging gusts in parts of scotland, particularly the central belt. Things can change so keep tuned to the forecast. Winds up to 75 mph could cause problems. So we are not done yet. There is your warning. Sussex royal is the name of their website and their Instagram Account, so what now for the duke and duchess of sussex after they agreed to stop using the word royal as a brand name . Lets speak to david haigh, a brand expert whojoins us from our london newsroom. Do you think this would be an issue they tussled with because there have been negotiations about the future direction for harry and meghan. Is it something they would have liked to have retained . It something they would have liked to have retained . They had no choice. It is against the law to use the word royal without the permission of the lord chamberlain, who runs the palace, and without the permission of the Cabinet Office secretary, michael go. There are 135 words that are controlled, including queen, duke, the royalfamily michael gove. They have no choice. The palace obviously told them to stop using it. How much do you think it will devalue their brand, not having the word royal attached . The having the word royal attached 7 the moment, they do not have a brand because they have not worked out their trademark and they will have to come up with one rapidly. People look at the coronet, which is also controlled and they cannot use it without permission of the queen. Under international law, not only is it controlled in the uk but the Paris Convention means they cannot trademark it anywhere else. They rapidly have to get their act together and will only be able to do anything that suggests royalty if they do it in conjunction with the palace and government here. It is not their decision. They have to make sure they get cooperation. In the long run i do not think it will make a difference to the moneymaking capacity. That is perhaps the key point. They can keep the word sussex because they retain their titles. It could be the Sussex Foundation . Because they retain their titles. It could be the Sussex Foundation7m could, yes. But only with permission. They would still need to refer back through royal protocol . Certainly in the uk. In america, they are popular, just like william and kate. One of the big things we ca re and kate. One of the big things we care about is that they should not fall out with each other because my company does an analysis every year and we demonstrated Something Like £2. 4 billion a year is contributed to the uk economy by the monarchy. They are a powerful influence. In america Something Like 40 of customers say they would be influenced by a product endorsed by the royal family. In influenced by a product endorsed by the royalfamily. In this era of post brexit economic concerns, we wa nt post brexit economic concerns, we want it to work so we do not want them to fall out. No one wants to see that. Thank you. Interesting. Lets look through the saturday papers. The reverend Sally Hitchener is here. This story, this is a story about prince charles, who was in the floods yesterday in south wales. He is talking about the flooding he witnessed and he said he foresaw this. I am becoming more fond of prince charles. Suddenly, you are seeing these years where he has spoken about the environment, seeming like he wasjust spoken about the environment, seeming like he was just someone who cared about nature, actually now we are catching up and realising how important it was and is and just how important it was and is and just how important his message is. What we are seeing now i think it is he is coming into his own, and as the prince of wales visiting flood victims, highlighting the importance of caring for the environment, and climate change, and how important matters. In my Little Church we are doing something next november looking at the gathering happening in glasgow and highlighting what we can to raise issues and i think it is something the country is getting behind. Interesting that he visited ina week behind. Interesting that he visited in a week when there was pressure on the Prime Minister to turn out and be seen to lead in those communities. He said he did not want to get in the way, and then you get a royal visit with hundreds turning out to see the prince of wales. And the prince of wales has stood up for the prince of wales has stood up for the Prime Minister saying he does not have to come. It is up to us all to decide what we do, but i am glad the royal family stepped to decide what we do, but i am glad the royalfamily stepped up to decide what we do, but i am glad the royal family stepped up and to decide what we do, but i am glad the royalfamily stepped up and he stepped in to show we matter. As a whole country we are part of this together. We had steve coogan here yesterday talking about his new film greed, which looks at the impact of the fashion industry on the environment, which you have picked up environment, which you have picked up on in the financial times. It is in quitea up on in the financial times. It is in quite a few papers. The need for the fashion industry to engage. What we found with London Fashion week and new york fashion week, but not with milan, is they stopped sending out paper invitations. Sometimes they have wrapped them in excess pieces of fabric. Brands like prada started doing lines in recycled nylon. All sorts of things, even harking back to styles to previous eras. With fashion, you constantly wa nt eras. With fashion, you constantly want us to refresh our wardrobes and the industry is based on our spending money and wanting something new. What we are seeing with high end fashion is they are pushing back and saying we should buy fewer pieces and spend more on them. That is, by their brand. And lower end fashion is struggling now because people want things that are sustainable. They do not want tops to have cost a years worth of water supply in other countries. I think thatis supply in other countries. I think that is going across the board. Even teenagers without much disposable income are choosing to buy things higher end. Fellows, if you are watching, and women to some extent but not to the same level, beers mean you will live longer. but not to the same level, beers mean you will live longer. I have to slightly correctly. Half a pint of beer, not a lot of beer. Half a pint a day. If you have a little tipple every day. Can you save them up for the weekend . Apparently not, that is the weekend . Apparently not, that is the thing. It is the grandad thing, granny thing, where you have a little sherry with your tea every night. A little half a pint of beer. Just a tiny amount. If you look back to the victorian age, when they have a glass of wine with each of their evening meal, it is a tiny glass. I have started buying antique wine glasses so we drink less. They are smaller, so you have a little glass every night and it is better for you. I use a little tumbler at home. Just use it really often this is what you find in france and italy, where they have wine every night it isa where they have wine every night it is a small amount and that is better for your heart. Apparently these studies come out every few years saying one thing or the other. We will take it, do not say anything else and dough balls at the bottom, another interesting bit of knowledge. Headlines coming up. Hello, this is breakfast withjon kay and Rachel Burden. Coming up before nine well get the weather with matt. But first, a summary of this mornings main news. 32 british and european passengers whove been quarantined on a cruise ship injapan for more than two weeks after an outbreak of coronavirus, are on their way home to the uk. It comes as the World Health Organisation warns that the opportunity to contain the virus is narrowing. The number of confirmed cases in south korea has doubled overnight to more than 300. Meanwhile, the head of the World Health Organisation has warned that the window of opportunity to contain the coronavirus is narrowing. Cases have been confirmed in 26 countries, including in italy, where a 78 year old man has become the first person in europe to die from the virus. Lets speak to professor tom solomon, who is the director of the uks emerging virus Health Protection research unit, at the university of liverpool. Thank you for coming in. You are probably very busy at the moment. What work are you doing in this country to try to stay ahead of coronavirus . A lot of work is being led by Public Health england to try to contain it. We have had nine cases now in this country, and they have all been looked after in isolation and people have been tested that have been in contact with them. In this country, it has been contained. Our work at the university of liverpool is supporting Research Efforts around this disease, including looking at the patients who have become infected, and trying to understand the pattern of the disease. Also working as a broader team on improving diagnostics, and trying to understand the spread of the disease across the world. Lets talk about this window of opportunity. When you look at sars, which proved to be a deadly virus, it was contained. One strand of coronavirus has spread much more quickly, but thankfully seems to be more easily treatable, but when you look at how it is moving around the world, are you concerned about the fact that it might be here to stay . You mentioned sars, which is a very nasty coronavirus. There are four other very mild coronavirus which cause coughs and colds every few years, and they dont get much attention at all. With this new coronavirus, the critical question is where it is it on that spectrum between a very nasty one and a mild one. To begin with we were worried it was very nasty, but it is looking now like it might bea nasty, but it is looking now like it might be a milder one. Of course, milder viruses spread quickly because they dont because so many symptoms in people. We have seen those pictures a moment ago in south korea, where they are fumigated on the subway system, and there has been a troubling of cases overnight. It is enough being done in separate countries around the world to get ahead of this . Are they doing the same amount of work as we are doing here . This is the key thing. In the uk, we have a good Health Infrastructure and we can control the cases we have had. Other parts of the world things are different. In south korea, the Health System is different to ours. Clearly, they have got a large number of cases which they are now trying to control. The pictures we are seeing now, the spraying of the public transport system, that spraying, is that windowdressing, or is it a genuinely useful and effective process . Genuinely useful and effective process . The best ways to contain coronavirus are for anyone with a cough or cold, if they are going to sneeze they should sneeze into their elbow, like that. They should wash their hands frequently, especially after they have used a tissue, and thatis after they have used a tissue, and that is the best way to contain this virus. Looking ahead, it could be months or years, potentially, virus. Looking ahead, it could be months oryears, potentially, before there is any kind of vaccine available. Is there any progress on that . Some vaccine trials are starting shortly. Other vaccines are in developing, including our team at the university of liverpool. I think vaccines will come. The critical question is over the next few months, whether we can, and this is what was talked about, this window of opportunity, it is likely as spring and summer comes they will be fewer cases. That always happens with this type of virus. The question is, can we contain it within the countries that are badly effective long enough and wait for the summer to come . In the uk, it looks like we might be able to do that at the moment. Other countries with poor infrastructure, like africa, they have not been a large number of cases reported from there, but the infrastructure is poor, so there is a worry that if the virus reaches there, but we have also heard about cases in south korea and iran. It is very much in the balance and it will be for the next few weeks. It is a question of how much information you get out of countries like iran. Thank you very much. I think we can actually look at the flight i think we can actually look at the flight tracker. This is the plane, which is heading back from tokyo to wiltshire, carrying i think 32 passengers, most of them british, some from elsewhere in europe, who we re some from elsewhere in europe, who were stuck on the diamond princess, the cruise liner that was in japanese waters and people had been exposed to the coronavirus. It is currently over finland. Yes, very nearly back in the uk. They fly in to boscombe down in wiltshire. They wont return to their individual homes for at least another couple of weeks. Another journey that hundreds another couple of weeks. Anotherjourney that hundreds of brits have been taking part in is over to las vegas to see tyson fury ta ke over to las vegas to see tyson fury take on Deontay Wilder. Yes, it is like tyson fury has taken on las vegas. It doesnt feel that they have really taken him to their hearts. Because he has been out there training ahead of this big fight, it feels like he has taken over las vegas. Hopefully for him, it might feel like a home fight. When we spoke to his promoter frank warren, he said Deontay Wilder has not got such a good promoter in america. Lets hear from america. Lets hearfrom him. Both fighters are undefeated. Wilder s undefeated heavyweight belt at stake this match. Wilder is the heaviest he has ever been for a fight, which could be dangerous, considering that huge punching power and the extra weight. Tyson fury could feel the weight of that. This occasion will take some topping. This is the biggest heavyweight vinyl in the last 30 years, the biggest punching fighters. Tyson fury is the consummate boxer. It is a great fight on paper. Numbers one and two in the world. The winner will be the best heavyweight on the planet. There we go. It could be a defining weekend in the six nations as england host unbeaten ireland tomorrow. The big game today is wales against france. And olly, as far as france go, after a great start, they also have a very experienced indicidual in their ranks to try and plot wales downfall later . Dont they just . The dont theyjust . The great shaun edwards, former defence coach here, with wales a great period of success he had in the Warren Gatland era. A hugely influential figure. He had in the Warren Gatland era. A hugely influentialfigure. Now he had in the Warren Gatland era. A hugely influential figure. Now he he had in the Warren Gatland era. A hugely influentialfigure. Now he is helping the french in the same role, and this could be a really big one. We have reached the Halfway Point in the six nations championship. It is a hugely experienced wales team, this. 850 odd caps, thats a record in six nations history. But the french are unbeaten, and a lot of unbeaten about this french side. Yes, a lot of youthful exuberance has come into the french team, there are a lot of youngsters coming through the ranks, which is pretty impressive to see. It is great to see french rugby coming back. We are going into with a whole abundance of experience, and hopefully that should pull them through. A slightly shaky should pull them through. A slightly 5 ha ky start should pull them through. A slightly shaky start to the title defence, a big wind against the italians in week one, but a defeat in dublin last time round. Yes, disappointing. An emphatic wind at the first round against the italians, but then going to dublin, which was always going to be difficult. But wales need to get back on track. They did not perform well in ireland, but now they need to get back on track, this is the fortress, this is where we need to get the wind. It is against a very good french team, a team that is brimming with confidence. It is all to play for. They have been quite tight affairs between these two recently. Yes, and i can imagine it would be very similar. There could bea would be very similar. There could be a reverse psychology towards the referee, but it bodes well for wales. Wales will attack them in the set piece, and then hopefully nullify any sort of threat. We have talked on bbc breakfast about Danny Cipriani, that very raw emotional video that he posted on social media, talking about his depression, his darkest moments in the wake of the death of Caroline Flack, who was a former girlfriend of his. It is something you have addressed as well, issues with anxiety and depression. Yes, i struggle on a daily basis, really. I feel for Danny Cipriani. It did hit home, the tragedy with caroline last weekend. There are a lot of people suffering and struggling with Mental Health and struggling with Mental Health and depression, and it doesnt matter whether you are in the limelight, orjustjoe matter whether you are in the limelight, or just joe public, matter whether you are in the limelight, orjustjoe public, it can affect anybody at any time. I feel for them. There are support mechanisms, i am lucky because i am supported by a Mental Health charity. Thank you. Ithink supported by a Mental Health charity. Thank you. I think the message there is just to talk about issues. Thank you, enjoy this match. It is pivotal this weekend. If we get a it is pivotal this weekend. If we geta win it is pivotal this weekend. If we get a win for wales, a win for ireland tomorrow, england, sorry, then that blows this championship wide open. Yes, it is so intriguing at the moment, and hard to predict. It could be a defining weekend in determining whether title will go this year. Six premier League Matches today. Chelsea up against tottenham one of the more interesting, as Frank Lampard goes up againstjose mourinho. And leicester taking on Manchester City, as second play third. Football focus on air from midday. Dan walkers with us. Good morning. Lovely to be here. It is on at midday. Chelsea is against spurs. Jose mourinho has been back to Stamford Bridge eight times as a visiting manager and never won. And we will speak to pat, the chelsea legend. He gives a fantastic insight into where chelsea were, where they are now, and where he is in terms of trying to turn spurs around. And leicester against man city. Four points between them. We have had an interesting interview this week with Kasper Schmeichel. Brendan rogers is doing a greatjob with some of the younger players. Yes, i mean the youngsters are so exciting to watch. Their development has been amazing. They now have the absolute perfect coach to become what they want to become. It is important that they stay grounded. In my generation, we did not have the pressures of social media, the constant cctv world of camera phones everywhere, so they have to navigate that world in a different way then i had to, and i think they are doing a really good job. Plenty more from Kasper Schmeichel and we are also talking southampton. The manager will join us live on the programme. You look at their games, the first 13 games of the season just two wins, the second 13 games in seven wins, so they have turned things around. We decided to celebrate by flipping some pancakes. It is lovely to have a chat between the players, other players come in and take the mickey, they talk about how they have turned things around. Do you make your own pancake mixture, that is the question . I have to confess, i wasnt there. Question . I have to confess, i wasnt there. I have an issue with premade pancake mixture. What is the difficulty . Eggs, flour, butter. No, just a minute. And she was on her high horse you have ruined your excellent point there. We are getting a big watford fan into a boxing ring with lots of other fans, tha nkfully boxing ring with lots of other fans, thankfully no black eyes, but they have a good discussion about who is going to get out and who is in real trouble. Dion dublin has gone to coventry, his old side, who are doing well in league 1. And we will pay to delete macro tribute to the harry you Manchester United legend, how he was involved in the munich air disaster how he saved people and went back into the plane to rescue them. We have got dion dublin and Jermaine Beckford on the programme. All of that from midday. Did you know, it is a year ago that the fly past in sheffield happened . Yes, someone came up to me and said i was yes, someone came up to me and said iwas in yes, someone came up to me and said i was in the park. I still get stopped about it all the time. People say they were there, or they watched it on television. Yes, you met tony in the park, and he had been looking after this memorial to the us servicemen over the years, and you arranged this incredible fly past. And you arranged this incredible flypast. With the help of others. Take it, take it. Tony has been reflecting on that wonderful moment. It has been a real whirlwind this year. So many things happening, so many people wanting to know about these lads from america, new zealand, australia, south africa, you name it. Iwould zealand, australia, south africa, you name it. I would like to thank everyone for giving them a lot of love because without them, nothing would have happened. We saw this plain circle just over the rooftops. It tried to go over the rooftops. It tried to go over the trees, and the next thing we knew, boom. The first thing i do, of course, i always kiss them first. Then i start talking, you know . I know people pass and think i am daft. I will never stop. That i can swear, i will never stop. That i can swear, i will never stop. That i can swear, i will never stop. On the 22nd of february this year, you would love some sort of fly past this year, you would love some sort of fly past over this memorial to mark the occasion. It gives me great pleasure to say look to the skies on 22nd of february for a very special flyby. You got your flyby, tony when we heard about it, it has been a huge build up, everyone on the base has been very supportive, there is huge excitement about it. Every day we honour those who have gone before us, but we have an opportunity to do something on the commemoratives day and it is an amazing opportunity. Ten very, very young men made the ultimate sacrifice, and they did it for us. These people have come because you have told the story of these ten men, and you have told it well. Have told the story of these ten men, and you have told it weltm started off as almost nothing, but to see how many people have taken notice, it is for these lads. They are family. They are family to me. God bless. It is an amazing story. You must be very proud, genuinely. it is an amazing story. You must be very proud, genuinely. I dont think you get the opportunity to be involved in many things like that. It is brilliant for the city of sheffield as well. I remember our boss on breakfast and meet the wednesday before the friday of the fly past, and said are people going to come . Are people going to turn 7 to come . Are people going to turn up . Isaid, to come . Are people going to turn up . I said, dont worry, to come . Are people going to turn up . Isaid, dont worry, everyone to come . Are people going to turn up . I said, dont worry, everyone i have spoken to say they will come and they will bring their family as well. So when you look at that aerial shot of 50,000 people in the park, and tony is there holding the great niece of the pilot that flew that plane 75 years ago, you think this is live on television and millions of people are watching it. It is an amazing thing that brea kfast was it is an amazing thing that breakfast was involved in and we will remember it for a long time. I see tony most weeks, and people are a lwa ys see tony most weeks, and people are always talking to him. For him, he really doesnt glory in it at all. Hejust says, really doesnt glory in it at all. He just says, remember these ten men. He knows all their names, and he loves them as much as his own family. It is a lovely story. Well done, brilliant. A year ago this weekend. Goodbye, everyone. Heres matt now with a look at this mornings weather. Not quite as bad as last weekend, but not much better . Good morning. No, a little sense of calm. This is one of the brighter moments of the day. If you look very closely, some big ripples. Some big waves being whipped up by strong winds which will be noticeable across the country today. They are coming off the atlantic and are set to bring yet more cloud. Streaming all the way from the eastern united states, it is piling in and this little bubble is some heavy rain to come in tonight. For the moment, some brighter conditions developing through the rest of the day. Some train on the hazy side, especially in the south. Some showers dotted around, mainly of rain, but cold enoughin around, mainly of rain, but cold enough in the north for those showers to fall as sleet and snow. Primarily in scotland, even to lower levels. With the wind gusting up to maybe 70 mph, we have got blizzards over the mountains today. It will be tricky on some higher roots in scotland. Mainly rein in Northern England and Northern Ireland, but hailand england and Northern Ireland, but hail and thunder could be mixed in. A lot of dry weather to come with the passing chance of a shower for the passing chance of a shower for the game against france. 13 or 14 in the game against france. 13 or 14 in the far south east corner, but much colder further north. Those snow showers pushing through will drop temperatures back down to freezing. Snow showers continue tonight in the highlands of scotland, but elsewhere it will be dry to begin with, but then that cloud brings persistent rain to parts of wales, Northern England, the midlands, where they will be the most heavy and persistent rain. Falling on a saturated ground, the river levels will respond again meaning some flooding on sunday morning. The weather system will be slow to clear on sunday morning. Lingering for the first part of the day with cloudy outbreaks of rain, it could stay cloudy and windy through the morning in the south, with the wind easing into the afternoon. Winds are nowhere near as strong as today, but more sunshine for southernmost counties and not feeling quite as cold. And then, after a brief respite, the next storm system works its way in from sunday into monday. This area of low pressure brings a weather double whammy for parts of scotla nd weather double whammy for parts of scotland especially and there could be some significant snow to start the day, even in the central belt of scotland. That could hamper the morning rush hour. That will then bring in strong winds for the second half of the day. As we head towards the evening rush hour on monday, snow in the north and there could be damaging winds in the south, also affecting parts of Northern Ireland and Northern England. Winter goes on. Flicking through a gossip mag while getting a blow dry may become a thing of the past, as a number of hair salons say theyll ditch celebrity focussed titles, in the wake of the death of Caroline Flack. Its a move prompted by a hairdresser in dublin. Weve been to a salon in Greater Manchester to see what staff and customers there thought. I think it should be more about what is going on in the salon, so hair and beauty magazines, fashion magazines, not about peoples personal lives. Some of the debates in here when people have read certain stories, i think it would be a more relaxing experience. Certain stories, i think it would be a more relaxing experiencem certain stories, i think it would be a more relaxing experience. It has only got to be a good thing to reduce the amount of information out there about other people and their day to day business. I cant see that it brings any good to anybody, to be constantly talking about other peoples misfortunes in the public eye. I think having them gone will create more of a conversation that involves other people. Talking about other people is not nice. To flick, or not to flick. Joining us now is salon owner, claire oconnor, whose hairdressers we just saw there, and entertainment journalist samantha rae. Samantha, it is interesting listening to those voices. They all seem to support this idea of not having celebrity magazines. Does that surprise you . No, they are probably scared of getting a bad haircut if they want to read the magazines to be honest, i think it is almost a little bitjudgmental to tell people what they should be reading, and tell people what they should be reading, and i think that we all enjoy celebrity magazines. We love celebrities, we want to know what they are doing, we want to know how they are doing, we want to know how they are doing, we want to know how they are living their lives, and how we can look like them and be more like them. Maybe something has changed. I think we still like them. I think we still enjoy celebrity magazines. I do think, you know, as a society we are becoming more aware of being more responsible, and that is reflected in the media, but i think we still enjoy celebrity magazines, and i think there is still a place for them. They are light entertainment, particularly in a hair salon. A lot of us are running around all day, looking after our children, going to work, and getting to the hairdresser is our one chance to sit back, relax, and do nothing and just pick up a little bit of light entertainment. There is so much doom and gloom in the world with homelessness, the coronavirus, and we just need a little bit of light relief. coronavirus, and we just need a little bit of light relief. I can see you are itching to get in here, claire. Not the opinion we have had in the salon, i have to say. The clients do not want to read the misfortunes of other people, the bullying, the harassment. I dont think it is enjoyable reading. I think it is enjoyable reading. I think we are all more aware of Mental Health issues today. We all need to take more responsibility. We all probably know somebody who is struggling. What happened with Caroline Flack, it has been quite personal to people because they relate to it, maybe somebody we know, and certainly clients are saying to us, dont give me that magazine. There are some magazines that perhaps approach these subjects more responsibly than others. That perhaps approach these subjects more responsibly than othersm isnt realjournalism, it is gossip. People do have busy lives and yes, they do want to come in and relax, but yesterday when we changed the magazines, every client said they felt more upbeat and the conversation in the salon was a lot nicer, you know . It was not about what he is wearing, what she is doing. Do you know what . I think celebrity magazines are actually a great equaliser. They show that celebrities have the same struggles as us. When i get up in the morning, i put my jeans as us. When i get up in the morning, i put myjeans on and i have got a muffin top and i open up the magazine and i think, i am not the only one. Where is the duty of care led to the celebrities who have been photographed and shown like that . The point is, we all have struggles with weight. Would you like to be on the front of a paper with your tummy like that . But it is showing that it tummy like that . But it is showing thatitis tummy like that . But it is showing that it is normal. A young girl lost her life. She was bullied and harassed. That is too simplistic to blame it on celebrity magazines. Harassed. That is too simplistic to blame it on celebrity magazinesm was a very complicated thing. Absolutely. What i would say as well is, there is a difference here. On social media you get a lot of celebrities and we normalise their lives through their own choice. I think of stacey solomon, for example. She posts fabulous pictures of her and all her bumps and lumps, looking like this fabulous, gorgeous woman and that is her own choice on her own platform. In a magazine post a picture of you, and draws a ring around your muffin top, that is somebody else making a judgment on you. But they are notjudging, they arejust you. But they are notjudging, they are just showing it. You. But they are notjudging, they arejust showing it. If you. But they are notjudging, they are just showing it. If you see a celebrity who is the same size as you running down the beach in a bikini, you think i can run down the beachin bikini, you think i can run down the beach in a bikini. I thought maybe i have to be a size eight, but i dont, i can do that too. So it is not judging dont, i can do that too. So it is notjudging it, it isjust showing that it notjudging it, it isjust showing thatitis notjudging it, it isjust showing that it is normal, and it is showing that it is normal, and it is showing that celebrities have the same struggles as we do. If you take away these celebrity magazines. But would you like your slug elite macro struggles in the public eye . would you like your slug elite macro struggles in the public eye . I am not a celebrity. You want to protect these people, but they make money out of being in the public eye. see a lot of ladies each week, and their opinion is they dont want to know, they dont want to read it. It is utter rubbish anyway and they know it is putting that person down. We are all far more aware of Mental Health and nobody wants to do that any more, we need to take responsibility. Hopefully other places that have magazines, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, will follow suit because we found yesterday so much nicer. We will have to leave it there. It is clearly an issue that infla mes there. It is clearly an issue that inflames the passions and levels of interest. It will be interesting to see as time goes on, after the sad news of last weekend, whether things change, and whether magazines change. Thank you forjoining us. Coming up the man who has walked almost the length of britain. We will be live with speedo mick. Headlines are coming up. Good morning, welcome to breakfast with Rachel Burden and jon kay. Because this outbreak could go in any direction, it could even be messy. South korea has the third highest number of coronavirus cases after china and the cruise ship. Here, workers disinfect a seoul subway station a transport system used by millions in the city. Governments across the world are trying to stop the spread, but the who is calling on countries to invest more resources to tackle the virus. Charlotte gallagher, bbc news. That flight heading back to the uk, the camera is being cleaned luxmy gopal is waiting for the flight to land. Talk us through what will happen after it touches down. As you say, it will be landing here very soon, in the next couple of hours. The ru nway in the next couple of hours. The runway is in that direction. The traffic has been going in and out of the base. That is normal because it isa the base. That is normal because it is a working base, but what is different is there have been several empty coaches arriving and those coaches will be there to pick up passengers when the flight arrives. The flight has flowed over finland and isjust the flight has flowed over finland and is just approaching the flight has flowed over finland and isjust approaching sweden the flight has flowed over finland and is just approaching sweden and on board, 32 uk and european nationals. When they arrive. In the past 16 days they have been in quarantine on the cruise ship diamond princess, and when they arrive, they are ready to face another two weeks of quarantine, because even though they have tested negative for coronavirus, they will be taken straight from the plane here on to the coaches and straight to arrow parke hospital in wirral, where previously two groups of people travelling from china were taken. In total in the uk, almost 6000 people have been tested for coronavirus and nine tested positive. Passengers arriving today, over the next two weeks, they will be tested and monitored to make sure they are completely clear of coronavirus before they will finally, after what will have been a month of quarantine in total, be able to return home. They are desperate to get back to the uk but this is the start of the next part of their experience. Thank you. The nhs has started testing people for coronavirus in their own homes, in london, to minimise the risk of spreading the infection. The jury in the trial of Harvey Weinstein has been sent home for the weekend, after being given more time by the judge to come to a unanimous verdict. Its the final weekend of campaigning before voting begins in the labour leadership contest. The three candidates left in the running are rebecca long bailey, lisa nandy and sir keir starmer. Lets talk to our Political Correspondent tom barton. The voting begins soon but a long way to go, what is the process . Labour Party Members over the next few days will start to see ballot papers landing on their doorsteps. There is still a month to go before the election is over and we will hear a result. In that time, you can expect the three candidates to campaign hard to win those votes of Labour Party Members. Who could be the next leader of the opposition . So keir starmer is widely seen as the favourite. He is the shadow brexit secretary and a man closely associated with labours brexit policy. Rebecca long bailey is seen as the candidate of the left and has been endorsed by high profile supporters ofjeremy corbyn, including len mccluskey, the unite boss. Lisa nandy is seen by many as an outsider but has impressed some with performances at hustings and tv debates. More than 100,000 people we are told have joined the party since the leadership election was announced. It is impossible to know what that will mean for the fortunes of the various candidates. In the meantime, campaigning continues and this weekend with events, with the three candidates, for Labour Party Members, taking place in peterborough and durham. Blue british passports will be issued for the first time in almost 30 years from next month. The government has confirmed that now the uk has left the eu, burgundy passports will be phased out, but holders can keep their existing documents until they expire. The new passports will be made by a french firm, but the home office says photographs and personal details will be added in the uk, so no personal data is sent abroad. Friends is coming back. Fans of the tv series are celebrating, after news of the reunion theyve been waiting more than 15 years for, is finally happening. Kind of. Not quite what it seems. All six of the cast posted this picture last night. The caption its happening. Everybody assumed another episode, but apparently it is not the one where they all get back together, it is the one where they make a lot of money from basically a recap. Just kind of chatting, visiting the old set. It is a way of launching the new hbo streaming service, which is the company that has bought the old episodes. And maybe after that they will make another episode. Did you just make that up . It is hoped, and i hoped, therefore it is true lets go back to the coronavirus story. 32 british and european passengers are on their way back to the uk, after more than two weeks quarantined on board a coronavirus hit cruise ship in japan. But its only those passengers who tested negative who are being brought home today. David and sally abel, who were diagnosed on board the diamond princess, are currently being treated in hospital in japan. Their son steve joins us now from his home in daventry. Steve, thanks for joining steve, thanks forjoining us. Bring us up to date. How are your mum and dad doing . Not great. They are not great at all. As everyone knows, they are one of the four british people that tested positive and have remained in japan. They people that tested positive and have remained injapan. They were left on the boat far too long and there was confusion over whether they were positive or negative because they werent taken off the days after testing positive. Eventually, a couple of days ago, they were taken in an ambulance to a hospital. We we re in an ambulance to a hospital. We were told by the Foreign Office that hospital was six hours away. I got a message from my mum saying it was about a 90 minute drive. However, the pictures of the hospital were lovely. It put our mind at rest. They had lots of tests. U nfortu nately, they had lots of tests. Unfortunately, the tests revealed they have pneumonia. My father has acute pneumonia. My mother has mild pneumonia. And obviously they have the coronavirus. To go on from that step, iam the coronavirus. To go on from that step, i am sorry to keep going on. It must be so hard for you here, as well as difficult for then being so unwell. How are they dealing with being in the hospital . We are quite happy because we thought they are in the right place, lovely nurses and doctors, and they had high spirits when we had a facetime call. Then 1am, yesterday i think it was, yesterday morning, i had a phone call from my mum, very distressed, that they were being moved again. I was not happy about this. These are old people, they are not well, and they are being moved to another hospital. That hospital has no wi fi. 24 hours later, i spoke to them on a cellular phone call. My dad is saying, i cant do any more of this, you need to get me out of here. It is like prison. We have no washing facilities, we have one toilet to share. We have a small window in our room which overlooks a brick wall. There is no natural daylight coming in. No treatment. We are sitting here, being told we will be monitored in three days time. We barely have contact with them at all. There is nothing you can do . Your wife roberta is there. For you and the family, you are kind of helpless. We are coming yes. We have beenin helpless. We are coming yes. We have been in touch with the Foreign Office on a number of occasions and i have been liaising with them quite a lot. They reach out to the British Embassy injapan and it is quite frustrating. They are the only contact frustrating. They are the only co nta ct we frustrating. They are the only contact we have. It is hard to get hold of sally and david now because they have been moved to a hospital without wi fi. We rely on cellular, which is not working properly. We have reached out. I have had numerous conversations overnight, which it is disappointing, they cannot give us answers. We have not spoken to a doctor. That is a key thing we need. If we were in the uk or if they were in the uk, we would be speaking to a doctor about their condition and be able to understand what is happening and what tests they are having and how we can get them better. We have not had any communication whatsoever. I got a call from the embassy this morning, from the Foreign Office, at four oclock this morning, actually. Saying we have spoken to your parents, they are good spirits. I said really7 because when we spoke they were in floods of tears. Ive never seen them they were in floods of tears. Ive neverseen them in they were in floods of tears. Ive never seen them in this state before, so to hear they are in good spirits was incredibly surprising. They did not have answers. They said, we will try and get them different lunch because they struggle to eat the japanese food. And they will get him bread rolls, really, which is disappointing. It is not what i want to hear from them, that we cannot speak to a doctor and they are not eating properly. We think they are not getting the due care and attention they should be and really being looked after by the people on the ground out there, who should be looking out for them for us. Steve, we have seen pictures this morning of passengers who tested negative getting on board the plane, arriving back into wiltshire in the next couple of hours. You will have mixed emotions when you see that. Pleased for those who made it, but worried about your parents. Do you accept because they tested positive, they cannot fly home at the moment . It would not be safe for them or anybody else if they were on the plane . Yes, i have said in previous interviews, just bring them home. I accept interviews, just bring them home. I a cce pt we interviews, just bring them home. I accept we cannot bring them home. We need to contain the virus. I want them to have the right care. With regards to the other people coming back, i am very pleased they are going to be reunited with their families. I do not know if the world realises my dad started the campaign to get the uk authorities to get the plane there. You are feeling today the plane is coming back without the man who started it all. What do you think would have made a difference, is it bad luck or could anything have happened that would have ensured he was on it today . have happened that would have ensured he was on it today . I think they could have reacted earlier. I think they were obviously diagnosed at the beginning of last week and then left on the ship even longer, which we think has made their condition worse. While they were probably never going to come home on that particular plane, we know there are probably options to get them home on the plane where they can deal with contagious diseases, whether people will want that in this country, i dont know, it is probably not fair to ask. If they had got them off the ship quicker, even at the beginning of quarantine. So that they were not on a disease infested boat, it would have been good, and as soon as they were diagnosed, if they had taken them off, they could maybe have treated them better, so they did not end up with pneumonia and david did not end up with pneumonia and david did not end up with acute pneumonia. I think they have let them down and they have ended up more poorly than maybe they would have. I am not an expert, i dont know. This is where we need to understand and need to speak to someone who understands the coronavirus and pneumonia and what is going on. I think they could have handled that better. Steve and roberta, thanks and best wishes to you and pass on our best wishes to your mum and dad, steve. We hope you get in contact with them and see them face to face back home soon. Take care. The Foreign Office has told breakfast. The welfare of all British Nationals is of the highest priority to the uk government, and said it is working with the japanese authorities to ensure those British Nationals who are remaining injapan for Health Reasons get the best care possible. There are still some pretty lousy periods of whether for the next couple of days. Those raindrops are almost as big as you. The weather causing concern over the next few days and up till this morning, these are rainfall totals, they are extreme totals in the hills of the north west of glasgow, the cumbrian fells and yorkshire dales, representing a month of rain in the yorkshire dales. These areas are saturated. It will run down the river system and we will see rivers rise today, even though it is drier compared to yesterday. But look at what is still to come our way. From the united states, a stream of cloud coming towards us pushed along by a lively jet stream and coming towards us pushed along by a livelyjet stream and the next bubble will bring heavy rain to the same areas across england and wales tonight. Today, respite in some respects. Sunshine and showers. Sunshine hazy in the south and west. Showers are blown along by strong and gusty winds, and touching gale force in many areas. Up to 70 mph in the north of scotland and cold enough here for showers to be sleet and snow and also blizzards over the hills. Raining and held bob and thunder over Northern Ireland. Turning dry compared with what we have had so far today. I shower never too far away from cardiff. Gusty for the wales against france match. Up to 14 in the south east for a time. Notice the difference. Temperatures will drop in the north snow showers come through. They will continue in the highlands overnight. Winds coming from the south west. And the bubble in the cloud, that is the rain pushing in and it will be parts of wales, northern wales and the midlands that will see the heaviest rain. That weather system will take longer to clear than we thought this time yesterday so sunday in england and wales will start cloudy and wet, slowly brightening up. After a windy morning it might stay cloudy in the south of england. Breezy elsewhere. The afternoon will be drier and brighter. Isolated showers and the wind back might wind nota strong. But watch what is coming into monday. A potent area of low pressure. Uncertainty how far north or south it could be but potential for a where the double whammy in the north of england and scotland. Monday morning bringing snowfall on the hills and central belt in scotland. The winds pick up in the afternoon. The second blow in the evening rush hour across parts of scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England where we could see potentially damaging gusts of wind. We will keep you updated on the latest warnings online and here on brea kfast. Latest warnings online and here on breakfast. Thank you. Financial news now. People who switch from the biggest broadband providers may find they have to pay to keep their email address when they leave. The industry regulator ofcom says it cant see why customers should have to fork out. Paul lewis from radio 4s money box is with us. What have you discovered . What have you discovered 7m what have you discovered . It is extraordinary. People who have broadband from bt, talktalk, they now discover when they switch, and people are encouraged to switch provider to get a better deal, but when they switch, bt says to keep your e mail when they switch, bt says to keep youre mail in its when they switch, bt says to keep your e mail in its normal usable form you will have to pay £7 50 a month, £90 a year. Talktalk makes a similar charge and virgin media says you cannot even take your e mail address, you have 90 days to sort things out. People find this a shock. The regulator is very surprised by it also. Part of the issueis surprised by it also. Part of the issue is that when you use. , im sorry, move a mobile phone provider, you can take your number with you. The difference being you have the name and brand attach to your e mail address. Certainly there should. I am old enough to remember the huge battle to allow mobile phone number portability which the providers did not like, because it is easier to switch. And sky dot com, in their defence, you can keep your e mail if you switch, three and for ever. They are the exception to the rule. The regulator said it does not see a reason why you have to pay to keep your e mail address and, significantly, and in a strong statement, it says, we are looking at this to consider whether we need to step in and take action. And that means if nothing else regulation to stop it happening. Excellent work you do, as ever. On radio fourfrom midday. The reverend Sally Hitchener is here. We can start with a story about smoke. Oxfordshire wanting to be smoke free. 10 it is estimated of the population smoke. Oxfordshire has decided to try to stop that. By 2030, which seems ambitious. How . That is what i cannot work out from the story. I think a combination of advising people on Health Problems of smoking, although that has happened a lot. Discouraging people from smoking in public by having fines for people who litter and various other things. But it is how much the uk economy spends on smoke related diseases and problems related to people smoking. About 11 billion a year it is estimated, and a large proportion of that on nhs. People know smoking is bad for their health and not a good thing to do. And i point out the amount of revenue smoking brings into the government through taxation. I do not know how you police it. Even in public places. I was at hospital in manchester and it said a smoke free site but there were people outside the entrance area smoking. We considered going smoke free and you have to do it by having tiny pens where people can smoke. Even then, it is difficult, because it is ingrained in peoples lives and almost impossible to police. For six nations titles, four of them at grand slam wins, including last year before he upped sticks after the world cup and joined the french in the same role as their defence coach. He has had a very good start because the french are unbeaten. He hit the ground running with that win against britain. A stuttering start for the welsh in their grand slam title. They started with a big win against the italians, but then they slipped up in dublin. To stay in this championship, they really would need to beat the french. It is a hugely experienced team that will go up hugely experienced team that will go up against the french. Over 850 caps, a six nations record for any team, but a lot of excitement about this very young and inexperienced french team. Only 250 caps in their ranks, so this will be an interesting one. Yes, indeed. Give us some context as to how this will play out. We know that scotland are desperate for a win. They play italy a bit later on. But england and ireland tomorrow, a match which needs no introduction. Yes, lets just touch on that game in rome. You would have thought huge jeopardy this one for the scots. The italians are rock bottom with no points and the scots have got a couple of losing bonus points from their matches so far. But the head coach is under huge pressure with just how the scots have been playing. I think they are going to have to notjust to beat italy, but beat italy well. That match tomorrow at twickenham. Ireland are unbeaten, but if england beat them, and if wales beat the french here, that blows the championship wide open. We are at the Halfway Point, and we will know much better where we stand come tomorrow evening. Thank you, ollie foster. Cannot wait, what a weekend. That wales france game is the one thing that you should clear the decks to watch today, it could be an absolute classic. Yes, and we have got the boxing tomorrow, and then the england Womens Cricket Team in action as well. There is so much going on this weekend. You are here tomorrow . Yes, in the morning. Just in time as they head out to the ring. The duke and duchess of sussexs website and Instagram Account will have to be re named, following the announcement that they will have to drop the word royal from their branding. They were going to beat sussex royal, but that now cant happen. So, will it damage the couples worldwide appeal . Lets speak to royal commentator victoria murphy, who is in our london newsroom. Good morning, thank you for your time. Do you think that they will have a less valuable brand, effectively, if the word royal is taken away from them . Yes, things are definitely going to change. Earlier this week we were given information about when this transition will happen, and we now know that from the beginning of april they will not have an office at the Buckingham Palace. Sussex royal will not feature in their future. They will have to rebrand their instagram feed and change their instagram feed and change their website, and any Nonprofit Organisation that they have moving forward will not be able to use the term sussex royal. There are strict guidelines around the rules and from the minute they said they would not be using his or her royal highness, which they said back in january when they announced they we re january when they announced they were stepping back as royals, i think it was inevitable that sussex royal was going to go the same way. But this is a couple who have a huge high profile on the world stage, and thatis high profile on the world stage, and that is not going to diminish suddenly because of a name change. What will be tricky for them is that they have, of course, invested a lot of time into sussex royal as a brand, in terms of trademarking that was done, and they will now have to start again with a new name. However, i think that their star power on the world stage is still going to be very potent, with or without that label. So they will have to come up with a different brand, but is this the kind of thing they have been up to now since they disappeared, went to canada,. They have made one public appearance, although it was a sort of private public appearance at that event in america. Do we have any idea what has been occupying them . They have been planning for their new life. We know that they have some official engagements in march, leading up to their exit from the royal family. They will be carried out and covered in the same way as all royal engagements because they are still working royals until the beginning of april. But from that point on, they will be launching their new projects. We have got some idea, from what they put on their website. They updated that yesterday evening with more information, telling us that they are not going to be launching a foundation, but they are going to be launching a Nonprofit Organisation and that of course is now going to have a different name which we dont yet know. It is clear that they want to focus on raising and distributing money for charity, and distributing money for charity, and using their profiles to do that. Exactly what format that will take, we dont have a clear idea on that. Im sure they will tell us more on their website when they are ready. Thank you. Victoria murphy, royal commentator and journalist. Im just thinking what else they could call themselves. Potentially Sussex Foundation. And they cant do h m because that has already been taken. Very good if you need advice on how to brand yourself, get attention and turn yourself into a global phenomenon, you could do worse than follow speedo mick, the man who decided to set off on a charity walk injusta pairof decided to set off on a charity walk injust a pair of swimming trunks. Snow isa has been snowing quite heavily. Snow is a feature of the forecast today for some. Strong winds for all of us. No named storm this weekend, but there is Something Else coming our way, something is brewing off the east coast of the us. This cloud is all heading our way. This next bubble of cloud will bring wetter weather through tonight. We have got some sunshine around at the moment. Staying cloudy for speedo mick in the southern counties. Some rain showers across england and wales, but a lot of dry weather this afternoon. Further north, the cloud will be thick enough in Northern Ireland, and in the far north those showers will contain sleet and snow. Blizzards over the hills of scotland. Winds gusting up to 60 or 70 mph. Widespread gale force winds. The wind will be blowing in around the cardiff area for the six nations match later. The chance of a passing shower, but a lot of dry weather as well. 13 in the very far south east, and contrast that with four or five asa high and contrast that with four or five as a high in scotland. Some of those showers will continue tonight across the highlands for a time, but elsewhere all eyes on that cloud pushing its way in and this is what it will transfer into. Heavy and persistent rain overnight into tomorrow morning, particularly in the rain affected areas of wales, parts of Northern England and the north midlands. The weather system responsible is this one, it has been more sluggish to clear than we expected tomorrow, so we prepare for a wet start to sunday. Overnight flooding issues. Windiest in the morning across these coasts, but it may stay cloudy and damp for some. Most will see some time through sunday afternoon. Lighter winds with just one or two showers and temperatures closer to where they should be for the time of year. Before week rest on our laurels, the next storm system moves our way, it is relentless at the moment. This could be a double whammy for some in Northern England and scotland. The exact position of that system is going to be crucial as to who sees the snow, how much falls, and who sees the strongest winds. For the monday morning rush hour, there could be some disruptive snow in the far north. Rain spread south and east, temperatures drop through the day, but concern across parts of Northern England for the evening rush hour as they could be damaging gusts of wind. Some of englands top Rugby Union Clubs are backing a new scheme being rolled out to help young boys to spot the signs of Mental Health problems. Just yesterday, former international Danny Cipriani spoke about his own struggles with depression, in a video he posted following the death of his ex girlfriend Caroline Flack. This report from frankie mccamley. A man who is used to hard tackles, but yesterday Danny Cipriani tackled a very hard subject, the death of his former girlfriend Caroline Flack. I was so vulnerable with her in my moment, when we first met, and i told her everything about me, because i felt safe with her. So i told her all the things that i was embarrassed and shameful about. She made me feel ok. And ultimately, it was embarrassment and shame that killed her. His emotional video was praised by the Mens Health Charity movember, who are encouraging young rugby players all over the country to talk. I have seen a couple of players look quite down, and i go over to them and try and pick them back up. You make a mistake, you think ive messed it all up, and everyones going to get angry with me. Sometimes our match is posted online, and sometimes there can be mean comments coming towards you. The initiative has the support of top rugby players and stars including harlequins danny care, who is encouraging Young Players to open up, in what is often seen as a macho sport. Every mistake these young lads make in a match can be right in front of hundreds of people. Not always good for the Mental Health. So thats why, here at this rugby club, they are taking time to talk, off the pitch, away from scrutiny, where there is a place to reflect. For me, i think the mental side of the game is just as important as the physical side of the game. The Movember Charity is teaming up with rugby clubs across england to deliver Mental Health workshops to more than 8,000 boys aged between 12 and 18. The programme has been welcomed by players on this pitch, one week you play really well, your tea m one week you play really well, your team wins, you may score a try and people think you are the best player in the world, and the next week it can all change. It is only a game, there are more important things in life. I have got great family and friends around me that can take my mind off things. It gave me more motivation and determination to come back stronger, fitter, faster. The sports psychologist who developed the programme believe it can help prevent male suicide. If itjust affects one of them, ifjust one thinks maybe i am struggling a little bit, i will speak to one of my mates, i will tell him i am struggling, or go to a coach or a teacher or a parent. Suicide remains one of the biggest killers of men under 50 one of the biggest killers of men under50 in one of the biggest killers of men under 50 in the uk. The programme has been welcomed by players on this pitch. But there is much more to do for those who dont have a team around them, and four men in particular, Mental Health remains an uncomfortable subject to talk about. Theyve been on a break for more than 15 years and, last night, after years of rumours, the cast of friends announced they will reunite for a one off special. Lets get some reaction from superfan and host of the friends with friends podcast, david cribb, and tv critic toby earle. Theyre in central london. So, how excited are you by this news . It is exciting, isnt it . I had a lovely friday night in and all six of them posted this on instagram at the same time. We got very excited. It is just one of those things, all six of them back together in the same room for the first time, what is not to like us among toby, you are a bit more cynical, arent you customer no one could tell you that life was going to be this way, but 16 years this way, they will be reuniting for an unscripted special. You have to be nervous about this because the reason friends continues to be such a success is because the scripts are so machine tooled. Will an unscripted reunion be so funny . I dont think it will have the same tone. Are you worried . It sounds like it is more of a documentary than an episode of friends. To be honest, it is a good decision not to try to do another episode because it has been 16 years since the last one was made. You will only disappoint an element of the friends family. So actually, you know, the likelihood is it will be the six of them sitting on a couch and having a nice chat and reminiscing and having a lovely time, and i think that is a good decision. We are just looking at the final episode. There was a sense that maybe this is why people loved it so much. You kind of grew up loved it so much. You kind of grew up with the cast of friends. Yes, definitely and for the most part it was pretty relatable. It was not topical, it was relating to the things we all face, love, life, and being insanely handsome and gorgeous. That is what we can all relate to. Thats one of the reasons why it has a popularity that continues. It has been bought for 455 million. They announced the possibility of a reunion the day disney plus launched in the usa. And then, of course, they are going to have this show and that will herald the start of its new second and third lease of life. Does that tarnish it a little bit . Does it seem it is all about money, rather than laughs . We have to put that to one side and say we are friends fans. It has been on netflix for a couple of years and there has been a big resurgence in its popularity so it makes sense to capitalise on that. I would it makes sense to capitalise on that. Iwould imagine it makes sense to capitalise on that. I would imagine if you are one of the main characters, it will be a bit of a laugh, have a nice time getting back together. People are a lwa ys getting back together. People are always curious about what the characters are up to. One of them was reading a bedtime story on cbeebies this week. was reading a bedtime story on cbeebies this week. I dont think he is getting paid quite what they are getting for this union. Reunion. Enjoy it, in whatever form it comes. I shall, thank you. Thank you for joining us. Thank you forjoining us this morning. Good luck to speedo mick for the last few yards of his long journey.
