The it nature of the campus becomes quite clear and also the harm done to families by putting so many people away it's quite clear it and it becomes obvious that the authorities know exactly what this is doing to our society and change our you know of course see the authorities that describe the camps as education cams then the century where did these documents come from how did you get hold of whom and which department in the Chinese state have issued these documents who do they belong to. Their documents from from from various levels dealing with change on policy. They came to us from a member of the Chinese political elite who wanted wanted. The authorities to be held accountable the leadership to be held accountable for the decisions that were made what is Just Give us a bit of background if you will about the relationship between the new thought She's in Beijing and these ethnic groups the we give the Kazakhs and other Muslim groups as well one of they see is a threat to Beijing what would Beijing want to crack down on them. And there's been long running separatist movements and attacks in seen Jiang for decades but never really have very organized opposite opposition or. On Chinese social media which is is censored but sometimes it takes a while for the censorship to kick in next year and so there were there were people discussing. But the number of people who have actually been in camps is fairly small and the number of people coming out over the past couple of years has has declined you can use satellite data satellite images and also construction tenders and things like that that of include online too to get a picture of how big the network of these camps is but these these documents are sort of and new coins of evidence too and regarding the camps but yeah I think it shows the sort of. Level of control that the the authorities have in China that that that they could keep. You know limited the coverage of this for so long and it will limit the the access you know and we have reporters who go in there fairly often but it's it is such a. Dangerous situation that they they can actually conduct interviews that you know when they talk to even even just you know briefly on the street it it puts them in future risks so recording and change on is basically just a matter of walking around and reporting out what you can see with your own eyes the authorities there may have limited the amount of information that was. Leaking out about. That so I think that was an amazing and I know that it's the 1st quarter but I mean because you've been on the podium for so long on your career it's always good to be on the podium for one is and I've been made times on the podium and you know you kind of forget it and that's what I love about these emotions the fight and you know I just kept believing until the end I saw they were battling trying to push as much as I called and fortunately came to was a great finish was Neues as well it was like trying to get low in the car trying to get to its k.p.h. Soft tires both of them look less likely fresher and that might explain why he was slightly quicker although both held up behind our example but at that point but a close move into turn one was really really good was a fantastic move a bit of a lunge late decisive clean up the inside and yeah brilliant stuff he then actually did give Vettel enough space at 1st that I was very tight but it gave better enough space on the outside on the exit of turn 3 as well and Vettel continues to move over towards the middle of the road where the Clare still is and hits him in a straight line both Ferrari's out on the spot battling really what what what does that so we saw in the Clare do a similar maneuver in this Grand Prix when he went around the outside of Landon Norris that made good on the opening lap 2nd lap and he went around the outside and then kind of came across a bit. On Norris to kind of spooky My guess is that what you're trying to achieve is Bettles sailing toss in that instance isn't easy easily going back past Leclaire you have better have that their estimates coming back through you don't need to put the squeeze on Leclaire but he's not actually squeezing Izzy at that point you don't hear he knows exactly what he's doing but he's not like trying to play him right to the ins even want to see him to the inside of the truck to put a clear off line there better you can come back and sweep online but you can't do that if there's a car there now occur on the 1st that did that to Norris which is right on the cusp of of the gallant little German such a pair as a circus a rock in last year's Singapore Paris got big penalty for that their contact big penalty so it's not very clever driving Leclaire got away with a lot one but when your team mates you you really don't need to be doing this. This is on this is on can you not control drivers what spin offs are going to do apart from Post team orders and even critical on the him for imposing orders are going to criticize him for letting the race is up to drivers to not run into each other when your team mates it's unacceptable to to clash with your teammate on a straight on except the bill now I have respect for material for letting his drivers race we thought maybe they'd switch the positions or give Leclaire an easy pass they didn't like Clare made a nice move there's no way you can blame for this incident between 2 world class drivers crashing on the straight it's up to them it's really poor from them so as to to blame Leclaire and Vettel. Well for me it's Vettel to play because he moves across Leclaire can go even more if Leclaire wanted to just you know completely yield to his teammate but it's up to Vettel to not run into his teammate Vettel is the aggressor he's moved from the right side of the truck to the middle of the truck when he's got a teammate an inch from him the whole time you can't do that if there's space they're fine but there's not space so you can't move across it is a red mist esque move from Vettel maybe that's my comparison to tobacco under the safety car because he's just been done from a bit of a lunge from a play great move but it was lunge eventually probably didn't expect it is it is it red Misty Well I think I was kind of exactly what it is this where the psychology comes in because I think Vettel is the rivalry in the team that's so. Intense and we've seen it many many races this year Singapore and Russia back to back needle huge needle between the 2 in both ways and it sort of got the fuse better one in Singapore. And then the Clare got the team orders he craved in Russia but there's been this underlying need all the way through and is I thought I'm sure Vettel is just been done by his team mate turn one and he'll be thinking oh no you don't own up it's a man is on you and he cocked it up what happens with Rory going forward or Vettel will know he's done something wrong I'm. Fairly sure yeah although I was in a blaming Leclaire on the radios What is he doing yeah so driving in a straight line was the Hans or yeah a maybe when he looks at the video afterwards he might might think differently if you're but also what do you do you either impose team orders every time they're together on track or you say no I'm going to trust you to race but you cannot if you're Ferrari can they trust Vettel to race anymore can they trust their drivers to race. You've got to trust them to race their world class professionals but they've got to stop this needly rivalry between them just let them race I would say let them race all the time and you won't get this one time round 20 where it suddenly comes to a head yeah it was like they've suddenly they've been on a leash for 20 races and then suddenly bam off you go barking away in you know one's responded to the other is ended in tears so I would say yes but when you are in charge of a massive team like Ferrari with the question is the material not is going to face is going to be able to well Vettel in the glare of been sent to the stewards that's not going to affect the outcome of the Grand Prix but maybe they'll be a penalty coming in the in the next race in Abu Dhabi will wait and see one stewards decision that does effect the outcome of the Grand Prix is Adelson and Albon their collision and Lewis Hamilton has been given a 5 2nd time penalty we're just learning this now Hamilton has been given a 5 2nd time penalty for that collision with an example of and so that drops him down the order and color science finishes in 3rd position so a really good race actually from Carl science from the back of the grid fair penalty for 2 Stewart incidents in this race one was Magnusson and Ricardo where Ricardo was given a 5 2nd penalty after going up the inside and hitting Magnusson and Hamilton given a 5 2nd time penalty for going at the inside and hitting Albert both fair both deserved either racing incidents. There's that there's an argument for both being racing incidents to be honest but for me the Ricardo one record is on the inside Magnussen squeezes him to the curb Ricardo gets his left front on the curb as a little lock up washes into Magnussen hits him into a spin. For me that is. Felt like a racing incident Magnus's squeeze Ricardo on to the curb Ricardo had a significant portion of his car alongside bias in and then because he was squeezed at the apex he looked up and just washed slightly wide and tight the rear left the Hamilton. Initially the door was wide open for Hamilton to go on the inside but he didn't really commit hard enough and Albon came across and then the guy was always going to shot and then he just sort of tucked him into a spin so I don't think you can blame you can you can sort of differ with this years on that one. I can't think of many better than that science which you know is very very close between science and ghastly for joy of the day the only thing I've been a bit annoyed about is that science didn't get stuck on the podium that 5 2nd penalty if instead of caveat that tips around take 3 minutes to give him a 5 2nd penalty if anyone else is a couple of minutes if it's a front running driver then there's no quick decision it's always wait until after the race and it's just so frustrating because you know it was great to hear guys these reaction see him up on the podium be great for Carlo science as well to have a 1st podium on the podium after that trial of 20th the 3rd genius Yeah and you wonder whether it's Hamilton's comments that have because Hamilton said post-race it was my my fault immediately I think of Hamilton says he closed the door we're in for hours and hours of discussion and that sort of thing I wonder if Hamilton being sort of just admitting to it is has sped up the process potential It didn't speed up the process enough when there is a admitted it they should've just. Strong in support of our band has and he's been saying I hope Red Bull given time he looks like he's got a lot of talent you know been a supporter of Albert Yeah so really fair play to Hamilton for putting his hands up and admitting that this one was his it was his fault. I think it was and I don't think the penalty ultimately could be argued with because it was too tentative but they.
