Radio Scotland news. Welcome to the great Arctic adventure every year the pool academy founded by Craig Matheson gives peoples from one Scottish the opportunity to become part of an Arctic expedition to east Greenland. When we get. There we feel our slaves had. Like no one saying and violence is actually. Happening and relax a. B.b.c. Radio Scotland has been following 10 people from academy since early twenty's. I'm Grant last time we joined the people as the underwent physically and emotionally grueling selection process and were pushed to the limits as they learned the skills that they would need to navigate. In the Arctic wilderness before joining the expedition team each of them would face their own challenges. But as their fears lessened their confidence grew expedition. The 1st time I met them they'd just been told that they were coming to have this chance to go on this trip. And have a private conversation. But you see them today and they're just. Amazing 1415 year olds so ready for the challenge and excited about it I think I was definitely. More . Stronger. Stronger than I. I don't really know where they go just suddenly go more confident so. I can do. And I think the highest point it's just. It wouldn't be long before Jake Alex and the rest of the team set off on the life changing adventure across Greenland just trying for poor economy founder Craig Matheson to put them through the pieces during a final and unity in March hauling tires once an underage beach it was because I the teacher joined the peoples on their art to get venture was reading to go. We are going to see where some seriously go and. Harnesses on book and am prepared to draw what seems to be a lot more tires than people which from the enormous time slightly can see the same time we've also got. A load of supporters she has today I think every young person in school or somebody whether even my own family have to know it's a busy scene here and this is obviously competing for them but in Green Lantern we've got to juggle sledges will be equipment. Just like the toy of all. 3 toys connected to each other. Or can together have to fit all 3 as hard I don't think I could do this for you to go. Exactly a month until we go and I can't. I don't have 5 brothers and if you really take. Them up all the feelings here today were just put the children got a good day for it but don't. Really make the entire beach with. Blue sky so I've been lucky so far. So we've got insurance now so we're going to go into the water you follow me a low tech p.r. If you stop it's really hard to start again it was not cold never feels cold is just your magination playing on you're Ok. It's lovely and warm to see and Ok I'm. Like. Oh 1st 5 seconds is painful and then afterwards everything. So I mean the best Paul 200 and Dragon to play it will be this difficult years because the boy the 4th the ski sledge you. Know they're ready to go and so this is the last stand we'll take them up. They can drag the tiles. Up to the truck and then drag the truck after that so before but it is. My goal to do it yeah it's. Going to be great it was. One who's. Going to get good and good through. This stuff. As they were piped off the side by one of the supporters it was clear after a very hard day's work that it was a very little way for Creek to do in the physical fitness side of things it was time to start working on the public speaking skills a key part of the experience with every child expected to share their story with at least 3000 teenagers on the return from Greenland and for one of the peoples This started with a trip to the b.b.c. Studios in Glasgow to take part in the key items program. And in the. Head of the polar academy that. Dragging. Across the beach in the sea and all the rest of it Alex why did you want to get. It made not only just the people. Community. Or just over the city or with a k. Out I'm sure it was myself and done. Alex was superb very different from the young lady. Who There's no way in her to go into this Belden of mine dentistry if you were to people why one radio so she was changes in our as well as the rest of the team I think it's just the mentality of us of all us all have changed completely sense what sense from the people who started us before and I think we'll pull up here and I go into and you just he just do it and it's it's not you know that's all thinking of all you can do or negative thoughts so I just push away and just do a thing as well helps change your outlook on if it's been yes I just look for myself when I went into the school because I was in Alex school I saw that all true dark shadow screw wasn't for me at all really didn't believe I could do anything so throw money at problems in the pay me out when 3 weeks of struggles with like type people and I was comfortable laid off for quite a while not feeling comfortable skill and not wanting to go to school and then when I went out to Academy I made so I was wrong choices were afraid and grips and hit me mother friend I thought about possession where were up say most recent things social media no it's like it feeds into society especially my generation of war as I have to look like the fan such a massive part of it. Like anxiety and mental health like Ken's i-t. Such like a dark big block call like you can't escape you have no one you just feel like you don't have anyone to talk to. When I 1st met everything was negative nice to see there are a lot with the kids that read deal with the Los talk about the dark place the ren for some to do some Again it's a feel of doing something wrong so they want try. And you've just got to slowly just drag those ideas away and get rid of that darkness. So we do it in small chunks. But they go into different friendship and just changes everything and then look to pull Academy soap it is just a wish everyone could experience or isolate so amazing thank you could ever imagine just feeling the benefits we're all like a family and we can we work well and we know what each of us are good where are strained where many other people's weaknesses are and that's what we help build on and. Had to be helped my health so much from and I'll never be able to thank you get off you know really excited to go maybe not so excited for figuring out who are going to toilet bowl come when it comes. Second day April was were up for speaking to Alice's mom Alex for later start to get a bit depressed ever this morning ready to go to the er for it's sister we're excited I'm excited for our last look up after flies but yeah it's absolutely amazing I'm so so proud of I mean she's been absolutely phenomenal. You're listening to the great Arctic adventure with me crouched on b.b.c. Radio. Just one child arriving green on her on ion a millisecond moment right by 10 minutes ago. Funny because I actually had to wait on here in Greenland and science and I had a great couple of nice fun we had. Yesterday So we got kin had about half holiday so I Mirage really high and the g. Can't go out like this with millions well. We tried to get on a plane to come here. Where there was a. Console doing workshops and to be doing here in Greenland just to tell you. This chilling phrase taken lightly so phenomenal. A lot. Going on here. We've got 3 helicopters overhead now to get across the task like and then we're going to. Drop help Ruslan off with all . Packed get ready to head out on it I don't tomorrow all the next day. Out of the way the red. And the helicopter. Was. Going to be the 1st go for so. Everyone's managing to get it done and well you know just so. You know you get a better. Price to pass a law in the States. And we are going to. Explain. With. We. Actually use this for the expense of the room. And if you think of a scale. Since you practiced it today in the. Snow. And freeze the. Out of the theater from the smoke screen the. Actually Avery we are just really really great and I know centers that have like while there is no one and how quiet. When there's no one else around and there's no everywhere walking across. The room. And I am a. Very good morning thanks for quite a lot of. Fun things. Everything like you are not. Really happy to hear. Your group to start off all through the night and today yes they would be there for ordinary folks for. Their job or are a fresh Wally. Smallman. A bit more screen and we just finished. All on the slides up pretty much obstruction of corn or you know I'm just trying to scrunch for the walk in a forward team. I mean I was from the heart it was hard the way I sort of cool was having a laugh with other people trying to my mind of the pain and the hard work. I feel like every training that we went to was key to doing the things that we have done here. Once we go our ladies are got to calm down and help other people and you know how it can work out. That was probably harder Thanks to everyone and more an enjoyable. Figure going to the home of an owner do like when you turn to nervously. You know thank. Them because they. Were just shocked and don't know. To the same flock. We our life to go and then a few kids. Care for. Work at 7 o'clock you're having. Starting to get them home so the freeze dried food is disgusting and I can't eat very much as a gag and that's. One less don't know which was helpful because it was nice to hear from her. To do she spoke about issues pro to me she would like me to have the best time. I should take an infusion she can't wait to you know hear the stories when to come but. This is the evil thing in Alex. And. Been away from home. Be now. But for the to be we've got to dump a lot yeah so it's like much easier to do when you're told yeah you know monster you recently and yes skin along each other rather than just going to jail and so affiliates you see the ones who go further to the end we were setting up camp here a lot of people started to get quite tired I was in front I can't just try to go faster so we get there quicker in which we can get said Quick a. Quick can but can't is all about everyone but he was pretty much on the 2nd day and 2nd night currently entertained and everyone's kind of got the hang of skin thanking their style some people fallen off occasionally but Mr Cox. My name is Marcus and this is from day 3 of. Today we left base camp and headed up a few very close with her so it's we have to zigzag with her skis and things we reach the top of the whoa and if you were spectacular and then the distance we could see the green and a scope. We saw in a school which is your story book from ace. We went a little bit higher here Grace here they were tried on Mars with cave on the bottom of it. After she finished here we decided to even hire me to get some more views. Are never missed or turn Turner and we saw the green and race car which of course for her to call metres. And everything are sore amazing and we were lost for words . Looking over to see. If. You got off the records. Part of course if it's truly stunning what's a few years. They have to go if Oval Office. To Greenland. To the sea. That's open ocean eventually cool. Where. Would you think a better. Reason to sleep if. You just know the great ways to describe it. There's an. Incredibly impressed you can be and you see all the kids and you see the kind of amazement and I guess like they're like or more than the see in their faces. These are 10 kids. Have never seen anything like this before some of the name being a plane before its trip and given the opportunity and knowing how deep is going to change them. And just when they thought for things couldn't get any better. Something completely unexpected happened. Just for them to take off. Yes we went to bed at 830 as you. Sleep with it. And about 11. And yesterday maybe. It was. When you just looked at them like a really great closed in the sky but if you look to those who come lucre. Moon and stars because of the. Pollution and. Begin trying to see all the deference we are. Playing. And we cannot advance the ride they live around a lot more. Are and you don't really see. That you're being more like. You weren't looking for you think you were just. Never really really. Just the. Longest time I never was sore and tired. And my calf muscles just hate and I feel almost paralyzed. And I just kind of I was just trying to seek or just wasn't working. Help me motivated me to try to get up eventually and he. Didn't have the way. To talk to me and I explained to my mom and he started asked me to drink their estimated you drink and I was something so. We got there in nature seeing that we had scheduled for 15 Katie. Hi it's Robert and I read in my diary from day 11th of April where is the 5 on the way. The morning was great Wendy and the Oral Law Camberley and we're saying end at half 7 in the morning and then we could sleep in 10 am So the day started to ask me . Am. I lost the poor team member today and had to say something to create. Me on the team can go on and you. Think this day I mean like a corpse but. I suppose we all I think we all knew that was going to happen you know that there was going to be some have coped. With. Heads clear and not. Nothing's going to change and we can all. Start. With a team back on track we continue there are 2. Journey but suddenly the weather took a turn for the worse. In the morning Creek told us we're going to have bad weather because that is going to get warmer and stormy So we need to ski back then we came this militia really hard to ski because the heat melted it that. They're less breaks today because the distance the news travels much bigger. We didn't need to eat around a lot today to see where we could count as he started to tense up flew in got much stronger and I was scared 10 to play we heard that the wall would fall for. It was hard to sleep because in the rain. We woke up. In the morning and create just basically told those. To pack everything up but when I got to slay everything mostly to comment from the really saw felt like really like panic thing like I felt. It was like really really annoying. And I think well pressure. Where I actually know and where it is radiated camera shows an increased awareness speed. Result when I break and I'll show every made a call to get across what are clear and possible. So that even with. The hardest blog. Actual Work for the CIA for us nothing there anymore it's all on the water the snow and ice is disappearing as. The way to get. The watches across the street. Ski's a large part of it was on the water when whiskey across. The very stable underneath. The last thing you want to. Stay then it would be. A very different situation. We're not sure how. He. Treats mean we've been saw or. Expeditions are about it's about making those tough decisions for the general overall safety of everyone and I was impressed with how they reacted to do it make the day they were students so pleasant. It was like. It is raining on and nothing. We want to see. Is interesting. Because going. Here So you see. The problems weren't there after the helicopter to see if we transferred 6 of the pupils and to go back to airport to continue the journey home the helicopter was growing to due to engine problems leaving for peoples and 2 guides stranded in the Arctic. So all of you for 5 minutes you disappear for a week. If you feel. If a helicopter was busted described here you try to do this in silence for you know last week. Those few English books and the writers a toss what we read pretty much all of them yeah we played chess and made a few friends we also went. And we want to take and you're going to run the most book with any 1st steps was just. 3 How to pray bro into. Spirit over all how to do that one just know. To be on. Their way home and so their truth is your power much richer experience. Here we're going to have a better story to tell sixty's and another helicopter later all 10 pupils and guides were home safely and fresh from the Arctic they reflected on how their polar journey had changed from that deep 18 months ago when they had 1st put the name down on a post it note hoping for a place in the team. I was in the post you know simple things like getting up to go to the post and worry about people thinking of you know how they thought it mean how they saw me. I see my confidence he pushed it so much. Learned. You just need to sort of forget it you know what other people think and just live in the moment. But again I wouldn't even before you just say you know of a conversation and not. One word answers to the questions but you can have a conversation with. This go through the 1st. One and well you can ask I have a head that I had to face this. Is the right. Thing with him and I think that. To the polar Academy and all the peoples and parents from she had them life changing journey. And this has been the great Arctic adventure. Read you go there again right let's go slow. Some have read through this is the field. Sort of. History it was and I did many shows and we don't have to be strokin to. Put into normal life on hold is going to mess up the bottom of that just want to stay. B.b.c. Radio Scotland it's October there's a nod of the month I'll love this time of year because it can only mean one thing. Amazingly. And I just like to really really. Critical. Placed on top of a good slice of bread and then I find the. Can have been great. And. The only Rita is quite simply. Bacon. Cream some fresh. What are we talking about it's time for mussels and if you think it's just about cream white wine garlic think again this is the kitchen coffee I'm Jenny McPherson would you believe I saw the 1st snow on the hills this week that means in the mornings where the need of something warm and comforting but definitely not. Here is there's nothing bland and boring about it. Interesting if we have. The. Dark chocolate but it's fresh fruit the list is endless so there's no excuse for boring college ever again I've got Instagram or the in with me today Instagram profile squats on toast is all about inspiring students with exciting food we'll hear more about that from her later on Chef Jamie Ross from Red shank street food in a minute it's also here Sophia how do you like your porridge so I take my porridge in the morning with bacon protein and. I top it with some frozen berries chop our peanut butter or some to. Though it was cited to be virtuous to you go on to the dark chocolate and peanut butter there's the g.b.i. You oh yeah I do like a truck then again but you take yours with I have a sucker for a sweet one so you say you know about honey or are. Just special. My street in an ideal world I'd always eat my potage with plain sugar and cream anyway Jamie there's an amazing smale and he'd already thank you really spicy it's cleated at the positives it's really quite quite hot and spicy sounding Yeah we sent you a challenge to come up with something just the ordinary for muscles so tell us what's in the am so we're going to do 2 sets of muscles one is going to be a cut of muscle so the minute I make in so a curry paste to start off with and it's contains onions chili ginger garlic going to finish with about tomato paste added to the muscles. And then finish about creating a feast off the Chilean the guy that the I did you blew it. Yes and I usually make a big batch of home and what I do is I'll put it in ice cube trays and put in the freezer so I can normally when I know and again so whenever whenever you fall and see it there's always some ready Yeah absolutely really organize I'd like to be the one that you have to be in the trailer. And if anybody's ever been put off by cooking shellfish just type simple is it dead simple I mean there's a certain balance so for higher far you should take something in or how long you should cook it and shellfish is very delicate so you don't want to overdo it but then. You don't want to make it. Undercut you don't undercut base and you obviously don't think that's what people are scared off isn't it that it will be a bit roll on a bit rough but there's kind of a happy medium for this and it doesn't take long does it no absolutely the muscles of themselves will take about 30 minutes for them to open up as always or pounds and it all depends on you how much heat you've got in the ports open up for a few do. One of the 50 things we need to know about keeping muscles for face and make sure they're clean they have some make sure you're remove all the beards That's the part that attaches to the ropes when they're growing and remove any shellfish that's stuck on the outside usually there's some man limpets not months but bits of yuk are stuck to this little white worm sort of things and once you cut them off at a given site discard any broken ones or dead ones ones are open I want to squeeze them if they're open their day to the. Yes usually but what to do so give him a little give him a little squeeze and he shuts down and then he's open he's just looking to breathe more life until I yeah. Ok on another tip I think that was just to you a need to get another one if you buy good quality you know it is fresh as best as they always say but go to your local fishmonger maybe try and stay away from supermarket ones and the ones who get the freezer do work but just don't have the additional flavor that you get fuel prices always face is still coming on the sales I'll be amazing so you got the choice of onion chili the garlic yeah just got all those nice and soft and it started to color so I'm going to put in some tomato paste. And start getting not nice and bright because I want all that flavor all that's all that but sets that to the bottom the pattern is all super flavors could eat them all and yeah you need to get a go and really it's the feel that size that the so size really versatile but would you could put eyelids to mind even some to match tooth I guess because I'm vegan I would have to change them to something like mushrooms I guess I haven't seen their consistency and so if not said it would all go together again so we'll let you Cracow in Jamie stay with us if you have because we're going to be hearing from you soon about how you're providing students with we didn't finish it and it's to go on talking about social media I looked up over the. Oh it's the other day and it has nearly 3 quarters of a 1000000 posts so we say in Simon Preston alone to broken one of the 1st part of cafes in Edinburgh to speak to owner Elaine Morrison and find out what the fuss is all about. I'm here to talk about things with you. This new frames for. You and I thought here I've left are these are your fridge and they look like this one looks like a story cheesecake is beautiful thing and this one chocolate tell me what this is in the. Key monkey. Is quite fun. It's chunks of chocolate and fresh banana and chia seeds layered with some Yorker and some of our. Granola finished with some fresh fruit it's like a whole 3 course meal in a tub but overnight oats I guess let's start by making sure we're clear what we're talking about what what are they were how do you make them you get you and make them with the things that you love and you leave them overnight in ridge and then you've got your breakfast get to go in the morning nutritious is porridge and can be a bit more fun but you can take it with you can grab and go if you want so it sounds like there's no classic way to make a union of do what you like which is fine but we always keep it healthy but why is that loving it so much right now we grew up without the fridges obviously convenience is one thing but one of the other reasons why certainly we're seeing it everywhere I think I think convenience but I think health I think in Binion's because people don't have the time to make themselves a break just in the morning with porridge I think health because you're still getting the nutrition and you're not taking your your sugary cereals and train we have a lot of young customers who come in here who love it and have really bought into that and they have really appealing names like for example where yeah I guess leader into thinking that some fabulous treat which they are you that. Healthy. People see the. Putting everything. And and healthy so it's not trying to eat your breakfast in the morning there's nothing I love more than to grab a simple out on a peerage fanatic but we're going to talk more about courage though to talk about you to start with I know you had a sort of big change in your life decided to give everything up try something different from the military move out of all the things you could have chosen to do in the opted for a cafe wanted to do that and well I was always loved a Cathy culture as we'll. Always been interested in. The food breakfasts so porridge cafes and other places and there's the gap they do exist elsewhere I know you must have thought well I need my unique angle What's your thing he will most probably and oh gosh so much really used a Scottish roots and hundreds of them and with the 1st 1st Polish café in Edinburgh you know and that's our that's our thing which I'm very glad to say but your old you mention that which I've noticed before I'm curious it sounds exhausting how do you how do you. Get the group so we basically get the you to the task removed we have a little gadget owner and a cantor and you pick in the top you turn the handle it's quite fun and I mean we're looking for a new language Margaret so I might try to make it why would I bother you know does it really make you differently or does it make a difference I think can you preserve the nutrients it's very lightly crusade and it seems just gives us a much clearer finish I think one of your customers discovering and I feel like it's. Which is which is nice and I'm dreaming it was fabulous listen you're going to be teaching me to make a little bit of your courage winning but I'm a bit of a fanatic I'm obsessive about how his body makes the temperature I want to try to have your fluffy little plaque as you say so let's head over there and you can start showing me how do you make. We'll catch up with Simon later on other war near any part of the site there this is going to blow your mind. On hot sauce that we use for some some other terms on the main u.s. Presuming you mean surely sauce by yeah right so it's really just yes they should have said so we just basically chili to pure their ingredients I have to confess I'm not particularly like in the sound of that but back to overnight Sophia what are your favorite combinations so recently I've been loving sentiment Ginger Ingles and connotations that made overnight. I think it kind of tastes like flapjack So it's very nice and when topped with dark chocolate on a city it's like a dislike for it sounds lovely dessert for breakfast Jamie what would you add to your overnight. We just have ice Perry comports something like that something to maybe something a little bit sharp disagreements or something just to keep up in the morning yeah yeah yeah it's good you're listening to the kitchen coffee on b.b.c. Radio Scotland I'm Jenny McPherson but I think back to when I was a student my food inspiration came from things my mum cooked at home on their own 10 different things to do with the huge packs of mints we used to buy cheap at the supermarket burgers spaghetti bowl Anees chilli spicy mince or Sanya by the end of it I never ever wanted to see mince again young people all over the country have just left home for the 1st time what are the old going to eat how have things moved on for to do students so I think when you're in 1st year it's quite difficult to. Find recipes in healthy eat especially when you've got Domino's leaflets coming through the doors and you're moving in by yourself the 1st time so how kind of takes a back seat but I believe that it's very easy to be good at cooking and healthy as a student especially. With the tool that we have that Instagram these days and you can get great inspiration very easy recipes so how did you make the jump from eating lots of pizza to inspiring other students to eat better and I think I just started to take an interest in how more I started to exercise and when paired with exercise to come I think come to the healthy eater. And I just started to research how to cook watch some You Tube videos of it up Instagram. And I started experimenting with recipes and recipes I was making up myself and I've just kind of grown from there and then you started posting photos off them is that when it all kicked off yes so I was actually taking all these pictures of my meals are sending them to friends and family and I was like why not have a space where I could share this with friends family and also a personal recipe book for myself so I can scroll back and look at all the recipes I've made and make them again and people get in touch and ask you for advice you were telling Yes So people ask me advice while they're actually shopping now so there was a girl recently asked me if she should buy this begin alternative to tuna which I personally hadn't tried. But yeah people also have been cooking my recipes and sharing that with me which is very exciting you can't do that with a recipe can you ask them for advice when you're in the supermarket that's for the target and live with them when I was a student money or the lack of it was always my main concern do you have a lot of ideas for things you can cook in the budget yes so I would recommend cooking on a budget to buy frozen vegetables you get loads of different birds and vegetables now so you can get p. Green beans broccoli next to me. And you can cook as well as this is another tip for being healthy as well with a student bar you're a student. If you. You can just pick these things in the microwave and just have them for quick lunches especially when you don't have much time on your breaks for tacit what you're most popular quick recipe I would say some kind of past may be to mad to eat. It quick to put together to give and maybe that 20 minutes. Fantastic if you're starving when you come back and forth but what tips and tricks do you have you mentioned store cupboard to St Charles do you use lots of Harrods and things yes I have a lot of different Herb's and spices obviously this is grown over time I just started with the classic garlic and. Spices in her store and since that and agree as to what extent is it just students who using your recipes know so I think a lot of families have been using them as well my mom lights tell her friends about the page and it's not just specified people who are vegan as well you can definitely adapt the recipes such as my lentil bowl in a day with lentils and I know that is definitely inspiring a lot more people just than students because I guess if you working full time you also want something that it's not going to take hours and hours to cake absolutely when you're starving when you come home you need to throw something in the pantry quick Jimmy. Jimmy muscles are quite cheap how much can you see students using the songs they can get their hands by I'm not sure how well they would use them or not quite easy and quick to cook so and yeah something different definitely you know you do the same time as a packet a super. Great indorsement just before we come back to your about Jamie in the kitchen coffee archive we've found a great recipe from Michael Smith combining both muscles that we're talking about today here's just a taste of Michael talking to Don Hall and he can teleport there the muscles of all just gently open over the Premier's. Like you don't smell. In the street is the muscles going to. Salute you and then you get a bit of a whine in the background as. A big. Satisfying rattle of muscle shells another little sprinkling of. I'm a delicate sprinkling of the force going to pull out of the take that big lump of store that. Just for good measure was a good wage of women in case you didn't really know. The recipe for Michael Scotto mussels classic is on the kitchen coffee web page where you can also listen to making it but no classic muzzles here today Jamie off the wall remind us what you're making and more importantly give me a we taste and recap what's in it Ok so the coated ones we've made the cut and paste of tomato paste and. Onions chili ginger and garlic and coriander once meant and cooked off the muscles and a whole pad of which used to stalk by about a half dozen the cutting pace and I finished off with double cream size just delicious and it smells absolutely gorgeous good really spicy and delicious I'm going to have a. Lovely face. Flavors they are yeah you're really going to have to up your game to top. You really really is delicious So what's in the name. So the next one is leaks in a local finish off for some butter a little bit a little bit of water done with these ones as of. Made the flavor bigger from the muscles you know I've not tried to. No such big leavers as that as the idea that is the taste because muscles give it the flavor but it almost masks you know but but it still makes a great dish wireless one. Makes the muscle. A realist in the sauce they're the real start of the show yeah so what did you do then chopped up the leak so I took the leak washed it washed the muscles like it did before and I didn't I've added some butter of let the open a wee bit let the leaks get wee bit softer than I did a. Let that which used to be that the muscles for the shelf cooking time. Does it matter what kind of beer you use doesn't have to be a local craft beer or. You could use anything but I've chosen a nice Hoppy i.p.a. Which has lots of citrus flavors in the background so it kind of complements the mussels as well but they. Create too much of a fuss I don't think Guinness or another Dark Star would be suitable for it because it would be too bitter which for some a bit late information Yeah absolutely fantastic and what would you serve up with this one of the fridge classics moves it fits which is chips or just got a good one it's fantastic but I just like a really good homemade bread toasted just because it creates all the juice and you want to be. Nice. Yeah absolutely get it finished off so if you have it with chips should it be the nice ones or is it was a traditionally thin one traditionally are supposed to be thin but. You know the big 5 the chips the cold more fat content the do the larger ones have to have to disagree at. First than chips Yeah absolutely but yes. A pretty decent sized chip chip Yeah Ok just have them all in one port for everybody or do you split them up into little balls or could you just dive into the back but I think you know or you could just put on a table and just let everybody help themselves take it and it's a very family orientated and very funny movie or lead to. Dish because lovely voice from the clock in right in the yeah absolutely really easy not so bold but up there by the looks of it so. To look at it fantastic I'm looking forward to another . What you think you know what you think about. And. Yeah that sounds really good I would never think of pairing and. What would you Arjun said of muscles. Mushrooms I think that would be the most similar a consistency I suppose you could make it with anything really yeah you could add in the things you're. Right j.b. I'm going to leave you to finish that off here and I will be back for another taste in 4 minutes so no pressure they are Ok And while you're doing that let's hear how Simon go on making porridge with a lean. Fresh start chop. Stale not to crumble push here fresh air if the price of my turkey blood before things about the porridge is already made you know going to be sure we have to make it fairly How come this is already made just so that we can have a good supply ready for customers we are and you get such a nice finish. Porridge So we have to port so that we we have it specially made. And it keeps Well initially and it keeps it at the pear fit temperature for instance since me I was going into this bowl of porridge and it's scar tissue It's 100 and. Milk plant based coconut milk we tried to few to say did that was the one that we like best very subtle flavor and it works really well with the sounds lovely and that goes in all of Europe or all of Europe or a bit of coconut and water presumably know what. Kind of pigeon So you already know you're breaking all the rules. So plant based milk you can have a conversation with anybody about porridge without having the milk no milk baby you give a plant based milks which ones and why we tried them all and you cannot just unsweetened we try to down and I think if we pursue preached too much not saying that I don't like deer in my porridge that's right my son. And I want to find out more about all the different kind of flavors to do I'm even told you don't save repurchased yet because we. Are very very simple beasts so have to see briefly for us as well just as you would get in Asia do customers cope well with they are open minded they're there they're very open minded and some people think it's about all of it but most people once they try it really love it in your state report is what kind of things if you shop in the well we make our own hot sauce that we use for and for some other things on the menu assuming you mean chili sauce by Yes Well it's really just yes I should have said so we just basically chilies a few other ingredients so some avocados on Tuesday cashews some sugar snap peas coriander it was actually very delicious sounds good 70 global employers in there and the sweet ones give me some examples of you know some of the corn you Coker of things that you throw on top of your purchase and cherry spice the HA's and with homemade caramel some. Fun and we do have been off eat Pari again still healthy that might. Have some feel to it I think you have lots of these combinations of the best. I'm going to have to step outside my spin. In most cafes city like ours just that was. The presentation as well as if what I'm far more that if you're reading from my spin that much. I'm going to do that because it really looks good this contributes. It's unreal. You know you've got these beautiful photos on top of the pirate underneath Yeah I would like some sold in my life and if I'm honest yeah but I do like to. Think it's a whole new beginning of my porridge Well I'll be looking for there's. No salt no water chili sauce and sugar snap peas My mother is going to be hard to fight when she hears this. Sophia says the idea of 70 potage appealed to you I've never actually tried it but I have seen a lot of Instagram posts about I've also seen people to Marie can it so it goes this kind of yellow colors I can I can cope with I'm not sure about the blue in my mind but would you try would start I guess you would have to treat it like noodles alternative I'm not really sure I'm more of a sweet porridge kind of parse and yeah I think I am too and if you're looking for more ideas for politics with a twist Don't forget last week. All sorts of social media including Instagram and Twitter so what do you post there huge pictures of the throngs and well it's pretty much the only way people can find us for a start but then obviously food for it was just take over everything and it's all about what you can produce out there so that when people come to you know them. Are you using filters are you making them look glamorous so you just go for real life 0 filters 0 focus and real life and the rich have pretty much what about Yusifiyah are you are you all about that a lot and are you filtering and making things look wonderful I definitely do make a. Subconscious efforts to make things look a little bit prettier and must admit but not too much shelter it's as if you're young you're younger than me you're in accord with technology but you can you can cope with the thing I just that blows my mind. Is definitely the Young People's Platform 100 percent or your printer software.
