Yeah I think I 1st started noticing changes when I was about 6. And it was. Something City are having it was dizzy spells. And feeling a little bit strange but already thinking anything. And it just sort of gradually go back well and I know she started getting a little bit happy at it like when your teenager. You know you chew on or and you just feel a bit sort of cranky. So I decided to go to the doctors and they did I've got test simple blood test and she said Actually your hormones are all over the place I think you're tired every minute. And them so that was that. The stage is now it is yeah but it can sometimes be was because your body's gone from being quite normal to then your hormones are just going all over the page trying to regulate and you can't you don't realise it so you're not aware I was on our end as well which was causing the dizziness so one subtle knew that if I felt better in a way was it going to be a relief. Yeah because I was getting a bit worried thinking you know how you did. Anything that day. So yeah it was so dry just now what do you do you take on the cancer and the symptoms if you change anything in terms of your diet will this means you're taking your medication. Didn't quite get it for so much and realized the lack of the stretching it can affect your body in lots of different Why so I tried to. Just think about what I could do you know exercise change but I it was good to get it diagnosed and do something about it and I did start to feel a bit better because I was taken some iron supplement and yeah yeah. When you're a teenager only with the hormones and everything we need the knowing and I have 2 teenagers in the house as well so poor hospital and very much suffering must be a joy for him. It's He's part of why we've just got to go through and get through as best as we can it's not worse things in the wild and you know exactly I think it's just a bit of the journey isn't just going. Well I watched it the other night I love a bit Master Chef I love a cooking bit food porn yes the wells most successful t.v. Cooking competition yet really I didn't know that most the chef started back home Monday night with Series 60. His one of the contestants actually talking about the show. I can't make up my mind if it's nay Arabs the audience excitement I don't know I'm walking about this big grin and much of it. I've been in a cooking frenzy my kitchen's been like a cross between a lot and scary and Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. I genuinely believe I've got something you need to share in my style of cooking it's quite innovative I'd say. Now apparently it's a lot harder to get on to master chef as a contestant than ever before because when I was when I started there were 500 applicants a year and now guess how many. Where I was and. You know the ball is significantly higher. And they're looking. Passion and I want to find those contestants I want to make the leap from an amateur cook to something in the food world and I know previous contestants have haven't they now an average filming day in the Master Chef kitchen can go from 8 o'clock in the mornin to 6 o'clock at night because no typical day and contest contestants are expected to continue with a day job at the same time so that's quite stressful isn't it you know if you doing those for a long day and then you got to test out your recipes in your kitchen. And then you know do you do a job as well and it takes about I think it's about 4 months for it to be films because of the structure of the series but contestants are only required for 3 days in the hates and if they get all the way to the final they're with the show for 6 weeks 3 to 4 days awake take time off and I. And they're saying that at that point they pay people out of work allowance but sometimes they do shoot at weekends it's a massive massive time commitment but it's worth it because it's a great show and I love seeing people's journey the j what they're progression on the show and watch them flourish now something else new on our telly box was the winds is last night saw the return of the Ro sick. There's certainly been enough material lately to keep this series full of Sats I have an episode that the latest series was filmed before makes it so last night's episode saw evil Camilla hatching a plot to break up the Fab 4 and it was really funny a very well absurd of cool idea that not cool toy but even the would see the queen children on strike with placards brilliant absolutely loved it you name to that and now something unusual from Amazon Prime. I mean I think it's starting a whole new genre to be honest with you but it's a new drama it's about Nazis being alive disguised and organized and ready to rise up in 19 seventy's America thinks of these plot lines this new drama just released on Amazon it's quite dark and it's quite full of menace and it also can be quite violent so not selling and. So basically it's not a family watch Ok but all it does have output Cino playing the leader of the Jewish Council ops and Logan Hammond as his protege as I say an unusual premise but maybe worth a look at his cane with stupid things.
