If you say so you are not well it's certainly impacts a range of outcomes and we're not just talking about things that we've arbitrarily picks we've we've specifically gone after clinically relevant outcomes so the way we assess quality of wife is around cancer specific quality of life so these are well developed and validated tools to assess what is meaningful to people with cancer and we're specifically looking at those things and so if there's evidence that exercise can help could that lead to exercise being prescribed as part of treatment Well that's a that's certainly what we're hoping we're going to do where we're exploring this 5 year program whether we can get health care professionals who are looking after men who've been diagnosed with prostate cancer where the prostate cancer has left the prostate gland and so they're getting a lot more treatment than just local treatment and typically they get something called androgen deprivation treatment so most men will call that hormone treatment and alongside with home and treatment which is really good for their prostate cancer they get side effects and some of the side effects Liam has already alluded to tiredness loss of muscle strength loss of quality of life loss of fitness and so if you prescribe what we're proposing is health care professionals prescribe exercise as well as the Anderton deprivation therapy together we can stop those side effects and dead in their tracks that's what we're looking at and if this is relevant for prostate cancer treatment could it be for other cancers are for other conditions absolutely so people have looked at exercise in a lot of long term conditions and here's here's where the problem is we all know that exercise is good for us and we feel better after we exercise but how many people listening today have had 330 minute or 530 minute sessions of exercise this week.
