I think last go is extremely dangerous in the back in the back line and I think that that's a matter of plus point because that's where you can really hurt Saracens front we've we've looked at everything they do. Glasgow the work that Jonathan Humphries has done with the forwards it's unbelievable I think they can can match or even. I'll play them in areas like they're the more the scrum exciter. Look defense is going to play a massive part if we can just stay in our system which I would say you know the 2 teams playing each other has very a lot of similarities you know the way that they play you know the kicking game the counter attack defense the way they attack so again it comes it boils down to if you're the team that does its best on the day it's going to come out victorious and if we could do to rattle Saracens I'd like to see them rattle I'd like to see Glasgow. Yeah I think I think it's there for the take in Florida but I think I think we can definitely can definitely be months there and the way that both teams play you know it's going to be a physical physical game things could be a good one for the spectators and there's a psychological boost for Edinburgh as well with John Barclay coming back on Friday night they're named man of the match of some doubt as to whether he was quite mad at Peter exactly what they did as Richard called why he wasn't sure either but he got he got man of the match but I mean just even having his presence back you know with the experience that he's got it's going to mean so much to them going into this one yeah I think when you go into these you know big games quarter finals you want your best Space plays on the pitch and you want to make sure that they they do their job really really well I think it's going to be you know exciting to see what the results are after this quarter finals and who's because then when you get to the top 4 I think it's anyone's it's anyone's game and a lot of a lot of teams you know like every said they are the underdogs and that's probably what they want to want to be a B. But end of the day if experience does help a lot this isn't teams as who's been there done that but look that is those big teams are going to fall flat on their face as well so. You just got to stay out the sun and put put factor 60 on but I'm nothing is going to have a great time they've got fantastic facilities down there play good rugby and you wanted to have a change in scenery. And the league overall be good for them are we playing yeah to rugby the plain English Premiership the league is so competitive I mean if you take 6 weeks ago from you know 5th right down to almost 2nd of bottom was something like 4 points difference the league is ridiculously competitive. So I think I think look I've spoken to him about it he's he's you know got he's ducks in a row with regards to moving down he's excited but he's always said to me like you wouldn't leave until he's given every last ounce of energy for Glasgow Warriors You know and that's what a good man he is OK well let's briefly go around the table and get some predictions for next weekend because it's such a big league game for the 2 clubs and for Scottish rugby in general rain. And you know went through a whole process of a bit stuck with how how how do we rectify this how do we get myself back to playing any case Long story short Brennan fainter that who's a doctor he looked at me and he just said OK I'm going to send you for some expert advice we went to a. Gatherer who now you know runs gather systems and then I'll talk to you about that in a 2nd which I did a full neck assessment and then I went on this massive neck training you know neck strengthening course and literally my symptoms just went away strength came back up to a point where I had to start a pain again and from there on I was up to today I've been symptom free most of the time and I've played you know over 100 games again since then well not giving your 37 Yes So here you know your career could be over 6 years ago they could have been and it was going to be if it wasn't for sort of stumbling upon this this neck exercise regime that literally can can can so you know explain the Explain what the thing is it was about how do you exercise the knee was what Yeah OK so so that that sort of started all of its sadness and so what it is is we get assessed with this software technology that you know you put a neck harness on and it tells you exactly how strong you are in each direction of your neck and then you sort of work at on ratios and then you look at you know the muscles at the front should be you know as is 70 percent of the muscles at the back and I was that weak that you know I'm now sort of 3 times stronger in each direction but that's how weak I was and I wouldn't It was covered I was building up the front of the NIC is that right just to closer to the well quite not matching but closer to the strength of the back of the neck it was the back of the neck is is generally quite strong because you've obviously got sort of 6 to 8 mile groups running through there at the front you've only got 2 or 3 major muscle groups running so the front is a little bit weaker but it goes. So as a result we then started getting all the players on the on this neck exercises etc and then you know many years later when I left Saracens I went to London Irish and they knew about the neck exercises that you should do but it was an install so I got in touch again and I you know worked alongside gather systems get you know the whole system and brought it to London Irish and they the props they benefited from it so much and there you see benefited from it was is benefiting treating injuries are preventing injuries happening in the 1st place or just feeling better both so basically a lot of the players had if they took a lot of contact in training or after a game they would have these neural sensations down their arms pins and needles sometimes struggling to sleep and that's a psychological thing as well because he if you know that you've got this you know niggling injury in your neck you've got you sometimes worry about tackling etc and so. Then putting the players on this next program not only did they sometimes get better but they could sleep better they become better players and they could match the forces in the scrum better let's bring Peter and Ryan as does resonate with you right yeah sure you know my back problems I guess what the other end. But you know I certainly had a fair few neck issues I would say in my time and I can definitely from scrummaging Yes certainly and you know definitely resonates you know losing a stinger and losing feeling in your arms and having specially you know if you've had a small injury said you haven't screamed for a few weeks and you go back to the neck scream for about a week after that and you do anything with a neck you like stage or just has a rest it so I had to be fair.
