Open environment around the motions and mental health it's getting a lot better now there's a lot of activity going around that just like in wider society but I think if I'm honest I didn't recognize I want it myself I think and the people around me even if they did recognize it in this army have the confidence or the skills or the knowledge to actually gauge me on it and that's why through programs like mental health 1st aid and talk about we can generate a lot more knowledge and awareness so that you can deal with it as a society wrong and then ultimately these problems turn into medical problems which That's a huge amount of demand for unlimited supply so it's about taking much more care of ourselves together as a society rather than just throwing money for a stretch of the H.S. How receptive have just been in terms of trying to open up to talk about the mental health I think you can be difficult to start with that it depends on the sort of rapport that you build with each other the trust the openness but also I think there's a degree of leading by example as well so actually it's of almost become quite an emotional about my emotions being matter of fact and actually just confronting them embracing the fact that they do exist and actually if we know that nothing good is going to come that actually there's a lot we can do just by talking things through realizing that actually we're probably right through the same things together tendency to feel quite. Actually sharing. Top mental health. I think really just accepting and understanding being fun recall and being open is not. We can pair sorts of sort of slightly sweet things with so you can do a white wine with. On a it's not necessarily sweet wine we're not talking dessert wine flavors so peachy there Melanie there are apricot see so those sort of flavors that give the impression of sweetness and there is a tiny bit of residual sugar left in that wine as well as not bone dry they would call off dried out wine what's not to like in there you know 2 lovely things chocolate. A bomb or from a sweet wine chocolate. So what I've chosen is what. It's Hungary and talk I you can get different sort of talkers you can get the really lusciously sweet ones which are made from rotten berries but this one is from diddles and it's a late harvest Once a bit like the are only there they just leave the GREAT TO bit longer than those sugars concentrate but unlike the M.R. Only they haven't fermented all that so it's only 10 percent alcohol and they've left the rest of the sweetness in the bottle but it's not overly sweet it's just sort of fruit really sweet sweet as can be expensive so I mean how much is that so this one is a great price a little it's $5.00 pounds 99. So as well as chop it out pear great with fruity desserts as well if you have an apple pie apple crumble and that's one of those nice ones isn't to be too sickly sweet but some.
