B.B.C. Tees breakfast. Weekdays from 6 Well hello hello It is 6 minutes past 7 for Thursday the 22nd of March here listening to B.B.C. Breakfast with Neil GREENE And A.B. Oakton and we've got plenty to bring you we're going to have updates on Hartley pro united the show and also on this story next it's such a howling story Claire from Stockton tells us about the moment she actually tried to take her own life there with issues out were that I think what brought me it just like kind of flicked a switch in me and it just spiraled extremely quickly out of control or Thankfully close Tori has a happy ending she's now helping others as well will tell you how next. Breakfast also this is how one man feels about his lunch every day. Love and Hope. That there's a man in the papers or ears pricked up. For a moment as a man in the papers today saying how he eats the same chicken burger MacNow goodness fries all washed down with them are safe soft drink every day for the last 25 years so we ask you this morning what is your daily ritual What do you live your life by what can you simply not stand not including in your day every single day is something you carry through from childhood is that really the same meal for 25 years you like this man get into it she 90 still is a piece not actually that's your right to be fat anyway it's had a massive impact on his life we'll tell you more about that in the next few minutes but in the meantime what is your daily ritual. You have to do every day is simply cannot stand going a day without his text as a one travel 3 star you message with the word B.B.C. Tees breakfast with Neil and me weekdays from 6. You don't know my dear. I think pretty weird as well I think I am I right I am on a motorcycle over well I know you are strangely addicted to bottled water I am that's not the one I'm about to give you you have to go for a walk every day I do but there's something weird on top of the water on the walk weirder than your old Water Council park I've got to do it and it's become quite superstitious I think reflecting on doing this is 109 so you leave her village. Coming out of town before you get the 19 and sometimes there's a pool of water standing water in in the lane and if it's at night when we drive into work you sometimes can't see it and I need we went on days I went through this wall it didn't realize it was there doing the speed limit but I you know when you aquaplaning you are about to lose it the side of the car went but thankfully I recovered if Gary and every time this is about but a year and a half ago every morning now we're at that place which is directly outside the farm where they sell the Christmas trees I salute the farm because that water's not there. I think I think something was looking down or I don't know what it is but I do it while I'm just giving a yarn out Strange have the fit I'm going Orden I don't care have no no it's good to have the field in that section of the road then so no happened it's not a section which was missing anyway it's just a bank there's a dip in the roll which is natural dip before you go up the bank so what do you do when when it's been snowing and then all the water gathers in the same bed to. Salute the i do we move over but I'm more cautious now but I think that was a sign like you need to just watch what you do when you know you're tired you know you're not as much sleep as maybe other people is just like yeah I salute the fun that's really sad is no no it's goat it's goat I like it I could save my life a farm I might buy I'm not quite sure what to do with that information but I like it none the less. I. Know it is good really listen if you've got a daily ritual you must do every single day it doesn't have to be saluting a random farm that you don't know anybody that lives there or trending but if it's something that you do every day maybe like this guy down who has had the same meal every day for 25 years get in touch with us we've got a nice shiny bright new telephone number and it's free as well over 808595 is the number. Of night you 5 off in the 18 is another one of sick on you do it and not find do a budget on the night I tell you so make sure we all know where was the lodge in this one I'm still going over the solution to run around at least and this this guy won't get it wrong. Down the she finds. Anywhere it is just been reliably informed from our help Matty that the man won't get it wrong because it's a woman look there was a man on there as well all right just back of a move in a moment It's 11 minutes past 7 as part of B.B.C. Breakfast and really want to bring you this next story because when we when we listen to this audio in the in the office on this morning. I can't this lady is so brutally honest she's amazing it's a Teesside mom she's been telling B.B.C. Tees how a year of planning to commit suicide she's now turned her life around she's now helping other people deal and sort out their own issues and anxieties a name is Claire Cole thought she's from Stockton and she actually believes that exercise saved her life and now she's looking forward to starting Teesside university later on this year to train as a professional helper is just some of close story was a year ago this month I realised my depression had spiraled completely out of control and I had actually tried to end my own life luckily it was unsuccessful remember where the bad feelings as you describe them started was there one particular trigger or was this over a period of time since I was a kid probably there was issues at work that I think were what broke me it just all got on top and this one thing at work just that was it just like kind of flipped a switch in me in it yeah it just spiraled extremely quickly out of control so this this incident happened to work you know and talk was who and I'd already been haven't quite dark thoughts because it was quite a bad situation ongoing at work but it was this one event and I decided I went home on the Friday and I'd already been planning what I was going to do knew that I was going to do it in my car because then it was going to be a car accident and nobody would nor what I'd done it meant that my children and my husband wouldn't know what I'd done it would mean life insurance would pay out for them this is how in depth I went with it I went to the point that I knew exactly BY knew exactly on what struck a rod I was going to do and because it is a renowned for car accidents and look Les I've done it I took my hands off the wheel and it skidded on surface water you went through with it yeah I firmly believe someone was watching me that the because it's good down the road and as there was a little Ford of my son in the car window like in my little when children I remember that being. The last thing in my eyes and then it kind of just didn't happen to own up but I draw for I didn't tell anyone straight where I went out the next day I wish my friends and I got saw because I was I was gutted I was gutted it hadn't worked but I couldn't tell anyone because obviously if I was to do it again they would have known I was doing so I got so very drunk that I didn't care what would happen to me and I broke down on my best friend and I told her what I did you told her everything Yes she she got upset and I think seeing the pain in her face shocks me and it made me realize like I think saying the words out loud as well I'd only said them in my head and it made me realise and she was like well you get help and then from there it happen quite quickly so I went to the doctors on them and and I got signed off work instantly and I was actually within seeing a counselor within 2 weeks can you told me through you talked about you 2 children you talked about your husband you talked about your brilliant friends and family where were they in the equation does any of that count because you you hear about you know when people take their lives for a selfish. My reason in it all I want to stress to people is on less you've had those thoughts unless you've had those feelings you honestly can't judge I wouldn't wish them on anybody because yes in a sense you're not thinking about them but you are because you think in will one of my doing upset all the time I'm angry all the time I'm just not doing what I should be doing I'm not a good wife I'm not a good mother be better off without me so your interpretation is if I'm not here their life will be better yeah but like Mark the life insurance would pay out and there wouldn't be any debt issues my kids would be able to grow up without the Prag I grew up in a house with mental health issues and I didn't want my children to grow up in that kind of environment because I don't necessarily believe it's genetic but it certainly has an affair and I didn't want that for them because I know how hard it is to grow up in that environment and it's very very hard so I thought fact himself out of it they can grow up without it so from that moment you know you conversation you look to your friends face some interest. Changed it I always thought that they wouldn't miss me that would care or the might miss me for a little while going to black out or if she's she's she's not doing anything with her life she's that's this is what she is and I thought this is my best friend if this is my best friend's face what's my children's face going like what are they going to be like if I go in I know people who have successfully managed to go ahead with killing themselves and I think it hit me all of a sudden I don't want my children to feel like that I don't the people that care about me to me like that on and it does it is like a light bulb moment and you just think or like what on earth was I doing more of close story but later on we do have numbers across the morning a very scripts and organizations like maybe help if you're living with any of the symptoms close talk about include a you care to charity provide support if you diagnose with an anxiety condition the numbers or 8 trouble for double 75 double 7 for trouble for 2 will 75 double 7 for there's also depression alliance there a network of self-help groups they've got an online page which is all the w's dot depression alliance all one word dot org depression Alliance dot org More of Claire and her story after 8 o'clock B.B.C. . Right now it is just coming up to 17 minutes past 7 let's get up to date with the latest news headlines is Andrea McMillan Betty Side mom of 2 used told big cities how she is helping others to turn back from the brink of suicide after trying to take her own life and it's emerged that some victims of domestic violence and other serious crimes aren't been seen by police officers for hours or even days because of a failure to respond promptly to 999 calls Paul Allison has the sport legal teams have been working all night to try to secure a takeover of Hartley Paul united more at 730 and there whether it's going to be mainly dry today a mix of cloudy spell. He's. 721 now how far would you go to raise awareness of a condition would you possibly go as far as getting a tattoo to break down stigmas and starts even just one conversation well a teacher in spending more has done exactly that Craig Richardson is his name and he has bipolar he's been encouraging his pupils to talk about mental health by showing them his tattoo which is in relation to his condition now reports the lives he moved he went to join Craig at his class with Parkes gold. Good morning everybody was there in this lesson a dear. To be talking about mental health which is something that's very important to all of us and something that affects so many people's lives more lives than people think I was diagnosed only 4 years ago when I was 33 which is quite a Leave It to be diagnosed most people get diagnosed with bipolar in their teenage years when I was ill basically became difficult data DIA activities it basically just stops you from doing what you want to do when it did to appear Sisson without the support people will struggle which is why charities like mine to sue important because they're give the support the people needed and it really does help people which is why I wanted to support them before you were diagnosed create How much did you know about bipolar very little to be honest and I don't know how much of the people know about it either I only know about it because I've got it and that's another thing that I want to do is just this idea of brick in those barriers because people think you're not supposed to talk about it and people think you shouldn't and as far as I'm concerned it shouldn't be something that's hidden a child be something that's just a part of people and people shouldn't be embarrassed to talk about a person with the more that people are educated on and the more the people understand the easier it will be for everyone to live with it after seeing the tattoo. There's lots of laughing good on them I'm talking to you the one thing that really stands out is your sense of humor just take us back to remind us of that story of how you got they started so yeah it was just it just started off as a silly conversation where the friend alerted me to the graffiti on the wall that said I hate being bipolar it's awesome I changed it to wonderful instead of awesome and basically mushroom from there people started seeing that they would donate money to charity if I go to so our set of an amount of $500.00 lb and I said that as soon as I reached the target I would poke it in and I reached 500 lb in 5 years we're now up to 750 pounds. It was $700.00 last night which is fantastic. Right OK Lucy I want to show you the top this is and this is Josh and they're only saying a photograph of it they haven't actually seen me leg the boys are going to ask some questions now. Do you think that is going to help anyone with bipolar to see how it can change your life I hope people in the say that how often when I saw or heard on the written on the wall it's funny and it meant a bit more than that to me when I saw it I just thought oh it's just like anything else in life you can have a laugh about it if you want and it softens the blow and it breaks down that stigma it doesn't have to be this massive took who the people frightened to talk about and talk about behind your back and that kind of thing it's a bit hard of some people who do have bipolar like family members who have bipolar What reaction did you get a few well about a few e-mails and messages and things like that with people with that condition and similar conditions and the response has been really positive people are being really nice about it and really supportive and just realize that when a good thing in terms of reason awareness and just as importantly raise money as well after a question for the to you what do you think if your teacher doing this and how much do you know about bipolar they are in for one thing that's a great idea get in kids to make sure that they not especially into to school because it's not really something that we get taught by a lot of hands help folks and it helps you get into conversations if one of your family members have it you can go in speech feel like it's next be able to more or to mental health. What's next for you then what you're going to do next fundraiser just keep pushing this is much is a can long as people want to give money to keep going straight to mind so for as long as that keeps going arm up you know how brilliant is Hey Greg Richardson there from we with parks go in spending more in County Durham speaking to our reporter Lucy Moody now if you'd like to find out more or you would like to donate he can do this by visiting Craig's Just Giving page just giving dot com forward slush fund raising forward slash Craig hyphen Richardson 11 off you want to do it the easier way because my brain wouldn't. Able to remember that just giving dot com and then search for Craig Richardson and later on actually we're going to hear more of Craig's story and speak to the mental health charity Mind do you think he's got the most famous uncle across Teesside County Durham in North Yorkshire Garner I think by the end of the week he will have to govern it's going up to a clever look ask the. Brilliant what he's doing well don't just say messages and you know particularly. The generation of course because the nature Joe Beatles it's the next generation coming through and they want to know they'll want to learn about this in the earlier the better really you know had a couple of conversations with Craig trying to make and you know what he seems like such a lovely lovely genuine man as well and he really does just want to help raise awareness and spread the word good on him 26 minutes past 7 B.B.C. Taze breakfast with Neal an Emmy for your Thursday morning 22nd of March ahead of Mike pirate 9 He's live at P.G. Ports and across time right into films and film buff Yeah depends what kind of films though and I mean usual chick flick type person when it comes to film about Saif Ali on T.V. And on the biggest going double time to time you know the being some brilliant film and T.V. Robots over the years. Lead. Is what it cost me to magnificent. That bend from Futurama dating from Star Wars was it took us well from Book Book Rogers Yeah I do like a bit of much to learn you still have subliminal codes amongst all of that me thinks now the Times piece in The Times today has revealed the future of robots are you ready for this they say it's the future of relaxation so things like robotic tables robot cushions even robot slippers that move in position position of the touch of a button. Is that yeah it might be too far and the. Quick to point out it's quite a disappointment I see because they're revealing there are no plans to sell these letters commercially rather the what they're going to do is they're being used by a Japanese company to demonstrate a new technology which parks cars automatically without the need for human staving I do have one of them I can it's got this I see it honestly you press a button and use or try to enter industry list states before I bought the car whether or nor the vehicles when hit that point now when it's not going to work and . There's all the sharing and then I refused to park in a car park near vehicles just in case it loses the the angle of the camera or mine . Never use it never ever use it it's like holy you know driverless cars that you get now yeah I mean at the close of things I have quite an old car so the closest thing I have to a mod con is cruise control a style of music I. Wouldn't try to yeah I meant to use that to morrow no way not meant I don't want to use it just in case I can't disconnect it hope he uses it all the time so roundabout you still 50 mile an hour no sense I get palpitations and I just press a stop press of technology it's dangerous sometimes in my eyes anyway particular when I use it so I know how lazy would you have to be to want to slip it's moving into place on Lisanby on your Christmas list. Let's move on and ask you Do you have any daily ritual something that you have to do every single day we've been flicking through the papers this morning and Danny Keller is from London he's in the papers because he eats his favorite fast food meal every day and he's done this for the last 25 years now he dines on chicken burgers nuggets and fries all washed down with a soft drink started when he was 5 years old he refused to eat anything and the doctor said you know what's wrong is eating something that's all accounts he's 29 now and still doing this he says his addiction has cost him girlfriends in the past and he believes that any future partners he has will have to work for the fast food chain so life do you have a daily ritual something you have to do every single day without fail you also saluting the farm because you feel like it has stopped you aquaplaning in the past . Well I have to I can't go in night without putting on night cream but for me the one I absolutely have to do and I will get back out of the car and do this if I forgotten it's 3 checks of the dog when I come out Why do you need to do 3 checks because it's just habit I've got into so I kind of get the handle and I move it down I got check check that's twice and then I got one more for luck check you like recover Coronation Street I can just be too. Just do a check check has to be a check check and a check for the deal with the light switches on the plugs as one of After all sorts of I'm not that bad but the front door I'm paranoid about making sure that I think it's because our front door in the past has dropped in value of the last year so check check extratropical UK They were so from Hilton I think she's seeing the front of the sun today and she may well be a police officer to mothers she says she tried to do half hour a yoga practice every day ideal for this police force which going to run the purpose now Wrangler the good old days off to be sorted she used to teach yoga as well so maybe that's a pitch to head down to the council because she'll want yet get in on the commission I like it. Because. She did that and. Said Come on do you have a daily ritual something that you have to do every single day get in touch and Alfre phone number this morning 080-859-5957 extension 31 now the news headlines are with Andrea McMillan the Teesside mom of Tuesday told B.B.C. After crash to post peace tape and you weather today will be trying with some sunshine and some cloudy spells feeling quite mild with highs of 11 degree Celsius 52 Fahrenheit Thanks Andrea. From B.B.C. Tease breakfast with me and we've got your traffic updates where we live with Dave Llewellyn monitor pretty good. Although a 19 shared busy north over the t's fly over than it was West Hemington towards the end I think New York as it is on the 174 between Kurtley and the Greystones roundabout and getting busy on the 6 in or around. 60 of the A one across towards such world you'll find traffic on the busy of there but everything else thankfully seems to be fine really quite healthy into and out of the pool no major headaches on public transport we do sport anything at all give us a ring audible 301230181 thanks Dave now then coming up between now and 8 o'clock we're going to have the very latest on the hot April United takeover deal and we're joined in the studio by a very own Paul Addison also the paper's with several other weather with Alina Jenkins and Peter Barron joins us day 4 of the headline challenge he's 51 down will he win today we'll find out between now and. B.B.C. . A lot of you've got a working pen next to you have your I have it with you yeah can you pass it to Raj Singh and get it sorted I would like yeah indeed a deal to save heart April United could be completed in the coming days it's after agreement in principle was reached between the current owner John Blackledge and the Teesside businessman Raj Singh It's thought only legal details to be ironed out well if a deal is done it's understood former manager Craig Hignett would return it to Victoria Park as director of football and B.B.C. Sports pull summariser Eddie Kyle thinks that would be a good move for. The players playing for all the better quality of play and we have no so absolutely. No qualms of it coming back in whatever capacity he used all these contacts to bring in good players that you have no moved on and. Friends will probably remember that he was very lucky. Because he lost these 2 basically wasn't ever cast in the isn't tallest injury and at those players more missed so many games and to still be a football club I have absolute 0 but we'll keep in touch with the takeover talk as it progresses to matters on the pitch in pools of move 3 points clear of the relegation zone in the National League after a 21 win over fellow strugglers borrow goals from Qana Newton and Col Magnay wrapped up the points of poles as they came from behind to win the game caretaker manager Matthew Bates at MIT's there was a big sigh of relief at the final whistle it was yeah. You know I don't think it was probably last 5 minutes where the parade of oppression which was inevitable and I think we kept the referable 2nd half magnificently in terms of how we are we shape the team we got on the pitch and we stop and knocking on balls in our box easily and which was chalk and cheese for president when I found out we can to introspect and I sort of learned from that which is massive which is great for for them as well. We have a brand new form but the good news is free for you to call the only thing is you need to remember the new 10859595 that runs down the day you contact even in the White House 859595. Let's check out the weather for today this evening and of course into Friday last Friday were who is a leader Jenkins morning Alina good morning to you is not a bad day in prospect we got some spells of sunshine through this morning there will be variable and often large amounts of cloud but it stays dry through daylight hours the west the southwest the wind starts to pick up a little bit later but it will feel a touch mild highs between 9 and 11 Celsius and stays dry through this evening if you clear spells at 1st tonight before the cloud thickens from the west which outbreaks of rain north and east with overnight and southerly winds will start to freshen as well temperatures falling to around 5 or 6 Celsius so technically mild to start tomorrow morning but given the cloud the breeze and some up. Weeks of rain it will be on the cool side and to be some lingering rain for a time through the morning before it clears away some sunny spells by the afternoon but also want to showers in the brisk winds will slowly start to lose some of their strength through the day temperatures down slightly tomorrow 8 to 9 Celsius the top temperature up to 48 degrees Fahrenheit chilly night as we go into Saturday and then some sunshine through Saturday morning cloud bubbling up well being the chance of showers through the afternoon we do it all again on Sunday cold and likely frosty start brights 1st time through the morning for the cloud builds bringing some potentially heavy showers through the afternoon you get much more detail on the website because he took a session with Eileen and before you go could you lease the same fast food for lunch every day for 25 years NO NO NO YOU WANT TO bit of variation with me or at least Yeah I get 3 stages of having sort of the same sort of thing but any kind of bahá'í a bulk of something you know some chicken I think will last about my salad this week but not every day for 25 yes oh it's shock it is that stone or why is taste buds on crying out for something more excited I don't know anyway each to their own I suppose it's got us thinking about our daily rituals the daily rituals that we have that we've got to do so Neil likes to solution the a by farm where we live on as well now. P P K W I Joe Pass phone case wallet. Got them all and then I leave the house I'm happy got to be done I have to go to bed without putting night cream on a rise and checking the door 3 times going to do if you've got a ritual Alina every morning when I wake up the 1st thing I do is look at the radar to see whether it's raining or no I do yeah do you want educated complete living I do. Even in the summertime or even in the summer you go to check what you said what you said the day before is still right for today I love it she's such a professional in the arts and I was in Rose's eyes. Thanks Alina are you like Alina do you have a daily ritual you've got to do get in touch please 080859595 the bets best place about calling us right now is the fact that it's free it is of course you think Paul we're going to speak to Paul out of the list with United So do you think the the ritual like Alina just mention with the weather polders the 1st thing he does B.B.C. Sport on is up especially at the minute how people united what's going on the 1st thing I did is look at the cricket this morning I was tired and I'm into well now I'm terrible I'll get to use things that you think you've got to do when your like ordering of things there. I get down the road after go back and check the doors locked I checked the doors locked again I checked the doors locked again the tech everything's off 3 taxes that you do a check check and one for luck and then it says he has one the under oath off. But not terrible for things like that yeah make sure everything switched off that you never have never left the door open yet for you know when I've gone back never let you open yet for me that and it worked and. One of you with a. Double 5 double it's 10 to 7. Equals 10 to it's a little traffic timetable and what you go for is attenuate where not a lot so far fella traffic or being very very nicely a bit busy on the 689 east and west around the trail that sold out of the road works in 19 south towards portrait fairly heavy busy around the gravestones roundabout busy from curtly them lead towards the Greystones roundabout 3 restrictions around lesson to be no major headaches through mask all good through Skelton not a jot of bother to be had through Solberg everything reasonably fit around grated on the 173 in fact. Heading from the window bridge right about the 173 from the 17 want no major hassles at all just some restrictions around a grid yet to cause any ball that into and out of Stockton everything seems to be fine so far as it is through Darlington public transport nuts about either if you do spot anything give us a ring audible 30123 A one A one even seaside County Durham and North Yorkshire on the move. He's. 9 minutes from 8 we're keeping our fingers crossed it could be some light at the end of the tunnel for Hartley Paul United long suffering fans today because the Teesside businessman Raj Singh is on the verge of completing a takeover of Victoria Park it's thought that work has been going on throughout the night actually to try and sort this tail as poll out as mentioned in our sport bulletin earlier on well polls of course were a bar on the National League last night crucial game to save their season on the pitch as well as a crack in match and he's back with us so the smaller i appall morning what is the latest where to where do we stand this morning well let's take you back to yesterday which was a bit of a roller coaster because it seemed the whole deal was dead in the water now Raj Singh is part of a consortium that includes the T.V. Presenter and Poles fanatic Jeff Stelling earlier this month they went public with the news that they'd raised $1200000.00 pounds for potential takeover but they needed $600000.00 pounds more to strike a deal so this since been working behind the scenes and were confident of a deal until earlier this week when differences emerged between saying on the pools on a John Blackledge not meant the deal hit a snag now we don't know what the details of that snag is or was now it looked to be all off until the past spoke again yesterday morning and they finally thrashed out an agreement now there's been a lot of skepticism in some quarters about Singh's involvement because he was the darlington chairman of course when they went into administration and had to drop all the way down to the Northern League speaking to B.B.C. T.V. Sport earlier this month Jeff Stelling explained how seeing K. . Into the table I never met Raj until a couple months ago and you know I speak to him pretty much every day these days and I think that rock is intention is to do the right write a perceived wrong you know with what happened at Darlington he wants to show he's you know the right sort of person can succeed in running a football club in a football club is you know is is how to pull so I've been encouraged by Roger you know right along the line and that's fine but where are we the spawn and Paul All right so what's happening now is that the police chairwoman Pam Duxbury told us yesterday that the final legal process of the takeover is still to be agreed and and it's thought that both sides legal teams have worked through the night to try to push and sort those details out I'm sure the most important thing for Paul's fans is that the takeover doors happen but there are several elements to this because they need a football club 1st and foremost only to support but if and it's a big if a deal can be done before 5 o'clock today then there's a possibility that a transfer embargo the polls have been subject to for months could be lifted now that would mean that they could allow to sign players to add to their wafer thin squad a lot of the players have left the having to rely on youth players who've never played in in league football before lack of experience is happy endings big time football before Yes Now that's also way off relatively though as the initial takeover is of course the priority now our poll summariser Eddie Carlisle says the fans have to trust Raj Singh or the guys. To take over another local football club and you know every story I don't know the right saying in a field defines So it's a disloyalty. And you know we just see that. The one who's come up with the funds required and you're just telling us all those. All. And I think we just have to trust the guy and support I think it's no time for all the hot little funds to come together and just as things appear to be heading in the right directions off the failed polls got that we're not fighting Yes it's been a struggle hasn't it in recent weeks and months but have a listen to this he tries a long range shot c to the. Pics this spot right also shot that it's nestled in the top left corner that was a world Jones of the commentary last night as pills beat Baro in a relegation 6 pointer at Hulk a straight to move 3 points clear of the drop zone it's important because it was their 1st away win since October and a hell of a goal and it was a magnificent goal as well to get a chance to see it to have a look maybe the news of the potential takeover just gave the players that little bit more of a lift and all my Matthew Bates said and you'll hear again after 8 with me that that they just got the news on the way there and that kind of gave them a lift so they need to Matthew Bates' they've worn one and drawn to so there's a bit of momentum there so they just need to keep it open move away from that danger area and as for things off the field we'll of course keep you in touch with events as the on full also throughout the morning B.B.C. Across the rest of the day and of course the full run of from 6 o'clock tonight it is 756 Thank you Paul. Challenge. B B C T S breakfast with. Exciting. Times you know you must be chuffed it's which more relief I think you just you know until it's signed it's still around the side of caution you get the impression it's who's blinking 1st and last 24 hours you know after the same kind of pressure and both of you Peter Baron Currently you need to step up to a $5.00 to $51.00 isn't it $51.00 actually that's what need we have so you need to you need to win today. I'm going to point. Up so. You have quite a comfort and that's OK then yeah. Go on and tell us a story Peter Wright story and the story is that then the football club goalkeeper Nick Pope has talked of joining the England squad being the football squad but he's talked about how he used to be a milkmen So it's international girl keep it going from the middle float to the England squad the story we talk about I saw this a bit of this yesterday actually and asked us to do they must be love it now because milk round specially in the winter I always think our car Whoever's doing a milk round in the winter must be freezing but then you think actually be freezing on the pitch as well or they just aren't around well 45 minutes and they go in and get warm you know another cup of tea or whatever is and they come out of the 45 minutes of your milk when you're out there I was on a trade show and if anything I mentally a little bit don't you probably just slightly if you're not friendly with many of the people that you deliver in the milk to no one's going to offer you a cookie or other. You know the dog might you know what it is yeah a different world and it all got to factor in on the equation I mean I've never had a good warm glass of milk for a long time it's brilliant you know during the winter like particular you go to school early just warm or warm cereal where cereal and then when the milk at home flicks all also great on their own have up all of those at 9 and I. Reckon our what my inner glow think you think is you get old you get excited more easily male I do yes I do I do actually yeah I thought it was. Going to take much to be taken over. To give us your headline this morning plays as you try to beat lead which is a 51 lead Yeah well I'm about to cut it down to 53 now and then compress a big finish tomorrow my headline is a film through Gerry's when. TO DAY reason winds are now that is quite good actually I think you might take it you might just take a listen actually you might have better luck tomorrow because at Neil's up on his holidays for a week now Scott makings in tomorrow Well it got me more anyway Chris Floyd been looking up to me tomorrow OK I'll get him to finish he does come on holiday with me on a plate be able going on together we have some warm milk. Somewhere maybe on the roof rack. Sounds action packed while. I'm there for you to listen if you can be who dairies wings Plato's and 859595 is the number you need this is B.B.C.
