Weekday mornings from ten on B.B.C. Radio it's probably time to not sit in for such Vinda Ronna if you're black or Asian you are highly unlikely to hold one of the top jobs in public or private sector that's according to new research carried out by. Russian Black writes in conjunction with The Guardian newspaper and Green Park recruitment on the lawn with me is joining me the chair of operation black vote is Rita Patel who is from a lest the Good evening Rita Good evening what exactly has the report found well the report found that of the one thousand and forty nine individual simple assertion spy in the U.K. Just thirty six zero from black and minority ethnic communities which is about three point four percent of the total compared to twelve point nine percent of this country's population is from B M E communities and that's a calling to the twenty eleven census so Britain's most powerful eat is ninety seven percent white most of most of that is men women from the Army backgrounds or even less likely to be represented with just. Seven V.M.E. Women on that list which is less than one percent of that list and I think that the research shows that the majority of those in positions of power. Actually don't reflect the makeup of this country now when we set out on this journey to do this research I think we had all hoped those of us who've been working in the field for a long time with all the hoped but we would have made more progress than this but again it's an opportunity for us to take a long hard look at ourselves particularly in these changing times of uncertainty with Rex it how we can make the best of the situation and give this country the best possible opportunity and that's got to be through the employment of the talents of all of these people black and white are meant many of these debates to be going on for years now it seems like we're getting no way is not true well I think in I think we have a figure as I think you could be forgiven for thinking that we're not getting anywhere very fast. I think people find ways and means of being able to progress if they can't progress within. Corporate sector or even the public sector then a lot of people have gone into self employment enterprise in order to create new opportunities for themselves but that can't be right not everybody is able to do that now everybody has the opportunity to start their own business what is what is what is stopping ethnic minorities from reaching the top of these organizations and using I think there's a whole has a whole variety of reasons I mean in local government for example I see a lot of middle managers who are from the M.E. Communities but they don't seem to be able to rise to the top and they often talk about. Being glass ceilings I mean fact the public sector comes out better in this research than a lot of the other sectors but I think. People generally. Want to see opportunities whereby they are supported men. And given the. Advice on the right start you know order to be able to progress and a lot of people say you know that they start to progress but becomes a point in time when you know they get stuck at a particular level and can't move beyond that knowledge as got to be about recruitment and selection and it's got to be about the way in which we assume for people who are moving through the system whether it's in public sector or the corporate sector and you know it's not just our research that saying this there's all the research that's been commissioned by the government that's also saying this but we see this as a sort of a dialogue you know we can turn this negative into a positive how many reports do we need how many more push Do we need before we recognize that there are discriminate tree practices within the system not just in one sector but across the sectors. What are you hoping people in power take away from this when it's all just people in power I think all of a. Can do something about this it's I would hope that people listening to this interview would think about what is it that I can do. From tomorrow but could make a difference for my children for the peer community that I'm in for for myself and other colleagues that I know and I think a lot of it boils down to leadership I remember so Herman is the one saying about the don't drink driving laws that once upon a time. The seatbelt laws that once upon a time people would drink and get into a car and drive a nobody thought twice about it as soon as the law came in every time somebody got behind the wheel who'd been drinking every time somebody got behind a wheel who one put seatbelts on and they were involved in an accident someone in a position of authority power would stand up and say this is not right I think where. Recruitment selection where equality is in employment is concerned I think people in leadership positions have to champion that cause too and they have to say this is not right having wonderful policies is not enough unless you have the commitment to actually back those things and make things happen and I think in our communities I think there are things that we can do ourselves I think sometimes we don't challenge enough sometimes I think we need to give our children more confidence and self belief in that they can progress and it needs to start right from when and when they're very young but also generally we need to think about the colleagues that we work with and how much do we support the person next to us and actually working through moving up to the top you know how much are we really supportive and considerate of those things and once we get to. Well we also get the middle management to pull up the ladder do we actually support people in actually moving up the ladder even if it's beyond where we are and that's the kind of I think dialogue that we need to have but leadership is all levels I'm not with that leadership but without people championing the policies this legislation alone won't change hearts and mind your OK Rita thank you very much for that Russ Rita Patel chair of Operation Black vote and in a few minutes time we speak to an Asian manager from daughter who is definitely breaking the mold but let's take a look and listen to what the poor the young. Guys. Who are going. To. Give us. The bank . The bank. The ball at. The bank to. Get on the back . Pretty. New this week they were. Pretty. Close. Dobby Telegraph have this week released a list of the inspirational to fifty and includes quite a few Asian names from the Asian community. Including Korea to operate from consultant and owner of a Naki and the manager of bread sole Priory but for the very first time on the list is a manager of connect Dobby and that's And Betty the newspaper does say that they've struggled to include everyone that they could have done and people included all those who have made themselves visible within the pages of doggy Telegraph but you want to have a chat with someone some of them to find out more about who they are and what inspires them and batty from Connect daubing has joined me this evening a very good evening to you first of all on Hello Dolly tell me a bit about what you do connect Dobby OK I had got the connect of the team on behalf of seek out. The strategy and policy and give direction to the team in terms of where we heading and what we need to do. To fifty so well done to them OK Can you give me a bit of background of you know about how you saw how you family came into your WE did you get to where you want out OK and my grandad my dad's dad was in the British army he brought his family over in the late sixty's early seventy's it was a very typical East is East situation living in a terrorist house I was born and raised in Darby I have got for them for brought this I went to the local schools graduate from the University of Darby with Mona's degree in accountancy I started. If you put the counsel back in two thousand and one of our careers progressed since then and this year after started to get back to university my master's in strategic management so keeping myself busy Sure that sounds like you are abusing you who's inspired you in your life that OK it's definitely women in my family the gentle finally laid back and and open but the women are extremely strong vocal an independent. After say it's my aunties my moment particular I'm a grandmother they push me to get a very good education and career to work hard to respect and support those. We've been hearing on tomorrow's show you know about problems people with black and Asian backgrounds have been having to you know struggling to get the top jobs in the public private sector What challenges have you faced as a young woman in business I'll be honest I've been working for council for seventeen years now and if there were any challenges I didn't see them because I've had an incredible career with them. Amazing managers from both genders from different cultural backgrounds and ages they've they've worked really well with me they've supported my development and they had faith and confidence in my ability to achieve or to have them stay so if there were any challenges about his out there I actually didn't see them I just believe in hardwood commitment and passion in what he did for you very much for popping into and telling those about your experience and Betty from the connect Dalby. Issue and. Lead. Us. To thank you. Panic you'll get to my. Own it. Hard. Well this week the good to our agenda of God What in Dalby has been holding the special up this weekend to help people in recovery from addiction or who are struggling with addiction the continuous read an obvious scriptures presentations and events have been taking place since Friday as part of the Sikh Recovery Network. Is recovering alcoholic and I spoken at the Goodwater today. I'm a recovering alcoholic and I came into recovery in two thousand and nine all my life I've been involved with the god what are the Sikh temple I got help from an organization in Nottingham called back in which are unfortunately due to funding costs had to close its doors this year but then what we did it we took our own initiative and this Sikh temple of Darby this supported us and we hold recovery meetings here on a Friday for drug addicts alcoholics and that's given us a lot of confort for people from our own community and people from other communities are welcome as well but it gave us a lot of confidence for people like minded people from the same community come in and sharing their strengths hopes experiences and giving each other strength what are you doing here today since the Friday the twenty ninth we've held a continuous reading of the Holy Scriptures the good. And that is to employ with those who are in recovery but also give courage and strength those who are struggling with alcohol or drug addiction how much of a stigma with alcoholism still of the sick community still is still a huge stigma and that's what we're trying to do with the help of people like yourself in the B.B.C. To break down those barriers and brick dust Diggler and break the to boo so that we can talk a bit more openly My aim is talking about my experience and my journey is not because I want to be in front of the Michael in front of the cameras it's to help I know that I do what I want to do is carry the message and just like I was able to get my life by someone else to get their life but we join. Forces with everyone around the country anyone who wants to win and that's not just help signpost people who phone phone may open across Iraq and some people there's this in bin rooms there's these certain services for you sometimes it's quite overwhelming you know for men and women. I've even had calls from Canada and America for the Asian community me as a Sikh is it's difficult because they don't know who to turn to and it's also the anonymity be in a small community as well people don't want to be a member of that family because it still is a to boo subject in our community more than anything is trying to encourage people to come forward and seek help don't feel you're going to be ostracized by the community the help is there for a living proof of that I haven't been ostracized people have embraced me. But was just speaking to B.B.C. Radio Amy France as. The recovery meetings are held every Friday evening the open to people from any faith so if you want to pop along there if you go to the. Door and ask for jobs Ryan I'm sure they'll tell you where he is. On a Friday evening. I found this we can listen to this. This is the only. Radio Dolly. Was . It a pleasure to get a second post. This is a real. Feel. Joined by. Personal To Sharon good or Sharon very very good evening to you and welcome good evening thank you for having me again we're glad you're with glad you're here because you have made the whole show glamorous and oh I'm so sorry not of you to come in a couple of things we want to touch on because we've already had a report today was talking earlier about the black and Asian people still struggling to sort of get into the top management jobs. And there still seems to be that kind of. Even when your organization we work and we've been working on the glass ceiling project for many many years now and it still seems like well it's a very thick piece of glass we just call your sort of working in the N.H.S. Yes I'm just wondering do you I mean I don't know why but I don't know what management saw structures or lock in the N.H.S. More people from the black an Asian community starting to move up or is it just one of those things where you know we just sort of want to or not say it. Well I can speak from my experiences in the Health Service says that obviously there's the medical side and then there's the administration and the. Management side I personally have noticed because though I work in administration and management in quite a big and busy hospital in central London and so I have noticed that if if were to look at decision makers in a body as big as you know the National Health Organization and I do National Health Service is I do find that there are fewer colored people sitting in the big decision making chairs However. And maybe I'd say like a middle management level yes you do find a lot of Indian African colored ethnic minority people in in those position positions but on a higher level I have I personally haven't seen anything also. Joining me tonight for the news panelist guests of Hussein who now runs a brand new dessert Paula in little over first of all congratulations to you. Any experiences of I mean now you're your own boss I suppose less so but any experience yourself where you've worked in industries or any organizations where you think that hold on I mean you know there's no black and Asian people get into these kind of positions and you know what's going on I think things are going a lot better. I think it was more sort of in the ninety's where you seem to be a ceiling for black and Asian people and that was that there was no progression Beyond that I think things are slowly starting to change but it's a while before we finally get to the level where there's no perceived prejudice So still we still sort of a few years away from that all the things are improving perhaps not the rate that they should be in those reports this week I mean the operation black vote they're still saying you know it's quite prevalent out there there was also a report few weeks ago from the two you see which is saying that Asian and black people in positions are still getting bullied and harassed so they're not going to you know you get that get get to these kind of position I mean I've you either of us experienced any of that in sort of your fields where you've been working harassment bullying or you know people try and make life difficult for you just because of who you are not myself because I my day job is still working as not a consultant for now there are Japanese company by origin and the Japanese are extremely flexible in their approach and the very nature of I.T. Contractual services is that we being a multi-national industry. And we deal with international contracts our customers can be U.K. Based or anywhere as far as you know Australia right way through to America so we don't see too much of it but I think Outside mind history I do get my peers and colleagues who. You say Wall is a bit different for us more I want to talk shop you know I was just going to add to that I agree with the case here because it does vary from industry to industry and size of business and organization as well I do work obviously for the health services as my day job but I'm also an artist and. A musician as well so I would say in the creative art field I have an experience that all because that's what creativity in R. Is all about expression and there's a lot more freedom in such industries even if it's something like marketing whereas it is quite dependent on the culture of the business as well. Going back to what I said about my expenses in the N.H.S. Like I said it's a medical and managerial there's two sides and a corporate side to the organization so with with from a medical point of view and in terms of medical approach progression in a job is different because it's quite dependent on your qualifications and so it's quite debatable depending on you know various I mean I'm going to affix our notice you also work within the media jobs within the media and so have you ever experienced anything within the media know some of us some of it must be if you were to within the Asian media Yes I've primarily been working of so I was working with a mainstream Bollywood entertainment channel so I didn't at all experience that however what I did experience because I was working overseas as a different kind of interesting what I thought perceived as discrimination was the fact that I'm an Indian from a broad right so it's a different kind of perhaps prejudice but I did feel that that restricted me although. I didn't I didn't really feel any kind of racism if that makes sense I don't know if that was that's a correct and I think this couple is bigger Bollywood stars of also hinted at same thing of it's only oh she's from Canada actually she said something very similar. And Indian from abroad Katrina case more recently so yes similar things about. Having a Asian background which wasn't from India she's gone but Bollywood you know so it's different perhaps levels of discrimination that an individual can experience I mean the talk about you know the Asian kind of stuff and there is talk once again. Which actresses was talking about this casting couch thing which has been going on for years and years within Bollywood I mean she certainly spoke of her experiences quite openly and said yes it's definitely still there do you think it's still harder for women then you know not just in getting the job you know been in the media and things like that because you know people are out there thinking she's a woman and you know we can say what we want to our all away with whatever Yes see what it is probably is in my experience that discrimination is exists in every single kind of industry whether it's sexism whether it's racism a lot of people are racist and prejudiced and they're so ignorant to their own racism to their own. Ignorance if that makes sense and so I would say that discrimination happens across a lot of different industries and not only in the Indian film industry but also in you know for example Hollywood discrimination also occurs there with females as well as just with normal people whether it's racism or sexism and a lot of you know Western artists and actors have spoken out about that too even in the music industry I guess on I mean. My knowledge on sort of Pakistani sort of films are I don't know I mean is there is there any such thing within the Pakistani media or film industry or I have to have to be honest not really follow any industry in the same way Paula from what I've heard that is more of a discrimination and it's harder for women as opposed to anything else I don't think caste is really big issue in Pakistan in the same way that it is in India. As well as maybe the religious side of things people. Definitely there's a divide between the male and female areas OK. One of our guests today spoke about addictions and we had a chance on to die tonight who's supporting sort of alcoholism within the Asian community but our. Heart is just one of the addictions there's lots of other addictions. Sherman any of you any experience in working within the N.H.S. In my view any experience of Especially with Asian community because talk about any kind of addiction you know doesn't matter what in an Asian community still is a very very to be you subject one of these subjects People still a lot Brooke I mean a lot of topics in your you can who are sweep under the carpet and the experiences you know of people you've seen or any so I mean there are services now but are still more enough and I think for Asian communities definitely yes I was born in England but I grew up in Canada for ten years and then I lived in India for ten years so I've experienced the attitudes and behavior towards alcohol and being Punjabi so there's a huge and the it's almost sometimes on some level celebrated in the Punjabi culture so I think that kind of gives a lot of the youth permission to abuse alcohol However the other thing is that alcohol from the from the medical point of view our calls that a depressant you know and people as young as eighteen and especially Punjab you're in good youth are not educated enough as to what that alcohol is actually doing for them in the long term what effects it has on their mind especially during the early ages of their twenty's which is a very crucial time in their life in terms of laying down a foundation for the future whether it's career family and those kind of decisions so I do feel like especially in the university cultures that is abused on a very high level and children and families need to educate their children through the teen years a lot more about you know alcohol and. Well how how it should be consumed if it is being consumed I mean certainly within our think within of I've noticed it myself there is sort of a culture of drink and drugs and it's not just alcoholic drinks as well so are the other guests have any experience as I think a lot of Asian parents are being brutally honest here on a blind eye to it because they think if I ignore it and pretend it's not happening and it doesn't hopefully comment to my doorstep then you know it's not a problem and then when it does happen when is your own son or daughter or niece or nephew who's affected by these problems then you know the question arises Well why did you turn a blind eye to it because that's what they do and they're hoping it just won't be a problem and sweep it under the carpet it's not the right approach do you think seeing that there is. This amount of issue I would say certainly within dog you obscene myself do you think there's enough services out there you know targeting. You know the Asian queen because what you've got remember is some of our parents are probably still not quite up to speed with you know what's happening in the U.K. The good kind of lifestyle young people live today you know we still that kind of thing about oh I'm going to college they've gone and the parents don't know or they want school and the parents don't know what's going on it's a two way problem I think I think one is as you mentioned people turning a blind eye to it but the other thing is if people need to go out there is seek that help if you don't if you don't make it clear what your society needs. In terms of authority of help then that helps not to be too forthcoming. Do you think there's more could be done for maybe our you know places of worship you know mosques are going to out us Hindu temples that could support our community more with this issue or do you think it's not something that should be discussed in our religion religious setting what goes back to what you say about to be subjects it does need to be discussed but. We see places of worship now literally that a mosque becomes a place where you go because it is open for the next half an hour for you to pray you don't also not in that city previously and that is the case and why should be the central place for the community where everything is discussed including real issues like this book. You know so much to do around them it doesn't get discussed and people you know want to stay away from those who have been home or hurt by this people who are revolved in the drugs game or people who have been addicted and you think the answer is right put away from them completely Sharyn yourself any do you think that should be more and more openly discussed in places of worship as well in New Hampshire Absolutely. What I have found is that it's very important for us and whatever support is available to educate and support the older generations because the taboos come from a much deeper place so if if they parents are more educated about these problems such as alcoholism they can support their children they even if the their children are in their late forty's they were you know had a later stage in life so absolutely wonderful that so Sharon and gets on the news channel to. Barcelona the Spanish governors always said it's the Spanish courts telling this punish please how to act but this strategy today actually physically preventing people from voting has the potential to backfire big time if you had asked me twenty four hours ago whether I thought Catalonia as regional government could declare independence from Spain within the next few days without Madrid's consent I probably would have said it was not likely but tonight after the ugly scenes we've seen today I think it is a very real possibility the conservatives have launched their party conference in Manchester by unveiling a raft of policies aimed at younger voters to reason may as announced a review of the whole student finance system and promised more help for young homebuyers the former Conservative cochairman grand shop says it's an important conference for the prime minister I think this is a big opportunity for tourism a lost opportunity to reset the way that people think about her. I had in mind the cultural connections between Britain and South a shared by focusing on the popular communities that abrasion that also shows significant shifts in the region's public culture I mean today Durga Puja is not just a bingo the event it is a human festival with global outreach and it's one of the largest in scale based on crowd sourced creative ideas that is now the cold the real of the east in the U.K. About more than fifty community groups are celebrating and maintaining cultural links with India so we're told it's a prime site takes Blore and understand the dynamics of heritage and the celebration of iconic images such as the door go and you know celebrated in different ways like the never out tree across South Asia and its global manifestations so what were people planning on doing and what was taking place yeah I mean in Seles we are hosting the culture connect week from the second to the seventh of October read the demonstration of play either making will be held in the the web the wing of the Senate House we have fascinating and famous artist go should go sure has four generations of strengths that skill in Niger making a cross so that this assistance demonstrating the life out they will directing gauge await the public talking and demonstrating the molds and also the eco friendly Red Cross to show the demonstrate the different parts of I just making like that I decorate with Heritage takes tiles and you Kroft We also have exciting pilot events running alongside the idea of making like for cut demonstrations of display the work of seemed songs performances storytelling poetry reading on collectively then we have a line up of speakers who will talk of their. Since of working and travelling in Kolkata The Villages festival walks the historical and cultural study of Durga there are also digital films being shown with special festive lyrics on Komarr truly covering the U.K. Wide celebrations and even We've got it from other cultures such as Bali and Java and to finally tell that the Kolkata British Council is giving us their ordeal the JLE and they directed digital music platform Cole makes the city that has the collaboration of numerous U.K. Composers and musicians so yeah it's a week of cultural events and a university but the exciting and original things are lined sums up absolutely fantastic What are you hoping people will take away from this event but it's a very comprehensive program in place for the citations just cultural connect to where you know we are welcome and there is something for everyone to enjoy it whether it's talks informal discussions films often prophetess and a sensory experience of the life out demonstration there's a kind of free flowing Kolkata as the tile on the ends that's created in the Senate House where the event is taking place along with several students tolls during the welcome week in South as well so I'm hoping that people will marvel at the skills of traditional craftsmen learn something of the diverse cultural religious and heritage of Bengal and its global outreach they are entertained and come to an event city where lots of you know exciting events that that are happening I'm sure people who come along I'll take away a lot from it how can people find out more about this event and the event is publicized salvations year's events page and has the links the details program there is a Facebook page specific to that is that it's called Facebook cultural connects cessations sheets Twitter feeds with hash tag cultural connect and a more direct connection has been made by Austin and then didn't share it with sort of by. Displaying on screen the week program because then. I had to make it to have had arrived and now are doing the first basis Hey encased chips made out there were about four and a half. Feet it where I was present the city talking to people and yeah I mean so. Moreover the venue is very easy to reach it isn't central not just you but should be save in terms of access that. That was. The corner to all of South Asian Institute sort of. Project. Upload it comes to putting a few Muslims in touch a little cable just a little bit the ability to touch it was such a buzz cut down the. I was listening to this truck earlier on today and I thought wow what a lovely bubbly truck it was taken from a film called Julie to my last and that is the name of the month I shot a mark is the person who's provided the vocals for that particular tribe salute fantastic just the beat of it and you know it just so brings you into life OK quad in Dalby is currently playing host to a rather special on tax machine works by a locally hit than Mattel have been on display since Thursday and a showcase of unique perspective of Hollywood action scenes hit the is joining me now and. Because they can expect the exhibition Good evening to you good evening. Thank you very much and what sort of visitors can you sort of expect from the exhibition and. Sure. To. Two new films that I've made one is. About fifteen minutes and what they do is they kind of connect. To different families in the light that might be traditionally seen as a. Marginalized family in a way. And it connects with the really big culture and Hollywood. One of them called the jump. My grandmother's living room. So if we recreate being from a spider. Movie in the living room I ground all my family. On. A West African wedding which then becomes come to fight between. OK what are you hoping. Will see from them. Well I'm hoping that. Find it challenging funny entertaining. Kind of take it in for the ride really I mean. When you think of video or exhibition people sometimes can feel a bit intimidated by it all feel like it might be strange or whatever but with each film the language of Hollywood or. High production values that kind of major cuts to the choreography I think it's something that's very entertaining as well as kind of. An idea. Jump it's been around for a few. Times. It's been quite moving not sure the. People watching the work if you like and we've shown a lot in America and Australia and and the thing that I'm really proud of in a way when people go into it it seems to really stick with it you know they say that for the whole build it into a football and and feed the people big coming that they find it really to be quite moved. And find it quite quite feel good if you like when I was at the Open at the Dobbies some people call it out reality they. Come out feeling really good from the exhibition hall so I was really really chuffed. And then look at the fingers clock involved even have elements in language but it was beyond a beyond doubt. I've always been interested in the nonverbal communication that they say. A high percentage of communication between. Fellow on trying to numb the body language what people look like you know what kind of things and I've always been interested in. What we do physically without body so always been into kung fu. And sign language you can eat something physically you spoke so I just wanted to look at that when coming through might be no language . Thank you very much if it didn't propel the work is a quarter until the nineteenth of November if you want to pop down and see them. Seven thirty eight here on in the studio. Sitting in for supper in the wrong time to have a look at what is happening on the roads. B.B.C. Sky World of say some buses wrecked the other had an accident mainly head related incidents in. Their off. Hours afternoon to shave by the way if I hate him because especially it is when the that he goes around into their heads in shame. I don't know people pay me sky every weekday morning from six thirty B.B.C. Radio the other. Big hello to luck and and to shine and vote and that's from the dad I believe it should be some. Thank you very much for your call and you asked for a song for and for Shannon. Thank you very much. My o'clock it is Devon Daly who will be taking over it is that time all of the while the show when we normally concentrate on totally new tracks are being released this week so I'm going to kick off with this one for you tonight. The. That is a vocals. On a music is by my task over the lyrics for the kill a song. Paladar say one of the fusion can of songs are is taking place nice east west kind of mix a lot of artists from the east from back home all come into the U.K. Now or finding U.K. Producers to do the music form so they can take it back into the global market and it's a sort of a you can feel it because obviously formerly of the band. Did lots and lots of U.K. Music over here and he has still got that U.K. Touch and feel to his production so that's what this track is about it's a fusion from of course we know so that Khan is from back home he's done many many songs he's one of the top vocalists come in a from Punjab obviously he's looking to experiment and see what he can find out there that creates something different for the whole industry not just sticking to that same kind of you know the same kind of be the same kind of topics and everything but I think is an excellent track with the east west kind of mix and of course is a homegrown kind of talent from the U.K. So I thought I'd give that want to spin tonight that's a new release this week called John Jett vocals officer did come music is by Mick Taso hauteur and track number two this week also features a U.K. Based artist. I mean. It. But it. Was. A prophecy and about providing. The song lyrics also written by prophecy and the music there is by D.J. Hops U.K. Based production there are many of these happening at the moment so you know the reason I've played this truck is quite an easy con a groove kind of song Easy listening you know it's one of those you could quite easily be driving along. Easily easily fit in and play in the background the video to go with it as well so if you want to check it out on the. You Tube channels of things out there you can check it out there is. A prophecy and D.J. Teaming up there together to give us that particular truck. They know. And then the song is actually taken from an album called the suffering. Music is by going to meet. A typical Punjabi track from back home which gives us all essence whole lot flavor of back home but with her mom's vocals you know we've been listening to her passion for many many years now and he is a top vocalist and we all know that and we all appreciate what he does but being three is an album which is very very unusual for this modern age of course as you know only single seem to be the things that keep the industry going but you know how soft when four point album together and of course for all of his fans I'm sure they will go out and buy this one I finally tracked for tonight a track called illegal weapons I don't know why they've titled this to be honest with you but of course with many more talk tools for it but it's. Jasmine less and the music is intense and the lyrics by. Sorry Sunday himself. For Gary. And just when the sun is about myself or tomorrow next of course is Devon Daly I'm going to find Amy and Aaron for helping me tonight show thank you very much and I'll cut you off.
