Radio Shack Saturday Breakfast as a very good morning to producer dept head who own and how you do all right it's all been back in the studio in the strangest thing is it was all 3 warm at this time when I saw it I know because it got very old time of year when we will kind of snuggled up in our winter jumpers because when I left the house this morning it was about 6 degrees or so my car was telling me but we know full well that by about 19 o'clock when we leave here this morning it's going to be really not warming up and you know you know I think we're looking. Just like that my friend I said. It was cold when I left the house this morning yes very strange to me but we've had a lovely couple of weeks out about how well you know you know about what we've got make our own capital I was actually sympathizing with you making the value wait to make. My point was was that actually it's always really nice taking programs out and getting out into the community and getting out about the county and meeting people but I have to say the last few weeks we've met some lovely people over the years but Thetford forest and by them say the loveliest bunches of people yeah you could ever hope to me yeah and just look after you really well and one of the 1st things they say is kind of get your coffee and you know they were right next to if you have pasta in the morning and put up pasta for you like yes please you know you're in Europe they come from they. Bacon Sandwich out we got cheeky bacon sandwiches my cakes Yeah cakes they really did look after us really well and we just had a really lovely time and one amazing bunch of people and it was all volunteering series of programs which if you were listening throughout the course of the week sort of the week before last we were kind of the tail end of the. We can volunteer a whole week of outside broadcasts focusing on volunteering course Norfolk just incredible to the lovely for the young young lad Liam the photographer are balancing. The best but it wasn't because we've been up since which is what I mean it wasn't the best picture of us it was the best bridge or it was a good picture involves you me and a llama. From like me llamas but he is the the official photographer and doesn't get paid a penny he does it all because he loves the say and he loves what he does I think he's the epitome of what we were trying to express all last week actually is that he gave a really good quote we said are just really not been somebody yeah and money aside it's how a job like that makes you feel and he really really loves it and he's so proud to do it absolutely and I think a passion like that will only take him to good places you know and he said this is my 2nd time and it was just so just so nice and I that I didn't realize just how many people volunteer how County I know it's crazy I mean hats off to you what you would do a wonderful job and I don't think you're appreciate enough probably because people don't know that you are a volunteer Yeah so have a little secret on the back soon and if you absolutely a way of yourself an extra cup of coffee put an extra Russian of bacon in your sandwich and on us on the tray Yeah I think to risk it on the try we have a good week. It's been here there and everywhere been on different programs this week this battle in feedback on Saturday it's being back in the studio does mean the return of our competition this week is how to break for a couple of weeks of struggle in these days to find songs that you probably yeah big but I can find as many songs as you like but I can't read the notes it has to be the letters like if anyone knows of a website where I can go on to find the actual letter nights to songs you know good songs that we play on the radio anyway yeah let me know because this is getting hard now but maybe you're getting so good at this that you might actually be able to do it freehand with any musical note that's not going to happen if THAT ON THE RADIO ANNOUNCER You have to grind out. Cheering and thinking out loud Saturday Breakfast with casting thong Thank You have so much for joining us but many on a Saturday morning hope you've had a lovely week and I said to be a busy weekend in the county now this is something that always promises you something a little bit different to the out there festival returns to Great Yarmouth this weekend and are Puerto Jackie going has been talking to the project coordinator from sea change to Ronnie poor about what we can expect this year it's a very fun and exciting weekend of many free shows in fact everything at the festivals free we have performances from artists. Coming from many different countries and there is really something there for everyone I love you. They are a titan of outdoor arts they're come from France we've worked with them several times and they've created a work with the young British company guerilla circus and they are going to be doing a spectacular parade through the streets of Yarmouth on Saturday Night Live music and fire and they've been inspired by the environment crisis they've created an 8th continent full of waste which is during our attention to the insatiable appetite we have for consumerism that's going to be really spectacular show so I'm looking forward to that so there's a bit of politics in this as well there is a bit of politics looking at the work of activist groups like extinction rebellion who've been using the arts performance installations to get their message across we've taken over a part of Great Yarmouth marketplace this year and dubbed it the liberty zone and curated a collection of very fun entertaining shows that. Look at threads of democracy and revolution and oppression Well what do you think people will think about when they when they come into the square do you think they'll be excited or a bit scared of the politics well it's all also and all in good fun and light hearted little bit tongue in cheek hopefully they'll be entertained and the have a good laugh but hopefully it will get people thinking a little bit and questioning the world around them and getting people in gauged in the world around us us saying everything's free how would how we view manage that well we get sponsorship from local companies who have got great support from our local can't so and of course we get wonderful support from the Arts Council and they get their funding from money generated from the lottery so anyone who's bought a lottery ticket. You should definitely come to the festival because here if it is your prize if you didn't win money then you definitely get a win here it's outside right everything's outside yes everything's outside we have the wonderful drill house which is our the sea change Harb and we have a festival lounge there so people can Carmen relax and take part in some craft workshops and there'll be entertainment then music in the evening but apart from that all the shows are outside you are pretty pleased about the weather this is going to be great it's really makes it really transforms the shows from a quite nice sunny sunny warm weather and of course it brings more people to the turn into the festival when we've got good weather and the last question is happening Saturday and Sunday and Sunday what have you got left to prepare or are you ready we're just about there we've been erecting the various stages around the park and we have been putting up the deck or and the artists are arriving so we're just putting the finishing touches to it now so very exciting and the team are working really hard Well good luck and the sun will be there for you thank you very much. She's absolutely right the sun will be there for them as looks set to be a pretty perfect weekend for the out FS to all that was to Ronnie John Paul one of the gear coordinators all of the out there festival from sea change on speaking to our portage jockey going yet a great weekend for that lots happening in Great Yarmouth this weekend and all while he web is on the way there right now to find out about another really interesting exhibition that the the past and current wants your involvement in today so we'll be hearing from him shortly after 7 o'clock when we take a look at the papers in just a moment. The Bangles eternal flame B.B.C. Radio Norfolk it's a very warm welcome back to the studio producer Depp's Bishop hello hello and it bowler who's looking after all of your sporting stories today nice to see you in the flesh again I missed us yes very much so we've been out of the studio for 2 weeks I know we've been out and about how about you enjoy. It it has been really quiet we had a lovely time thank you very much yes we went to that 1st day and then we went to bed I'm saying when are you going to college that's what I need yeah yeah most definitely we get a bit lonely on our You may get bored which of this company I think well I want an invite. I don't know we know that I've invited you're all going before you changed your mind at the last minute an open invite Nick We'd love to have you along OK he would like to confess that I'm looking at the front pages on the back page I'm going to personally to do you know I mean thank you one story one man dominates the majority of the back pages just for Archer he took 6 wickets for England yesterday obviously England looking to finish the ashes off in style and making sure that they don't at least lose the series and force the Ashes are gone but he took 6 wickets to ensure that Australia and even Steve Smith to a degree were so awful that even though he got 80. Without his runs then that would be totally different Ashes series but that's all history but he's after not bowling too well in the 4th 4th test has come back far in all 4 cylinder so with a lead of 7 just under 80 going into the 3rd day England will resume this morning on 7 without loss so there is hope yes there is hope that we can finish the series in style and yes as much as we can win in the attic finishing in a dignified manner so the heat dominates and you've got jumped for joy lift drought and 16 are just not jolt you know you've got to hand over the country if you look at you off as a lift after lift off and 6 God Yes I think he actually follows on as in 6 or 8 cylinders not for 61. To one of us that's what it's inferring So I'm just going to say that. I don't know what you want people knowing their breakfast they don't bother clutching something like this on one of the front pages of the paper is this wrong is that what is what is the whole thought about it OK. What's on the front pages this morning then you have this movement myself laugh always there on the front page of The Sun my agony over said Geoff So this is the story of Geoff Boycott and he. Not good it says the woman Geoff Boycott was convicted of beating up said last night he doesn't deserve and not had it's disgusting so I have been hearing about that story all throughout the week but dominating the front pages this morning really is the fact that some of David Cameron's memoirs have have been released overnight and of course many of the papers are pulling the bits where he's attacking Boris Johnson front page of the I weekend Cameron I don't regret bricks it vote it says that he fears for the nation's future that I worry a lot about it and he criticizes Johnson's conduct as PM front page of. The Guardian It says Johnson has behaved appallingly That's from Cameron he's revealed to the BRICS it makes him depressed and has accused Marco guy of Boris Johnson of trashing the government that from the front page of The Guardian. From pressure the times it says I'm sorry I failed another extract from his book says that he was right to hold the referendum but he's truly sorry that of the deficient that is course across the country Daily Mail Cameron's revenge David Cameron last night tore into Boris Johnson the market for their conduct during the friend of Mick goes on front page of The Daily Express Cameron my shock so many want to Bret's it he's admitted that he was clueless about the strength of your right skepticism in his party front page of The Daily Telegraph it goes on Cameron lashes out like and jumps and so does does a lot of. Joy in the papers this morning which is why a pull out go write about better sex is probably one of the benefits of the front page of. Ice just knowing that the man is regretful doesn't help does it. I don't know doesn't help it doesn't help us sort this mess out in any way shape or form clearly does it to know that actually he sorry hindsight never helps anyone this is very true that's a motto to live by dopes I'm sure there's a better way of saying it's like no help no one talks about this and more grim about likely correct way of saying if you would like to contact this lovely lady you don't need point throughout the program this morning you can the number you need is only 82897321 or if you don't fancy speaking to where you can text what is right you know fixed point. 13 double 3 Make sure you start your text with the word Norfolk what I would absolutely love just points a point of view yes only if I was allowed to get my point recently it would be beastly would like you to host points of view. Those the contact numbers you'll need if you want to tell us about any event you got happening this weekend or if you want to take part of competition to his back to the Ivory's and he's absolutely devastated. It doesn't want to be doing it so. Let me explain I don't mind the 1st part of it I don't mourn the loss of a small have to perform in front of all studio. That I just want the ground to.
