Which was causing problems, the government changed its guidance for buildings with that school buildings, with that concrete in it and essentially a number of schools found themselves needing to close either entirely or partially. Because this is a list the government said basically would keep staff and parents updated. So, we hear today that there are now 174 schools affected by this study, that is up by 27 from two weeks ago. In essence what the government has been doing is going through schools, it sent out a questionnaire last year, questionnaire about this concrete has now come back and in essence the government is going through working out exactly who has got a problem and who hasnt. The other thing we learned from the list today, 85 of schools who have got this raac problem are now fully open and offering face to face teaching for their pupils. That is 148 schools. There is still one school that is closed, in essence, but is offering Online Learning to its pupils. There were 19 schools that had to delay the start of their term or were closed, they are all now open. So an improving picture if you like but giving a sense really of how much this has been a problem and as i say i think the government, the Department For Education, is still doing surveys of schools that think they might have a problem, these buildings and surveys are going along to see whether there is a problem so there could be still an increased number into weeks time when we get another updated list. If perpetrators have locked down and encrypted their accounts, that can be incredibly complex. If a phone is locked, it can take us up to two years to get into that evidence. But im not excusing mistakes of the past and im certainly not suggesting we dont have a lot more to do now. Some say that an additional barrier for the police are existing laws, which fail to recognise that under 16s can be victims of Domestic Abuse. Children should be recognised in the Domestic Abuse legislation, including peer on peer relationships. If nothing else, its because they are different. They disclose differently, they need different support. Amending the law is one solution. The other is more education. The government says compulsory relationships and Sex Education classes are taught to students under 16 in england, but the curriculum is being reviewed this autumn. It was in response to allegations that indian agents might have been involved in the murder of a canadian sikh activist. Hardeep singh nijjar was shot dead outside a temple in British Columbia less than three years after india designated him a terrorist. The Indian Foreign ministry described the allegations they were behind his death as absurd and motivated. Earlier, the canadian Prime Minister, justin trudeau, told parliament hed raised the issue with his Indian Counterpart Narendra Modi at the g20 summit. Over the past number of weeks canadian Security Agencies have been actively pursuing credible allegations of a potential link between agents of the Government Of India and the killing of a canadian citizen, Hardeep Singh nijjar. Canada is a rule of law country. The protection of our citizens and defence of our sovereignty are fundamental. Our Top Priorities have therefore been, one, that our Law Enforcement and Security Agencies ensure the continued safety of all canadians, and two, that all steps be taken to hold perpetrators of this murder to account. This vast boat is officially owned by a British Company registered in guernsey. A pattern emerges. The companies that own londons witanhurst and alfa nero are linked to the same address. That address belongs to 0pus private, a Wealth Manager that was involved in a legal effort to stop the antiguan Government Auctioning alfa nero. The latest challenge against the yacht� s seizure is by mr guryev� s daughter, arguing she is the sole beneficiary of the trust that owns it. We know there has been a change in the beneficiaries of the trust, but we cant independently determine when it happened. If it was after sanctions were imposed, its unlawful. If it was before, its not. 0pus private insists mr guryev is not their client and both they and his daughter say she became the sole beneficiary of the trust that owns alfa nero before he was sanctioned.
