Are we at a point where we are prepared and look at the treatment of sex offenders, to punish people after we are done punishing them. Right. You point out, i think, a key point here, and that is we cant punish people for the rest of their lives. It makes no sense to take individuals who are ready, willing to work, qualified people for the job, and make sure they cant have the opportunity.
