Because I actually had physical symptoms as well where I thought I was really young well because I kept having experiences of choking as a mental health nurse of a trauma The trick is to treat this like this and China understand it and actually quite often that experience had happened a while after I'd been one shifts say I'd try and think of what's happened in the last hour and that nothing would have happened and I thought come possibly be mental how fine and what about mental health fundamental have but then I did decide to take some medication and actually I felt for me and I don't think it's right for everybody but for me that really helped me to then engage in the counseling and how I could help myself intil you acknowledge about how can you sow but it can you get better walking and talking is my therapy and I still see that think rationally about this ticket and I can do that from walking in the fresh air you say that think rationally about it but of course when you're in the grips of anxiety you think you're being really rational anything when you're catastrophising with this is this is entirely plausible this is exactly what could happen why when every car on the road want to drive into my vehicle and it can be very hard to separate. I live I was an only child I longed for brothers and sisters but I didn't get any. Having my own I have 3 children of my own and it's been lovely.
