When they have a high number of minorities in your community, and youre represented by a very very small percentage, having those officers on that force, will only help bring awareness to our culture. Can you assure people in these communities that the Law Enforcement outside the reservation. That Law Enforcement really believed that they matter. Once again, i have a lot of respect for Law Enforcement, they have a tough job, could they have done things different, yes, they could have. But i think going forward, we all have to come together to realize there is a problem. And it is going to take a team effort to address this.
