New research in mice from investigators at the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/kimmel-cancer-center">Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center</a>&nbsp;demonstrates that these regions also have distinct transcriptional programs, or cellular processes, that regulate the development of normal and cancerous cells.</p>
