A Penryn grandmother who was diagnosed with cancer last year has taken it upon herself once again to raise money for charity.
Tracey Symons, 52, has signed herself up for the Jog 26 Miles in May challenge and plans on completing it doing laps of her home and garden.
The money raised will be going towards Brain Tumour Research - a charity set up to build up a network of experts in sustainable research and influence government and larger charities to invest more nationally.
In a statement posted on social media, Tracey said: "I wanted to set myself a couple of challenges to give me a reason to keep fighting and get out of bed each day.
