Tracey Emin buys 'haunted' 18th century pub before snapping up mortuary to turn into an art school

The artist stumped up half a million pounds for the Brown Jug, an abandoned ragstone pub near Margate, where the ghost of a woman dressed in blue is said to haunt the Grade II-listed building.
