Traffic controls to be imposed during Taipei Summer Festival

Taipei, July 5 (CNA) Motorists will have to grapple with traffic controls around Dadaocheng Wharf on Wednesday evenings during the Taipei Summer Festival, Taipei's Department of Transportation said in a statement Tuesday.
