The to. Love. Love love. Love. Love. Love. Love. Her. You what it's in Sunday here on Holloway in that track called Transylvania for that we have. On the disc and it's really how many they say they were with that yeah on the scale. But I think. What scale. Miss Or maybe show can mean when we write stuff of 10 pumpkins Yeah yeah we can do this we. Should stop other early summer. Wasn't serious very good she was amazing a crucial reason serious research truces great great great music and I have this discussion with a lot of people in Ipswich and in the scene about you know having artists perform with backing tracks you know people have a problem with that and I think that those people are missing out on a lot of great talent forcing artists to come out of their. They're things like that's what she does this is you know it's cool I think it's fine it sounds great and I think people missing out on booking people and I think if you are a promoter you get Sri Phillips you get a. Very good and I like that I like the passion for the back and try to. Give everyone a chance sometimes it takes and find the right you know band members and perfect that. You're a recent gig where there was a. Plan devil's advocate here because when you know that. It was that but you did recently Yes Sanjay Yeah and there's a backing track malfunction that. Was like 2 hours late I performed 2 hours like the CD just would not work but my thing is that CD The way our date anyway yeah I should be mother song I ever saw us be come on there was no looks so yeah there was a lot of fun with that but again. I could have missed out on a great gig Phillips was then but then worried about her CD and it was fine it worked it just my 3 cds that didn't work I don't know what I'm doing wrong I do think if you're an artist is relying on back and track you need to go quipped with more than one yeah yeah I have 3 plus U.S.B. Songs on my phone and they're in my email I was like OK I've got backups but they didn't have an Oh. He's you know he was in the really awkward position you think if you got 3 different options and you've done your part these massive D.J.'s in the town that didn't have no. Yeah I came with us a lesson several days back and. I love the band next time even than it probably been no ample something i can they can always be problems I think. And it's not about that the spoken word so good I'm not you know there's there's there's different options but you know I just think given the chance if you go to talent and do your thing and I was also I was very good. And it's been amazing I think every week apart from our pretty recorded show last Saturday we had a live guest Yeah we had an Morgan had a backing track he was great and what do you get when I listen back. So you can contact if you're when we're not auntie backing track you know me I think you made it clear you don't need set up. C. S F K Yeah that's where you want to say hello or if you want to add anything has been on says thank you for kicking off our Halloween show with our truck and your verses psycho son scream have been on to say listen to an interview from our E.P. Launch on the B.B.C. Intro S F K show tonight they might even play a brand new song. In my demo and you know it's a new one way to find out they. With carry on they for now are Halloween thing and I don't know if. You had a vessel like nephew there are a few years ago. Probably before you moved OK to possibly my favorite local band on ice so there's such a short life and they're very they had a brilliant brilliant output but also they did creative things like made videos for their songs and it's video was very good and very different and yeah I love them and they also did a Halloween special really and so they took their songs and did a Halloween version all wow you like I'm already there yeah yeah you saw this really well see the passion Yeah so but I've been around for a while which is Jane and hats off to Jean Marc because when I spoke to him I said are we doing the same on Facebook can we think of any Halloween and he said I bet you plan a sale and if you have been to that point I forgot about him. Thank you Graham for my love yeah yeah so we're going to get one of the songs from S.L. And nephew This is called Sound Frankenstein. Or. Been. Saw a. Lot by. Her boss. The shame. My happy place to listen to nephew with the. Sound of Frankenstein smiled throughout that whole song now I'm always smiling when I'm in the company of Angela Joseph darlin for a. Second text can you believe it. So you know we're going to be real and authentic lawlessness about text even if they're not for us. OK Sorry we had one more said that someone else message to say why isn't Nicholas being there. But then we have an actual text for us yes plan the smokehouse Friday 1st and sent on Saturday 24th November is Gary I don't know if that is Gary from umbrella assassins. Probably. And he also going contact with us on Facebook in the week went out suggesting that we play one of 2 Halloween themed songs. This one. Denim zombie. Music introducing website. Hey is he Stephen C. From Radio one and this week my tip comes courtesy of introducing in London this is not is called Make with it's called all for you thanks for having me you'll be like it. If. You. Think James Bond. That was mink there double I all for you thank you Hugh for sending that one really feeling that guide sounded durable didn't hear that thank you very young so cute it was like you see any with us thank you here been part of the show and you would have heard about introducing live such upon line and go along assure running a really cool competition at the moment who are sure sh you are you my saying it right and I think you know the tech company where you can win free tickets. Might as well I think so I find that on Facebook. Yeah we had so 9 o'clock they were this was there well let's come we got some big songs we're going to hear from AM assists con anon. And hopefully some other stuff we can fit in we want to talk mother we want to say hello to a new possible feature feature in Seymour quickly is very much part of the Bury St Edmunds music scene while a keeper performer bands include horse party and Miss Black America and running the ever popular washing machine night. We thought it be good to check in with Seymour every now and then as are various and Rock City correspondent on Saturday he met with some scream and this as they were celebrating the launch of their new E.P. And here's what he had to say to them so I'm outside vinyl hunting bison happens with Emily I and Jamie and Tom. And James and I are son scream and they just played a gig outside vinyl hunting the absolute phrasing code How are your fingers holding up next October 24 Seymour had to run under the heart of the show absolutely freezing did they not then turned to ice on your hands I could feel them freezing up I think Toms because the surface there is quite a bit larger and Thomas fingers. More surface area for the cold to get to think I've got about 7 fingers left now but you'll be on launching your single today's tell us about that because it's a very exciting. Final. Lalich limited edition vine Oh let it be it's a lot I have it on the up but this one Emily Yeah everything like this is mine yeah because you have you have an interesting parallel career as a I must say a very very good artist she did the the other for the she's very fringe festival which ended up on bears and all sorts of exciting branded stuff and it's not something you're doing full time in addition to the band yeah that's like because I'm doing my degree in the straight in as well say everything in my life it's not music is illustration Yeah but it's good that I can combine it with the band you've had a quite exciting year you've played lots to festival for the B.B.C. 7 to J. Saying and you've played with Brian Jones to my school recently as well what was that like that I was incredible that was like a very special moment for us because we kind of formed like with that band is like a main spiration point when Jamie joined by and and. Just over a year ago he approached me because I know Brian Jones and I skittish and I love that band and I said Yeah you're drawn to be in the band but yeah it was it was a very special moment tonight playing with him was wonderful we got to me and then lovely lovely lovely guy despite the films that yes by his image they have a very much classic sort of sixty's sound alike jangly sound of that you know you can hear the birds in there and you can hear like the King as you can hear like that you know that classic British crunching like having us kind of like a time this vintage sound like you know you can adapt to you can make it bigger and wide in in your own way and I think that's what we're trying to do in like we are the way the Brian Jones a mascot did that and you know how they explore the universe of sort of sixty's so I can just like it did in general we kind of want to do that ourselves let's create this big expansive universe on the side the there in a Saturn piece so I think I think that ethos inspires us more space and sound thing you've released a new E.P. On the brand new vinyl Hunter record label and you've got quite this quiet symbiotic relationship it seems between some scream of vinyl Hunter tell us about how how the release came about well I started working at the shop 2 years ago and that's when I was very much near the shelf it just opened it vary so much I've reached a mass when we start the band so it's kind of been such a progressive thing like we've growing together and I think they've just seen like us progress has been for that we want to be part of this we want to join in because they're incredible what they day like building stuff from the ground up and making it work and getting out there and I was so passionate about the shop and this E.P. Relates and it's been wonderful working with people are equally as passionate us about our music and just getting involved in getting things done in a complete grassroots almost like a gothic way so not like shoving loads of money at a P.R. Company really getting out there in the rec. In people's hands to listen to it's been so much fun so much and in a way now you've played Latitude Festival you support the blind chance and massacre and if released your debut E.P. This year what is 2019 going to hold for sunscreen Oh well it's only is playing a small violin at the moment you know what I mean. Now you know it's going to be we're going to keep on going and hopefully like you know it's sort of still thinking about the festival circuit financially sound Think about that would love to get involved with that more just page shows far away in the country we've already got stuff in the works or perhaps in a British store maybe work our way up north keep releasing music keeping prolific and sort of loving what we're doing and if we have a fan base keep giving music and Iraq to them yeah I think regardless of who likes us and who doesn't want to go through one thing but were in the band for is because we like playing together and you know we're all good friends and we're like the same music and just plain to go over it is our hobby and if people like it and us an added bonus so I think we're just gonna keep doing that a release and stuff. And having fun. If there's anything you forgotten to say Yes one thing thank you to that thank you to vine our fine cue to the incredible fans who support us when we 1st announced C.P. Because we had like a priori Section A Just Giving page and the response that was incredible about these people is when you've been able to happen like some people and credibly generous and like really believed in us and I would. Thanks. Thanks. Scream. Big red lazy son something different value yeah it threw me off a little bit yeah like you know the vibe did much different different Yeah go grab the vinyl could see them done so well I mentioned support Brian Jones to massacre or so I have played a rough trade recommends gig and also get the vinyl once or a run of the label now thank you Emily Jamie Tom and James and to see more quickly on the mike so I didn't need to like if it comes on again do we need a West was a very very Yeah exactly yeah god please stop like lie down or something yeah just as long as you're not going to be when I say. Yeah I can sort out so I thought for next week yeah yeah OK move on get someone else to do the voice Barry said it's Rock City yeah I'll do that throw some bits some sound effects Yeah Bush is going to go out to you that. Probably is not used anymore and people say yeah OK. So no more next week before we move on we've got a very good live guest who I'm excited to announce that we have months the front in the building in record doing a live session with us 3 tracks with the band it's going to be amazing they're hot hot very we can finally ask them about the video that we were meant to ask about when he was in with really joy oh yeah why did you get off there and then we didn't want to I just forgot we said we're going to ask him and then forgot to do that so we do that next week but more importantly they're going to be playing live and they're going to be excellent bring in that fire. Talking of hot things there's a song that I saw on Facebook mentioned by a lot of people I think you're one of them build a friendship played earlier very excited about the song I got so excited about it that I thought right let's make an I will play yes and then just got. I haven't had the sense oh you're like it is good he. Has taken a long break from music and I've heard a lot of his stuff through other people and yeah this guy you're like him you know . And I was like when is he going to release stuff there's no point talking about him I want to hear the music and he's finally dropped the song and it's amazing. The at. The at. If. Brand new music from that's how it is the nights before that common man that had the hype I had the talk you know very good are you a fan now I like a lot yeah you got video to definitely check that yeah I think your brain released yesterday is in full K. Wow When I write I can sit up on Facebook thanks to get a comma not a couple and yeah yeah yeah very good I like that. I want to say Al it's a Rachelle again Richelle is one sun in our top 3 tweeters shoes and prisms 3 want to sunscreens new songs being played on peeps intro and I surprise again it sounds and my. Lovely sunscreens either yeah so they well we had so 9 o'clock I reckon we got time for 3 more songs a couple Halloween ones to throw in but something else now yeah something I've been I've had in stunned by for a while I can't wait for the well to finally hear it is me a stand and do you want to know. Mr Hamdan that 17 years old was amazing piano on ukulele and can sing task and contemporary music. Pretty good for something that has the same Yeah definitely definitely And yeah that's good I really enjoyed I'm glad to finally got to play cricket Yeah right we are a bit of the music introducing in Suffolk where with so Neron to an end we should thank Dave but John who set up the studio legend today to have the series Philips and thank you to Clay Tata in the production room always. She celebrates a full time member of our team now which is amazing archery I people do you know they are trained and she made a 1000000 actual part yeah also the mouse does it support and so celebrate this fact on Monday said Neymar and say hello everyone got some OK. To celebrate this and go but yeah maybe it was a kind of as if she brought the cake in on the day that we were going to be in the office. But then I did request some and she for the day since I'm a bit but go but that's. A nice. Thing We got 2 more songs how we need before it's a good night's. We mentioned we put the show on Facebook glitter shop were very quick to get in contact Arkansas whether they were making this up just to get. This because we love them. But they said the song Sleep was about ghosts. It is a band members all going with each other so we're going to we're going to take the test. As it is so we'll believe him and also gives us an excuse to say they're playing on Saturday. Lineup with. The catch and this is sleep. Yes my hand up close got a hand up and does not go hand up 2 out of 3. Way in song if it was a pumpkin almost probably was 366 pumpkins out of 10 on the Halloween scale yeah got to do with it and. The glitter shop sleep and Lot was sitting see them on Saturday the catch and gruff at the hunter club. Well we go there have been very good yeah. I find out. The Florence next week yeah really excited about my show everybody tunes like in and spreads the word can be different it's going to different and if you're and it's rich sparrow this way. Again every day for til Sunday sunset 11 30 in the morning. There is a thing happening on the Saturday full spill fest. Which is a. Secluded as like a bonfire thing has never a procession procession procession for a town and then the end. Sounds like it's going to get we have enjoyed the show you can listen again on the i Player We're back next week we've got one more Halloween song suggested by the band themselves on Facebook is a very good video to accompany this one of explains You don't need to be physically bitten to become a vampire. Next week Wednesday but I. Can go. To. Like. Oh. Wow. So. You. Sound. Very good and a warm welcome to another edition of B.B.C. Re-introducing I'm with you through into 10 o'clock and tonight as we wallow in local music nostalgia we feature 3 very fine bands 2 of them recorded by B.B.C. Radio Suffolk the other one captured live in London or going back to the 1990s we're going to bring you a bit later on the group blah blah fronted by Felix those and the Pearson on stage at a venue called the Orange in West Kensington and then we'll bring you the mug shot blues bands recorded at the railway in Ipswich by way of a tribute to the great man whose funeral took place in Ipswich yesterday more on that line. But we begin with a fine band called swagga and white back in the 1990 S. B.B.C. Radio Suffolk recorded before most of them as at the White Rose pub in the village of Lindsay not far from Hadley they began their 2nd set with Freddie King sidetracked.
