TYNGSBORO — Outgoing Town Manager Matt Hanson thought when walking into the Chateau Merrimack Friday morning that he would be doing just one last ribbon cutting in Tyngsboro on his final day before becoming the town manager of Bedford. Hanson did cut the ribbon for the Chateau’s new coffeehouse, Pasha, alongside incoming Town Manager Colin Loiselle, but the event turned out to be more than that.
