Lexie Young of the Etoimamie Valley Rider Gymkhana Club met with town council to discuss the use of the Preeceville Sports grounds facility for the club's activities. Council approved the club’s request with the Preeceville Sports grounds committee co-ordinating the use of the sportsgrounds.
Council rescinded a motion regarding the new lease agreement between the Town of Preeceville and Dr. Charanjit Shokar for the Preeceville Library building dental business as the business has previously changed names. The Town of Preeceville also terminated the house lease agreement between with Dr. Shokar.
Reports that were filed and acknowledged by council included: the bylaw report, the foreman, the mayor, the administrative, community development and recreation co-ordinator reports.
