Published how to use that was a quarter of a century ago when suddenly they just explain what I mean every 85th percentile is when you look at the face of every 100 drivers you look at the 15 going the fastest right that's called 85th percentile if you can or the 85 slow drivers who are probably about in the LOL and you only base your report on the 15 cluster lawbreaking Dreyfus and the last time they said to use that was a quarter century going actually deleted it from the list of tools in 2006 but the whole report wasn't wasted the area that did have that's what we call statistical significance the area that did have enough data to draw copper conclusions with Brighton might be a.
