You know some soft cheeses you've got hard cheeses and you've got your blue cheese is a fresh kind of fresh cheeses So when you do in a cheese board it's quite nice to have a variety of different types or you've got different textures and kind of the way that things look different you know I've tried to choose cheeses that actually look kind of different on the board as well I can see that Joe I've just realised because I've already made a bit of an error I think this year because I was selling muddier so I knew yesterday I went to the supermarket and they got all the waxy cheeses and object ball out of the so I should've actually got a range of stuff well I'm in the works she's a great you know and they last a long time as well yeah so that's actually find a good for gifts but yeah I think if you're doing a dinner party and you want to present something nicely it's quite nice to have the different texture in the different types the rind washed which is the Stinking Bishop which we just now yeah you pulled a face like I never saw you that was yeah do you know what though I've been told in my life I don't know if this is true that the smelly or the cheese the better well I think it depends on your taste.
