TORRINGTON - City Democrats have endorsed a slate of candidates for the 2023 elections this fall.Democratic Town Committee Chairman Stephen Ivain said the committee's nominating event, which was not an open caucus, took place Tuesday at his office at 45 Water St. The slate was chosen by a selection
