Lesson is always tough know when when the day comes around but you know I seem to be able to deal with. Because the House the the Mrs and but eventually eventually you do you've got to act on 1.2 more just too much weight and that was family you opened up to I opened up the family Firstly Lisa we did a program not so long ago and even then this is difficult to speak about you know you going right into the depths of your own personal feelings and you telling people about these hoping that they're not going to.
