But the reason they dont, google asserts, is because their product is the best. They also argue that on that figure, 90 , 91 , they say if you look at it in the wider context, there are there are other platforms out there now in competition with them, such as amazon and tiktok. Now, this trial is expected to last about ten weeks. There were some first few witnesses here today. We are expecting googles Chief Executive to even give evidence. Its a bench trial, which means that it wont be a jury that decides the verdict. It will be a judge and expecting to get that verdict at some point next year.
