An estate story of my current mystery voice quiz who's cooking breakfast a few problems with this one and some I think. Who has that nice thing Who is it I 100 travel 14849 that's my free number to call from both the landline and the mobile phone so no excuses and we say good morning to Matt and runner Sammy Lambert she's looking through the papers with me today she met one of them as they all have their way everybody. It's just gone 5 past 7 and if push literally came to shelve would you know what to do to save someone's life if they collapsed in front of you the reason I'm asking is because today thousands of young people at school across New York North Yorkshire are being taught skills which could be the difference between life and death they'll receive c.p.r. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training as part of a restart a Heart Day It's an initiative by the huge ambulance service and h s trust someone is very grateful that this kind of training is in place is call Hardy colleagues from New York just over 6 weeks ago called did have a heart attack he was at home at the time and was very lucky because his wife Kate had received c.p.r. Training through her job as a support worker at him planned primary school Col has thankfully made a full recovery and he and Kay have been talking about what happened we were. In the garden relaxing and went in for a shower then just blacked out in the shower hit the floor then that's where it takes over books I have no real recollection of anything for about 6 days after that waking up and coronary care it's all a bit of a blank slate who ran plants have barbeque bank all day Monday said to youngest daughter just to when the show where the fact own will be a few minutes and they will start to get back you going to follow to main house start to wash a few pots and then just hurt this bank so when I checked on my eldest daughter this make sure she was alright no it wasn't her man upstairs no say Falcao on the floor collapsed and I knew immediately by looking at him that we needed an ambulance straight away so run back downstairs got the full form for the images of Sis and by the time I'd come back we'll stay collared stopped breathing the youngest daughter she was very sensible she found out for grandparents come round to make they live local so they were with us and within 5 minutes June the time I had been instructed by the controller to start c.p.r. Now because I've had training through I screw what happens go I've had my 1st day training I knew how to perform c.p.r. Never actually have to do it in the past do you think you ever need to learn how to do c.p.r. All control is said to me is like do you know how to do it yesterday him all he said to me was Just remember really more of a check you're with us to head back to pressing and compressions and that's what I did until the ambulance people arrived and then they took over. With Colonel for over an hour. Home and to look at stabilize same enough to get tossed brittle and without their support we wouldn't have coal today I didn't didn't know about that I mean it's used to training that you have to not be gentle you've got to leave compressions news got to you know do them heart and be quite clear and tough really I don't believe without 6 to 8 minutes of work on me I wouldn't be here either wouldn't be here now or I wouldn't be I would be here but I would not be I'd be in some way limited whether that be mentally or physically I sing at my training maybe 3 years ago and just dance it's in the back of your mind and you think you hope that you never have to use it. You know thank God that we didn't know how to use it because it is a mini American isn't it Carl had a heart attack and Kay his wife she learned her skills ahem play in primary school where she works and she put those skills into practice with great effect I'd love to know from you this morning is this happened to you Have you actually save someone's life yourself or maybe actually your life has been saved in a moment we'll hear more on the restart Heart campaign from John Richards of the Yorkshire and the huge ambulance service not the air ambulance that he drives a car he doesn't drive a helicopter would talk to John in just a moment. Morning David. Good morning Georgie horrendous queues on the m 62 as you travel a westbound over the road works from 30 a Rothwell towards junction 20 Dyna 2 lanes out and solid queues right the way back past generation 32 party for at well over an hour onto your journey time then everything else factory fairly quiet r.v. Was a little busy on the n.r.t. The other side to your tad busy on the a 64 leaving Scarborough no problem so far only a 61 I decided how to get more inside 15 minutes for this me thanks David b.b.c. Radio you're. Listening to Georgie at breakfast here on b.b.c. Radio he's just gone 10 past 7 I'm asking you this morning if you've got the skills to save someone's life if they collapsed in front of you it's because south thousands of young people across Yorkshire are being given lifesaving c.p.r. Training today as part of restarting hearts day now we've just heard health care Hardy from your was able to put her c.p.r. Training into practice on her husband. And he believes her intervention was vital it's something the ambulance service wants more people to learn so they're going to schools around the county today to teach their pupils vital life saving techniques I'm very pleased to say that John Richards from the usual ambulance services with a morning jog morning so you're going to schools today I'm not I'm afraid how busy with other things from our colleagues but we've got many many staff going in it was maybe a 1000 from across the service are going to today yeah what does it make you feel when you hear the story you know the fella Kate was able to step up and step in it's amazing I mean I've had years of training to get to the level where I'm at now and the fact that a member of the public can step in and save a loved one like that is inspiring I mentioned you don't drive a helicopter. And you work alone sometimes you get in fact most of the time so how stressful is that John has its moments but equally I can spend some time on my own down time so it's not it's not as it sounds and what is it like you know say if you were to arrive at Carla. What's it like to see someone actually doing c.p.r. It makes makes my job so much easier because because I am on my own or I can only make so many interventions if I've got somebody doing good quality c.p.r. It means that the patient is getting the care they need and I can do some more advanced paramedic interventions which will give us a better chance of the early difficult ration which is really key to go with the c.p.r. . How easy is c.p.r. I mean you're saying if someone is giving quality c.p.r. What makes it quality John. Certain things we look for we look for the right depth so it's actually pushing 5 to 6 centimeters into someone's chest it seems quite a long way there is a long way all right but you know it's making me even thinking about it John Boehner will creak but you know really yeah it doesn't doesn't sound nice but ribs we can fix here you know somebody who's who's who's died much harder so it's really important that we would put that hard hard as we can and keep up blood circulating and keep the the organs oxygenated and alive so that we can we can hopefully get the heart restarted how easy is it because I going to stick around and you're going to give me a little instruction in this I have had some actually before but it's important questions How important is it to you know really learn your skills once you've got it is there for life once you've got it you've got it really when you ring 999 the call takers. At the door at the course Center a brilliant they will talk you through it if you've got a mobile phone put on speakerphone they will tell you exactly what to do they're really well trained they're at their excellence at talking people through what is a very stressful and emotional situation you see that's the worry you know Kate went up stairs she had the 3rd upstairs thought it was their daughter discovered Carl in the bathroom you know the the instant things to Pat What should you what should you do that 1st instance when you think. Heart attack. Important thing it's not a heart attack it's a cardiac arrest Ok so a cardiac arrest is where the heart stops a heart attack is that picture of somebody clutching the chest or really tightly it's crushing runs that's that's more of a blockage of the the circulation of the blood vessels around the Howard or a narrowing whereas a heart attack is where the blood stopped pumping completely. And the blood stopped compunction coming out of a rescue is the blood sort of yet if if that's occurred the patient be on the floor they won't be breathing they won't be doing anything they'll just be flat So how do you remain calm you discover that person on the bathroom floor for me is a paramedic I've learned over time to remain calm because that's my job for a member of the public I'm in awe of people who will do c.p.r. On a loved one when I arrive and they're calmly doing c.p.r. Telling me what happened is. Yeah it's amazing how important is a day like today restart a hot day going into schools and informing young people about c.p.s. . It's really important there's a study came out yesterday in fact the resuscitation Council of taking a survey across the county across the country New York is leading on who we will do c.p.r. On so 88 percent of people in Yorkshire would do c.p.r. Loved one compared to less than 80 percent across the rest of the country and in Yorkshire on a stranger. 71 percent of Yorkshire folk will do c.p.r. Whereas across the country less than 50 percent goodness me I think that's entirely I'm going to make a bold statement and say it's all down to restart a heart day but the awareness across Yorkshire I think is much greater because of this this great day it's it's like that moment of is there a doctor in the house or if you're an airplane is there a doctor on the airplane and it's when you you have to step up if you know that skill and you have to step out and there's more and more stories coming out are quite Carl's and there was a previous one or one of the schools in New York where the stuff don't restart and they say one of the pupils it's becoming the norm which is how it should be I just got a text and honestly this morning 813 double 3 started that message of the work you know your someone saying that since August in school in Scarborough will be training around 100 another 150 students on restart day they have participated every year so far so good this is the 6th year every year is about so far that means more than a 1000 students at the school have been trained in c.p.l. And such as I say across North Yorkshire about 45 schools in North Yorkshire doing that so if you extrapolate that cross the county Yeah that's a lot of people well well John thank you so much for coming in I know that you're going to instruct me just after 730 you pour anyway here you have a lovely early she's a bit quiet she's lying on the floor at the moment 7. Ultron resuscitator brilliant in about 15 minutes it's Judy a breakfast day on b.b.c. Radio you know we're talking about restart our heart that's John Richards from Yorkshire ambulance service and well after a we'll hear from one of those strangers who helped a stranger in a cafe in Skipton and she restarted a gentlemen's hearts to great effect so we'll hear story after 8 and you can hear my little story of c.p.r. Training after 730 s Georgia at breakfast it's just coming up to 20 percent let's get the headlines from Nathan mourn. Yes I will I will impart some information to you if you get that's lovely thank you yes Sport in just a moment 1st the headlines and this morning North Yorkshire Police as a 44 year old man has been rearrested on suspicion of murdering a Colburn woman the body of 30 year old Natalie Harker was found in a wooded area near Catterick a week ago u.k. And e.u. Training later it's part of this year's restart a Heart Day which will see your share and balance service while interiors heading into 45 local schools onto swore that I would start with rugby league this money York City night son Chris Clarkson says he had very little desire to stay in Super League the forward has joined York from Castleford and the 4 that he played in the top flight 400 k. r He says he's now ready for a new challenge into a few and. You know I think it's right key players safe and you know we. Play good we're not you know it's work you know luckily those 2 guys who are familiar finally. We've got to learn from it with. The game and some of the referees looking. In football next Leeds United striker Eddie and Katty I. Scored a hat trick is endless Under 20 one's and a convincing convincing 51 victory over Austria last night that win maintained 80 both Royds side a 100 percent winning record in euro 2021 qualifying carbon really hard start you know to the season hey you know he's given a lot of chances you know and I'm really grateful for the anecdotal from being a pain in the team of the wall and to be scoring such frankly at this high level is obviously a confidence booster Meanwhile European football's governing body u.a.e. For has opened disciplinary proceedings against bogus area and the England after racism on the euro 2020 qualifier in Sofia on Monday and the local football last night Tadcaster Albion lost to want to get a break house down in the f.a. Trophy preliminary round and in the northern Premier Division a better result for Scarborough athletic They won one nil at home to hide united and that is this morning's news in sport Georgie coming up to 734 right I'm going to learn how to restart a heart in a moment nice and Ok well that's useful Well apparently Yeah it's a skill I think everyone should try and have do you know so I need to learn as well as made a you should be coming in here young man for a little oh yeah I think your chin I got and you know I got half of that he lying prone on the floor in here and so I broach It's she was just showing you how to do a sponsored silences and. Yeah before I Judy's fans would Georgie at breakfast. B.b.c. Radio you. I'd like to know about your life saving skills this morning it's restart a heart day and thousands of young people are being given lessons in how to perform c.p.r. I got a text from someone at the cent or gust in school in Scarborough saying that 150 students they're having the training today and over the last 6 years the time that restart a heart has been running more than 1000 of their students have been taught c.p.r. Reeses also called in the. Morning Rita she's driving at the moment but will hopefully be able to chat later she was at a horse show when someone collapsed in front of her and thankfully she'd had c.p.r. Training and knew what to do please do tell me this morning if this has happened to you whether you've had to add minister it's all did somebody actually save your life with c.p.r. Because you collapsed over a 100 trouble 14849 when you call me now John Richards is back Morley John you're from the Yorkshire ambulance service and you're going to talk me through some c.p.r. Aren't you that's the plan so I move around the desk. Ok I'll do that thing oh yeah . So. I got tossed here in front of me lying on the floor she looks a little pale John she doesn't look very well though she know she does what she's doing so the 1st thing you need to do is give me a really good shake and sec check if there's any response from her at all or whether she's obviously got a really good shake and unfortunately and isn't responding to you're quite right so what you need to do now is is tell armies head back oh I'm right you're here as close to a mouth as you can just to hear she's breathing now if it's if I think there are breathing or if you are nice or gasping like a kind of she's trying to rescue breath so at this stage you know that he's probably not it's not starting Ok so this is where you need to do c.p.r. Right so shout for help. In the meantime what you need to do now is you need to start c.p.r. So you need to get your hands in the middle of the chest still I have to do the clutching one hand on top of the other in my fingers Yes that's the best way is it makes a really strong grip that yeah and straighten your arms out so you know you have to push push really quite hard to be 56 centimeters down and so you're hearing that clicking noise actually the dummy telling you that you're going to the right depth right now this is where you can start a little song in your head to help you with the rhythm I've heard about the song is that for the b.p. On the b.b. I mean the pm so we want is about 102120 beats per minute so right Ok Because up that sends the blood around the body and keeps all the organs oxygenated and alive right so there's a number of songs you can you can you look at the favorite is a G.'s e. M d staying allies or do I have to go. As it has. Oh and. That's it you've got it they have to say that and they do I stop at any point do I just keep going so it took to you you can just keep doing compressions but if if it's somebody that you're happy giving some rescue breaths to and if you think 30 compressions Yeah and then you can go back and till the head back and blow into the mouth oh really 2 breaths. Have a go you can do it's actually lovely. So what you want to do is you have to blow is how you can already underway I'm a bit I'm a bit shy of that so the chest will rise and fall of her chest rise and fall of the National It will be if you really you know I was to gather has I and I had back. You know it's only going to a little bit but if you go in. And then back on Ok into the same position. Singing the song again I actually that does help I think that will probably come down yeah. To give you. A little bit of a rash. You've got to be quite strong haven't you yes it's it's hard go and what we say to our colleagues are doing it regularly we do 2 minutes to minute 2 minutes a c.p.r. And then we change provider because it is physically exhausting if you're doing it properly and you're doing it properly what does it actually do does it just open the flow to the heart how does it restart the heart and what you're doing there is your keeping the heart going till we can arrive or somebody can get an automated to figure 8 or. And that will kick start or it will it will set the heart back into the right rhythm Yeah possibly if there's a chance that what we'll do has she survived she's looking a little bit better definitely looking at jail or coming back into it is yes she will do if you're doing good quality c.p.r. So is that is that Ok that's good yeah so if anybody collapses on me I'm just going to be thorough will make sure your close by. So if you've been at that marvelous This morning I'm going to go right back around the desk you know oh yeah. Oh yeah you see it's a skill that you can't you won't forget I won't forget that when I climb now and I don't need a refresher course once it's in it's in once he said I was a safe when I know now and the guys on the other end of the phone will talk you through really really well well John riches from Yorkshire Ambulance Service have a wonderful day where you know it's a wonderful job that you do it really is lovely to me it's Josie it referenced here on b.b.c. Radio you'll get some weather from Lisa Gallagher good morning good morning I've just been performing c.p.r. Yes I'm the woman you need Lisa in an emergency definitely very calm would I try I. Think you know I think I would I would be singing the Stayin Alive chain definitely whether today what we go got a band of rain that just arrived to western part and it's going to move its way eastwards across North Yorkshire as we go through the morning probably clearing the coast just at lunchtime and then the cloud is going to clear away into the North Sea as well so it may well be not until late in the day before we do see that cloud play from the case but for most of us we'll see plenty of sunshine developing brisk winds this morning will ease down later and temperatures on 14 degrees now through this evening and overnight is going to be mostly drying clear so because I think the mist patch is forming and possibly such a ground for us as temperatures drop 3 or 4 degrees towards the end and I want to showers might arrive to the pennant in the Dales and then tomorrow it's sunny spells and we will see showers developing the showers always most at risk for western parts but I think as we go through the day that risk increases further east as well as the wind starts to pick back up again and temperatures around 14 degrees now for Friday staying very much the same as it's makes us a spell's blustery showers was a little cooler around 12 degrees 54 phone height. So wind a little bit of rain but a little bit of sun as well just a bit of everything really has a possible tonight ground for us tonight possible yeah well as you say that actually because I got out this morning got out of the car and it. Really quite chilly and I thought there was a little bit of glisten on the roof of the car. I did think why 7 or 8 thing this morning and more annoying that could be possible lovely photo that Lisa another layer on that's what I'll do Lisa Gallagher with the weather this morning now I have been set a challenge for Children In Need We'll talk about this today because yes there is the idea of a sponsored silence and thank you for all your messages I do need a little bit more encouragement because I haven't agreed to do it yet now. Now the jury is out on that one sign just hold fire you got to give me reasons to do it I know it's for children in need I know it's for charity I'd love to know if you would actually donate to keep me quiet for a few hours David James reckons I can do 9 minutes 9 whole minutes so I can even do that I've tried doing in the car yesterday driving from New York and I. Thought the dog. Is not looking good really I also am 60 it is not looking good is it David it's horrible the m 62 as you travel a westbound Ga you've got problems there with 2 lanes closed due to overeating roadworks and queues at between 30 and 29 aloft out with queues back as far as the a 1 am at least an hour in 10 an hour and 15 on your journey is a result of that one and shipped in by bending bro that's fairly solid due to road works at the moment the I 15 on it Kirk Cameron very heavy as you heading a round around pool lane and again you going to find some slow moving traffic through how to get on the a 61 south or how to get towards late everything else thankfully fairly quite nicely if you do spot he would appreciate you call our 800 trouble 14849 Thank you David before 8 we will catch up with Wendy she was a no new clothes before well for a year she's trying to set a self challenge of not buying anything we're just wondering how the wardrobe is going she's been doing it since. B.b.c. Radio York. But I mention my little challenge I would like to say thank you for the messages of encouragement and support about this challenge it's been suggested that I do a sponsored silence for Children In Need I said I'd like to but I'm not sure whether you are being very supportive I mean David James reckons I can do 9 minutes then Sadler who called me yesterday and set me this challenge is one of the rows from the transatlantic road for victory team Yeah here's what he had to say. About something you discussed yesterday about children being well yeah. I just wonder what you'll be doing for children except a few suggestions. You know I hadn't really thought about it to tell you that. You know going to put me in about the bins all you know I couldn't remember the Atlanta place that made me ready Atlantic night is already opening for ever to chat with the boys and we think maybe it might be so clear that more challenging for you than not sure I'm liking the sound of this what if what if you go in mind well some sort of key words respond to what you're going no school risk when you're at school and your you might have a bit of a sponsored silence. Honestly Helen insane rule says sponsor silence brilliant idea I would definitely spell see you can it be done if you had a guest host could you resist chipping in Helen you know me so well Oh my gosh I'm not sure whether I can do this Brian's on the line morning Brian or if you're Brian Fieri I know that voice anywhere listen was going to. Take quite a character quite I thought you. Know for a long. I was I was trying in the office yesterday and everybody was howling legs of a piece at me and I couldn't retaliate because I was having a little practice out of the result because I can't resist chipping in Brian are you I never got time to write so much like you tapering about to the papers. And you should maybe do this with me you know I think a nice critic of the reason you know why people talk about. Yeah if I get a conviction that I had to speak rightly or 98. Develop a good listening yes it's also quite in the mind and the last one is like to help most self-awareness that all creatures go quiet or think. Because you're doing it yeah yeah I think I do if you do something yeah I have my I know Congress competence you know if you're talking about your I have been on the ground oh do you know that I'm ready to go to war children 8800. Pressure on me now feel putting pressure on me if you do Spanish I'll do which. Seriously you know you could have a good paper. Listen to me I'm going down I'm dragging you down with me if you're a that is such a generous all for oh god how much do you know me raise the Okonkwo challenge. What a great you're not if you want to really seriously. Brian the pressures on my. Base let me know by from 000 thanks a lot thank you very much. Yes I'll think about it over the weekend then shall I be let you know by Sunday. Thanks for calling the show broad number we're going to hopefully see soon oh lovely run theory is going to give his money that he raises from the Concord championship to children in need if I keep quiet and he says he'll do it with. What could be better what could be better Nathan than the theory his critics kissed the Blarney Stone he officially can't stop talking because he's I guess that's though he's going to say part of the challenge well that's good isn't it I can't decide who will find it harder to be honest I think again I think. Well it's we don't need you to keep quiet we need headlines you know I wish you were saying what I was saying I was a blabber mouth earlier but actually I've kissed the Blarney Stone as well so that's why I mean that the reason excuse the headlines this morning the North Yorkshire place is a 44 year old man has been rearrested on suspicion of murdering a woman from Colburn the body of 30 year old Natalie Harkat was found a week ago near Catterick talks between British and e.u. Negotiators will resume this morning after finishing late last night the government says that progress is being made and the sessions will continue today and children 45 schools across North Yorkshire are receiving potentially lifesaving training later as part of restart a hot day listen I've got the skills now you have yes I know what I'm doing John Richards is just instruct me it's quite worrying actually because when you're faced that situation even though I just had to toss a lot of doors so yeah still felt the pressure to get it right it was really interesting what he was saying as well about how when he turns up somewhere to measures he called out on a loved one is doing something like that you know I can't imagine doing something like that on say one of the children or my other half. You are nice and you have to step up yeah definitely you know it's from 10. Songs. To let's go. To shoot. Around the. Place to stay to. Talk to you. This is one of my favorite weeknights from 10 radio your day 3 of my little quiz his cooking breakfast and so my thing is that we know it's not Jason Donovan Now Simon thought it was that Robert said it might be the adventure of Ben Fogle but I had to give him the big found Yeah exactly so give us give us a call 800 trouble 14849 when you call me when you can tell me who this is it is a nice thing. It's a tough. It's tend to it's Georgie it broke 1st and have you swapped not the due date or wind but actually your winter wardrobe Have you put all your t. Shirts and shorts away or you plan to get a new coat maybe or a couple of new jumpers for the winter yet or do you think you can manage with the clothes that you've already got while when the top is determined to get Bali and early this year back in June she decided to try and go through a whole year without buying any new clothes so how is she getting old can I just say you got the mail clearly the striped shirt. You are so on trend with the. Thing here is that something you've had lying around the wardrobe. Going to get the i've had them for quite a while and actually I was thinking the day I was a bit silly I didn't people have been asking me oh did you stock up most of stock to play started but you know what I wished I had but I didn't I want to see didn't stock up on anything so you have these dungarees knocking around yeah I know you're so old friend but you know what talking about bottoms I now have these dungarees one pair of jeans and about 2 and a half of lichens bottoms that because my other like in that stitch them up I think yeah yeah that's kind of round yes quite concerned but I'm just going to have to accessorize. And so I'm going to do a lot. Just basic holes and mainly like like ins and side of things but how men do pile and then I sit down and think Now I wanted to do that I'm going to have you got jumpers ready for the winter living free so I have got not loads I did. A few months ago I had a big clear out I thought by early fall I really get to grips with this I need to sew on clothes and I did was quite ruthless some of the things that my mum was a size 10 again was not before June Garrett No no it was. Probably only about a month ago. So I was like Right I'm doing a close up which I was going to talk about so softly in putting things aside for that. But I feel it's all so much easier to see what I've got now which is a lot less. Excellent but it makes getting ready on a modern easier doesn't it yes you absolutely you know did you do is it tougher than you thought it was going to be you know it is I have to say to start with a fellow smoke like you know 2 weeks you know this is going to be easy easy is fine . And then I thought of the smoothness of went when I realized when I was in Chelsea's friends I couldn't actually boss point look in a cow by anything you know how did that make you feel awful a bit grumpy and annoyed and then after a while I thought actually this is liberating I don't have to think it will if it what will it go with the soft wander around looking for nice things my friends being Ok are you going to tell your personal. Do you know how much money you're saving I mean. I've never I've always thought I never I never bought that many clothes or did you not get some things in charge shops. But that's something that we should have been quite interesting to do actually. And I have to say I have to admit that I have. Good ladies in the. Sense that I was going to buy nothing new and I'm going to try but I went away for 2 nights and has been to home and they have got amazing gyrations and I thought I literally cannot leave these items I was saving them I was saving them on the right man and I was giving him a rehearsal Ming them. It was just such a bargain as a. Single new thing. And I'm. I mean to not do that tell me about your clothes swap thing because you say you can put it someplace is a song I have. Cats a compiler shawl and we I'm doing a close up hopefully every month I'm a 1st one and Saturday the 26th of October from 10 till 12 Yeah and I've got lots of things that people have been giving me so it's a case of no money changes hands if you've got stuff that you don't want bring it if you cease to take it and if you turn upon having anything to give I'm just going have a little donations box for the hall. And it's in conjunction with that movie craft and coffee so there's lots of nice craft stalls and. Please come Wow And in terms of the biggest temptation you have had so far since June in terms of clothing what has it been. Because I'm looking at all the winter coats and I'm just you know I have got lots of coats I don't need to go that I think it was kind of wish it was really something like a sea salt shop and there was these beautiful mittens and sky. And I was stroking them but I loved ones just move away. From the house got gloves and I will do well my suggestion you are allowed to buy wool Yeah that's not closing that's correct until evening when Day Well this this is something I could pursue. Although he probably wouldn't look quite like the nicest he's. Eccentric eccentric. Just criticize Well the worst thing that's happened is we got a new dog of God You Docs and started a little beagle he's a dog crazy man so I am picking up the Dr in the gutter and I thought I think the middle of the nestling in the middle the grass hasn't got a bit closer got closer. Picked up a soggy shredded pair of my pants no no the pants. They must not go those are really. Important I was really are also when he tells them she's going commando this morning here on b.b.c. Radio your listeners when the baseline is updated I would look to hoping someone might buy something at Christmas you never know how. It is to you to. Thank you. It's just gone 5 to 8 let's get the latest from David James good morning good morning still got some horrendous problems on the m 62 with you traveling westbound from 30 Rock well towards the end one last time she got 2 lanes out of reading road works queues right the way back past the a one m. Adding over 90 minutes onto your journey as you traveling west from the air one towards the end one avoid that one if you want to avoid some cues a 59 and very slow at the moment that's all down to temperature traffic large busy on the end aren't seen chipped in by bending down to road works and if you travel on the 1079 it's busy around Grimston bar fairly healthy through Scarbro no major headaches on public transport more inside 15 minutes thank you David b.b.c. Radio. Let's take a look at the papers with Sammy but from Tadcaster When's the last time you went shopping I can't believe Wendy's managing lots of Bonnie saying I don't feel like that but yeah she's made a couple of charity items yeah that's good given that you now say I do like to be a writer do you get all the clothes and I want to yeah. Yeah it's to fit tight you know that Wendy said she a little bit a size 10 again and that's why she's one has ever been a size 100 I've I was when I was about 11 Libya only Uni I was I was quite skinny then 1st year of primary school. Now the papers today Sammi page 9 Daily Mail and lovely article about how he is and say the g 8 breaking down as he talks about becoming a father issues that may well child awards and it was. Children are really sick and seriously and one little girl's made bravery bracelets for her fellow children that are in the hospital all of which I thought was really lovely and I think it just reiterates that it's all right not to be Ok particularly for men and in terms of that and just really authentic really within our daughter saw the picture on the front page of the paper this morning for us what's that about his moment of being so proud of actually oh totally Yeah I mean those 2 boys are really quite something yeah absolutely definitely next story Daily Express page 10 so there's an alternative to plastic a graduate called Lucy Hughes she's 23 and she's developed Marina Tex I think it is it's made from fish waste but it's great for the Santa Fe when you somewhat is not sure if you cheese sandwich will probably taste like this salmon. Thing like that but yeah it's a great alternative to plastic it biodegrades 4 to 6 weeks later made from organic fish matter God clever stuff yeah yeah it is it looks there looks pretty good and I'll help with the oceans and what have you know vitamin impacts as well you know you you are running in the ocean miles an hour you're running alone and now I'm running with my friend die she is also Yeah yeah she's bless her she's a really good friend and last year she spent a lot longer than she intended to our on the course with her as I don't know if she's brilliant she does a lot marathons. I mean as well so the pair of you the dynamic duo Yeah we'll be running together in there hopefully I'll make sure she's now as long as she was last year with a cold but there you have you to step it up this year so we're going to try book is hard because I'm fitter now so I can go faster and you know for as long as you know Steve right you can you really have to pay so I have to pay you have to pressure so I'm going to try and do that and see what happens next and what we'll talk more before a certain but taking a peek at the papers with me this morning is Georgia wrote.
